        자아정체성 혼돈을 경험하는 미주 한인 2세를 위한 치유목회의 실천적 제안

        필자는 미주 한인 2세들을 어떻게 치유할 것인가를 실천적이며 실제적인 논문을 통해 깊이 있게 상고하고자 시도하였다. 미주 한인 2세들은 중심으로부터 멀어진 주변성이라는 독특한 형태의 현실로 고통 당할 수밖에 없고 이로 인한 고통을 경험할 수밖에 없기 때문에 본 논문을 통해 필자는 치유를 위한 다섯 단계의 절차를 소개하였다. 특히 미주 한인 사회의 특성상 돌봄 목회는 치유의 관점에서 해석되고 바라보지 않으면 안 되기에 이상현 박사의 주변성이라는 개념과 이인숙 박사의 여성 정체성에 대한 단계들을 토대로 미주 한인 2세를 어떻게 치유할 수 있을 것인가를 목회상담가의 입장에서 살펴보았다. 이 논문에서 필자가 제안하고자 하는 것은 이론적이기 보다는 실제적이며 보다 경험에 입각한 연구이다. 실천적 차원에서 필자는 목회신학의 세계관을 가족체계이론의 입장에서 재해석하였고,, 더 나아가 기독공동체를 위한 기독교적 방식의 실천적 제안을 소개하였다. 이 논문의 지면적 한계 때문에 실제 상담의 사례를 들어 설명하지는 않았지만, 치유의 다섯 단계가 모두 실천적이며 실제적이기 때문에 정체성의 혼란을 경험하고 있는 미주 한인 2세들을 목회상담의 세계관과 가족체계이론에 기초하여 어떻게 치유를 경험시킬 것인가에 대한 분명한 그림들을 제안하고 있다. In this practical and actual paper, I will try to ponder over how we can help the second-generation Korean Americans to get healing. It is because most of the second-generation Korean Americans suffer from identity confusion derived from their reality, that is, liminality, a form of marginality. In this regard, I propose five healing stages. I believe that caring ministry in the Korean-American context will be deepened when it is seen by eyes of healing approaches. Based on Dr. Sang Hyun Lee`s ideas on liminality and Dr. Inn Sook Lee`s stages for women`s identity, I, as a pastoral counselor, consider how I can help the second generation in crises to receive healing. My proposal is thus practical and empirical rather than theoretical. For I want to propose a palpable way of healing. For practical suggestions, I will use family systems theory by means of the Weltanschauung of pastoral theology. Consequently five healing stages are very Christian, for I propose the stages for the Christian community. Furthermore, this paper does not focus on how the method itself might be activated in real situations. Rather I have tried to present palpable illustrations of the healing ministry based on family systems theory and the Weltanschauung of pastoral counseling for second-generation Korean Americans in identity confusion.

        The purpose of this study, in the view point of accomplishing salesperson's management effectively, is to find the relationship between salesperson's performance factor(Motivation, Role perception, Ability) and turnover intention. The lowering of the turnover rate through this finding can reduce sales cost or marketing cost including the salesperson's education/training cost. This conceptual research model is based on theoretical background by Walker, Churchill, Ford(1977) model and Jackofsky(1984) model.

        알긴산나트륨 및 첨가제를 함유한 서방성 매트릭스 정제

        The matrix tablet containing sodium alginate and CaHPO₄ can release drugs in a controlled fashion from hydrogel with gelling and swelling due to their interaction as water penetrates the matrices of the tablet. The purpose of this study was to evaluate release characteristics of the matrix tablet varying the amount of sodium alginate, CaHPO₄ and other excipients such as chitosan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and Eudragit^ⓡ RS100 in the simulated gastric and intestinal fluid. The practically soluble ibuprofen was used as a model drug. The release profiles of matrix tablet in the gastric fluid as a function of sodium alginate/CaHPO₄ ratio was not pronounced because of low solubility of drug and stability of alginate matrices. However, release rate of drug from the matrix tablet in the intestinal fluid was largely changed when sodium alginate/CaHPO₄ ratio was increased, suggesting that the ratio of sodium alginate/CaHPO₄ was an important factor to control the gelling and swelling of the matrix tablet. The incorporation of other excipients into the matrix tablet also influenced the release rate of drug. The chitosan and HPMC decreased the release rate of drug. No release of drug was occurred when Eudragit^ⓡ RS100 was added into the tablet. The retarded release of matrix tablet when excipients were added resulted from the hindrance of swelling and gelling of the matrix tablet containing sodium alginate and CaHPO₄. The hardness and bulk density of the matrix tablet was not correlated with release rate of drug in the study. From these findings, the ratio of sodium alginate and CaHPO₄ in the matrix tablet in addition to incorporation of excipients could be very important to control the release rate of drug in dosage form design.

      • Reactivity-Selectivity Relationship in the Nucleophilic Substitution Reactions of Methyl para-substituted Benzenesulfonates

        The substitution reactions of methyl para-substituted benzenesulfonates with nucleophils such as methanol, pyridine and sodium methoxide in methanol at 30℃ were investigated by conductometry and spectrometry in order to understand the reactivityselectivity relationship. The Hammett plot of kinetic data showed ρ values of 1.29, 1.18, 1.04 for the nucleophilic substitution reaction with methanol, pyridine and methoxide, respectively. Taking ρvalues as a selectivity parameter of the nucleophiles and considering the results with a series of nucleophiles showing the increase of reactivity in that order, there seems to be an inverse relationship between reactivity and selectivity.

        흰쥐에서 출혈량에 따른 비장세포 증식력과 말초임파구 아형의 변화

        Background: Hemorrhage itself has been shown to produce abnormalities in immunity, particularly depression of the lymphocyte function. In order to better examine the amount of hemorrhage required to suppress the lymphocyte function, we determined the effect of graded fixed-volume hemorrhage on splenocyte proliferation and the lymphocyte subpopulation. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats(weight,350∼400 g) were anesthetized, subjected to hemorrhages of 7.5 ㎖/㎏, 15 ㎖/㎏, and 22.5 ㎖/㎏ by percutaneous cardiac puncture with ㎖/㎏ needles, After 1, 2, 4, and 7 days, animals were killed to obtain the blood and spleen. The splenocyte proliferative capacity was measured by using the tritiated thymidine incorporation technique, and the peripheral lymphocyte subpopulation was determined using flow cytometry with the following monoclonal antibodies: T cell(CD3+), T helper cell(CD4+),7 cytotoxic cell(CD8+), and B cell(CD45RA+). Results: Hemorrhage of 7.5 ㎖/㎏ did not induce depression of splenocyte proliferation. However, for hemorrhage greater than 15 ㎖/㎏, the splenocyte proliferative capacity was significantly depressed at 2 days after hemorrhage and recovered at 4 days. Hemorrhage induced no changes in the relative percentage of lymphocyte subpopulations and in the number of each cell in peripheral blood. Conclusion: This study suggests that cellular immunity is depressed at 48 hrs after a hemorrhage greater than 15 ㎖/㎏ without any change in the peripheral lymphocyte subpopulation.

        Shaphylococcus enterotoxin B와 lipopolysaccharide를 작용시킨 사람 섬유아 세포에서 생성된 Transforming Growth Factor-β₁의 정량적 분석

        TGF-β1 is a potent chemotactic factor for inflammatory cells and fibroblasts. It also stimulates the celluar source and components of extracellular matrix and the production of proteinase inhibitors. Collectively, these biologic activities lead to the accumulation and stabilization of the nascent matrix, which is vital to infection control. The objective of this study is to investigate production of TGF-β in vitro fibroblast culture in the presence of Staphylococcus enterotoxin B(SEB) and/or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and to elucidate the role of TGF-β1 which may be responsible for infection control. The fibroblasts were originated from gingiva and facial dermis in 26 year-old male patient. In the presence of LPS(0.01㎍, 0.1㎍, 1.0㎍), SEB(0.01㎍, 0.l㎍, 1.0㎍) respectively, cells(5×103ml) were cultivated in vitro. At 1, 3, and 5 days after incubation, cells were counted. Also, cells(2.5×105ml) were cultivated in EMEM with LPS(0.01, 0.1 and 1.0㎍), SEB(0.01, 0.1 and 1.0㎍) respectively and LPS(0.1㎍) and SEB (0.1㎍) in combination for 24,48, and 72 hours respectively. Culture supernatants were harvested at 1, 2, and 3 days after incubation period and triplicate culture supernatants were pooled and TGF-β1 was assayed in duplicate. The results were as follows. 1.In gingival fibroblast induced with SEB and LPS respectively or in combination, the suppression of cell Proliferation occurred very significantly since 3 days after incubation, compared with the control and the production of TGF-β1 occurred very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. 2.In facial dermal fibroblast induced with SEB and LPS respectively or in combination. the suppression of cell proliferation occurred very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. In SEB exposure, the production of TGF-β1 was decreased very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. However, in LPS, SEB and LPS exposure, the production of TGF-β1 was increased very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. In conclusion, the concentration of bacterial toxins and the incubation period correlated with cell proliferation and production of TGF-β1 very significantly. The gingival and facial dermal fibroblasts have different phenotype each other The orchestrated understanding of fibroblast proliferation and TGF-β1 production play an important part in host defense against the bacterial Infection and may prevent tissue necrosis such as necrotizing fasciitis and life-threatening syndrome such as multiple organ failure.

        This paper presents the development of an interactive graphical software for the educational purpose of power flow(PF) calculation which is the most important and powerful tools in the power systems engineerings. It is specially designed to give a beginner the interest on PF problem as well as to increase the understanding of it with ease. The software developed in this paper is basically composed of the pull-down menu driver, in which various functions such as Program Master, Data File Management, Case Study Option, PF Run and View Output, are prepared to handle the software easily and thus to be familiar with power flow calculations. A special design is also considered for interactive operation of the software, with which user can interrupt the computation process of PF to control the convergency of PF algorithm. And he can acquire the understanding of convergency characteristics and numerical sensitivity of PF algorithm as well as basic concept of its computation logic. Furthermore, various graphic illustrations are provided in the software to review and compare the computation results on monitor. The proposed software would be useful for educational or trainning purposes to Power System engineerings.

      • Ad-hoc Network에서 동적 임계값을 이용한 부하균등 라우팅 프로토콜

        The bad balancing of a routing protocol in an ad-hoc network has been one of critical issues in perfomance determination due to the trade-off of a mobility and a transmission delay. SLAHSimpIe Load-balancing Ad-hoc routing Protocol) has considered the load balancing but it is lack of flexibiliy in traffc congestion and topology changes. In this paper, we present a load balancing routing protocol in the ad hoc nebyork, which uses dynamic thresholds for traffic congestion control and for adaptation of mobility and network changes. The proposed protoco1 has been simulated with GloMoSm and compared with ADOV, DSR, and SLASP, in respect with mobility, delay, and packet transmission.
