The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of heat transfer or heat exchange under the vacuum pressure. The general heat transfer or heat exchange can be changed with the experimental environment. In this report, the exothermic calorie and endothermic calorie were measured under the vacuum chamber. These two kinds of calories show the evaporative and condensing sides, respectively, and these calories were measured by using the parameter with flow rate.

Tropinone 화합물들은 색다른 고리계의 존재로 아주 오래전부터 약리학적으로 매우 흥미로운 연구과제로 주목되어 최근에 그들의 합성법,?? 입체적 구조분석?? 그리고 약리학적인 연구??가 활발히 진행되고 있다. Tropinone 1은 흔히 마약으로 알려져 있는 cocaine 2, 소염작용과 항경련성 작용 및 심장박동수를 조절 등 다양한 약리작용을 하는 tropane spirohy-dantoin ?? 그리고 안과질환을 검사 할 때 눈의 동공을 확장시키는 데 사용하는 atropine ??등을 합성하는 데 중요한 중간체이다. ??????????? Trigo, G, G등 ??은 aliphatic amine과 succinic aldehyde를 acetonedicarboxylic acid와 반응하여 nortropane 유도체를 합성하였으며, 그 후 [3+2] nitrone cycloaddition? 과 [3+4] cyclocoupling? 을 거치는 tropane alkaloid의 새로운 합성법이 개발되었다. 최근 lzquier M. L. 등¹은 acetonedicarboxylic acid를 사용하여 1차 지방족 amine과 succinic aldehyde대신 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran을 반응시켜 N-alkyl nortropinone 유도체를 합성하였다. 그러나 일반적으로 빙초산 속에서 amine과 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran을 반응시키면 pyrrole 유도체가 합성되어진다.?? 이러한 사실은 분명히 반응조건(예, 산, 온도)에 따른 다양한 화학이 존재한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 반응조건, 즉 산의 변화 및 온도 변화에 의한 amine과 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran의 반응을 자세하게 검토하면서 새로운 N-arylnortropinone 유도체를 합성하고자 한다.
8.3% Carbamide Peroxide 함유 펜 형 자가미백제인 BIancTis Forte의 색조개선 및 안전성에 관한 임상연구

This clinical study evaluated the whitening effect and safety of polymer based-pen type BlancTis Forte(NIBEC) containing 8.3% carbamide peroxide. Twenty volunteers used the BlancTis Forte whitening agent for 2 hours twice a day for 4 weeks As a control. Whitening Effect Pen (LG) containing 3% hydrogen peroxide was used by 20 volunteers using the same protocol. The change in shade (ΔE^(*) color difference) was measured using Shadepilot™ (DeguDent) before, during and after bleaching (2 weeks, 4 weeks and postbleaching 4 weeks). A clinical examination for any side effects (tooth hypersensitivity or soft tissue complications) was also performed at each check-up. The following results were obtained. 1 Both the experimental and control groups displayed a noticeable change in shade (ΔE) of over 2 No significant differences were found between the two group (p>0.05) implying that the two agents have a similar whitening effect. 2 The whitening effect was mainly due to changes in a and b values rather than in L value (brightness). The experimental group showed a significantly higher change in b value thus yellow shade than the control(p < 0.05) 3 None of the participants complained of tooth hypersensitivity or soft tissue complications confirming the safety of both whitening agents 8.3%의 carbamide peroxide를 함유한 펜형 코팅용 미백제인 BlancTis Forte (NIBEC, Seosul & JinCheon)를 실험군으로, 3% hydrogen peroxide를 함유한글 Whitening Effect Pen (LG. Seoul) 제재를 대조군으로 각각 피험자 20명에게 2시간씩 1일 2회 제조사의 지시대로 치아표면에 4주간 적용하도록 지시하고 색조개선 효능과 안전성을 평가하였다. 미백 효과는 미백 전 및 미백 2주, 4주 및 미백 종료 4주 후에 Shadopilot™을 이용하여 색 변화를 측정하였고, 매 내원시기마다 모든 환자는 치수생활력 검사와 치주 및 치태 검사를 통해 부작용 여부 (치아과민증 및 구감 내 연조직의 부작용)를 기록한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1.실험군 및 대조군의 색 변화량 (ΔE)은 2이상으로 인지할 수 있는 색 변화를 보였으며, 두 제품 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않아 (p > 0.05) 유사한 미백효능을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 2,미백효과는 명도의 개선보다는 주로 a. b값의 변화에 의한 것으로 특히 실험군에서 b값의 변화, 즉 황색조의 개선효과가 대조군에 비해 유의성 있게 높은 것으로 나타났다 (p <0.05). 3.치아나 치은의 과민증이나 이상증상을 호소하는 피험자는 없어 두 제품 모두 안전성을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper presents a method of reference pattern creation based on genetic algorithm. This technique is evaluated on the text-prompt speaker recognition system. An enhanced dynamic time warping for speaker recognition algorithm is applied. For real-time processing, we use a simple algorithm for end-point detection without increasing computational complexity. As the experimental results of the proposed algorithm for three prompt words, the FR(false rejection rate) is 3.19% and FA(false acceptance rate) is 1.19%
Berberine이 치주 인대 및 치은 섬유모 세포에 미치는 영향

The periodontal regeneration is thought to require periodontal ligament cell migration and proliferation. These cellular events are influenced and regulated by growth factors or some drugs. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of berberine, a alkaloids extracted from rhizoma coptidis, on human periodontal ligament(PDL) cells and gingival fibroblasts(GF). PDL cells and GF were primarily cultured from extracted premolar or third molar with non-periodontal disease. Cells were inoculated into the 24 well plate with 1×10^4cells/well of medium at 37℃, 5% of CO_2, 100% of humidity incubator for 24 hours. After change the medium, cells were treated with berberine concentrated with 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100㎍/㎖ and 1, l0㎍/㎖ to GF, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500㎍/㎖ and 1㎍/㎖ to PDL cells for 1, 2, and 3 days. The cell activity was determined by ELISA reader using MTT assay. There was the great significant increase in GF of 0.01, 0.1, 1ng/㎖ at 3 days and was not significant affect on PDL cells through experimental period(P<0.05). This result demonstrated that berberine is more effect on GF than PDL cells.

Recently, mechanical stress has been found to be associated with the proliferation of human periodontal ligament〔PDL〕cells. Although the detailed mechanism for the proliferation of PDL cells by mechanical stress remains largely unknown, the effect may be due to the increased expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins. To investigate this possibility, we measured the growth pattern and determined the protein levels of cellular p53, p21^WAF1/CIP1, cyclin-dependent kinases〔cdks〕, G_1 cyclins, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen〔PCNA〕expressed by PDL cells exposed to mechanical stress. Human PDL cells of passage number 6 were planted onto 55-mm Petriperm dishes〔1×10^4 cells/dish〕and exposed to mechanical stress〔1kg/dish〕for 12days. Mechanical stress markedly increased the proliferation of the PDL cells exposed to stress for 8-12days, compared to the controls. It also increased the protein level of cellular PCNA in the PDL cells exposed to stress for 6-10days. Mechanical stress also slightly increased the expression of cdks and cyclin D1 in these cells, but the protein levels of p53 and p21^WAF1/CIP1 were unchanged. The increased proliferation of PDL cells by mechanical stress may be due, in part, to the elevated cellular levels of cdks, without corresponding changes in p53 and p21^WAF1/CIP1 levels in human PDL cells.
