      • 농업수리시설물 유지관리시스템 개발을 위한 지리정보시스템 (GIS)과 GPS 이용

        A facility management system using GIS and GPS for the feasible maintenance of irrigation structures was developed. Digital map of irrigation network was constructed using geographic Information system, Arc/Info. Locations of irrigation structures were surveyed with GPS. The surveyed data were corrected with post-processing DGPS and imported to GIS for the digital map construction. Database related to maintenance record were built and interface program between DIS and database were developed suing object-oriented language JABA?. User-friendly menu system enable querying maintenance record also developed and imbedded into the system.

        골아세포 MC₃T₃-E₁의 증식과 기능에 Insulin Like Growth Factor Ⅰ, Ⅱ 및 부갑상선 호르몬이 미치는 영향

        MC₃T₃-E₁골아세포군을 이용하여 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ를 투여하고 DNA합성과 골아세포기능을 측정하기 위해 PTH에 대한 C-AMP반응정도, alkaline phosphatase 활성도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ는 모두 DNA합성이 어느 농도까지는 증식효과를 나타내지만 그 이후에는 억제되는 양상을 보였다. 2) PTH에 대한 골아세포의 C-AMP반응으로 증가되었지만 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ의 투여시 농도변화에 따른 의미있는 변화는 없었다. 3) 본 실험의 조건에서 alkaline phosphatase 활성도는 증가되지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 MC₃T₃-E₁ 골아세포에 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ는 세포의 증식을 자극하여 PTH는 C-AMP생성을 촉진하는 효과가 있었다. The effect of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) Ⅰ and Ⅱ on cloned MC₃T₃-E₁ cells that had osteoblastic activity was examined by [³H] thymidine incorporation into DNA, cyclic AMP responsiveness to parathyroid hormone (PTH), and alkaline phosphatase activity. IGF Ⅰ and Ⅱ stimulated the growth and proliferation of osteoblastic cells at 20ng/㎖ and 50ng/㎖, respectively. We next examined the effect of IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ on the expression of osteoblastic activity. Adenylate cyclase response of PTH to IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ-treated cells showed maximal stimulation at 10 and 50㎚PTH, respectively, but IGF Ⅰ and Ⅱ induced limited activity of osteoblastic function. In conclusion, IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ were potent stimulators to the growth of osteoblastic cells but did not have an immediate effect on expression of osteoblastic function in this experiment.

      • 센서 융합을 이용한 자율이동로봇의 위치추정

        Accurate position estimation is required for mobile robot navigation. To estimate current position, mobile robot uses sensors. As one sensor or two sensors system is insufficient to estimate accurately, it is necessary to use sensor fusion method. Mobile robot can obtain redundant and complementary information by using sensor fusion method. It is possible to estimate current position more accurately than one sensor or two sensors system. Sensor fusion system is composed of vision sensor, ultrasonic sensors and encoder sensor. Personal computer and interface board control three different sensors. Extended Kalman Filter(EKF) method using three different sensors is proposed for sensor fusion. The validity of the proposed sensor fusion method is proved by experimental results in indoor environment.

      • BLDC 모터의 속도 제어를 위한 퍼지 가변 구조제어에 관한 연구

        This paper shows the efficiency of fuzzy integral variable structure controller(FIVSC) with sliding mode which outperforms a traditional variable structure controller(VSC). This approach of the FIVSC solves the chattering problem which has been occurred in VSC and is applied to brushless D.C. motor. The simulation results verify the efficiency of the FIVSC.

      • 카올린으로부터 질화알루미늄 분말 합성

        카올린으로 부터 수화염기성황산알루미늄을 제조하고, 이것을 탄소열환원질화하여 질화알미늄 분말을 합성하였다. 수화염기성황산알루미늄은 카올린으로 부터 제조된 수화황산알루미나 0.5M 및 요소 5M인 용액으로 부터 얻은 것이 가장 미세하였다. 탄소열환원질화법으로 질화알미늄을 합성할 때 활성화탄과 염기성황산알루미늄의 질량비가 2인 조성이 가장 적합하였으며, 이 때 얻어진 질화알미늄은 0.3-1㎛의 submicron급 분말이었다. Aluminum nitride powder was synthesized by carbothermal reduction-nirtridation using kaolin- derived hydrated basic aluminum sulfate. The hydrated basic aluminum sulfate powder produced from the solution of 0.5M hydrated aluminum sulfate and 5M urea showed very fine particles. The aluminum nitride showed the submicron powder of 0.3-1㎛ in the optimum condition with 2.0-weight ratio of activated charcol to hydrated basic aluminum sulfate.

      • 인간 재조합 인터루긴-32 면역조절작용에 대한 유세포 분석

        Xenotransplantation of porcine organs has the potential to overcome the severe shortage of human tissues and organ available for human transplantation. however, it remains various hurdles for clinical xenotransplantation. In pig and mouse xenotransplantation, porcine xenograft evoke a strong cellular rejection response in immunocompetent host and grafts are destroyed within a week. This cellular immune response could involved both T cells and NK cells. A number of groups have shown that human NK cells can recognize and damage porcine endothelial cells. In addition, human T cells can respond to porcine endothelial cells through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Cellular rejection of porcine tissues requires T cells, particularly CD4^(+) cells. A new cytokine recombinant human interleukin-32α,β(IL-32α,β) has a role innate and acquired immune system. In order to investigate the role of recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the PK(15) cells to C57BL/6 mice with or without intraperitoneal injection of recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32 α,β. It was analyzed the population of NK cell, T cell and B cell in the C57BL/6 mice transplanted with PK(15) cells and recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32α,β by flow cytometry analysis. As a result, lymph node and thymus of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group were increased to T cell activation population than normal injected groups. CD8^(+) T cells were decreased in lymph node of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected groups. CD4^(+) T cells were increased in lymph node cell of PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group and also, B cell population were increased in lymph node cell and spleen of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β suppress xenograft rejection in cellular xenotransplantation.

      • 한국어 단음 인식을 위한 자기구조화 신경망의 확장

        In this study, speech recognition experiments for 10 Korean digits(from 0 to 9) are performed using nelcepstrum and SOFM(Self-Organized Feature Map). Especially, the feature map for each digit was composed of 4 parts. 3 parts are for the initial, medial and final phonemes, and 1 part is for the whole phone. We did not do the exact segmentation for each phoneme extraction. But, with the proposed feature map, the patterns for 10 digits are classified well. In the recognition experiment, 10(digits)3??(speakers)??10(utterances)=300 data were tested and 150 data of them are used as training data. In case of training data, the recognition rate is 98.6% and for other test data, 92.6%. These results are much better than those of the conventional SOFM(training data:82.29%, other test data:85.95%).

        Segmented TMA T-loop spring에 의한 견치 후방이동시의 응력분포에 관한 광탄성법적 분석

        본 연구는 교정치료를 시행함에 있어 전치부 crowding을 해결하기 위한 견치의 단독견인 방법중 새로운 segmented TMA T-loop spring으로 견치 후방견인시 치근단과 그 주위 치조골에서의 응력상태를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. PL-3 epoxy resin으로 광탄성 모형을 제작하여 B/L ratio가 0.25, 0.5, 0.75인 위치로 T-loop을 위치시키고 각 위치에서 5mm, 3mm, 1mm activation하였다. 이후 광탄성 응력 해석장치를 이용하여 견치견인시 치근단과 그 주위 치조골에서의 초기 응력 상태를 광탄성법으로 분석한 바, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다 1.T-loop 위치에 상관없이 activation량이 감소할수록 상악 1소구치 발치부위에 응력이 감소하였고 상악 1대구치의 함입응력은 증가하였다. 2.5mm activation시 T-loop위치가 구치부쪽으로 이동할수록 상악 1소구치 발치부위에 응력이 증가하였다. 3.3mm activation시 T-loop위치가 구치부쪽으로 이동할수록 상악 1소구치 발치부위와 상악 1대구치 협측 근심치근 근심면하방 1/2부위에 응력이 증가하였다. 4.1mm activation시 T-loop위치가 견치쪽으로 이동할수록 상악 견치의 근심치근면 상방과 치근첨 하방의 응력이 증가하였다. 5.B/L ratio가 0.25이고 3mm activation시 상악견치의 치체이동이 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때 segmented T-loop spring의 근,원심 위치와 activation량을 조절하여 원하는 치아이동과 고정원 조절이 가능하다고 사료된다. The segmented TMA T-loop spring, used for reciprocal space closure and described by Burstone, was used to achievebodily movement of canine. Photoelastic analysis is a technique for the transformation of Internal stress into visiblelight patterns. The two-dimensional photoelastic stress analysis was performed, and stress distribution was recorded byphotography. The purpose of this study was to visualize photoelastically the distribution of forces transmitted to the alveolus and surrounding structures using new segmented TMA T-loop spring for canine retraction. The resuts were as follows: 1.Decreased activation produced decreased stress of upper 1st. premolar extraction site and increased intrusive stress of upper 1st. molar, regardless of T-loop position. 2.At 5mm activation, More posterior positioning of T-loop produced an increased stress in upper 1st. premolar extraction site. 3.At 3mm activation, More posterior positioning of T-loop produced an increased stress in upper 1st. premolar extraction site and menial lower half of upper 1st. molar mesio-buccal root. 4.At 1mm activation, More anterior positioning of T-loop produced an increased stress in upper menial and blew apex area of upper canine root. 5.0.25 B/L ratio and 3mm activation produced bodily movement of canine. To summarize, desired tooth movement and anchorage requirement is possible byaltering the activation and mesio-distal position of the T-loop spring.
