      • Research on the Model of Performance Evaluation for Enterprise Informatization Based on the Input and Output Process Perspective

        Enterprise informatization is a complex system made of management philosophy, management methods and information technology. According to Porter's valuechain thinking, enterprise informatization actually builds the foundation platform for the primary activities and secondary activities that create business value. Therefore, performance of enterprise informatization has characteristics of integrity, indirection, long-term and so on. This paper, based the enterprise informatization performance has the charac on the value evaluation and from the input-output process perspective, sets cognitive variables to systematically descript input and output of enterprise informatization and builds a class of cognitive performance evaluation model. The empirical studies have shown that the model can describe the performance of enterprise informatization systematically and provide the quantitative evidence for enterprise informatization management.

        Development Status of Digital Detection Technology for Unfavorable Geological Structures in Deep Tunnels

        The geological conditions of long tunnels are complex and changeable. Potential structural planes or unfavorable geological structures are random and unpredictable. Sudden geological disasters can easily cause delays in construction periods, economic losses, and even serious casualties. Tunnel monitoring measurement and advanced geological forecast research have always been two major guarantees for safe tunnel construction. However, the current research lacks a clear explanation of the classification of rock mass structural surfaces and the hazard-causing mechanism. Many recent instabilities of surrounding rock structures and The block loss accident has made it a hot issue for research. First, combining the past work of the team, the structural surfaces in the rock mass are mainly divided into two types: exposed and hidden structural surfaces, and different detection methods are summarized for their different occurrencestates. Among them, digital compass contact measurement, near Range photogrammetry and laser scanning have become the three major means to support the development of the geological survey of the tunnel structural surface. Secondly, it systematically summarizes the comprehensive detection methods of bad geological structures in the rock mass structure, and introduces the specific application of geophysical technology in tunnel engineering. Finally, the development trends of the above two rock mass structure detection technologies are discussed. Based on the two parts of rock mass structural surface and unfavorable geological structure, it systematically expounds the development status of the existing typical disaster-causing structure detection technology, which can provide important references for researchers in this field, especially field engineers.

      • Research Framework for Risk Management on Civil Engineering Projects Invested by Chinese Government

        Due to the characteristic of social public welfare and huge scale, civil engineering projects invested by government are the majority part of investment in fixed assets in China. However, as the current investment management mechanism joined together with Investment, Construction, Management and Operation, there are a large number of projects issues just like a low executive effectiveness, a wastej of recourses, unrealizable objectives. One main reason which causes the issues above is that there is no effective risk management mechanism for civil engineering projects. As there are so many stakeholders and so complex principal-agent relationships, it is not enough to rely on project management by project manager. Research from the view of governance can build a risk management frame work for civil engineering projects so that project risks can be deduced and then utilize on the investment by government can be improved.

      • Investigation of random fatigue life prediction based on artificial neural network

        Time domain method and frequency domain method are commonly used in the current fatigue life calculation theory. The time domain method has complicated procedures and needs a large amount of calculation, while the frequency domain method has poor applicability to different materials and different spectrum, and improper selection of spectrum model will lead to large errors. Considering that artificial neural network has strong ability of nonlinear mapping and generalization, this paper applied this technique to random fatigue life prediction, and the effect of average stress was taken into account, thereby achieving more accurate prediction result of random fatigue life.

        Occurrence of ethyl carbamate in three types of Chinese wines and its possible reasons

        A total of 75 wines including 30 white wines, 31 red wines, and 14 sparkling wines wereobtained from several regions in China (Sinkiang, Tonghua, Huailai, Yantai, Changli, Shanxi, Gansu, andNingxia). Ethyl carbamate (EC) was detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The ECconcentration ranged from less than 1.16 to 38.56 μg/L, and the concentrations in 17 wines exceededthe U.S. limit for table wines (15 μg/L). The concentrations of EC increased in the order of white, red,and sparkling wines with the corresponding mean concentrations of 6.12, 9.22, and 14.03 μg/L. Therelationship between EC concentration and wine type suggested that EC concentrations in wines mightbe affected by vinification patterns, most likely due to the difference between EC precursors indifferent vinification processes. This work provides a novel clue for EC contamination in different wines.

        Analysis and Prediction of Structural Plane Connectivity in Tunnel based on Digitalizing Image

        The identification of structural plane connectivity is an application problem in rock mass engineering. Theoretically, information of exposed rock mass and its internal borehole is of great significance to predict network of unexcavated rock structural plane, especially in tunnel engineering. In this paper, parameters of structural planes have been obtained through borehole imaging in advance drilling borehole of tunnel face. Furthermore, a geometric discrimination method for the multiple structural plane based on the included angle has been proposed. And then, spatial distribution of the large scale structural plane in the unexcavated rock mass has been recognized by effective assistant techniques. To verify this method, the binocular photogrammetry method has been adopted to investigate the parameters of structural planes during excavation, and then the structural plane model of tunnel face has been constructed. The tunnel face mapping has been compared with that of section of the predicted model. The results showed that included angle identification method based on three boreholes is highly reliable and can be used to accurately construct the deterministic structural plane network in front of the tunnel face.
