      • 『An Exploration of Innovative and Enterprise Education Of Chinese Undergraduate in a Global Perspective』

        with the development and demand of the society, as well as the increasingly severe form of Undergraduate Students’ employment, the general institutions of higher education in China, it’s better to carry out the reform of the system from the elite to the mass education. By analyzing the present situation of Undergraduate’s independent entrepreneurship education in the Chinese institutions of higher education and comparing the innovative and entrepreneurial education in the developed countries in the world。This paper puts forward a strategy to adapt to the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the Chinese institutions, and makes a theoretical guidance for the feasibility of independent entrepreneurship for the undergraduate students, it’s to make more students trying to be independent. Entrepreneurship, that will expand the new situation for the employment of university graduates.

        Particle resolved CFD simulation on vapor-phase synthesis of vinyl acetate from ethylene in fixed-bed reactor

        The synthesis of vinyl acetate (VAc) from ethylene is a strongly exothermic reaction that might easily cause catalyst deactivation and reduce selectivity of VAc. Research at the bed scale helps to improve the conversion of C2H4 and the selectivity of VAc. In this study, the discrete element method (DEM) was used to construct a fixed-bed structure model via simulating the filling process of catalyst particles in the reactor. The inlet section of a reaction tube was studied, and its length was 10 cm. The temperature distribution, and the effects of particles size, inlet velocity, inlet temperature and the feed ratio of C2H4 to O2 on the reaction process were studied. Simulated results show that the bed temperature gradually increased from the wall to the center, and the temperature gradient gradually decreased along the radial direction. The maximum temperature was 438.68 K and the temperature difference from the inlet temperature was 5.54 K. Comparing the composite particle packed bed with the single particle size packed bed, the composite packed bed has higher vinyl acetate selectivity. Increasing inlet velocity from 1.5m/s to 3.5m/s, the selectivity of vinyl acetate increased from 91.71% to 92.60%. Adding an inert gas to the feed gas can increase the oxygen concentration and reduce the explosion interval of C2H4, the conversion of C2H4 and the selectivity of vinyl acetate increased.

      • Research on the Policy orientation of Secondary Vocational Education Under the System of Vocational Education in China

        China's secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in mainland China. It outputs Junior and Intermediate technician and technical worker for society and plays a very important role in China's education system. From 2005 to 2014, the Chinese modern occupation education system formally established. The secondary occupation education has achieved a lot by the national strong overall leadership the actively guiding of local government and education departments to actively guide, the depth participation of the industries and enterprises, the organic connection of secondary and higher occupation education, occupation education and general education, the continuous development of education China multi interchange. The proposed policy for China modern occupation education and secondary occupation education policy in recent years were analyzed, focusing on the secondary occupation education employment access, integration of production and education, occupation training, education, free education, support the private education policy is briefly reviewed. This paper aims to understand the policy innovation measures of secondary vocational education in China under the modern vocational education system, and draw lessons from other countries, so as to draw lessons from Korea.         Uplinks Analysis and Optimization of Hybrid Vehicular Networks

        5G vehicular communication is one of key enablers in next generation intelligent transportation system (ITS), that require ultra-reliable and low latency communication (URLLC). To meet this requirement, a new hybrid vehicular network structure which supports both centralized network structure and distributed structure is proposed in this paper. Based on the proposed network structure, a new vehicular network utility model considering the latency and reliability in vehicular networks is developed based on Euclidean norm theory. Building on the Pareto improvement theory in economics, a vehicular network uplink optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the uplink utility of vehicles on the roads. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can significantly improve the uplink vehicular network utility in vehicular networks to meet the URLLC requirements.

        Epigenetic silencing of UBXN8 contributes to leukemogenesis in t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia

        The formation of the RUNX1-RUNX1T1 fusion protein, resulting from the t(8;21) translocation, is considered to be one of the initiating events of t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia (AML). However, the mechanisms of the oncogenic mechanism of RUNX1- RUNX1T1 remain unclear. In this study, we found that RUNX1-RUNX1T1 triggers the heterochromatic silencing of UBXN8 by recognizing the RUNX1-binding sites and recruiting chromatin-remodeling enzymes to the UBXN8 promoter region. Decitabine, a specific inhibitor of DNA methylation, upregulated the expression of UBXN8 in RUNX1-RUNX1T1+ AML cell lines. Overexpression of UBXN8 inhibited the proliferation and colony-forming ability of and promoted cell cycle arrest in t(8;21) AML cell lines. Enhancing UBXN8 levels can significantly inhibit tumor proliferation and promote the differentiation of RUNX1-RUNX1T1+ cells in vivo. In conclusion, our results indicated that epigenetic silencing of UBXN8 via methylation of its promoter region mediated by the RUNX1- RUNX1T1 fusion protein contributes to the leukemogenesis of t(8;21) AML and that UBXN8 targeting may be a potential therapeutic strategy for t(8;21) AML.         Methylation-associated silencing of BASP1 contributes to leukemogenesis in t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia

        The AML1-ETO fusion protein (A/E), which results from the t(8;21) translocation, is considered to be a leukemiainitiating event. Identifying the mechanisms underlying the oncogenic activity of A/E remains a major challenge. In this study, we identified a specific down-regulation of brain acid-soluble protein 1 (BASP1) in t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia (AML). A/E recognized AML1-binding sites and recruited DNA methyltransferase 3a (DNMT3a) to the BASP1 promoter sequence, which triggered DNA methylation-mediated silencing of BASP1. Ectopic expression of BASP1 inhibited proliferation and the colony-forming ability of A/E-positive AML cell lines and led to apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. The DNMT inhibitor decitabine up-regulated the expression of BASP1 in A/E-positive AML cell lines. In conclusion, our data suggest that BASP1 silencing via promoter methylation may be involved in A/E-mediated leukemogenesis and that BASP1 targeting may be an actionable therapeutic strategy in t(8;21) AML.

        Stochastic DLV method for steel truss structures: simulation and experiment

        The stochastic damage locating vector (SDLV) method has been studied extensively in recent years because of its potential to determine the location of damage in structures without the need for measuring the input excitation. The SDLV method has been shown to be a particularly useful tool for damage localization in steel truss bridges through numerical simulation and experimental validation. However, several issues still need clarification. For example, two methods have been suggested for determining the observation matrix C identified for the structural system; yet little guidance has been provided regarding the conditions under which the respective formulations should be used. Additionally, the specific layout of the sensors to achieve effective performance with the SDLV method and the associated relationship to the specific type of truss structure have yet to be explored. Moreover, how the location of truss members influences the damage localization results should be studied. In this paper, these three issues are first investigated through numerical simulation and subsequently the main results are validated experimentally. The results of this paper provide guidance on the effective use of the SDLV method.

        Galloping of steepled main cables in long-span suspension bridges during construction

        Large amplitude oscillation of steepled main cables usually presents during construction of a long-span bridge. To study this phenomenon, six typical main cables with different cross sections during construction are investigated. Two main foci have been conducted. Firstly, aerodynamic coefficients of a main cable are obtained and compared through simulation and wind tunnel test: (1) to ensure the simulation accuracy, influences of the numerical model's grid size, and the jaggy edges of main cable's aerodynamic coefficients are investigated; (2) aerodynamic coefficients of main cables at different wind attack angles are obtained based on the wind tunnel test in which the experimental model is made by rigid plastic using the 3D Printing Technology; (3) then numerical results are compared with wind tunnel test results, and they are in good agreement. Secondly, aerodynamic coefficients of the six main cables at different wind attack angles are obtained through numerical simulation. Then Den Hartog criterion is used to analyze the transverse galloping of main cables during construction. Results show all the six main cables may undergo galloping, which may be an important reason for the large amplitude oscillation of steepled main cables during construction. The flow structures around the main cables indicate that the characteristic of the airflow trajectory over a steepled main cable may play an important role in the galloping generation. Engineers should take some effective measures to control this harmful phenomenon due to the big possibility of the onset of galloping during the construction period.

        FEM simulation-based cutting parameters optimization in machining aluminum-silicon piston alloy ZL109 with PCD tool

        The Johnson-Cook (JC) constitutive model was utilized to simulate the processing of Al-Si piston alloy ZL109 to obtain the optimal finishing parameters in polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tool, and studied the machining quality of ordinary-turning under the optimized cutting parameters. PCD is brittle, so it is difficult to manufacture orthogonal blades and is easy to break and high cost. We have adopted ordinary-turning quality to verify simulation results. Effect of cutting parameters on residual stress, cutting force and temperature was investigated through simulation, meanwhile, effect of cutting parameters on surface roughness and residual stress was analyzed by experiments. It indicates the verification method is practicable, and residual stress, cutting force and temperature are the smallest in simulation, and the experimental values of surface roughness and residual stress are also the smallest under the optimal cutting parameters, which can guide the cutting parameters selection to obtain higher machining quality.
