Starter 및 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치양념 및 겉절이 김치의 품질에 미치는 영향

양념에 Leu. mesenteroides, Lac plantarum의 젖산균과 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치 양념의 대장균군 제어, 속성촉진여부 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Leu. mesenteroides과 젓갈을 첨가한 경우 초기 숙성이 촉진되나 후기 산패는 완만하였으며 Lac. plantarum의 첨가시에는 초기 숙성에는 큰 차이가 없고 후기 산패가 현저하게 진행되었다. 대장균군은 산도 0.80% 이상에서 사멸되었는데 leu. mesenteroides의 경우가 숙성이 촉진되어 보다 신속히 사멸시켰다. 총균수와 젖산균수는 초기에 starter 첨가구는 10^6CFU/mL 정도인데 반해서 starter를 첨가하지 않은 않은 처리구에서 총균수는 10^6CFU/mL , 젖산균수가 10^4CFU/mL 이었고 숙성 후에는 첨가균이 높은 수준을 유지하였다. 하지만 대체적으로 스타터의 첨가가 숙성 및 대장균에 크게 영향을 주지 못하는 경향으로 동일하게 나왔다. 관능적 특성에서는 Leu. mesenteroides 첨가구가 Lac. plantarum의 경우보다 우수하였다. 한편, 시판 겉절이 김치는 산도가 0.09~0.18%, ph 5.46~5.89, 총균수 2.2×10^6~3.1×10^7CFU/mL, 젖산균수는 2.1×10^4~6.6×10^5CFU/mL, 대장균수는 1.8×10^4~7.1×10^5CFU/mL, 염분 1.89%~2.51%으로 스타터 첨가 겉절이에 비해 ph와 염도를 제외한 품질 특성에서 전반적으로 낮은 값을 나타냈다. This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus plantarum and salt fermented anchovy extracts on Kimchi sauce. The sauce was fermented more rapidly by addition of Leu. mesenteroids or salt fermented anchovy extracts on the early fermentation stage than the control, but it was fermented slowly on the late fermentation stage. When L. plantarum was added to the Kimchi on the early fermentation stage, the acidity of Kimchi didn't show a significant difference from the control, but acidity was remarkably increased on the late stage. Coliform group was disappeared when acidity of sauce was higher than 0.8% during fermentation. It was controlled by Leu. mesenteroides but not by L. plantarum. Total count and lactic acid bacterial count of the sauces with starter were 6.30×10^6~1.0×10^7 CFU/mL and 1.04~2.04×10^6 CFU/mL, respectively, but those of the control sauce were 10^6 CFU/mL and 10^4 CFU/mL, respectively. Those count of the sauce with starter were higher than those of the control sauce on the later stage of fermentation. Organoleptic quality of the sauce with Leu. mesenteroides was superior to that with L. plantarum.

With respect to the increasing importance of understanding our environmental concerns, this study was conducted to develop the questionnaire for the comprehensive and objective measurement of environmental concerns and test its reliability. The major research methods taken include the design of environmental questionnaire based on literature review and related theories, and the process of increasing the reliability of developed questionnaire through the repetition of reliability analysis. The total of 3 surveys were conducted and the total of 510 persons including diverse sample groups were questionnaired. The SAS PC+ package program was used in the reliability analysis of surveyed data. The first designed questionnaire consisted of 50 items including 25 items related to environmental pollution and 25 items related to nature conservation, reflecting various factors of environmental concerns. The result of the first reliability analysis showed that Cronbach-αfor the total was 0.75. To increase the reliability, items having low correlation with the total were eliminated, corrected, or revised. The reliability of redesigned questionnaire consisting of 46 items was significantly improved to the level of Cronbach-α0.88, the high reliability of measurement. In the second reliability analysis, 11 items were further revised and corrected to develop the questionnaire having the very high reliability. The reliability of the finalized questionnaire was further increased to the level of Cronbach-α0.92.
정확한 Closed-Form 그린함수를 이용한 코플래너 도파로 불연속 해석

실수축 상의 적분 방법에 의한 정확한 closed-form 그린함수를 이용하여 코플래너 도파로의 불연속에 대한 공간영역 full-wave 해석을 하였다. MPIE(Mixed Potential Integral Eqution)를 풀기 위한 수치계산 방법으로는 삼각형 요소를 이용한 갤러킨 방법을 사용하였다. 경계면에서 삼각형 요소상의 기저함수로는 선형함수를 사용하였으며, 관측점과 전원점이 일치하는 특이점 근방의 적분 계산을 위해 면적분을 선적분 형태로 바꾸어 피적분 함수의 특이점이 사라지도록 하는 해석적인 방법을 사용하였다. 실수축 적분방법에 의한 그린함수를 이용함으로써 불연속에 대한 정확한 특성을 구하였다. By using accurate closed-form Green's functions obtained from real-axis integration method, the full-wave analysis of CPW discontinuities are performed in space domain. In solving MPIE(Mixed Potetial Integral Equation), Galerkin's scheme is employed with the linear basis functions on the truangular elements in air-dielectric boundary. In the singular integral arising when the observation point and source point coincides, the surface integral is transformed into the line integral and the integral is evaluated by regular integration. By using the green's function from the real-axis integration method, the discontinuities are characterized accurately.

The present study is aimed to survey the aircraft noise around Cheongju International Airport, so the survey on the aircraft noise was undertaken from July 7 to July 13, 2002 continuously. As a result, it was found that number of passing aircrafts and WECPNL value per day are different with days of the week. On Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday the influence of aircraft noise was lower than that on Tuesday and Thursday. The aircraft noise level of three residential areas around the airport was examined. The noise levels of 1.2km, 1.0km and 4.0km away from the airport runway were 74.7, 83.3, 67.7 WECPNL respectively. It was found that there is little affect of noise on residential life in two surveyed areas, but in the other area, noise is so loud that it should be anticipated to be noise damaged area.

Rosin moiety-containing monomers were prepared by the reaction of abietic acid with 1,4-butanediol vinyl ether, ethylene glycol vinyl ether and diethylene glycol vinyl ether using diethyl azodicarboxylate as a catalyst. These new monomers were photo-polymerized to give thin films in the presence of a sulfonium salt containing long alkyl chain. The rate of photopolymerization and amount of cured polymer were determined using real-time infrared technique. The final conversion of double bond is achieved in less than 30sec.
