Although there are numerous mobile learning studies, limited efforts have been devoted to investigating the moderating role of mobile technology anxiety on mobile learning outcome. Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study is not only to examine the key elements that could influence desire to take mobile learning and mobile learning continuance intention, but also to explore the moderating impact of mobile technology anxiety on mobile learning outcome. 676 college students participated in this study, and the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis was performed to analyze the data. The study findings have demonstrated that desire to take mobile learning, attitude toward mobile learning, and perceived usefulness are positively linked to mobile learning continuance intention. Second, it has been found that attitude, positive anticipated emotion, negative anticipated emotion, and subjective norm play a key role in determining better desire to take mobile learning, whereas perceived behavioral control has no impact on desire to take mobile learning. Additionally, it has been shown that perceived usefulness, and personal learning initiative are two critical antecedents of attitude toward mobile learning. Finally, the study findings have shown that mobile technology anxiety would moderate the relationship between attitude toward mobile learning and mobile learning continuance intention.

The mask jet electrochemical deposition was used to deposit the large-scale micro cylinders array in this study. The effect of the pulse peak current density, pulse frequency, pulse duty cycle, injection pressure and scanning speed on the deposition characteristics (i.e. deposition height, surface roughness and surface quality of micro cylinders) have been investigated. The experiment results showed that the mean height and the surface roughness of micro cylinders increased form the peak current density. Moreover, due to a high pulse frequency provided a shorter pulse on-time, and significantly facilitating the renewal of the ion concentration in the electroforming fluid. A higher pulse frequency and larger duty cycle provide a better deposition characteristic. The injection pressure was found to have a significant effect on the height, the surface roughness and surface appearance of micro cylinders. Furthermore, when using higher scanning speed, the crystalline particles of the cast layer decrease, significantly decreasing the surface roughness. Based on discussed, the pulse current density of 12 A/dm 2 , a pulse frequency of 3000 Hz, a pulse duty cycle of 30 %, a jet inlet pressure of 80 kPa, a scanning speed of 8 mm/s and a number of scans of 100 is optimal parameters. Finally, by using these parameters, a large-area micro cylindrical array structures with a height of 22.53±2.46 μm and diameter of 205±3.21 μm were successfully fabricated. It can be concluded that the mask jet electrochemical deposition is a simple method to realize the electrodeposition of large-area array structures.
Geometry Optimization of a Metallic Flexor for Flat Wipers
Huang Ting Chuan,Tsai Jian Wei,Liao Kuo Chi 한국자동차공학회 2021 International journal of automotive technology Vol.22 No.3
In recent years, flat wipers are gradually adopted in the industry of transportation due to the rather simple structure than the standard wiper. A procedure is developed to evaluate the appropriateness of the geometry of a metallic flexor, one of major components of the flat wiper, in this study. The flexor is compressed against a level surface and the corresponding pressure distribution under the flexor is measured by using piezoelectric sensors. Several geometry parameters built in a three-dimensional flexor model are investigated to appraise their influences on the corresponding pressure distribution. A process automation software linked to a computer-aided drawing and a finite element analysis commercial packages are utilized, based on the self-defined performance index, to pursue parameter arrangements proper for the pressure distribution. The present procedures are next applied to a curved windshield glass to evaluate optimized flexor geometries at various locations. Appropriate flexors for the windshield glass are then determined and practically sampled. Dynamic wiping simulations of the integrated flat wiper on the windshield glass are furthermore carried out and the pressure distributions over the sweep range are estimated. Wiping capabilities of the wiper are experimentally observed and compared with the associated numerical results.
The impact of lymph node dissection on survival in patients with clinical early-stage ovarian cancer
Ting Deng,Qidan Huang,Ting Wan,Xiaoling Luo,Yanling Feng,He Huang,Jihong Liu 대한부인종양학회 2021 Journal of Gynecologic Oncology Vol.32 No.3
Objective: To estimate the impact of lymph node dissection on survival in patients withapparent early-stage epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of patients with clinical stage I–II EOC. Allpatients underwent primary surgery at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center between January2003 and December 2015. Demographic features and clinicopathological information as wellas perioperative adverse events were investigated, and survival analyses were performed. Results: A total of 400 ovarian cancer patients were enrolled, and patients were divided into2 groups: 81 patients did not undergo lymph node resection (group A), and 319 patientsunderwent lymph node dissection (group B). In group B, the median number of removednodes per patient was 25 (21 pelvic and 4 para-aortic nodes). In groups A and B, respectively, the 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) rates were 83.3% and 82.1% (p=0.305), and the5-year overall survival (OS) rates were 93.1% and 90.9% (p=0.645). The recurrence rate inthe retroperitoneal lymph nodes was not associated with lymph node dissection (p=0.121). The median operating time was markedly longer in group B than in group A (220 minutesvs. 155 minutes, p<0.001), and group B had a significantly higher incidence of lymph cysts atdischarge (32.9% vs. 0.0%, p<0.001). Conclusion: In patients with early-stage ovarian cancer, lymph node dissection was notassociated with a gain in OS or PFS and was associated with an increased incidence ofperioperative adverse events.
Clinical outcome of 31 patients with primary malignant melanoma of the vagina

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of and prognostic factors for primary malignant melanoma of the vagina. Methods: Clinical data from 31 patients treated for primary malignant melanoma of the vagina at the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center between March 1970 and June 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The median age was 58 years (range, 18 to 73 years), and the main symptoms reported were vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge. Most tumors were of the nodular type and classified as stage I according to International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics staging criteria. Surgery was performed on 22 patients, chemotherapy was administered to 7 patients, and immunotherapy was administered to 19 patients. Recurrent tumors developed in 11 patients (35.5%) during a median follow-up period of 20.2 months (range, 1 month to 18 years). The 5-year overall survival rate was 32.3%. Univariate analysis revealed that macroscopic tumor growth and the treatment method significantly affected survival outcome (p=0.039 and p<0.001, respectively), whereas the radicality of surgery did not (p=0.296). Multivariate analysis revealed that macroscopic tumor growth (hazard ratio [HR], 4.1; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.4 to 12.1; p=0.010) and treatment method (HR, 0.3; 95% CI, 0.1 to 0.9; p=0.025) were independent prognostic factors for overall survival. Conclusion: Patients with primary vaginal melanoma have a poor prognosis. Macroscopic tumor growth and treatment method are prognostic factors for primary malignant melanoma of the vagina.
