Ocular MALT Lymphoma : Report of Two Cases

Lymphoma arising in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) is extranodal marginal zone lymphoma displaying a proliferation of follicle marginal zone-type cells(centrocyte-like cells or monocytoid B-cells), often with surrounding reactive germinal centers and lympoepithelial lesions. This typically expresses pan-B-cell markers and monotypic immunoglobulin but not CD5 or CD10. Ocular MALT consists of the lacrimal gland, lcular soft tissue, orbit, conjunctiva and cornea. Lymphoma arising in thses sites is of very rare occurrence in up to 1.5% of all patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Herein we report two cases of ocular MALT lymphoma which was very rare in the dermatologic field. Case 1, 73-year-old man, developed the right upper conjunctival swelling measuring about 2.0×2.5cm for about 1 year. Histologically, the excised lesion showed follicular centers and infiltration of centrocyte-like cells of B-cell lineage in the stroma but no lymphoepithelial lesions, consistent with low-grade B-cell lymphoma. Case 2, a 66-year-old female, had a rapid course of about 1.2×1.0cm-sized, soft, wellow mass arising from lacrimal gland of the right upper eyelid for about 1 month. Hostologically, the lesion showed diffuse patterend features admixed with centrocyte-like cells and large cells such as centroblast, compatible with high-grade lymphoma. Case 2 received combined chemotherapy of m-BACOD, with a somewhat improvement.

Recently, the environment of earth was harmed of Global warming. It is very interest that sea level rise. The impacts of sea level are destruction of natural ecosystem. Besides it cause the damage of construction to a typhoon by wave force. Thought a warning and regulation in environment Pollution is strengthen, it is increasing. We must estimate a degree of sea level rise, for it will be do. Not only other nation but also our nation not escape the effects of sea level rise the height of construction is economical method. In this paper, the construction of sea level rise and the effect of nearshore zone by sea level rise are discussed. The relationship between sea level and crest height of a existing coastal strucyures are observed. In result, through the simulation of hydraulic modelling the control of overtopping without increasing crest height is illustrated.

As materials on the bed have been changing through erosion, transportation and accumulation, so does the waterway's section. So many bridges have nowadays been constructed to the same direction as water flows. However further researches are still needed on the scours of succession row piers and multiple row piers. Analyzing them through hydraulic stimulation experiments, this study deals with the scour character with the change of diameters in row piers which have been built in the identical direction of water flow and also the part-scour character change in multiple row piers.

디지털 넌 리니어 시스템의 분석연구

Up to the 1980's, the film making process maintained the initial form without any change in the basics and the film making method was almost the same. Partial elements were changed and improved. Such changes were continued. For example, talking films emerged, the speed of filming were standardized to 24 frames per a second, the quality of screen was improved, and the camera lens became lighter. Technical development of creating a new image style also followed ceaselessly. However, the basic way that film makers used was not much different from the time the movie were invented. The development of the modern technology are remarkable in all areas. Particularly, emergence of the computer has made and is making the technology of all areas advance innovatively. Particularly, the change from the analogue age to the digital age has an enormous power to replace everything digitally. This general trend has been accelerated more and more to diversify the media, to increase the information network, and to establish new markets and new types of media. Digital film making is a new type of film making that integrates digital image processing, screen storage in the hard disk, new film making method using the computer such as the computer communication, and parts of existing film making technology. The effects that the digital technology had on the artistic and technical areas of film making was not an abrupt change but an expected result. Generally, when a new method is introduced, only after the elements that constitute the method become diversified fully, users can revaluate which point of the whole organization each element is placed in by seeing the whole organization. Similarly, in the method of digital film making, an exact phase of each element will be changed according to the development of technology. Digital technology introduced into film making will change the film making technique innovatively and change the existing concepts. Particularly, the computer and the software are used in various processes of film making and the computer has already transformed a writer' s endless imagination into real images. Film images that are converted into digital bits and stored in the computer can get a new type if they encounter a creative maker. Digital technology can process them effectively than any other conventional methods. Particularly, among digital film making methods, digital nonlinear editing system for the latter works has many merits.

Internet has been applied to information technology business and extends to the whole industrial world. As the most effective way of information propagation in an organization, implementing an intranet system makes a distinctive progress and various implementation methodology has been introduced. Our study proposed a solution for the intranet system commanding an university administrial and educational tasks making a comparison and an analysis among various intranet system implementation technologies, identified business requirements processes, implemented the intranet system based on this framework, and applied the system to our college.

위험평가(Risk Assessment)에 의한 업종별 위험(Risk)의 구분

A total of 514 workplaces in 17 industries were inbestigated through walk-through survey. These industries were all small companies with less than five workers and didn't have work environmental measurement data. These industries were ranked by risk that was evaluated by combination of toxicity and possibility of exposure to chemical hazardous agents produced at operations of industry. Risk Index(RI) was qualitatively combined by the combination between hazard and potential of exposure to chemical hazardous agents. Industries that were regarded as having the highest risk were wood and products of wood, chemicals and chemical products, basic metals, other vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers, and fumiture manufacturing. These industries were found to have operations with higher risk than other industries. This study found that more attentions should be paid to these industries with that more attentions should be paid to these industries with high risk.

국내 원전의 건전성 및 안전성 확보에 직결되는 자동 초음파검사의 신뢰도 및 검사시스템의 기량을 평가하기 위해 자동UT-PD RRT를 수행하였다. 수행된 RRT의 조건은 2001년 수동 PD-RRT에 적용된 설계변수와 동일하다. 본 연구에서는 자동 UT의 결함검출확률 및 오판확률과 결함크기측정에 대한 불확도 분석을 이용하여 자동 초음파검사의 통계적인 신뢰도를 평가하고 수동 UT PD-RRT의 결과와 비교하여 기량을 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 각종 비파괴검사에 대한 RRT를 수행하여 기술수준을 파악하고 비파괴검사기술의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

S.D. Rats를 이용 1, 1-Dichloro-1-fluoroethane의 아민성 흡입독성 연구

There were no specific effects for test materials on Sprague-Dawley (S.D.) rats in clinical symptoms, amounts of food intakes, weight changes, laboratory findings, and pathology after whole body l, l-Dichloro-1 -fluoroethane (used as coolant, metal cleaner and solvents) exposure(0, 1,500, 3,000, and 6,000 ppm) for 13 weeks (6 hour/day, 5 days/week). However, the loss of capillary vessels in eyeball (pupil) was observed in a female rat among 6,000 ppm group. Though there was a tendency for MCHC (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration) in rat to be decreased (p<0.05), it was not regarded as abnormal because the values were within normal limits. In asthma-stimulation related evaluations, there was also a tendency for inflammatory cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavages to be increased. But it had no statistical significance, and also no dependency on sex and the exposed concentration. Based on this result, the non observed effect level (NOEL) induced by 1, 1-Dichloro-l -fluoroethene inhalation was evaluated in groups with 3,000 ppm below (S .D. Rats, 13 weeks). Finally, it was concluded that the short term exposal of 1, 1-Dichloro-l-fluoroethane is not considered as a asthma stimulant by inhalation despite of some study limitations such as test animals use and short-term exposure .

청소년들의 사회적 약자 관련 미디어 이용과 효과에 관한 연구

본 논문은 사회적 약자와 관련 뉴스보도에 있어서 청소년들의 미디어 이용과 효과에 초점을 맞추었다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들은 뉴스보도를 접하기 위해서 인터넷미디어, 방송, 신문 순으로 언론 매체를 많이 이용하고 있었다. 이것은 인터넷 미디어가 청소년들에게 가장 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있는 언론 매체임을 나타낸다. 둘째, 대부분의 청소년들이 언론 매체를 통해서 사회적 약자에 대한 뉴스보도를 접하고 있었다. 특히, 사회적 약자와 관련된 뉴스보도를 이용한 학생들은 사회적 약자에 대한 관심도 높았다. 셋째, 사회적 약자와 관련된 이슈였던 ‘만득이 사건’에 대한 뉴스보도에 있어서 청소년의 태도를 분석하였다. 청소년들은 앞의 사회적 약자와 같은 일반적인 주제와 다르게 특정 사건이슈인 ‘만득이 사건’에 대해선 절반 정도의 학생만 언론 매체를 통해 뉴스보도를 접했다. 하지만, ‘만득이 사건’과 관련된 언론 매체를 이용한 학생들은 ‘만득이 사건’을 포함한 사회적 약자에 대한 관심이 더욱 증가하였다. 청소년들이 언론 매체 가운데 인터넷 미디어를 가장 많이 이용하고 있음을 고려할 때, 언론 매체 특히 인터넷 미디어는 청소년들의‘만득이 사건’을 포함한 사회적 약자에 대한 인식에 지대한 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. This paper focuses on media use and effectiveness of adolescents regarding to the social weak. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, adolescents use media in order of internet media, broadcasting, and newspaper in order to get news coverage. This indicates that the Internet media is the news media that can have the greatest impact on adolescents. Second, most of the adolescents were exposed to news contents about the socially weak people through the media. In particular, the young people using news contents related to the social weak were more interested in the socially weak. Third, we analyzed the attitude of the youth in the news contents on the ‘Manduki issue’ case which was an issue related to the social weak. Adolescents exhibited different aspects from general themes such as the preceding social weak. That is to say, about half of the young people exposed the news contents about a specific incident, ‘Manduki issue’, through news media. However, the young people who use the media related to the incident increased their interest in the social weak. Considering that adolescents use Internet media the most among the media, news media, especially internet media, have a great influence on the perception of the young people regarding to the social weak.
