정성일의 <오아시스> 비판에 투영된 관점의 가능성과 한계 - 정성일 영화비평에 대한 일고찰 -

본 연구는 영화비평가 정성일이 <오아시스>(이창동, 2002)에 대해서 쓴 비평문「판타지, 기만적인 환영술」을 비판적으로 분석한다. 그간 한국영화계에서 영화비평은 독립적인 분과로 논의되지 못했다. 산적하는 영화들 안에서 영화적 가치를 발굴해 정리하고 새로운 영화 언어를 대중 언어로 번역하는 것이 영화비평의 역할이라 했을 때 이는 문제가 있다. 영화비평에 대한 그간의 접근은 한국영화사의 맥락에서 특정 영화비평집단을 세대론적으로 조망하거나 특정 개인의 비평 세계를 전기적 관점에서 서술한 것에 머문 한계가 있다. 정성일은 1990년대 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한국의 대표적인 영화비평가이다. 호불호가 갈리지만 그의 글은 대중들 사이에서 영화비평이라는 개념이 성립되는 과정에 주요한 이미지를 제공했다. 특히 본 연구가 다루는 정성일의<오아시스> 비판은 논쟁 참여를 전제해 작성된 덕분에 비평담론 자체가 중심에 서있고 무엇보다 정성일의 영화에 대한 태도가 여타의 글에 비해 명확하게 드러나는 특징이 있다. 더구나 그 논쟁은 영화의 윤리, 완성도, 자의식 등을 두고 벌어진 영화비평계 내부의 마지막 논쟁이라는 영화비평사적 의의도 있다. 나아가 영화 한편에 대한 긴 글이기 때문에 한국의 대표적 비평가가 영화를 비평하는 구체적 실천 양상이 현장감 있게 녹아 있기도 하다. 영화를 종교처럼 대한다는 비판이 존재하지만 정성일 영화비평의 경쟁력은 숏의 배치, 장르 문법, 카메라 시선과 같은 영화의 자의식을 정밀하게 분석하는 것에서 나온다. 영화란 무엇인가와 같은 근본적인 질문에 기반을 둔 이런 태도는 영화를 여타의 학문에 종속시킨 종래의 비평 태도와 차별되며 영화를 진지하게 바라보는 태도를 대중화시킨 의의가 있다. 하지만 그것만큼의 오류도 발견된다. <오아시스>를 비판할 때 투영되는 정성일의 관점의 가능성과 한계를 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한 영화비평가의 개성적 세계관을 비판적으로 조망하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 독립적인 분과로 인식되기는커녕 죽음까지 운운되는 영화비평의 위기 시대에 한국의 대표적 영화비평가의 세계관이 상징적으로 녹아 있는 글을 정밀하게 분석하는 것은 그것 자체로 의미 있다. This study analyzes the critique “Fantasy, deceptive hallucination” which sung-il jung wrote about < Oasis >(Changdong Lee 2002). Film critique has not been recognized and discussed as an independent field in the Korean film industry so far. It can be problematic if the role of film criticism is to get the cinematic values arranged among the pile of films and to translate new cinematographic language into the public language. The approach to the film critique to this point has limitation that in the context of Korean film industry, it viewed certain group of film critics in the perspective of theory of generation and it described certain person`s world of criticism in a biographical way. sung-il Jung is one of the representative film critics in Korea who lead the golden age of Korean film criticism in the 1990s. His writings provided important image in the process of establishing the concept of film critique among the public, even though they are controversial. The Jung`s criticisms this study exclusively deals with are based on the premise of argumentative participation, so the discourse is central and fundamental, and it brings out the cinematic view of Jung precisely compared to the other writings and articles, which is the advantages of this study. Moreover, the argument has significance in the field of film criticism for being the last dispute inside the field of film critique over the morals, degree of completion, and the consciousness of identity. Above and beyond, because this paper is a long writing about a movie, it contains detailed and vivid practical aspect which the representative critic of Korea criticizes the movie. Although there are criticisms of discussing movies like a form of religion, sung-il Jung`s film critique is competitive for detailed and precise analyze of films` sense of identity such as plot of shots, code of genre, and the eyes of cameras. This attitude based on the fundamental questions such as what is film is considered significant for popularizing and promoting earnest attitude toward movies, and is differentiated with the traditional attitudes of criticism which are to subordinate films in the other fields of study. However, due to being so, some errors are discovered. The purpose of this study is to critically outlook a distinctive world view of a film critic who enjoyed the film critique`s prime by concretely describing its possibilities and limitations through revealing Jung`s point of view which is his prerequisite for watching movies. The work of precise analyzing of one of the Korean representative film critics` writings which contains symbolic world view is significant and meaningful by itself in the time of the film criticisms` crisis when the idea of the demise of film criticism is being mentioned, let alone its separation as the independent field.

UCP600 제조14조에 따른 화환신용장부서류심사표준의 적용에 관한 연구

The aims of this study are to find out how the standard for examination of documents stipulated in UCP600 Article 14 is to be applied and interpreted in th documentary credit transactions. The Article 14 of UCP600 includes more details than UCP500 Article 13. Especially, in the item (b), there are two changes than before; one is that the checking time is decrease to 5 banking days i/o 7 before, and the other is that this period is not curtailed. In the item (c), the credit need not stipulate the period for presentation. The item (d) states that what are compliance and consistency. The item (e) stipulates that in documents other than invoice, the description of the goods may be in general terms not conflicting with the description in the credit. The item (g) stipulates that a document presented but not required by the credit will be disregarded and may be returned to the presenter. The item (j) states the issues about address, telephone or fax number, and e-mail address, which will be disregarded under the frame of UCP600. However, if these information are parts of consignee or notify party on a transport document, they must comply with credit. The item (l) is a new clause but these actions exist in practice largely. By using the results of this study, it will be expected to reduce the number of documents not accepted by banks because of discrepancies on first presentation of documents under documentary credits.

LHS를 이용한 소형 다상 외전형 BLDC 전동기의 코깅토크 최소화 연구 (Ⅱ)

소형 다상 외전형 BLDC 전동기의 코깅토크를 최소화하기 위해 코깅토크의 발생원인 중 하나인 영구자석의 형상에 샘플링 포인트기법인 LHS를 이용한 최적화 알고리즘을 적용하여 코깅토크를 최소화하는 최적 설계를 수행 하였다. 총 3번의 반복계산을 하여 코깅토크가 최소화 되는 최적점을 계산한 결과,최대 코깅토크가 0.20 [N.m] 에서 0.15 [N.m] 로, 초기 형상의 약 75%로 감소되었다.

팽이버섯(Flammulina velutipes)의 Genome-wide SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)에 의한 계통 분석

Genome-wide reanalyzed data of 25 Flammulina strains were compared against the reference genome (KACC42780) to establish a genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). The rate of mapping differences between the strains reflected in the strain variation in its result. Genome-wide SNPs distribution divided into types of homozygous SNP and heterozygous SNP moreover all of the strains demonstrated a wide variation in all of the regions. In the further study of topological relationship between the collected strains, phylogenetic tree was separated into 3 major groups. Group I contained F. velutipes var. related strains of ASI 4062, 4148, 4195. Group 2 contained strains that are different species of ASI 4188 F. elastica, ASI 4190 F. fennae, and ASI 4194 F. rossica. The other 19 strains F. velutipes were classified as a single group. However, further experiment to discriminate its genetic relationship between the white group and brown group did not verify its validity. The inferred tree exhibited a phylogenetic relationship between Korea white fruitbody forming strains of ASI 4210, 4166, 4178 and Japan white fruitbody forming strains of ASI 4209, 4167 confirmed to be genetically closely related.

문화재보호와 재산권의 보장

이 논문 목적은 문화재보호와 재산권의 보장이라는 상반되는 요구를 조화시킬 수 있는 적절한 법제도를 찾아보고자 하는데 있다. 이러한 관점에서 먼저 헌법과 판례에 비추어 재산권의 의미와 내용을 살펴보았다. 그리고 두 번째로는 한국의 문화재보호법상의 문제점을 사례와 함께 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 한국의 문화재보호법은 문화유산의 보존수단으로도 불충분 할 뿐만 아니라, 헌법상 규정되어 있는 국민들의 재산권의 보장에도 불충분하다는 문제점이 있음을 알았다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 “수용에는 당연히 보상이 따라야 하나, 공익을 위한 일반적 제한에는 보상이 필요 없다”는 전제를 재검토하여 입법적 개선을 행할 필요가 있다고 본다. 결론적으로 문화재 보호와 재산권의 보장을 조화시켜 문화재보호법의 목적을 제대로 살리기 위해서는 문화 창달의 책임을 일차적으로 지고 있는 국가와 지방자치단체가 각종의 문화재 보호에 드는 경비를 부담해야 한다고 본다. This article aims at finding the appropriate legal system to make harmonize between cultural properties protection and a guarantee of property rights. From this standpoint, firstly I analysed the meaning of property rights compare with constitutional law and a judicial precedent. And secondly I analysed the problems that Korean “cultural properties protection act' reveals. On theses analysis I have come to the conclusion that current Korean cultural properties act is not only insufficient to preserve the cultural heritage, but also insufficient to guarantee property rights. To solve this problems, I think that we have to reconsider the basic concept of “Compensation for the expropriation, but no compensation for general restriction for public use”. And I suggested that legislative improvement is necessary. In conclusion, to make harmonize between cultural properties protection and a guarantee of property rights, I suggest that central government and local government should pay all kinds of protection cost.

Panellus edulis 수집 균주의 균사배양 및 자실체 특성 분석

Molecular analysis using the internal transcribed spacer region sequences revealed that the strains used in this study, which were formerly identified as Panellus serotinus, are Panellus edullis. After Universal Fungal PCR Fingerprinting (UFPF) analysis, eight strains of P. edulis were divided into two groups. We conducted fundamental research on mycelial growth and sawdust cultivation to understand the cultural characteristics of eight wild P. edulis strains collected from Korean forests. All strains showed faster and denser mycelial growth on potato dextrose agar (PDA) than on other media (malt extract agar, Sabouraud dextrose agar). Optimal conditions for mycelial growth were: 20℃ on PDA, 25℃ on potato dextrose broth (PDB), and pH 5~8 on PDB at 25℃. Two strains (NIFoS 2407, 3993) were selected as excellent strains based on mycelial growth and density on PDA. NIFoS 2792 showed high cellulase activities on carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) agar, and NIFoS 2387 and 2804 exhibited high laccase activities on ABTS-containing agar media. The mycelial growth of P. edulis was the fastest on Quercus acutissima and Q. mongolica sawdust media, and mycelial density was the highest on Quercus spp. sawdust-containing media. Sawdust cultivation of P. edulis was successful. The conditions were 80~85 days of cultivation period after spawn inoculation, 10~11 days for primordial formation at 17~18°C, and 15~20 days for fruiting growth. NIFoS 2804 and 3993 were selected as good strains in terms of cultivation period and mushroom production. These results could be useful for the artificial cultivation of P. edulis.

중학생의 또래관계 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 거부민감성과 인지적 유연성의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구는 중학생의 또래관계 스트레스와 우울 간의 관계를 거부민감성이 매개하며, 이 경로를 인지적 유연성이 조절하는지 알아보기 위하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기에 소재한 중학교 5개교의 3학년 재학생 600명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 그중 불성실한 자료를 제외한 567명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 또래관계 스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 거부민감성의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 우울 간의 관계에서 인지적 유연성의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 마지막으로 또래관계 스트레스가 거부민감성을 매개하여 우울로 이어지는 경로에서 인지적 유연성의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 가진다. 첫째, 또래관계 스트레스가 우울에 영향을 미치는 종합적인 경로의 검증을 통해 중학생의 우울에 대한 보다 통합적인 이해를 도모할 수 있다는 점이다. 둘째, 거부민감성의 영향에 대한 대처 전략으로 인지적 유연성의 역할을 통한 긍정적 개입의 가능성을 확인한 점이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of cognitive flexibility through rejection sensitivity on the relationship between middle school students peer relationship stress and depression. For this purpose, 600 students from five middle schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were surveyed, and 567 of them were analyzed, excluding unfaithful data. The results are as follows. First, the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity was verified in the relationship between peer relationship stress and depression. Second, the moderating effect of cognitive flexibility was confirmed in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and depression. Finally, the moderated mediating effect of cognitive flexibility was significant in the path from peer relationship stress leading to depression through rejection sensitivity mediation. These results have the following implications. First, it is possible to promote a more integrated understanding of middle school students depression by verifying a comprehensive path in which peer stress affects depression. Second, it identified the possibility of positive intervention through identifying the role of cognitive flexibility as a strategy for coping with the effects of rejection sensitivity.
