Economic Manufacturing Quantity Model When Deterioration Follows a Two-State Markov Chain

본 논문에서는 제품을 생산하는 도중에 생산체계의 상태가 관리상태에서 이상상태로 전이될 수 있는 열화하는 생산체계에 있어서의 최적생산량(EMQ) 결정모형을 다룬다. 제품 한단위를 생산할 때마다 체계의 상태전이가 가능한 2-상태 마아코프연쇄를 따르는 열화양상을 가정하고 최적생산량(EMQ) 공식을 유도한다. 열화를 고려하지않은 EMQ를 사용할 때의 벌과비용의 일반식을 유도하고, 상태전이확률이 작더라도 그 벌과비용은 상당히 커짐을 수치예를 통해 보인다.
A Basic-Cycle Production Model for Two-Level Assembly Systems with Raw Materials Jointly Replenished

보통의 조립체계에서는 완제품 생산에 다수의 원자재가 소요되며, 관리상의 편의를 위해 필요한 원자재를 일정량씩 발주한다. 한편, 완제품의 생산계획이 원자재 주문정책에 영향을 주고 또한 원자재의 주문정책이 완제품의 생산계획에 영향을 주므로, 완제품의 생산주기와 원자재의 주문주기는 별도로 결정되어서는 안되며 동시에 최적화를 달성하여야 한다. 그간 많은 연구에서 이둘을 별도의 생산계획문제로 다루어 왔으나, 본 연구에서는 원자재의 생산주기와 완제품의 주문주기를 동시에 결정하는 방법을 개발한다. 제시한 절차의 유용성을 보이기 위해 가상적인 상황에 대해 모의실험을 수행한 결과, 최적해를 구할 수는 있지만 원자재의 종류가 많을 때에는 사용하기 불가능한 전체나열법(whole enumeration method)과 비교할 때 0.5% 이내의 추가비용을 주는 생산 및 주문정책을 빠른 시간내에 구할 수 있었다.
칼라영상 입 ·출력 시스템의 칼라보정 알고리듬에 관한 고찰

Colors reprodued by color image processing system are affected by various physical factors and environmental conditions. Therefore it is difficult to reproduce the original object color accurately. Thus color calibrations of the input and output data of color image processing system based on spectral distributions are required. We propose a color calibration algorithm by considering spectral characteristic of the chosen color reproduction system which can be applied to device independent color reproduction using characteristic vectors of surface reflectance. The method comprised of two steps. The first step is color analysis step which reproduces the original object color from the camera output using color characteristic vectors. The second step is color synthesis step which displays the original color accurately on the monitor by considering the monitor's phosphor spectra. The spectral responsivities of camera sensors and phosphor spectral characteristics of a given monitor are evaluated. Also, to evaluate color reproducing characteristic we applied the proposed color calibration algorithm by choosing Macbeth ColorChecker's twenty four color spectra as a test color set. As a result, we reconstruct the actual color very closely on monitor using the proposed color calibration algorithm.
환형 오벌 덕트 내의 완전히 발달된 유동에 대한 수치해석

The fully developed laminar flow in oval annular ducts is numerically analyzed. The discretized flow equation is obained on the basis of finite control volume method, and solved by using the line successive over-relaxation(LSOR) method. The friction factor is calculated for varying values of radius ratio(α) and aspect ratio(β). The product of the friction factor and the Reynolds number lies between two limiting values of 16 and 24, which correspond to the circular duct and the two-dimensional channel respectively. The plot of isovelocity contours are also presented for some typical cases.
폐열을 이용하여 냉온수를 동시에 제조하는 LiBr/H₂O계 흡수식 사이클의 성능해석

The purpose of this research is to study the characteristics of the coefficient of performance (COP) of the LiBr/H₂O absorption cycle with simultaneous production for hot water and cold water utilizing waste heat. In this paper, the absorption cycle is based on the principle of LiBr/H₂O solution and a triple-stage cycle. Computer simulation models for absorption cycle components are described by using heat-balance, mass-balance, transfer rate equations. The performance of the absorption cycle was investigated through computer cycle simulation to obtain the cycle characteristics depending on inlet conditions, i.e., solution circulation ratio at low-pressure, refrigerant distribution ratio, weak solution flow rate, cooling water temperature, waste hot water temperature, and the chilled water temperature, efficiencies solution heat exchangers, cooling water and chilled water mass flow rate. The absorption cycle dirven by waste hot water is simulated, and the performance of cycle at various operating predicted.

In order to derive closed-form spatial Green's functions for a microstrip structure, a complex image method based on the two-level approximation of the spectral Green's functions is considered in conjunction with the use of the Prony's method. The present method is more convenient than the previous method based on the one-level approximation, because it does not require the investigation of the spectral Green's function in advance to decide on the approximation parameters of the Prony's method. The validity of the present closed-form Green's functions is examined by the numerical integration of the Sommerfeld integrals. Good agreements between them are observed.

The display of biological signals in raster scan monitors often involves a multirate sampling operation which consists of decimation and interpolation. All digitized electroencephalographic(EEG) samples cannot be displayed due to predefined formats. For instance, the EEG signal of 10 to 30 seconds(2,500 to 7,500 samples at 250[Hz] sampling frequency) must be displayed in the computer screen to keep the aspect ratio of the paper polygraph output. Since the current affordable display technology plots at most 2,000 pixels per row, some signal samples need to be discarded. This paper studies methods to perform this operation characterizing them from the signal processing view-point and compares the display quality among several decimations.
마이크로스트립 구조에 대한 공간영역 그린함수의 값을 구하기 위한 효율적인 수치해석 적분기법

An efficient numerical integration technique of the Sommerfeld integral, which used to evaluate the spatial-domain Green's function for the microstrip structure, is condidered. The error caused by the singular integral and slow convergence in the infinite integration interval, are improved using the folding around method and the average algorithm respectively. In order to check the validity of the present method, the results evaluated by the numerical integration of a vector potential Green's function are compared with those evaluated by the quasi-static terms in near field and the surface waves in the far field. Good agreements between them are observed.
지진하중을 받는 구조물과 비선형 이력거동에 대한 확률론적 해석

This paper is suggested the method for evaluating the effect of soil-structure interaction or the dynamic response of nonlinear building-foundation system subjected to random seismic excitation. The subsystem approach is adopted to model soilstructure system. The super-structure is modeled as a shear-heam. The substructure is considered as a surface foundation on a halfspace. The nonlinear behavior in the substructure as well as in the superstructure is depicted by the smooth hysteretic model. The nonlinear behavior in the coupled system is associated with the material nonlinearity in the structure and soil deposit, as well as the geometric nonlinearity caused foundation uplifting.
