In this paper, the attitude changes of projectile and its influence parameters during the process of penetration on the ship plate structure are studied by material point method. The method is firstly verified by comparing with experimental results. The numerical results agree well with the experimental results. The failure behavior of the plate is similar to the actual situation, and the failure mode is basically the same. With the change of different parameters, the attitude of projectiles will change differently. The greater the penetration velocity, the weaker the influence of other related parameters on the projectile attitude. When other parameters are not changed, the relative size of the strength of stiffener and the thickness of target plate determines the change of the projectile attitude. Analyze from the perspective of energy and force, and finally projectile attitude can be divided into four types.
무라벨 친환경 패키지디자인 활용과 탄산음료 브랜드 인지에 관한 연구 - 중국의 탄산음료 브랜드를 중심으로 -

플라스틱 오염이 전 지구적으로 광범위하게 확산되어 자연 생태계가 파괴되고 이에 따른 지구의 환경재난이 현실로 다가오고는 상황 속에서 중국의 소비자들도 그린슈머(Greensumer)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 중국에서 플라스틱 용기의 사용량이 플라스틱 또는 환경오염, 또는 공해 오염에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다는 최근 연구와 보도들이 증가하는 상황 속에서 이를 디자인의 측면에서 연구하고자 하였다. 현재 세계 각국에서는 전세계로 확장되고 있는 환경오염을 감소시키는 방안중 하나로 포장재중 하나인 페트병 재활용을 높일 수 있도록 라벨을 사용하지 않는 패키지 사용을 권장하고 있다. 이러한 방안 중 하나로 페트병을 재활용이 쉽도록 라벨이 없는 디자인을 사용하는 업체가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구를 위해서 먼저 현재 중국에서 생산, 판매되는 탄산음료 패키지디자인에 있어 라벨이 사용되지 않는다는 가설을 세우고, 라벨이 없는 상태에서 소비자들이 탄산음료의 브랜드 구분을 어떻게 하는지에 대해 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 추후 라벨이 없는 탄산음료의 브랜드 인지를 위한 디자인 요소가 무엇인지 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구의 시작은 첫째, 중국의 탄산음료 패키지디자인 분석. 둘째, 탄산음료 패키지의 모양, 마개 그리고 음료의 색상에 대한 소비자인지도 조사 및 분석. 셋째, 조사결과를 바탕으로 무 라벨 탄산음료 패키지디자인을 위한 디자인 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 연구자는 중국의 탄산음료 패키지가 환경오염을 최소화하는데 이바지할 수 있기를 기대한다. Due to the promotion of environmental protection ideology, Chinese consumers are increasingly interested in Greensumer. The reason is that the current plastic pollution is spreading widely around the world, destroying natural ecosystems, and the resulting environmental disasters on the earth are approaching reality. Eco-friendly package design is becoming more important. In this study, the current use of plastic containers in China took a large part in plastic, environmental pollution, or pollution by looking at recent studies and reports that it was taken as a research topic. Currently Countries around the world are recommending the use of packaging that does not use labels in order to increase the efficiency of recycling PET bottles in consideration of such environmental pollution. Many companies have adopted a label-free design for PET bottles to make recycling easier. For this study, we first hypothesized that labels are not used in the packaging design of carbonated beverages currently produced and sold in China. In the future, we tried to find out what the design elements are for brand recognition of carbonated beverages without labels. The beginning of this study is first, analysis of Chinese carbonated beverage package design. Second, survey and analysis of consumer perception on the shape of carbonated beverage package, cap, and color of beverage. Third, based on the survey results, a design development plan for the label-free carbonated beverage package design was presented. Through this, the researchers hope that China's carbonated beverage packages can contribute to minimizing environmental pollution.
Changes in Protein Phosphorylation during Salivary Gland Degeneration in Haemaphysalis longicornis

The ticks feed large amount of blood from their hosts and transmit pathogens to the victims. The salivary gland plays an important role in the blood feeding. When the female ticks are near engorgement, the salivary gland gradually loses its functions and begins to rapidly degenerate. In this study, data-independent acquisition quantitative proteomics was used to study changes in the phosphorylation modification of proteins during salivary gland degeneration in Haemaphysalis longicornis. In this quantitative study, 400 phosphorylated proteins and 850 phosphorylation modification sites were identified. Trough RNA interference experiments, we found that among the proteins with changes in phosphorylation, apoptosis-promoting Hippo protein played a role in salivary gland degeneration.

Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) play an important role in abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) formation; however, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) may exert therapeutic effects on AAA through their immunomodulatory and regenerative abilities. This study aimed to examine the role and mechanism of MSC-EVs in regulating the development of NET-mediated AAA. Excessive release of NETs was observed in patients with AAA, and the levels of NET components were associated with the clinical outcomes of the patients. Datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus database were analyzed and revealed that the PI3K/AKT pathway and ferroptosis were strongly associated with NETosis during AAA formation. Further experiments verified that NETs promoted AAA formation by inducing ferroptosis in smooth muscle cells (SMCs) by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT pathway. The PI3K agonist 740 Y-P, the ferroptosis inhibitor ferrostatin-1, and Padi4 deficiency significantly prevented AAA formation. MSC-EVs attenuated AAA formation by reducing NET release in an angiotensin II-induced AAA mouse model. In vitro experiments revealed that MSC-EVs reduced the release of NETs by shifting NETosis to apoptosis. Our study indicates an important role for NET-induced SMC ferroptosis in AAA formation and provides several potential targets for AAA treatment
Insulin-positive ductal cells do not migrate into preexisting islets during pregnancy

The adult pancreatic ductal system was suggested to harbor facultative beta-cell progenitors similar to the embryonic pancreas, and the appearance of insulin-positive duct cells has been used as evidence for natural duct-to-beta-cell reprogramming. Nevertheless, the phenotype and fate of these insulin-positive cells in ducts have not been determined. Here, we used a cell-tagging dye, CFDA-SE, to permanently label pancreatic duct cells through an intraductal infusion technique. Representing a time when significant increases in beta-cell mass occur, pregnancy was later induced in these CFDA-SE-treated mice to assess the phenotype and fate of the insulin-positive cells in ducts. We found that a small portion of CFDA-SE-labeled duct cells became insulin-positive, but they were not fully functional beta-cells based on the in vitro glucose response and the expression levels of key beta-cell genes. Moreover, these insulin-positive cells in ducts expressed significantly lower levels of genes associated with extracellular matrix degradation and cell migration, which may thus prevent their budding and migration into preexisting islets. A similar conclusion was reached through analysis of the Gene Expression Omnibus database for both mice and humans. Together, our data suggest that the contribution of duct cells to normal beta-cells in adult islets is minimal at best.

The Strongylocentrotus intermedius is an important commercially cultivated marine animal in China. In recent years, some individuals with diaphanous tube feet, rather than the normal red tube feet, have been observed among animals under cultivation; the basis of this phenotypic change is uncertain. In order to better understand the differences between two color tube feet of S. intermedius at the molecular level, we constructed four cDNA libraries from tube feet and coelomocytes of S. intermedius individuals with red or diaphanous tube feet. A total of 216,729,214 clean reads were assembled into 87,510 transcripts with an average size of 1677 bp. A BlastX search showed that 72,690 transcripts had significant matches in at least one target database. Expression profile analysis was performed on the four libraries and many differentially expressed genes were identified. Using gene enrichment analysis, several biological processes related to immune responses as well as immune-related candidate genes were identified. A total of 1694 genes were immune-related, and the genes expression of red tube feet were higher than that of diaphanous tube feet. In addition, 50,427 simple sequence repeats were obtained from the S. intermedius transcriptomes, while 32,650 and 42,264 single nucleotide polymorphisms were found in S. intermedius with diaphanous tube feet and red tube feet, respectively. These results provide valuable information for the future studies involving marker-assisted breeding and the studies of population genetics and genomics on S. intermedius.
Microbial transformation of ginsenoside Rg3 to ginsenoside Rh2 by Esteya vermicola CNU 120806.

<P>In the present investigation, we successfully employed a cell-free extract of Esteya vermicola CNU 120806 to convert ginsenoside Rg3 to Rh2. Three important factors including pH, temperature and substrate concentration were optimized for the preparation of Rh(2). The optimal condition was obtained as follows: 50C, pH 5.0 and substrate concentration of 3 mg ml(-1). The yield of conversion was up to 90.7%. In order to identify the specificity of the β-glucosidase activity of Esteya vermicola CNU 120806, ginsenoside Re (protopanaxatriol saponins) was treated under the same reaction system. Interestingly, no new metabolite was generated, which elucidated that the enzymatic process only occurred by hydrolysis of the terminal glucopyranosyl moieties at the C-3 carbon of ginsenoside Rg(3). The crude enzyme extract can be used for commercial ginsenoside Rh(2) preparation.</P>
