Normally, PV system is designed using local weather condition like lowest and highest temperature and irradiance. But this might give misleading results because it is not realistic data of PV module itself. To give more specific description of PV system, we tested photovoltaic(PV) modules‘ temperature, irradiance and maximum power generation characteristics from January to December in 2008 for 3㎾ PV system. From this, we could deeply analyze the accumulation temperature, electrical characteristics of PV module in various condition. So precise approach to PV system design can be done. The range of use of pipes and pressure vessels has been widely used in nuclear power field and the other fields. Interest in non-destructive testing for maintaining the integrity of pipes and pressure vessels is also increasing. Shearography which is the typical non-destructive and non-contact testing method using laser can relatively measure the out-of-plane deformation in the defect parts of pipes. However, there is a difficulty with measuring the out-of-plane in non-defect parts with shearography. Therefore, the deformations in both defect part and non-defect part of pressure vessel which is processed with a defect artificially were measured using shearography in this paper. 본 논문에서는 각각의 그래픽 가속기에 픽셀 캐시를 사용가능 하게 하면서 성능을 증가시키고 일관성 문제를 해결하는 병렬 렌더링 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조에서는 픽셀 캐시 미스에 의한 latency를 감소시켰다. 이러한 2가지 성과를 위하여 현재의 새로운 픽셀 캐시 구조에 효과적인 메모리 구조를 포함시켰다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 구조가 16개 이상의 레스터라이저에서 거의 선형적으로 속도 향상을 가져옴을 보여준다..

In this paper. we studied analysis of roof integrated photo voltaic module's durability with acceleration test. Two kinds of modules and ten samples were manufactured and tested by electrical and environmental acceleration test method. Through this experiment, we found that all modules have excellence in insulation resistance and maximum output power generation. But there was a great deformation in the external appearance by naked eye examination like bubble, humidity penetration and backsheet tearing. These might be caused by manufacturing process condition and lead degradation when installed outside. The detailed analysis is described in the following paper.

Purpose: Microalbuminuria is a predictive marker for early diabetic nephropathy and an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Screening for the presence of microalbuminuria is one of the best ways to detect early kidney damage in patients with diabetes or other disease, and also is of great significance in prevention of cardiovascular disease. Recently spot urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (ACR) has been proposed as a screening test for microalbuminuria. However, the creatinine level is affected by diet, drugs, age, muscle mass and race, etc. The cutoff value for ACR has generated some controversy. In this report, we evaluated the efficacy of spot urine albumin-to-osmolality ratio (AOR) in order to predict 24-hour urine albumin excretion (AER). Methods: Seventy-three patients diagnosed as type 2 DM in DUIH were recruited. Urine was collected for 24 hours for the measurement of microalbumin and first morning urine was obatined for the measurement of ACR and AOR. We evaluated the correlation of AER and ACR or AOR. Results: Correlation between spot urine AOR and 24 hour urine AER (Spearmans` rho=0.80p<0.01) was similar to that between ACR and AER (Spearman`s rho=0.87 p<0.01). Also correlation analysis revealed that AOR is closely correlated with ACR (Spearman`s rho=0.939, p<0.01). We evaluate accuracy of spot urine ACR and AOR using receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve, AUC were 0.90.9respectively. Conclusion: AOR correlates closely with AER. Both AOR and ACR are effective predictors of microalbuminuria. Therefore AOR is an alternative to ACR in the detection and follow-up of microalbuminuria in patients with DM.
팽이버섯(Flammulina velutipes)의 Genome-wide SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)에 의한 계통 분석

Genome-wide reanalyzed data of 25 Flammulina strains were compared against the reference genome (KACC42780) to establish a genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). The rate of mapping differences between the strains reflected in the strain variation in its result. Genome-wide SNPs distribution divided into types of homozygous SNP and heterozygous SNP moreover all of the strains demonstrated a wide variation in all of the regions. In the further study of topological relationship between the collected strains, phylogenetic tree was separated into 3 major groups. Group I contained F. velutipes var. related strains of ASI 4062, 4148, 4195. Group 2 contained strains that are different species of ASI 4188 F. elastica, ASI 4190 F. fennae, and ASI 4194 F. rossica. The other 19 strains F. velutipes were classified as a single group. However, further experiment to discriminate its genetic relationship between the white group and brown group did not verify its validity. The inferred tree exhibited a phylogenetic relationship between Korea white fruitbody forming strains of ASI 4210, 4166, 4178 and Japan white fruitbody forming strains of ASI 4209, 4167 confirmed to be genetically closely related.

Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia is characterized by erythrocyte fragments (schistocytes) in the peripheral blood smears; in most patients, this is associated with thrombocytopenia. Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia has been described in various diseases, the most common being the hemolytic uremic syndrome, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, malignant hypertension, metastatic carcinoma, preeclampsia and eclampsia. These underlying causes have in common the deposition of fibrin in the small blood vessels, or perhaps an abnormal vascular endothelium. Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia can be improved by heparin, prednisone, aspirin or plasmapheresis. The prognosis depends on the cause. We report a case of microangiopathic hemolytic anemia due to preeclampsia.
