청대 말기 서원 장서(藏書) 제도는 시간적으로는 줄곧 중국 전통 서원 장서 제도의 우수한 전통을 계승하였으며, 공간적으로는 서학(西學)의 조류에 직면하였다. 이 때문에 전체 발전에 있어서 경동적(傾同的) 특징을 보이는데, 이를 연구 대상 전체의 기본 전제로 삼을 수 있겠다. 한편으로, 청말 서원 장서는 개방되고 사회화되는 양상을 보인다. 또한, 서원의 제도는 내부의 규범화를 매우 중시하는 모습을 보이는데, 상세한 관리 체계, 인사제도, 문서 제도 및 대여, 열람 제도 등이 건립되었다. 다른 한편으로, 서학 조류의 영향 아래 서원에서는 본래 고유한 지식 체계에 대한 변혁의 씨앗이 싹트고 있었을 뿐만 아니라, 뛰어난 지방 관리와 상호 협력하는 특징을 보여주었다. 이러한 양상 및 특징들은 모두 신해혁명 이후 중국 지식 체계의 근대화의 초석이자 토대가 되었다. The late Qing academy collection system not only inherited the fine tradition of China's traditional academy collection system in the vertical direction of time, but also faced the impact of the western learning wave in horizontal space. Therefore, it showed the characteristics of inclination in the overall development, which is the premise that it can be used as the object of overall research. On the one hand, the book collection of academies in the late Qing Dynasty had the trend of openness and socialization. Its system attached importance to internal standardization and set up detailed management process, personnel system, document system, borrowing system and so on. On the other hand, under the influence of the wave of Western learning, it reflects the budding trend of reforming the inherent knowledge system and the prominent characteristics of mutual assistance and cooperation between local officials and gentry. These have become the groundwork and foundation for the modernization transformation of China's knowledge system after the revolution of 1911.
Cohesive modeling of dynamic fracture in reinforced concrete

In this work we simulate explicitly the dynamic fracture propagation in reinforced concrete beams. In particular, adopting cohesive theories of fracture with the direct simulation of fracture and fragmentation, we represent the concrete matrix, the steel re-bars and the interface between the two materials explicitly. Therefore the crack nucleation within the concrete matrix, through and along the re-bars, the deterioration of the concrete-steel interface are modeled explicitly. The numerical simulations are validated against experiments of three-point-bend beams loaded dynamically under various strain rates. By extracting the crack-tip positions and the crack mouth opening displacement history, a two-stage crack propagation, marked by the attainment of the peak load, is observed. The first stage corresponds to the stable crack advance, the second one, the unstable collapse of the beam.

In this paper, diversity-multiplexing tradeoff (DMT) of three-user wireless multiple-antenna cooperative systems is investigated in general fading channels when half-duplex and decode-and-forward relay is employed. Three protocols, i.e., adaptive protocol, receive diversity protocol, and dual-hop relaying protocol, are considered. The general fading channels may include transmit and/or receive correlation and nonzero channel means, and are extensions of independent and identically distributed Rayleigh or Rician fading channels. Firstly, simple DMT expressions are derived for general fading channels with zero channel means and no correlation when users employ arbitrary number of antennas. Explicit DMT expressions are also obtained when all users employ the same number of antennas and the channels between any two users are of the same fading statistics. Finally, the impact of nonzero channel means and/or correlation on DMT is evaluated. It is revealed theoretically that the DMTs depend on the number of antennas at each user, channel means (except for Rayleigh and Rician fading statistics), transmit and/or receive correlation, and the polynomial behavior near zero of the channel gain probability density function. Examples are also provided to illustrate the analysis and results.

Berberine is one of active alkaloids from Rhizomacoptidis in traditional Chinese medicine. The pharmacokineticsof berberine in rat plasma were compared betweennormal and chronic visceral hypersensitivity irritable bowelsyndrome rats (CVH-IBS) established by mechanical colonirritation using angioplasty balloons for 2 weeks after oraladministration of berberine hydrochloride (25 mg/kg) withthe equivalent dose of 22 mg/kg for berberine according tobody weight. Immunohistochemical analysis of c-fos andmyosin light chain kinase (MLCK) and immunofluorescenceanalysis of MLCK in rat colon were conducted. Quantificationof berberine in rat plasma was achieved by using a sensitiveand rapidUPLC-MS/MSmethod. Plasma samples werecollected at 15 different points in time and the pharmacokineticparameters were analyzed by WinNonlin software. Thegreat different pharmacokinetic behavior of berberine wasobserved between normal and CVH-IBS model rats. Compared with normal group, T1/2 and AUC(0–t) of berberinein the model group were significantly increased, respectively(573.21 ± 127.53 vs 948.22 ± 388.57 min; 8,657.19 ±1,562.54 vs 11,415.12 ± 1,670.72 min.ng/ml). Cl/F of berberinein the model group significantly decreased, respectively(13.89 ± 1.69 vs 9.19 ± 2.91 L/h/kg). Additionally,the expressions of c-fos and MLCK in model group werehigher than those in normal group. The pharmacokinetic behaviorof berberine was significantly altered in CVH-IBSpathological conditions, which indicated the dosage modificationof berberine hydrochloride in CVH-IBS were necessary. Especially, improved exposure to berberine in ratplasma inCVH-IBSmodel rats was attributed to increased theexpression of MLCK.
Ultra Low Sheet Resistance on Poly Silicon Film by Excimer Laser Activation

We found that the sheet resistance (Rs) value of phosphorus-doped poly-Si film activated by excimer laser annealing (ELA) has a strong correlation with the crystallinity in the film. At the optimum ELA condition of 10 shots and 450 mJ/cm2, we achieved a very low Rs value of 60 ohm/sq. in poly-Si films. With laser activation, we could get much lower Rs than with conventional rapid thermal annealing (RTA), for silicon layers of the same crystallinity level. The active dopant diffusion is observed from the energy which is speculated to correspond to the near-complete-melting energy regime during laser irradiation.
Ultra-Low Temperature Poly-Si Thin Film Transistor for Plastic Substrate

We studied the fabrication of poly-Si TFT (thin film transistor) by using excimer laser crystallization of sputtered a-Si film at below 200 C. We could obtain the precursor a-Si film with low impurity gas content of 0.39 % by using Xe sputtering and poly-Si film with maximum grain size of 1 μm. We successfully fabricated poly-Si TFT with a field-effect mobility of 70 cm2/V·sec on glass and 15 cm2/V·sec on plastic by using ultra low temperature process at below 200 C, respectively..
