        고등학생의 강간통념이 성적 자기주장과 상대통제에 미치는 영향 : 양성평등의식의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 기존의 성인대상의 데이트 폭력이나 성폭력의 주요 변인으로 연구되어온 강간통념, 성적 자율성, 상대에 대한 통제 경향 변인들을 중심으로 이 변인들의 수준이 남녀 고등학생에게서 어떤 차이가 있으며 청소년기의 이성교제에서 어떤 관련성을 가지는지 양성평등의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 남녀 고등학교 1, 2학년 971명을 표집하여 남녀평등의식, 강간통념 척도, 상대통제 척도, 성적 자율성 척도 등을 내용으로 하는 설문지를 구성하여 실시하였다. 연구결과 남학생의 강간통념 수준은 여학생보다 높았으며 양성평등의식 수준은 여학생보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮았다. 또한 남학생의 이성교제에서 양성평등의식은 강간통념과 상대에 대한 통제 경향 사이를 부분매개하고 있었으며 여학생의 이성교제에서 양성평등의식은 강간통념과 성적 자기주장성 사이를 완전매개하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다.

        국내 보완·대체 치료 간호학 논문의 연구동향 분석

        This study is to analyze the research rends centering on the theses related to CAT released in nursing of Korea. Method: The researcher collected the academic degrees and theses published on the book of the academic society from 1980 to 2001, and examined 88 domestic dissertations on nursing science of the CAT. Result: 1) By department, the results were: the nursing thesis 88(43.3%), medical field 45(22.1%), psychologyㆍconsulting education 28(14%). 2) In the type of the CAT in nursing, the results were: acupressure 28(31.5%), Dan-Jeon Breathing 14(15.7%) aroma therapy 5(5.6%) in order. 3) The number of theses increase every year after 1997. 4) As for the type of study design, the results were: the experimental research had the most(47), and the survey research(30). 5) As for the subject, the results were: patients with disease(44), healthy adults(29), literate(9) and medical staff were only 6 theses. 6) in the theme of the theses, the results were: the effect of therapy(76), the experience of therapy(26), adaptation of nursing of therapy(11) and literature reviews were 7. Conclusion: More research needs to be encouraged in the unsatisfactory fields. Researches should be conducted to extend into the practical fields as Korea nursing mediation, project for the establishment of health polices should be conducted.

        LED와플라즈마 광원의 완속기시 광중합 방식이 복합레진의 수축응력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 LED와 플라즈마 광원의 복합레진의 중합시 완속기시 중합방식(soft-start curing)이 수축응력에 미치는 효과를 비교,평가하고자 하였다. 할로겐 광원으로 40초간 조사하여 복합레진을 중합한 경우와 LED와 플라즈마 광원의 단일광도 중합방식과 완속기시 중합방식으로 할로겐 40초 동안의 광에너지와 총량이 동일하도록 조사시간을 설정하였고 수축응력은 스트레인 게이지(Strain gauge)를 사용하여 측정하였다. 발생되는 수축응력을 비교,분석 및 평가한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 군에서 중합 후 200초까지 수축응력이 급격하게 증가하였으나 이후 마지막 측정시간인 800초까지 완만한 증가를 보였다(P<O.05l). 2. LED와 플라즈마 광원의 완속기시 중합방법이 단일광도 중합방법에 비해 수축응력이 낮게 나타났다(P<O.05). 3. 할로겐 광원과 LED와 플라즈마 광원의 완속기시 중합의 수축응력 비교에는 유의차가 없었다(P>O.05). 완속기시 중합 방식을 사용할 경우 단일광도 중합 방식보다 수축응력을 감소시킬 수 있어 임상적으로 고광도 광원인 LED와 플라즈마 광원의 경우 완속기시 중합 방식의 사용이 유리하다고 보여진다. 그러나 완속기시 중합시 불충분한 중합을 방지하기 위해서는 완속기시를 보완하는 추가적인 중합시간이 요구될 것으로 사료된다. Effect of Soft-start curing on the contraction stress of composite resin restoration polymerized with LED and plasma curing unit. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of soft-start light curing on contraction stress and hardness of composite resin. Composite resin (Filtek Z-250™, 3M ESPE, USA) was cured using the one-step continuous curing method with three difference light sources ; conventional halogen light (XL3000™), 3M ESPE, USA) cure for 40 seconds at 400 mw/cm², LED light (Elipar Freelight 2™. 3M-ESPE, USA) cure for 20 seconds at 800 mW/cm² a and plasma are light (Flipo™, LOKKI, France) cure for 12 seconds at 1300 mW/cm². For the soft-start curing method : LED light (Elipar Freelight 2™, 3M-ESPE, USA) cure exponential increase with 5 seconds followed by 17 seconds at 800 mW/cm² and plasma arc light (Flipo™, LOKKI. France) cure 2 seconds light exposure at 650 mW/cm² followed by 11 seconds at 1300 mW/cm². The strain guage method was used for determination of polymerization contraction. Measurements were recorded at each 2 second for the total of 800 seconds including the periods of light application. Obtained data were analyzed statically using Repeated measures ANOVA, One way ANOVA, and Tukey test. The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. Composite resin restoration showed transient expansion just after irradiation of curing light. Contraction stress was increased rapidly at the early phase of polymerization and reduced slowly as time elapsed (P<0.05). 2. Contraction stress was not revealed significant difference between Halogen curing light groups and LED and Plasma Light curing with soft-start group (P>0.05). 3. LED and Plasma Light curing with soft-start showed lower contraction stress than the one-step continuous light curing (P<0.05).

        T-scan을 이용한 감소된 수직고경을 가진 소아의 가철성 의치 제작 : A CASE REPORT

        성장기 아동에서 외상, 유전적 질환, erosion, 다발성 우식증에 의해 1대구치의 조기상실 등이 야기되어 수직고경이 상실된 경우를 드물지 않게 발견할 수 있다. 이러한 수직고경이 상실된 환아에게는 저작력 저하, 안모의 상실, 발음 이상, 저작근의 경련, 턱관절 장애 등이 발생할 수 있으며 중심교합을 상실한 경우 저작기능의 큰 저해요인이 될 수 있다. 성인의 경우 생리적 안정위, 평균적인 치조제간의 거리, 최대 교합력 등이 수직고경을 회복하는데 기준이 되나 소아환자의 기준에 대한 보고는 미흡한 실정이다. 대부분의 증례에서 전치부는 cellulid crown form을 이용한 레진관, 유구치는 stainless steeel crown으로 수복한 것으로 보고되었으나 수직고경의 기준은 제시되지 않고 있다. 본 증례에서는 다발성 치아 우식증으로 인하여 모든 유구치와 3개의 제 1대구치가 조기 상실되어 수직고경과 중심교합을 상실한 환아에서, 의도된 악관관계를 재현하고 그에 따라 제작한 가철성 장치를 이용하여 양호한 결과를 얻었다. Loss of permanent molar by multiple dental caries traumatic influence or hereditable disease can cause loss of the vertical dimension in children. However traditionally reconstructive treatment to restore vertical dimension in children has been provided by using simple methods such as celluloid crown form and stainless steel crown. The presented case report describes an alternative treatment modality of vertical dimension by using removalbe appliance. This appliance is made with average of facial height and maximal clenching force by using T-scan.

        만성관절염과 루푸스의 피로, 통증, 및 통증효능감에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to distinguish by the characteristic difference and the degree of symptoms such as fatigue, pain, coping to pain, and efficacy on pain, and to offer descriptive data for nursing intervention for improving coping ability to pain along each characteristics of disease in chronic arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. The subjects were 135 outpatients in the hospital for rheumatic disease in H-University, Seoul. The data were collected by structural questionnaire, from April 29 to June 29, 1999. The results were that the fatigue score was high in the OA patients while the RA patients and SLE patients experienced middle range of fatigue score, but which was not statistically different. Although the RA patients felt higher pain than other diseases, they have well coped with their pain than the others. In efficacy on pain the SLE patients had higher score than others but all of the disease showed lower score. No statistically significant difference among the three croup was recorded in efficacy on pain. Therefore, pain management in the RA patients was primary nursing intervention because they felt severe pain and have well coped with pain while they had lower pain efficacy score than the others. It is also important that fatigue management and coping strategies on pain for the OA patients and SLE patients are specially supportive in the nursing intervention.

        간호실무에서 신봉이론(Espoused theories)에 대한 탐색적 연구

        As a nursing practice involves nurses' actions in a specific context of health care, this study has focused on exploring the espoused theories in nursing practice within the action science perspectives, Espoused theories are the belief, principles, and rationale expressed by the practitioner as guiding her/his actions in a situation of practice. The data were analysed qualitatively and 25 elements of espoused theories of nursing action were identified and clustered into 6 categories. The 25 elements of espoused theories are as follows: The clinical nurse worked in wholistic and individual nursing, focussed on the patient's needed, comfort and supportive nursing (5 theories of nursing goal) ; excellent skills, knowledge based, assessment and data collection, explaining, educating or a scientific basis(6 theories of nursing intervention): advocacy, value oriented, treatment, account- ability and commitment(4 theories of nursing ethics) ; human respect. partnership, trust(3 theories of patient-nurse relationship) : knowledgable, accumulated clinical experiences and personally lived experiences. positive perspectives(4 theories of nurse), role of intervention. rewarding peer relationship(3 theories of situations) The above mentioned espoused theories are similar to that of nursing textbooks which students learned through basic nursing education and almost the same as the Acts ofa Nurse in Korean. However, we are doubtful whether nurses actually do as they think. Therefore. it is recommended to review the theories-in-use in order to and any discrepancies between the espoused theories and the reality of nursing actions

      • Application of adaptive neuro-fuzzy system in prediction of nanoscale and grain size effects on formability

        Grain size in sheet metals in one of the main parameters in determining formability. Grain size control in industry requires delicate process control and equipment. In the present study, effects of grain size on the formability of steel sheets is investigated. Experimental investigation of effect of grain size is a cumbersome method which due to existence of many other effective parameters are not conclusive in some cases. On the other hand, since the average grain size of a crystalline material is a statistical parameter, using traditional methods are not sufficient for find the optimum grain size to maximize formability. Therefore, design of experiment (DoE) and artificial intelligence (AI) methods are coupled together in this study to find the optimum conditions for formability in terms of grain size and to predict forming limits of sheet metals under bi-stretch loading conditions. In this regard, a set of experiment is conducted to provide initial data for training and testing DoE and AI. Afterwards, the using response surface method (RSM) optimum grain size is calculated. Moreover, trained neural network is used to predict formability in the calculated optimum condition and the results compared to the experimental results. The findings of the present study show that DoE and AI could be a great aid in the design, determination and prediction of optimum grain size for maximizing sheet formability.

      • Fuzzy Control for Active Suspension System

        In this paper, a control strategy of active suspension based on fuzzy logic control has been investigated. Using incorporating feedback from force sensor to front and rear active suspension system, the control system improved the dynamic responses of the vehicle. A multi degree-of-freedom nonlinear model was co-simulated by MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS/Car. The simulation results indicate that the proposed active suspension is very effective in the vibration isolation.
