        주의력결핍과잉행동장애와 Alpha-1C-Adrenergic 수용체 유전자와의 연관성에 대한 연구

        Objectives : Neurobiological and pharmacological research has suggested that the dysregulation of the central noradrenergic systems might be involved in the pathophysiology of ADHD. The aim of this study was to examine the association of the alpha-1C-adrenergic receptor gene (ADRA1C) with ADHD in Korean subjects. Methods : In a case-control study, we assessed 186 DSM-IV ADHD probands and 150 normal controls. One hundred and eight trios were studied in a family-based association analysis. Psychiatric diagnoses were derived through structured diagnostic interviews. For the clinical evaluation of the ADHD subjects, the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), the ADHD Rating Scale-IV (ARS) and the Junior Temperament and Character Inventory (JTCI) were administered. A computerized continuous performance test (CPT) was used to measure the inattention and impulsivity of the ADHD children. Results : There were no significant differences in the genotype or allele frequencies of the ADRA1C PstI polymorphism between the ADHD and control group (p>0.05). The transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) analysis observed no evidence for biased transmission of any of the alleles of the PstI polymorphism. There were no significant differences in the CPT or JTCI profiles between those ADHD subjects with the CC genotype and those with the other (CT+TT) genotypes at the PstI polymorphism. Conclusion : The results of this study do not support the ADRA1C as a major genetic susceptibility factor in ADHD.

        석탄 가스화를 통한 전력 생산과 DME 병산 공정에 대한 기초 경제성 분석

        석탄가스화를 기반으로 한 발전(IGCC 발전) 및 화학원료 제조공정의 상업화 관건은 화석연료인 원유 또는 천연가스를 기반으로 생산되는 경우와 비교하여 경제성을 확보할 수 있는지 여부이다. 경제성 확보를 위한 가장 현실적인 방법으로는 석탄 가스화를 통해 얻어진 합성가스로부터 2개 이상의 생산물(예: 발전과 화학원료를 동시 생산)을 병산(coproduction또는 poly-generation)하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 석탄 가스화를 기반으로 하여 발전과 수송용, 발전용 및 가정용 연료로 사용이 가능한 DME(dimethyl ether)를 병산하는 공정에 대한 경제성 분석을 실시하였다. 경제성 분석을 위한 병산 공정에서는 250 MW 전력생산 연간 30만 톤의 DMZ 생산을 기준으로 하였다. 병산 공정에서 DME 판매가격이 50만원/ton인 경우, 전기 생산원가는 34.8~58.4원/kWh으로 SMP(계통한계가격) 가중평균인 150.69원/kwh(2013년 1월~12월까지의 평균값)의 33~58% 수준으로 산정되었다. 따라서, DME 판매가격이 적정하게 유지될 경우 석탄IGCC+DME 병산공정은 IGCC 단독 발전과 비교하여 경제성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 현재 중국에서 DME판매가격이 900,000원/톤 내외이므로, 전력과 DME를 병산할 경우, IGCC 단독으로 전력을 생산할 경우와 비교하여 전력 생산 원가를 월등하게 낮출 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 이와 같이 석탄 가스화를 기반으로 한 병산 공정을 통해 전력과 DME를 병산하는 시스템에서, 시장 여건에 따라 전력과 DME 생산비율 제어가 가능하고, 석탄 가스화기 및 정제 시스템을 공통 설비로 활용함으로써, 개별적으로 생산하는 것보다 생산 원가를 낮출 수 있다는 결과를 얻었다. The key for the commercial deployment of IGCC power plants or chemical (methanol, dimethyl ether, etc.) production plants based on coal gasification is their economic advantage over plants producing electricity or chemicals from crude oil or natural gas. The better economy of coal gasification based plants can be obtained by co-production of electricity and chemicals. In this study, we carried out the economic feasibility analysis on the process of co-producing electricity and DME (dimethyl ether) using coal gasification. The plant’s capacity was 250 MW electric and DME production of 300,000 ton per year. Assuming that the sales price of DME is 500,000 won/ton, the production cost of electricity is in the range of 33~58% of 150.69 won/kwh which is the average of SMP (system marginal price) in 2013, Korea. At present, the sales price of DME in China is approximately 900,000 won/ton. Therefore, there are more potential for lowering the price of co-produced electricity when comparing that from IGCC only. Since the co-production system can not only use the coal gasifier and the gas purification process as a common facility but also can control production rates of electricity and DME depending on the market demand, the production cost of electricity and DME can be significantly reduced compared to the process of producing electricity or DME separately.

      • PCS/IMT-2000 중계기용 광대역 평면형 안테나

        하나의 안테나를 이용하여 PCS와 IMT-2000 시스템의 중계기 안테나를 통합하여 사용함으로써 설치비용을 줄이고 시스템의 운용과 유지보수가 용이하다. 본 논문에서는 PCS와 IMT-2000에서 동시에 사용이 가능한 중계기 안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 또한 편파 다이버시티를 위한 두 편파 안테나를 설계하였다. PCS와 IMT-2000을 겸용하려면 안테나의 대역폭이 매우 넓어야 하므로, 광대역 특성을 얻을 수 있는 개구면 결합 급전 방식을 사용하였다. 이중 편파 안테나 구현을 위해 개구면 결합 급전과 마이크로스트림 선로를 통한 급전을 각각 사용하여 서로 간의 간섭을 최소화하였다. 시뮬레이션과 제작된 안테나의 측정 결과를 통해 대역폭, 복사패턴, 편파 등의 특성이 PCS/IMT-2000 중계기 안테나에서 요구되는 특성을 만족하였다. A PCS/IMT-2000 combined antenna fur repeater can be installed in limited space with reduced maintenance cost. In this paper, the antenna for the PCS/IMT-2000 combined repeater is designed by employing aperture-coupled feeding. For the polarization diversity, the dual-polarized antenna is designed. For dual-polarized operation, one of the signals is fed directly to the patch via microstrip line and the other is fed through the aperture. The simulated and measured data satisfy the required characteristics of the PCS/IMT-2000 combined antenna in terms of bandwidth, radiation pattern, polarization, and isolation between feeds

        In this paper, it is proposed to constant power control of solar power system. The solar power system has disadvantage that low power density and variable power output. Proposed strategy is controled by DC/DC converter using phase shift PWM and I-PD type control applying type 1 digital system. The validity of proposed control strategy is verified from simulations results using PSIM.

      • 측두골 골절 : 임상적 및 방사선학적 분석 Clinical and Radiological Analysis

        The objective of this study is to review of the incidence of temporal bone fractures and complications resulting from temporal bone fractures and to analyze the correlation between clinical and radiological findings. A series of 49 patients who were diagnosed temporal bone fracture with rhinorrhea, bloody otorrhea, admitted to Soonchunhyang University Chon-an Hospital from January 1997 to September 1999, were studied retrospectively. Clinical analyses were focused on age, sex, type of accident, external wound site, CSF leakage, hearing loss and facial nerve palsy. The high resolution CT scan consisted of a series of 3-mm thick sections through the temporal bone using the GE CT scanner (General Electric Inc.). In radiologic analyses, fracture types of temporal bone were divided into longtudinal fracture(LF), transverse fracture(TF) and mixed fracture(MF) respectively. The CT scans were examined for mastoid antral haziness(MH), middle ear cavity haziness(MeH), ossicular chain disruption(OD), otic capsule fracture(OF), pneumocephalus(Pn). The type of facial canal fracture was classified as fracture of internal auditory canal portion(FIAC), fracture of perigeniculate portion(FPG), fracture of tympanic portion(FT), fracture of mastoid portion(FM). The correlation between clinical and radiological findings was analysed. A total of 49 fractured temporal bones resulted in 9 CSF fistula, 23 hearing loss( 13 conductive type, 7 sensorineural type), 17 facial nerve injuries ranging from mild paresis to complete paralysis. The mose common etiology of the injury was from a motor vehicle accident(28%). The type of fracture observed on high resolution CT scanning was a LF in 39(78%) patients, a TF in 7(14%) patients and a MF in 3(6%) patients. The majority of fractures terminate in the floor of the middle cranial fossa in LF and passed lateral to the otic capsule in TF. Average time of onset of delayed facial palsy was 3.5 days. No patient developed prolonged otorrhea or meningitis during hospitalization and there was no requirement of surgical management. Hearing loss was the most common complication of temporal bone fracture(48%). Conductive hearing loss was associated with middle ear cavity haziness and ossiclular chain disruption. in temporal bone CT. A total of 29 cases facial canal fracture in temporal bone CT resulted in 14 perigeniculate portion(FPG), 12 tympanic portion(FT), 3 mastoid portion(FM). There was no correlation between radiological facial canal fracture and clinical facial nerve palsy. Four of 17 patients with facial nerve injury required facial nerve exploration under general anesthesia. We thought that prognosis and therapeutic planning in patients with temporal bone fractures were based on the clinical and radiological findings.

      • 설포메틸화법에 의한 無公害 傳統韓紙의 제조에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to investigate the pollution-free papermaking characteristics from paper mulberry by sulfomethylation pulping. Bast fibers were pulped by sulfomethylated cooking liquor and by alkali and alkali-peroxied processes for the comparison. Sulfomethylated pulping resulted in the superior pulp with high yield and better quality compared to those of alkali and alkali- peroxide pulps. Since the pulp was so bright, there was almost no need additional bleaching. Polluttant loads of sulfomethylated pulping effluent were very low in terms of pH, turbidity and color compared to those of alkali. Pollution-free effluents was accomplished by simple filtering treatment with pine bark, charred rice hull and sawdust compost. Pine bark was the most effective in reduction rate of pollutants.       • PWC170의 算出方法 評價에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to estimate the maximal oxygen up-take and the physical work capacity by four experimental methods in PWC170. The subjects of this study start to pedal the bicycle ergometer at the three work loads; the first work rate with 450∼600kpm/min, the second work rate with 600∼750kpm/min, and the third work rate with 750∼900kpm/min. Each exercise bout is 6 minutes long. We used a pedal frequency of 50 revolutions per minute. The first method is the first and second work rates the second method the second and the third work rates the third method the first second and hird work rates and the fourth method an integration by the third work rate. We measured and recorded the heart rate during the last 30 seconds of every minute of exercise. Since the subjects worked in a steady state, it is not necessary that they should exercise exactly 6 minutes each time. If problems happened during the taking of heart rate or other data, we continued to exercise another 30 to 60 second. The estimation of maximal oxygen uptake and physical work capacity was conducted by work loads and heart rates during exercise. The results are as follows: 1. The estimation by four different, methods showed 2∼3 persentile difference in maximal oxygen uptake(1min, ml/kg/min) and PWC170(kpm/min, kpm/kg/min). 2. The estimation by four different methods did not show significant differene, therefore for the estimation we had better use simplified method for the first work rate and the second work rate.

      • 'PRO/II with PROVISION' 범용성 화학공정 모사기를 이용한 원유정제공정의 모사에 관한 연구

        Crude refinery unit is the first step in refining crude oil.Crude refinery unit is divided into the following two parts.The first par is atmospheric crude distillation column and crude preheating train.Because of the massive furnace duty to heat crude oil for distillation most units have an elaborate preheat train, in which the crude oil is preheated by back exchange with hot pumparound liquids from the unit.The other part is composed of the vacuum distillation unit.In this study, a step-by-step procedure for simulating an atmospheric crude distillation column by using PRO/II with PROVISION as a general purpose chemical process simulator is introduced.

      • 농아에서의 측두골 전산화 단층촬영 소견과 다른검사 요인과의 연관성

        Temporal bone high resolution computed tomogram(TBHRCT)is a essential diagnostic tool in considering for cochlear implantation in patients with profound sensorineural hearing loss. This study was designed for an effort to provide and efficacy of TBHRCT in determination of inner ear malformations for the patients who have profound sensorineural hearing loss and to examine the relationships between TBHRCT findings and other preoperative evalutions for cochlear implantation in that patients. Authors examined 68 deaf patients to provide fundamental data for cochlear implantation. Inner ear abnormalities were founded in 13(19%) patients, among which 10(14.7%) patients had Mondini'dysplasia in which 5 patients were hypoplastic type and 5 patients were hydrops type. Other inner ear abnormalities were as follows : lateral semicircular canal hypoplasia ; internal auditory canal abnormality ; cochlear aqueduct widening ; vestibular aqueduct widening. No relationships were found between TBHRCT findings and other test results. : promontory test, K-WISC cognitive test etc.(Korean J Otolaryngol 39 : 8, 1996)

      • Styrene과 Allyl methacrylate와의 共重合에 關한 硏究

        The copolymerization of allyl compound, beginning with copolymerization of allyl acetate with vinyl acetate and so on, have already been reported by some researchers. There are not so many quantitative researches on copolymerization of allyl methacrylate with various monomer. Allyl methacrylate have two unsaturated double bond having polymerizability in molecule so that it is expected that its copolymer with vinyl compounds will be various properties and uses. In this paper, the copolymerization of styrene with allyl methacrylate were carried out in the presence of AIBN as initiator at 60℃ studied in its copolymerization conversion percent, intrinsic viscosity, softening point, monomer reactivity ratio, and also discussed I. R. spectrum of stryrene of stryrene allyl methacrylate copolymer.
