        중국 수학 교실에서 교사 발문과 담화 유형에 대한 탐색

        본 연구는 고등학교 진학을 위한 입시라는 독특한 수학 교실 배경이 있는 중국 중학교 수학 교실에서 일어나는 교실담화를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 수학 교실 담화를 시작 발화로서 교사 발문 통계와 교사 발문 유형별 에피소드를 분석하였고, 교실 담화 구조 분석으로는 특히 다섯 가지 IRF 하위 유형을 밝혀낼 수 있었다. 중국 귀주성 귀양시에 위치한 H학교에 재직 중인 세 명의 수학 교사가 녹화했던 수학 수업 총 15개의 녹취록과 교사 서면 인터뷰 내용을 중심으로 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 보면, 차시별로 평균 20개 교사 발문이 관찰되었고 교사 발문의 사회적 스케폴딩 역할이 있었으며, 교사 발문 유형은 확인형 발문(이해확인 발문, 설명요구 발문, 상세요구 발문, 재확인 발문)과 정보형 발문(정보제시 발문)으로 분류되었다. 그리고 교실 담화 분석에 따르면 IR 형 담화 구조는 거의 관찰되지 않았으며, IRF형 담화 구조의 경우는 단편적인 평가, 평가 및 이유, 근거 설명, 평가및 학생 반응 재진술, 다른 사고나 해법 안내, 그리고 학생 답 수정이나 교사 의견 제시로 구분되었다.

        Study on the Phase and Bath Electrochemical Properties in Electrodeposition of ZnS Film

        ZnS does nearly not absorb sun light, it is the most suitable buffer layer material in solar cell. For preparing ZnS film withlow cost, the bath electrochemical performance and the effect of deposition potential on the phase of ZnS films prepared byelectrodeposition were studied under different electrodeposition conditions. The phases and morphology of product films wereinvestigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope respectively. Experimental results show that, it was moreconducive to achieve co-deposition using the constant potential method. Compared with thiourea, it is easier to achieve codepositionfor ZnS. ZnS phase can be obtained under −1.0 ~ −1.6 V. When the deposition potential increased, the (100) crystalplane of the highest XRD peak of ZnS phase changed as (101) crystal plane. Well crystallized, dense and uniform ZnS filmcan be obtained under conditions of sodium citrate as complexing agent, sodium thiosulfate as sulfur source, ion ratio of Zincand Sulfide 1 : 5 and −1.2 V.

        Performance Analysis of Distributed Antenna Systems with Antenna Selection over MIMO Rayleigh Fading Channel

        The downlink performance of distributed antenna systems (DAS) with antennas selection is investigated in Rayleigh fading multicell environment, and the corresponding system capacity and bit error rate (BER) analysis are presented. Based on the moment generating function, the probability density function (PDF) and cumulative distribution function (CDF) of the effective signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of the system are first derived, respectively. Then, with the available CDF and PDF, the accurate closed-form expressions of average channel capacity and average BER are further derived for exact performance evaluation. To simplify the expression, a simple closed-form approximate expression of average channel capacity is obtained by means of Taylor series expansion, with the performance results close to the accurate expression. Besides, the system outage capacity is analyzed, and an accurate closed-form expression of outage capacity probability is derived. These theoretical expressions can provide good performance evaluation for DAS downlink. It can be shown by simulation that the theoretical analysis and simulation are consistent, and DAS with antenna selection outperforms that with conventional blanket transmission. Moreover, the system performance can be effectively improved as the number of receive antennas increases.

        Effervescent cannabidiol solid dispersion-doped dissolving microneedles for boosted melanoma therapy via the “TRPV1-NFATc1-ATF3” pathway and tumor microenvironment engineering

        Background Conventional dissolving microneedles (DMNs) face significant challenges in anti-melanoma therapy due to the lack of active thrust to achieve efficient transdermal drug delivery and intra-tumoral penetration. Methods In this study, the effervescent cannabidiol solid dispersion-doped dissolving microneedles (Ef/CBD-SD@ DMNs) composed of the combined effervescent components (CaCO3 & NaHCO3) and CBD-based solid dispersion (CBD-SD) were facilely fabricated by the “one-step micro-molding” method for boosted transdermal and tumoral delivery of cannabidiol (CBD). Results Upon pressing into the skin, Ef/CBD-SD@DMNs rapidly produce CO2 bubbles through proton elimination, significantly enhancing the skin permeation and tumoral penetration of CBD. Once reaching the tumors, Ef/CBD-SD@ DMNs can activate transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) to increase Ca2+ influx and inhibit the downstream NFATc1-ATF3 signal to induce cell apoptosis. Additionally, Ef/CBD-SD@DMNs raise intra-tumoral pH environment to trigger the engineering of the tumor microenvironment (TME), including the M1 polarization of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and increase of T cells infiltration. The introduction of Ca2+ can not only amplify the effervescent effect but also provide sufficient Ca2+ with CBD to potentiate the anti-melanoma efficacy. Such a “one stone, two birds” strategy combines the advantages of effervescent effects on transdermal delivery and TME regulation, creating favorable therapeutic conditions for CBD to obtain stronger inhibition of melanoma growth in vitro and in vivo. Conclusions This study holds promising potential in the transdermal delivery of CBD for melanoma therapy and offers a facile tool for transdermal therapies of skin tumors.

        Interaction between rice bran albumin and epigallocatechin gallate and their physicochemical analysis

        Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is sensitive to heat thus its application in food industry is limited. In this work, rice bran albumin protein (RAP) was used as a carrier for EGCG. RAP-EGCG complexes (RAPE) were prepared with the binding number n of 0.0505:1 (EGCG: RAP, w/w) and binding constant K of (0.74 ± 0.002) 9 104 M-1, which suggests that hydrogen bond/van der Waals forces played important roles in such binding. FTIR analysis demonstrated that EGCG could induce the secondary structure changes of RAP above the ratio of 1.92:1 (EGCG:RAP, w/w). Dynamic light scattering and scanning electron microscope results showed that EGCG could trigger RAP association. Furthermore, the EGCG stability in RAPE was significantly improved than that of free EGCG in 10–60 C. The antioxidant ability of EGCG in RAPE was partially retained. These findings prove that RAP is a potential carrier for polyphenols and is beneficial for mechanism investigation between protein and polyphenols.

        관광경험에서의 스마트폰 활용 행태와 사용자 임파워먼트와의 관계에 관한 연구: 중국인을 대상으로

        Recent years, a smartphone has been playing a role of searching, booking, and decision-makings in the tourism industry through tourists` user experiences and engagements. This study investigated the tourists` behavior toward smartphone usage regarding Chinese visitors who were ranked in Korea inbound tourism. This research model formulated two types of usage which identified explorlative use and exploitive use and the antecedent relationships of user empowerment including user competence, user impact, usage meaning, user trust. We analyzed SmartPLS2.0 for the hypotheses and found that first, user competence has a positive influence both of exploitative use and explorative use, second, user impact has a positive influence on exploitative use, but has not influenced on explorative use, third, usage meaning has not influence on exploitive use, but has a postitive influence on explorative use, and finally user trust has influence on both of exploitive and explorative use. Based on the results we found, we suggested Chinese tourists` smartphone usages` behaviors and theoretical and practical implications.

      • Experimental study on shear, tensile, and compression behaviors of composite insulated concrete sandwich wall

        A new type of composite insulated concrete sandwich wall (ICS-wall), which is composed of a triangle truss steel wire network, an insulating layer, and internal and external concrete layers, is proposed. To study the mechanical properties of this new ICS-wall, tensile, compression, and shearing tests were performed on 22 specimens and tensile strength and corrosion resistance tests on 6 triangle truss joints. The variables in these tests mainly include the insulating plate material, the thickness of the insulating plate, the vertical distance of the triangle truss framework, the triangle truss layout, and the connecting mode between the triangle truss and wall and the material of the triangle truss. Moreover, the failure mode, mechanical properties, and bearing capacity of the wall under tensile, shearing, and compression conditions were analyzed. Research results demonstrate that the concrete and insulating layer of the ICS-wall are pulling out, which is the main failure mode under tensile conditions. The ICS-wall, which uses a graphite polystyrene plate as the insulating layer, shows better tensile properties than the wall with an ordinary polystyrene plate. The tensile strength and bearing capacity of the wall can be improved effectively by strengthening the triangle truss connection and shortening the vertical distances of the triangle truss. The compression capacity of the wall is mainly determined by the compression capacity of concrete, and the bonding strength between the wall and the insulating plate is the main influencing factor of the shearing capacity of the wall. According to the tensile strength and corrosion resistance tests of Austenitic stainless steel, the bearing capacity of the triangle truss does not decrease after corrosion, indicating good corrosion resistance.

        Minor and major circRNAs in virus and host genomes

        As a special type of noncoding RNA, circular RNAs (circRNAs) are prevalent in many organisms. They can serve as sponges for microRNAs and protein scaffolds, or templates for protein translation, making them linked to cellular homeostasis and disease progression. In recent years, circRNAs have been found to be abnormally expressed during the processes of viral infection and pathogenesis, and can help a virus escape the immune response of a host. Thus, they are now considered to play important functions in the invasion and development of viruses. Moreover, the potential application of circRNAs as biomarkers of viral infection or candidates for therapeutic targeting deserves consideration. This review summarizes circRNAs in the transcriptome, including their classification, production, functions, and value as biomarkers. This review paper also describes research progress on circRNAs in viral infection (mainly hepatitis B virus, HIV, and some human herpes viruses) and aims to provide new ideas for antiviral therapies targeting circRNAs.

      • Exopolysaccharide microchannels direct bacterial motility and organize multicellular behavior

        <P>The myxobacteria are a family of soil bacteria that form biofilms of complex architecture, aligned multilayered swarms or fruiting body structures that are simple or branched aggregates containing myxospores. Here, we examined the structural role of matrix exopolysaccharide (EPS) in the organization of these surface-dwelling bacterial cells. Using time-lapse light and fluorescence microscopy, as well as transmission electron microscopy and focused ion beam/scanning electron microscopy (FIB/SEM) electron microscopy, we found that <I>Myxococcus xanthus</I> cell organization in biofilms is dependent on the formation of EPS microchannels. Cells are highly organized within the three-dimensional structure of EPS microchannels that are required for cell alignment and advancement on surfaces. Mutants lacking EPS showed a lack of cell orientation and poor colony migration. Purified, cell-free EPS retains a channel-like structure, and can complement EPS<SUP>−</SUP> mutant motility defects. In addition, EPS provides the cooperative structure for fruiting body formation in both the simple mounds of <I>M. xanthus</I> and the complex, tree-like structures of <I>Chondromyces crocatus.</I> We furthermore investigated the possibility that EPS impacts community structure as a shared resource facilitating cooperative migration among closely related isolates of <I>M. xanthus</I>.</P>
