This paper concerns the control problem for networked control systems (NCSs) with local and remote controllers (LRC) subject to one-step delay and intermittent observations. The main contributions lie in two aspects. Firstly, for the finite-horizon case, applying the maximum principle and the completing square, a necessary and sufficient condition is derived for the solvability of the optimal control problem. Meanwhile, we obtain the explicit controller which is a linear function of the optimal state estimator, with the feedback gain based on the coupled Riccati equations. Secondly, for the infinite-horizon case, a necessary and sufficient condition of the stabilization in the mean square sense for the system without additive noise is derived and a sufficient condition is developed for the boundedness in the mean square sense of the system with the additive noise. Numerical examples are given to show that the proposed algorithms are valid.

We examined the effects of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Tokoronis extracts (RDTEs) on plasma lipids, body weight, and lipogenic enzymes. Mice were administered a standard chow diet, a 60% high-fat diet, or a high-fat diet with RDTE. Mice that were fed a high-fat diet containing RDTE were found to have lower increases in body and epididymal adipose tissue weights and a lessened occurrence of hepatic steatosis than mice that were fed a high-fat diet. The decreased adiposity that was induced by RDTE accounted for lower plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, leptin, and glucose and a higher level of adiponectin. RDTE administration also resulted in a significant decrease in triglyceride, total plasma cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol when compared to the high-fat group. To identify the mechanism by which RDTE induced its antiobesity effect, we investigated the sterol response element binding protein (SREBP) transcription system, which was induced in mice that were fed the high-fat diet. RDTE was found to suppress the expression of SREBP-1 as well as that of fatty acid synthase in adipose and liver tissues in mice provided the high-fat diet. These findings suggest that the antiobesity action of RDTE in mice that are fed a high-fat diet may occur in response to suppression of the SREBP-1-dependent lipogenic pathway.

New drimane-type sesquiterpene cryptoporol A(1), cryptoporic acid derivative 60-cryptoporic acid E methylester (2), and pseudouridine derivative cryptoporineA(3), aswell as a known ergosterol 5a,8a-epidioxy-22E-ergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol (4), were isolated from a 90 % alcoholextract of the fruiting bodies of Cryptoporus volvatus. Thestructures of these compounds were established by spectroscopicanalysis and circular dichroism. 5a,8a-epidioxy-22Eergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol (4) exhibited antiviral activityagainst porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, and all compounds showed weak antioxidant activities.
Golgi Phosphoprotein 2 Is a Novel Regulator of IL-12 Production and Macrophage Polarization

<P>Golgi phosphoprotein 2 (GOLPH2), a widely expressed Golgi type II transmembrane protein, has been implicated in several important physiological and pathological processes, including virus infections, cancer cell proliferation, and metastasis. However, its biological functions and mechanisms, particularly in the immune system, remain highly obscure. In this study, we report the biochemical identification of GOLPH2 from B cell lymphoma culture supernatant and show that the secreted protein could inhibit IL-12 production by dendritic cells (DCs) and IL-12–induced IFN-γ production by activated T cells. Further molecular analysis revealed that GOLPH2’s IL-12–inhibiting activity was mediated through a proximal <I>IL12p35</I> promoter element involving a previously identified transcriptional repressor named GC-binding protein that is induced during phagocytosis of apoptotic cells by macrophages. We subsequently generated global <I>golph2</I> knockout mice, which exhibited little developmental abnormality but were more susceptible to LPS-induced endotoxic shock than were wild-type mice with elevated serum IL-12 levels. Furthermore, we found that GOLPH2 played a regulatory role in macrophage polarization toward the M2 type. A comprehensive analysis of gene expression profiles of activated wild-type and GOLPH2-deficient DCs by RNA sequencing uncovered mechanistic insights into the way GOLPH2 potentially modulates DC function during inflammatory insults. Our functional study of GOLPH2 helps advance the scientific understanding of the biological and pathogenic roles of this novel and intriguing molecule with great potential as a diagnostic and prognostic marker as well as a therapeutic target in many acute and chronic inflammatory disorders.</P>
Research on Thermal Refocusing System of High-resolution Space Camera
Weiyan Li,Qunbo Lv,Jian Wei Wang,Na Zhao,Zheng Tan,Linlin Pei 한국광학회 2022 Current Optics and Photonics Vol.6 No.1
A high-resolution camera is a precise optical system. Its vibrations during transportation and launch, together with changes in temperature and gravity field in orbit, lead to different degrees of defocus of the camera. Thermal refocusing is one of the solutions to the problems related to in-orbit defocusing, but there are few relevant thermal refocusing mathematical models for systematic analysis and research. Therefore, to further research thermal refocusing systems by using the development of a high-resolution micro-nano satellite (CX6-02) super-resolution camera as an example, we established a thermal refocusing mathematical model based on the thermal elasticity theory on the basis of the secondary mirror position. The detailed design of the thermal refocusing system was carried out under the guidance of the mathematical model. Through optical–mechanical–thermal integration analysis and Zernike polynomial calculation, we found that the data error obtained was about 1%, and deformation in the secondary mirror surface conformed to the optical index, indicating the accuracy and reliability of the thermal refocusing mathematical model. In the final ground test, the thermal vacuum experimental verification data and in-orbit imaging results showed that the thermal refocusing system is consistent with the experimental data, and the performance is stable, which provides theoretical and technical support for the future development of a thermal refocusing space camera.
Analog Filter Circuits Feature Selection Using MRMR and SVM
Yongkui Sun,Lei Ma,Na Qin,Meilan Zhang,Qianyong Lv 제어로봇시스템학회 2014 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2014 No.10
This paper addresses frequency response feature extraction of analog filter circuits. An approach for feature selection using criteria of maximum relevance minimum redundancy (MRMR) and support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. Key idea of the method is to obtain candidate feature subsets with descending order using criteria of MRMR first, and then to select the optimal feature subset through cross validation results of each feature subset using SVM. Experimental results testify that the proposed approach has the advantages of less time-consuming and the selected features have reasonable distribution.

The AML1-ETO fusion protein (A/E), which results from the t(8;21) translocation, is considered to be a leukemiainitiating event. Identifying the mechanisms underlying the oncogenic activity of A/E remains a major challenge. In this study, we identified a specific down-regulation of brain acid-soluble protein 1 (BASP1) in t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia (AML). A/E recognized AML1-binding sites and recruited DNA methyltransferase 3a (DNMT3a) to the BASP1 promoter sequence, which triggered DNA methylation-mediated silencing of BASP1. Ectopic expression of BASP1 inhibited proliferation and the colony-forming ability of A/E-positive AML cell lines and led to apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. The DNMT inhibitor decitabine up-regulated the expression of BASP1 in A/E-positive AML cell lines. In conclusion, our data suggest that BASP1 silencing via promoter methylation may be involved in A/E-mediated leukemogenesis and that BASP1 targeting may be an actionable therapeutic strategy in t(8;21) AML.
