        물류산업의 국민경제적 파급효과 분석

        물류산업은 경제 발전에 중요한 역할을 담당하며, 산업경쟁력과 국가경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업연관분석을 이용하여 물류산업의 국민경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 먼저 수요유도형 모형을 이용하여 물류산업의 타 산업 생산유발효과, 부가가치 유발효과, 취업유발효과를 살펴본다. 다음으로 상대적으로 복잡성 때문에 잘 사용되지 않았던 공급유도형 모형 및 레온티에프 가격모형을 적용하여 물류산업의 공급지장효과 및 물가파급 효과를 살펴본다. 이러한 분석은 모두 물류산업을 내생부문이 아닌 외생부문으로 다룸으로써 물류산업을 중심으로 이루어지게 된다. 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 물류산업의 1원 생산은 타 산업의 생산을 0.5104원만큼 유발하며, 타산업의 부가가가치를 0.1722원만큼 유발한다. 또한 물류산업의 10억원 생산은 타산업에서 2.2554명의 취업을 유발한다. 한편 물류산업에서 1원의 공급이 이루어지지 못할 때, 타 산업에서는 0.9387원의 생산차질이 발생하여 공급지장효과가 제법 큰 편이다. 마지막으로 물류산업의 가격이 10& 상승했을 때, 국민경제 전체적으로 미치는 물가파급효과는 0.0276%로 분석되었다. The logistics industry in Korea plays a major role in the national economy development and to make decision nation and industrial competitiveness, This study attempts to examine the economic impacts of the logistics industry using an inter-industry analysis, Specially, the study investigates production-inducting effect, value added inducing effect, and employment-inducing effect of the logistics industry based on demand-driven model. Moreover, the study deals with supply shortage effect and sectoral price effect by using supply-driven model and leontief price model, respectively, which have been rarely used because of their complications involved in computaiton. These analyses pay particular and close attention to the distribution industry by taking it as exogenous rather than endogenous. Some interesting findings emerge from the study. First, the production of 1.0 won in the logistics industry induces the production of 0.5104 won and the value-added of 0.1722 won in other industries. Second, the production of 1.0 billion won in the logistics industry causes the employment of 2.554 persons in other industries. Third, the supply shortage of 1.0 won in the logistics industry disables other industries to produce 0.9387 won. Finally, an increase of 10% in price level of the logistics industry raises the overall price level by 0.0276%.

        Carbon monoxide prevents TNF-α-induced eNOS downregulation by inhibiting NF-κB-responsive miR-155-5p biogenesis

        <P>Heme oxygenase-1-derived carbon monoxide prevents inflammatory vascular disorders. To date, there is no clear evidence that HO-1/CO prevents endothelial dysfunction associated with the downregulation of endothelial NO synthesis in human endothelial cells stimulated with TNF-α. Here, we found that the CO-releasing compound CORM-2 prevented TNF-α-mediated decreases in eNOS expression and NO/cGMP production, without affecting eNOS promoter activity, by maintaining the functional activity of the <I>eNOS</I> mRNA 3′-untranslated region. By contrast, CORM-2 inhibited MIR155HG expression and miR-155-5p biogenesis in TNF-α-stimulated endothelial cells, resulting in recovery of the 3′-UTR activity of <I>eNOS</I> mRNA, a target of miR-155-5p. The beneficial effect of CORM-2 was blocked by an NF-κB inhibitor, a miR-155-5p mimic, a HO-1 inhibitor and siRNA against HO-1, indicating that CO rescues TNF-α-induced eNOS downregulation through NF-κB-responsive miR-155-5p expression via HO-1 induction; similar protective effects of ectopic HO-1 expression and bilirubin were observed in endothelial cells treated with TNF-α. Moreover, heme degradation products, except iron and <I>N</I>-acetylcysteine prevented H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>-mediated miR-155-5p biogenesis and eNOS downregulation. These data demonstrate that CO prevents TNF-α-mediated eNOS downregulation by inhibiting redox-sensitive miR-155-5p biogenesis through a positive forward circuit between CO and HO-1 induction. This circuit may play an important preventive role in inflammatory endothelial dysfunction associated with human vascular diseases.</P>

        Occurrence of three troublesome lepidopterous pests, Ostrinia furnacalis, Helicoverpa armigera and Pseudaletia separata in corn cultivation of the reclaimed land were recorded using sex pheromone traps from 2012 to 2014. In case of O. furnacalis adult, two generations were observed in a year and its occurrence pattern was very regular. The 1st generation showed the highest occurrence in late May-early June and the 2nd generation was in late July-early August. On the other hand, H. armigera occurred at least three times a year but its occurrence was somewhat irregular. H. armigera adult showed the highest occurrence in mid May, late June, early August, respectively in 2012 but their occurrence patterns of the 2nd and 3rd generations were varied in 2013 and 2014. In case of P. separata, a few number of adult were captured during the survey period, indicating few number of P. separata migrated from China. Based on the control effect of O. furnacalis by Etofenprox and Carbofuranin 2012, June 26 treatment showed the highest control rate with 96.8% for Etofenprox, 85.8% for Carbofuran, respectively. Late treatment at June 19 and June 26 significantly decreased the control rate of O. furnacalis and June 26 treatment showed the lowest control rate of 1.9% for Etofenprox. 18.1% for Carbofuran, respectively.

      • 硏削유가 CBN휠의 硏削性能에 미치는 影響

        The influence of grinding fluid on grinding characteristics was investigated when the SM20C steel was ground with CBN wheel. Experiment were carried out for dry grinding and wet grinding with light-oil and water soluble oil. The main result obtained are as follows, 1. Grinding temperature of workpiece was increased with increasing wheel speed at low speed zone for dry, light-oil and water soluble oil but it was decreased with increasing wheel speed at high speed zone. 2. Grinding temperature is lower in the order of dry, light-oil and water soluble oil. 3. At the low feed speed tangential and normal grinding force are lower when lubricated with water soluble oil as light-oil, but at the high feed speed they are reversed. 4. Grinding surface roughness are better as in the oder of dry, light-oil and water soluble oil.

      • 摩擦加工材料의 性質과 摩擦加工 表面 거칠기와의 關係에 關한 硏究

        Aluminum bass and carbon steel were found to be friction-worked by tungsten carbide tip in this experiment. Their minimum surface roughnesses, optimum contacts loads and constants of surface roughness were compared with their mechanical and chemical properties. Main results were obtained as follows. 1) The optimum sliding speed for obtaining minimum surface roughness of Aluminum is 40-50m/min and that of brass is under 90m/min, and that of carbon steel is 40-90m/min, the constants of surface roughness reach the maximum values between the range of 30 of to 70m/min for all three materials when they are friction with tungsten carbide tip. 2) Minimum surface roughness of carbon steel gets a small value in the following order (1) no lubricating at all (2) diesel oil lubricating (3) machine oil lubricating when the sliding speed is under 100m/min. 3) Minimum surface roughness of carbon steel is 0.023μRa, and that of brass is not as good as carbon steel at 0.062μRa with a surface roughness of 0.12μRa before testing and that of aluminum is good at 0.047μRa with a surface roughness of 0.5μRa before testing when they are friction-worked with lubricating of machine oil. 4) The optimum contact load of carbon steel increases as the sliding speed increases with oil lubricating, then the value of machine oil lubricating is lower than the value of diesel oil lubricating and the value decreases as sliding speed increases with lubricating. 5) The optimum contact load of aluminum has a minimum value and that of Brass has a maximum value in the range of sliding speed between 60 and 70m/min.

        In the upper gastrointestinal tract, in particular, there are parts consisting of esophageal sphincter muscles to carry out physiologic functions, which causes impairments when removed, as well as such complications as mucosal injuries, bleeding and even perforations in the case of foreign bodies with large size and/or sharp angles. Therefore, it is essential to use an appropriate type of supplementary instrument for a safe procedure. Frequently utilized supplementary instruments are overtube, protector hood, latex glove and transparent cap. We report a case in which authors were successful in removing a watch bend consisting of metal ring from gastric body while using a modification of a widely available drip chamber of fluid set attached to vertical end of endoscopic device.

        배경 : 국내에서 개발된 방사선 동위원소 Holmium-166 (166Ho)은 주로 베타선을 방출하며, 166Ho을 부착한 풍선도자를 이용하여 돼지 관상동맥 재협착 모형에서 풍선확장술 후 신생내막 증식을 전신적 부작용 없이 안전하고 효과적으로 억제하였음을 보고한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 돼지 관상동맥 스텐트 재협착 모형에서 스텐트 시술 후 신생내막 증식에 의한 재협착 병변을 166Ho 부착 풍선도자를 이용하여 치료하여 그 효과를 관찰하고자 하였다. 방법

        We usually say that there are two cornerstones in science. One of the cornerstones is reproducibility and the other is predictability. Reproducibility and predictability ate expressions that causal relations (or Cause - effect relations) exist in nature. The symmetry principle is derived directly from the causal relation (or the equivalence principle). Symmetry and entropy are related to each other. From the symmetry evoluation principle it follows immediately that evoluation with increasing degree of symmetry implies irreversibility, or time-reversal asymmetry, of the laws of evoluation The role of time in the description of the physical universe by two points of view - one aiming at its elemination and the other based on the brief that is fundamental and irreducible. We discuss the physices of time corresponding to reversible phenomena (with time symmetry) and irreversible process (with broken time symmetry) as described by entropy. The entropy, amount of disorder of the system, plays the key role to make the transformation from equilibrium to nonequilibrium. We have reviewed the physics text books of high school and found that there is no attempt to explain the relation between entropy and disorder. Here we suggest that it is desirable to give high school students a physical sense for the relation between entropy and the direction of evoluation of nature.

      • 초정밀 가공기계 베드 구조물용 에폭시 : 그래나이트재의 특성에 관한 연구

        The machine tool structures for ultra-precision machining must be manufactured with materials which have high static and dynamic stiffness, high damping, a long term dimensional and thermal stability. This study aims at the development of new composite material Epoxy-Granite which exhibits the satisfactory characteristics as a material of ultra-precision mchine tool bed. The Epoxy-Granite testpieces that use epoxy resins as a binder and granite particles as a aggregate have been manufactured so as to examine the material properties about mechanical, thermal and damping characteristcs. Experiments were carried out to obtain the proper manufacturing conditions of Epoxy-Granite specimens by varying the several testing conditions such as types of epoxy resins, particle sizes of granite and mixture ratio of epoxy resin and aggregate. Also, when Epoxy-Granite was compared with cast iron, GRANITAN which was imported from CMS of U.K. and granite materials, it has exhibited the superior or almost the same mechanical and damping properties and thermal conductivity, except for the thermal expansion.
