      • 자기진단 CPGFRP에 의한 콘크리트의 파괴 예측 기능의 평가

        To maintain serviceability of concrete structure more than proper it is necessary not only predict service life through periodical monitor but also need monitoring system to recognize optimal time and method for repair. Recently, CPGFHP, replacing some GFRP with CF, is developed and used for monitoring concrete fraction. But dramatic resistance change of CPGFHP is showed below 0.5% strain and it is not small strain in terms of monitoring micro crack in concrete. In other word, monitoring with CF is not suitable in low stress but hight stress. In this study, we accessed applicable possibility and reliability of CPGFHP composite as monitoring sense that is proved very sensitive to stress through domestic and oversea previous study. CPGFHP composite plays a role in specimen like steel and increases flexural strength. CPGFHP composite shows resistance increasement in micro crack. In particular, CPGFHP is more sensitive than strangage in low stress. Resistance change ratio curve is very similar to strain curve so sensitivity and reliability is very excellent to monitor concrete fracture.

      • 움직임 예측을 위한 비트패턴을 이용한 고속 워핑 예측

        본 논문에서는 비트패턴을 이용한 고속 워핑 예측을 제안한다. 워핑 예측은 이웃한 노드들의 움직임 벡터에서 움직임 정보를 가져오는 공간적인 의존성 때문에 최적의 움직임을 찾기 위해서는 반복적인 탐색을 요구한다. 반복적인 탐색에 의해 발생하는 연산량의 증가는 워핑 예측의 사용을 저해하는 큰 이유 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 비트패턴을 이용해서 움직임 여부를 판단한다. 움직임이 없는 영역에서의 의미 없는 움직임 예측을 제거하고, 움직임이 있는 영역에서만 워핑 예측을 수행함으로써 빠른 움직임 예측이 가능하게 된다. 제안된 방법으로 실험한 결과 기존의 워핑 예측을 수행했을 때보다 성능은 근접하면서도 연산량이 75% 이상 감소하였다. In this paper, we propose a fast warping prediction using bit-pattern. Because of the spatial dependency between motion vectors of neighboring node points carrying motion information, the optimization of motion search requires an iterative process. The computational load stemming from the iterative search is one of the major obstacles for practical usage of warping prediction. The motion estimation in the proposed algorithm measures whether the motion content of the area is or not, using bit-pattern. Warping prediction using the motion content of the area make the procedure of motion estimation efficient by eliminating an unnecessary searching process. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce about 75% of iterative search while maintaining performance as close as the conventional warping prediction.

      • Phosphamidon 분해세균의 분리동정 및 생분해능

        토양으로부터 유기인계 살충제인 phosphamidon을 분해하는 세균들을 분리하고 Biolog system을 이용하여 동정하였다. 그람양성 세균들은 모두 Bacillus 속에 속하는 종들이었으며 그람음성 세균들은 토양에서 우점하지 않는 세균들이 많았다. 이들중 phosphamidon 함유배지에서 생장률이 높은 균주들을 선택하여 phosphamidon 분해능을 조사한 결과 Capnocytophaga gingivalis로 동정된 YD-17 균주가 가장 높은 생분해능을 나타내어 1000 ppm의 phosphamidon이 배양 21일 후 9.4%의 잔류량을 보였으며 이는 대조구에 비해 제거율이 52% 증가된 결과였다. 이 때 균주의 생장을 단백질량으로 측정하였는데 분해균주들이 고농도의 phosphamidon에 의해 저해되지 않고 지속적인 생장을 하여 phosphamidon을 탄소원으로 이용하는 생분해가 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Organphosphorus insecticide phosphamidon-degrading bacteria were isolated from agricultural soils and identified using Biolog microtiter assay. All Gram-ositive degrading bacterial strains belong to genus Bacillus and many Gram-negative bacteria were rare soil species. Among them fast growing strains on phospamidon-containing minimal medium were selected and their biodegrading capability were measured. YD-17 which was identified as Capnocytophaga gingivalis showed the highest biodegradation rate. It could increase the removal of phosphamidon up to 52%. During the biodegradation continuous increase of amount of cell protein was observed, which, indicated that phosphamidon was utilized as a carbon source for phosphamidon-degrading bacteria.

      • 할로겐화 탄화수소의 흡착제거기술 Ⅱ. Pressure Swing Adsorption 공정에 의한 할로겐화 탄화수소/공기 혼합물의 분리

        An experimental study was performed for the bulk separation of halogenated hydrocarbons and air mixture(CF₂Cl₂/air, CH₂Cl₂/air=0.1/99.9 Vol.%) in a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process packed with various adsorbents, The PSA process cycle comprised four stes : I pressurizaton, II adsorption, III countercurrent depressurrzation, IV purge. The order of appearance of break-through curve is MS-5A > MS-13X > W-AC > S-AC for CF₂Cl₂/Air and W-AC > S-AC > MS-13X for CH₂Cl₂/Air respectively. The separation effects for the variation of adsorption pressure were investigated. In a steady state PSA cycles, high purity air from step II and CFCs-rich gas from step IV were obtained.

        용융침투법으로 제조한 알루미나-유리 복합체의 동적 피로 특성 평가

        The fatigue characteristics of alumina-glass composites were evaluated by biaxial flexure test under the dynamic loading conditions. 88 specimens were tested by tested by testing 22 samples at each of four loading rates : 0.01, 0.1, 1, and mm/min. A Vickers-produced indentation crack was made at the center of the tensile surface with load of 49.0 N, and the microstructural aspects of crack propagation was investigated under statically loaded state in distilled water at 37℃. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The fatigue parameter of alumina-glass composite containing 6 mol % yttria was n=22.2, σf0=319.6 MPa. 2. 10-year failure stress of alumina-glass composite containing 6 mol% yttria was 171.7 MPa. 3. Fracture surface of alumina-glass composite indicated the frictional interlocking of jogs having the tendency of toughening by crack deflection, rather than by crack bridging.

      • 기능성척추측만증에 근막이완요법 및 전침치료 증례

        목적 : 우리는 신체를 근막의 통합된 전체로 보는 근막이완요법과 TrP를 파괴하는 전침요법을 기능성 척추측만증에 적용시킬수 있는지 알아보았다. 방법 : 22세의 기능성 척추측만증을 가진 남성에게 다양한 형태의 근막이완요법을 적용하였고, 중둔근, 요방형근, 슬괵근에 전침요법을 적용하였다. 결과 : 3주시술후 다리길이차이, 근막구축, Cobb's 각과 척추회전변위가 감소되었고 흉부압박감 같은 전신적증상이 호전되었다. 결론 : 근막이완요법과 전침병행치료가 신체를 근막의 일체로 보는 관점으로 인체의 구조적불균형을 바로 잡아줄수 있는 새로운 치료법의 기능성을 찾았다. Objective: We investigated this study in order to see the adaptation capability of myofascial release that translating the body being integrated fascial totality and electroacupuncture treatment that breaking trigger points in functional scoliosis. Methods: We applied myofascial relase by three patterns and electroacupuncture in TrPs of gluteus medius, Quadratus lumborum and Hamstring muscle to 22 year-old who have had functional scoliosis. Results: After 3 weeks, The leg length, fascial restriction. Cobb's angle and rotation scoliosis are decreased. Systemic symptoms, for example; chest discomfort are improved. conclusion: Myofascial release and electroacupuncture treatment is new methods that treating the sturctural unbalance in view of body's fascial network.

      • BOX-Wilson 실험계획법에 의한 인산알루미늄의 최적합성조건에 관한 연구

        Aluminum phosphate is used as an antacid in pharmacy as the gel or dried gel, must meet specified neutralization rate and acid consuming capacity criteria. This nonadsorbable antacid has been used in place of aluminum hydroxide gel where loss of phosphate may be a problem to the patient. Since aluminum phosphate gel is regenerated in the intestine, endogenous phosphate is spared. The acid-consuming ability of aluminum phosphate is based on the release of phosphate anion : AlPO_4 ?? Al^3+ + PO^3-, PO^3-_4 + H_3O^+ ?? HPO^2-_4 + H_2O, HPO^2-_4 + H_3O^- ?? H_2PO_4 + H_2O. Aluminum phosphate gel was synthesized by reacting aluminum chloride as a soluble aluminum salt to sodium phosphate in this study ; AlCl_3 + NaPO_4 → AlPO_4↓ + 3NaCl. The optimum synthesis conditions based on the yield of product were investigated by applying Box-Wilson experimental design. It was found that optimal synthesis conditions were as follows ; Reaction temperature;90∼98℃, Concentration of two reactants;15.3∼15.5%, Concentration ratio of two reactants, [Na_3PO_4]/[AlCl_3];1.48∼1.49, reaction time;10minutes, drying temperature of product;60∼70℃.

      • 혈액투석중인 만성신부전 환자에서 골대사 지표로써의 Osteocalcin치

        Background : Serum osteocalcin is synthesized by osteoblast and has been shown to be sensitive indicator of bone turnover inpatients with various metabolic bone disease. In renal osteodystrophy, serum osteocalcin is elevated due to decreased renal clearance and elevated level of PTH. This study was done to evaluate the usefulness of serum osteocalcin as a marker of bone metabolism and the correlation with other biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Methods : We measured serum osteocalcin, calcium, phosphorus, ALP(alkaline phosphatase) and PTH(parathyroid hormone) in 37 patients with end stage renal disease on hemodialysis. Osteocalcin was determined by radioimmunoassay and PTH was determined by radioimmunometric assay. Results : 1) The mean level of serum osteocalcin in ESRD patients was 233.8± 218.2ng/ml which was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.0001). 2) The mean level of serum PTH in ESRD patients was 40.5± 43.8pg/ml was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.005). 3) There was a significant positive correlation between the level of serum PTH, ALP and the level of serum osteocalcin in ESRD patients. 4) By using multiple regression, PTH is most reliable factor that affect to elevated level of serum osteocalcin ( beta coefficient = 0.687, Sig T<0.05). Conclusion : Serum osteocalcin as a marker of bone metabolism in ESRD patients is more useful than other biochemical marker such as serum calcium, phosphorus, ALP and PTH is a most reliable factor that affect to elevated level of serum osteocalin.
