      • 고추中 殘留農藥의 經時的 및 乾燥方法에 따른 變化

        Chlorothalonil, procymidone, deltamethrin and benomyl were selected for this investigation among pesticides, the maximum residue limits of which were already established. Each sample was classified as group A, B, and C, and sprayed with different concentrations. The changes in pesticide residues at different concentrations and with lapse of time were investigated. The results are as follows : 1.The pesticide residues rapidly decreased 5 days after spray but decreased slowly with lapse of time. 2.The residue level of benomyl decreased abruptly from 23.93 to 0.00 ppm with time, whereas those of chlorothalonil, procymidone, and deltamethrin reduced from 16.73 to 0.09 ppm, from 13.23 to 0.15 ppm, and from 7.17 to 0.06 ppm, respectively. 3.Higher levels of pesticide residues were detected in dried red pepper than in unripe-fresh red pepper and more residues were present in sun-dried samples than in oven-dried ones, with the exception of deltamethrin. 4.The periods of time when the residual amounts of chlorothalonil, procymidone, deltamethrin and benomyl were below the respective maximum residue limits (MRL) were 9, 1, 11 and 3 days, respectively, after the spraying of the recommended amount of each chemical. However, the actual amounts of pesticides taken up by humans in daily life would be very small, since about 90% of the residues would probably be removed during the washing process.

      • French-fried Potato와 Potato Chips製造에 관한 硏究

        For the purpose of determining blanchng conditions and qualities of potato products, French-fried potato and potato chips were manufactured from six potato varieties-Irish cobbler, Bintze, Snow Chip, Superior and Norin #1 with various blanching the treatment. The treatments for French-fried potato were done at 85°C for 0, 5, 10, 20 and 30 minutes. Those for potato chips were obtained at 40°C for 0, 3, 5, 7 and 10 minutes. The treatment for 0 min. means without blanching treatment for the both products. The qualityof the products were evaluated by color, texture and panel tests. 1.As blanching period lengthened, Y% increased but chroma% decreased in French-fried potato. This tendency was not so clear in potato chips. 2.Color properties of French-fried potato were observed in the range of 575 to 577nm for dominant wavelength, 29.44 to 40.16% for Y% and 18.83 to 39.84% for chroma. 3.In potato chips, dominant wavelength ranged from 575 to 578nm, Y% 20.91 to 26.91% and chroma 18.83 to 36.82%. 4.The texture properties of French-fried potato-maximum force, total area and curve dstance increased as blanching period lengthened. Maximum force were ranged from 0.19 to 0.63kg, total area 1.44 to 5.77㎠ and curve distance 4.2 to 5.7mm. 5.Brittleness and crispness as criteria of potato chip texture properties were distributed in the range of 2.17 to 5.88kg and 1.79 to 3.57mm respectively.

      • 新鮮 채소류의 Plastic film 包裝材에 關한 硏究

        In order to determine shelf life and proper packaging material, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, oriented polypropylene and cellophane films were used to package sweet pepper and crisphead lettuce. The best result was obtained for sweet pepper in 0.03mm OPP film which showed shelf life of 41 days and weight loss 0.44% at low temperature. For crisphead lettuce it was obtained in PET film which showed shelf life of 40 days and weight loss 1.91% at low temperature. Shelf life of sweet pepper was extended up to 11 days at room temperature storage and 22 days at the low temperature storage. That of crisphead lettuce was extended up to 8 days at the room temperature storage and 37 days at the low temperature storage.

      • 식용유지의 誘電특성에 관한 연구

        In order to predict the quality of edible oils with electric properties the dielectric properties of the fresh and the thermally oxidized soybean and corn oil were determined at room temperature in the frequency from 0.2 to 100kHz, and also physical and chemical properties of these oils were determined by AOAC methods and the correlationship among these properties was investigated. Thermal oxidation was carried out at 180℃ for 12 hrs. The dielectric constant of edible oils showed the characteristic of Debye's dispersion with frequency and remarkable decrease around 1kHz. Dielectic loss tangent showed the peek around 4kHz frequency. These phenomena could be thought as the result from the frequency properties of dipole orientational polarization. Due to the increase of polar materials, free fatty acid value, peroxide value, density, dielectric constant, and dielectric loss tangent increased in proportion to the thermal oxidation time. Accordingly, the index of rancidity of edible oils could be predicted by measurement of the dielectnc properties.       • 들기름의 가열산화중 유전특성의 변화

        In order to seek electrical method for the quality evaluation of edible oil, the dielectric properties of the fresh and the thermally oxidized perilla oil were determined at room temperature in the frequency from 200Hz to 100KHz, also physical and chemical properties of them were determind with the AOAC methods. Thermal oxidation was carried out at 180℃ for 32 hours and the results obtained are as follows. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of the perilla oil were showed the property of Debye's dispersion with the frequency, also their values became higher in proportion to the thermal oxidation, because the polar materials are increased by thermal oxidation for the free fatty acids. Variations of the free fatty acid value and the density were increased in proportion to the duration of thermal oxidation but in case of the peroxide value it was slowly decreased during initial 24 hours, and there after it was abruptly increased. In conclusion the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of the perilla oil were showed a marked increase in proportion to the free fatty acid value and the density, but they had no relation to the peroxide value.       • 이온 플레이팅법으로 제조한 TiN 박막의 미세구조

        Hard coating의 일종인 TiN 피막을 PVD 법으로 제조할 경우, 이온 충돌 양상을 조절할 수 있는 기판 Bias와 질소 분압 등이 미세 구조와 피막 특성에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 본 실험에서는 Ion plating에 의한 TiN 피막 제조에서 기판 바이어스 전압과 질소 분압을 변화시키면서 TiN 피막을 제조하고, 미세 구조를 조사하였다. 공정 변수에 관계없이 얻어진 모든 피막은 δ-TiN 단일상이었다. 질소 분압이 높아짐에 따라 우선배향은 (111)면에서 (200)면으로 바뀌었으며, (111)회절상과 (222) 회절상의 반가폭의 비는 감소하였다. 그리고 결정의 크기는 감소하는 거동을 보였으며 피막의 격자 상수는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 기판 바이어스 변화에 대해서는 전압이 증가함에 따라 (111) 회절상의 반가폭은 -100V 가지 증가하다 그 이상에서는 다시 감소하였으며, 그 때 결정이 크기는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 피막의 격자 상수는 기판 바이어스가 증가함에 따라 150V까지 증가하다 그 이상에서는 다시 감소하였다. The action of ionized particles has to be controlled properly in ion plating method, because the action of ionized particles has an effect on the microstructure of the thin film. In this pointview, we investigated microstructure of TiN thin film that was deposited with variables of N₂partial pressure is increased, the prefered orientation was changed(1110 plane to (200) plane, the ratio of FWHM of (222) to FWHM of (111)was decreased, grain size was decrease and lattice parameter was increased. As bias voltage was increased, the FWHM of (111) peak was increased to-100V, and then decreased with the grain size was increased. Lattice parameter of film was increased to-150V, and then decreased

      • X-band 주파수대역에서 동작하는 다이오드 주파수 혼합기 설계 및 제작

        In this paper reports on the design and performance of microstrip single balanced diode mixer, using GaAs Schottky diode, at X-band. A single balanced diode mixer is designed and implemented using Harmonic balance simulation(MW-office). The diode model parameters are extracted by SPICE model of diode. The diode impedances for the LO, RF, and IF frequencies and Powers are calculated for diode matching network design. The mixer consists of branch line coupler, Low pass filter and RF&LO choke for bias circuit. The Passive circuits are simulated for accuracy by EM-simulation of MW-office. The Mixer requires 10dBm local oscillator(LO) power without dc bias and achieves a conversion loss of about 7.5dB, 17dB LO-to-RF isolation, 40dB LO-to-IF isolation, 30dB RF-to-IF isolation, and 1.16 LO VSWR.

      • 154kV용 활선 안전 경보기 개발에 관한 연구

        In this report we developed a high voltage alarm for the safety of workers who check and repair the 154kV power line. This high voltage alarm we developed is attached on workers' helmet and alarms automatically in order to let workers know when workers work over the safety distance near 154kV power line. Until now the exact safety distance hasn't been regulated and high voltage alarm we've been using was for the range of 6∼22.9kV power line. We fabricated this high voltage alarm on the basis of electric density and actual measurement of power line. The experimental result was that high voltage alarm at 66kV power line alarmed near 90cm, at 154kV power line alarmed near 160cm from the line. Accordingly, we developed the new high voltage alarm which is operated in the range of 66∼154kV power line.

        입원한 정신분열병 환자의 가족에 대한 가족교육 단기 프로그램의 효과

        정신분열병 환자의 가족은 많은 심리적 스트레스와 부담감을 지니고 생활하게 된다. 또한 환자와 그 가족 사이에 마찰이 생겨 결국 환자의 예후에 좋지 않은 영향을 끼치기도 한다. 이런 것들을 해결하기 위한 여러 정신과적 중재방법들 중 정신교육적 가족치료의 일환으로서 가족 교육 단기 프로그램의 유용성이 점점 부각되고 있다. 이에 우선 가족 교육 연구진을 구성하고 교육자료를 준비한 뒤, 1995년 9월 2일부터 입원한 정신분열병 환자의 가족을 대상으로 가족교육을 시행하였으며 교육적·후에 설문지 평가를 하였다. 이때 평가한 것은 일상생활에서의 가족의 전반적인 불안, 환자와 연관된 걱정, 환자에 대한 가족의 거부감, 정신분열병에 대한 전반적 지식 등이다(N=20). 또 대조군은 1996년 1월부터 5월까지 서울대학병원 신경정신과 폐쇄병동에 입원한 정신분열병 환자 가족을 대상으로 하였으며, 같은 종류의 설문지로 사전·사후평가를 하였다(N=10). 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 교육군과 대조군의 사전평가 점수를 각 설문지별로 비교하였는데, 불안 설문지, 지식 설문지의 점수에서는 두 군간의 차이가 발견되지 않았으나, 거부감 설문지의 점수는 교육군에서 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(F=9.50, df=1.28, p<0.01). 2) 교육군과 대조군 각 군 내에서 사전·사후평가 점수를 비교하였을 때, 교육군에서는 지식 설문지에서 사후평가 점수가 사전평가 점수보다 유의하게 높았으며(t=5.43, df=19, p<0.01), 걱정 설문지와 거부감 설문지에서는 사후평가 점수가 사전평가 점수보다 유의하게 낮았다(걱정 설문지의 t=-3.03, df=19, p<0.01 ; 거부감 설문지의 t=-2.34 df=19, p<0.05). 그러나 교육군에서 불안 설문지의 점수에서는 별다른 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 한편 대조군에서도 지식 설문지에서 사후평가 점수가 사전평가 점수보다 유의하게 높았지만 (t=1.86, df=19, p<0.05), 교육군에 비해서 그 차이는 경미하였다. 3) 각 설문지의 사전·사후평가 점수의 차이의 상관관계를 측정한 결과 교육군에서는 우선 불안 점수의 차(r=-0.56, p<0.01)와 걱정 점수의 차(r=-0.57, p<0.01)가 지식 점수의 차와 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였으며, 불안 점수의 차와 걱정 점수의 차 사이에는 유의한 정적 상관관계(r=0.55, p<0.01)가 보였다. 대조군에서는 걱정 점수의 차와 지식 점수의 차 사이에 유의한 부적 상관관계가 존재하였다(r=-0.60, p<0.05). 4) 각 설문지의 사전·사후평가 점수의 차와 사회인구학적 특성 사이의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 교육군에서는 불안 점수의 차와 환자의 유병기간(r=0.39, p<0.05), 불안 점수의 차와 참가 가족의 교육 수준(rs=0.43, p<0.05), 걱정 점수의 차와 환자의 유병기간(r=0.45, p<0.05), 걱정 점수의 차와 참가 가족의 교육 수준(rs=0.49, p<0.05) 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 존재하였으며, 대조군에서는 걱정 점수의 차와 참가 가족의 나이 사이에 정적 상관관계(r=0.64, p<0.05)를, 그리고 걱정 점수의 차와 참가 가족의 교육 수준 사이에 부적 상관관계가 존재하였다(rs=-0.74, p<0.01). Objects : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the brief program of family education in helping families of inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods : The education group consisted of twenty people who were families of inpatients with schizophrenia and who attended the brief program of family education. Ten people who were families of inpatients with schizophrenia and who didn't attend the brief program of family education comprised the comparison group. Four self=report questionnaires assessing global anxiety(Anxiety Questionnaire), worry related to patient(Worry Questionnaire), rejection feeling to patient(Rejection Questionnaire), and knowledge about schizophrenia(Knowledge Questionnaire) were administered to the education group and to the comparison group, twice at the pre-test and post-test. Results : 1) In the education group, scores of Knowledge Questionnaire(t=5.43, df=19, p<0.01) at the post-test were significantly higher than those at the pre-test. Scores of Worry Questionnaire(t=-3.03, df=19, p<0.01) and Rejection Questionnaire t=-2.34 df=19, p<0.05) at the post-test were significantly lower than those at the pre-test. In comparison group, scores of Knowledge Questionnaire were significantly higher at the post-test compared to those at the pre-test(t=1.86, df=19, p<0.05). However, the change in comparison group was not as divergent as in the education group. 2) Differences between the pre-test scores and the post-test scores in each questionnaire were sought. In the education group, significant negative correlation existed between calculated differences of Knowledge Questionnaire and Anxiety Questionnaire(r=-0.56, p<0.01), between Knowledge Questionnaire and Worry Questionnaire(r=-0.57, p<0.01), and significant positive correlation existed between Anxiety Questionnaire and Worry Questionnaire(r=0.55, p<0.01). In the comparison group, significant negative correlation existed between Knowledge Questionnaire and Worry Questionnaire(r=-0.60, p<0.05). 3) The author also assessed the relationship between calculated differences of the pre-test scores from the post-test scores in each questionnaire and demographic characteristics. In the education group, significant positive correlation existed between calculated difference of Anxiety Questionnaire nd duration of illness(r=0.39, p<0.05), between Anxiety Questionnaire and educational level of family(rs=0.43, p<0.05), between Worry Questionnaire and duration of illness(r=0.49, p<0.05) and between Worry Questionnaire and educational level of family(rs=0.45, p<0.05). In control group, significant positive correlation existed between Worry Questionnaire and age of family(r=0.64, p<0.05) and significant negative correlation existed between Worry Questionnaire and educational level of family(rs=-0.74, p<0.01). Conclusion : The brief program of family education was effective in increasing knowledge about schizophrenia, decreasing of worry related to the patients and rejection feeling about the patients in families of inpatienis with schizophrenia.
