디클로로메탄에서 Mo(CO)_2(PPh_3)_2Br_2과 과량의 2,6-diisopropylaniline을 triethylamine 존재하에서 반응시켰을 때 cis-Mo(PPh_3)_2(CO)_4 화합물을 얻었다. 이 화합물의 결정구조를 X-선 회절법으로 규명하였다. 화합물은 삼사정계로 결정화되었고, 공간군 PI―, 단위세포 상수값들은 a=21.416 (7)Å b=13.355 (5)Å c=9.126 (3)Å, α=99.94(3), β=98.04(3), γ=110.16(2)°이고, 그리고 한 단위세포 안에는 2개의 분자들이 있었다. 5711개의 측정된 회절점들을 갖고 최소자승법으로 구조를 정밀화한 결과, R(wR_2) 값은 0.032(0.083)이다. The crystal structure of II was determined through X-ray diffraction. II crystallized in the triclinic system, space group PI―, with cell parameters a=21.416 (7) Å, b=13.355 (5) Å, c=9.126 (3) Å, α=99.94(3)°, β=98.04(3)°, γ=110.16(2)°, and Z=2. Least-squares refinement of the structure led to a R(wR_2) factor of 0.032(0.083) for 0.032(0.083) for 5711 unique reflections of I>2 σ(I) and for 352 variables.

Currently, fabrication of carbon nanotubes reinforced continuous polymer fiber composites by electrospinning is easier than other method such as melt spinning and gel spinning. Therefore, in this study we wish to investigate the mechanical and electrical properties of electrospun fibers. Carbon nanotubes are purified by a nitric acid treatment after the mechanical cutting, which carboxyl functional group was introduced into the surface of nanotubes. Octadecylamine (ODA) chemical group further introduced to carboxyl functional group which forms ODA-functionalized carbon nanotubes. ODA-functionalized carbon nanotubes and PMMA polymer were dispersed in dimethyl formamide (DMF) by ultrasonication. Then, continuous polymer fibers are fabricated by electrospinning system. Finally, mechanical and electrical properties of electrospun fibers are investigated for material properties evaluation.

mer, trans-Re(=O)(PPh_3)_2Cl_3, I, 과 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoroaniline (C_6F_5NH_2)을 triethylamine 및 trimethylsilyl chloride 존재하에서 반응시켰을때 염 형태의 [Re(=O)Cl_4(PPh_3)] [NHEt_3], II, 화합물을 얻었다. 이 화합물의 결정구조를 X-선회절법으로 규명하였다. 화합물은 단사정계로 결정화되었고, 공간군 P2_1/n, 단위세포 상수값들은 a=9.592(2)Å, b=31.380(4)Å, c=9.219(3)Å β=95.59(2)°이고, 그리고 한 단위세포 안에는 4 개의 분자들이 있었다. 2951개의 측정된 회절점들을 갖고 최소자승법으로 구조를 정밀화한 결과 R (wR_2) 값들은 0.0489(0.1111)이다. The crystal structure of II was determined through X-ray diffraction. II crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P2_1/n with cell parameters a=9.592(2)Å, b=31.380(4)Å, c=9.219(3) Å, β=95.59(2)°, and Z=4. Least-squares refinement of the structure led to a R(wR_2) factor of 0.0489 (0.1111) for 2951 unique reflections of I>2 σ(I) and for 218 variables.
CSR에 대한 이해관계자의 요구와 기업의 기대가 CSR활동에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구는 국내 기업 사회적 책임활동의 실태를 살펴보고 CSR활동에 대한 기업의 기대와 이해관계자의 요구수준인식이 다양한 CSR활동 전개에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 기업의 사회적 책임을 전략적 관점과 이해관계자적 관점으로 구분하고 각 관점을 조직 내부와 외부로 나누어 가설을 도출하였다. 2006년 매출액 상위 100대 기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 기업들이 수행하거나 할 계획을 가진 CSR활동의 개수와 점수를 종속변수로 한사건수 분석기법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 전반적인 CSR활동에는 내부종업원, 협력회사, 지역사회의 요구수준인식이 유의한 관계를, 이사회, 투자자, 시민단체는 약하나 유의한 관계를 확인할수 있었다. 또한 이러한 CSR활동을 통해 기업들은 기업의 명성유지와 이미지형성, 종업원의 직무만족과 사기진작, 경쟁우위의 유지, 기업이익의 증대를 기대하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 설정된 가설에 따른 분석에서는 조직 내부의 이해관계자들을 고려하는 기업은 조직내 모니터링시스템 구축 및 종업원 권익, 환경경영에 관련된 CSR활동을 주요하게 고려하였다. 종업원권익에 관련된 CSR활동의 경우 내부종업원 뿐만 아니라 협력회사, 지역사회, 시민단체들의 요구도 함께 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직 외부의 이해관계자인 고객 또는 고객사를 고려하는 기업의 고객 및 지역사회와의 신뢰 유지에 관련된 CSR활동을 주요하게 고려하였다. 한편 조직적 성과지향이 강한 기업들은 종업원들의 권익에 관련된 CSR활동을, 사회적 성과지향이 강한 기업들은 환경경영과 기업윤리에 관련된 CSR활동을 주요하게 고려하고 있었다. In this study, we observed the current status of korean firms' CSR activities and analysed the impact of corporate's expectation about CSR and recognition of stakeholders' CSR requirement level on several CSR activities. First we developed the research framework that CSR is divided into two separate views, strategic view and stakeholder view, and two positions, the inside of the organization and the outside of the organization in, and formulated some hypotheses from the framework. In the analysis, we surveyed top 100 korean firms in 2006 and used count data analysis method because the dependent variables were the number and the score of CSR activities performed or would be performed in near future in the firms. As the result, overall CSR activities related highly with recognition of the requirement level of the inside employee, collaborating firms, and local society, and marginally with board, investors, and civil organizations. Also firms expected maintaining firm's reputation, and creating the image, raising the employee's job satisfaction and morale, maintaining the competitive advantage, increasing of profits. And we found that firms considering stakeholders inside firm considered importantly CSR activities related with building organizational monitoring system, interests of employee, and environmental management. Firms considering importantly CSR activities related with interests of employee also considered not only the requirement of inside employee but also collaborating firms, local society and civil organizations. We also found that firms considering stakeholders outside firm, customers and customer firms, considered importantly CSR activities related with maintaining the credibility with customers and local society. Finally we found that firms oriented strongly to organizational performance considered CSR activities related with interests of employee importantly, and firms oriented strongly to social performance considered CSR activities related with environmental management and business ethics importantly.
Thyroid Autoantibody Positive Anti-N-Methyl-D-Aspartate Receptor Encephalitis

BackgroundHashimoto’s encephalopathy (HE) and anti N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis have clinical overlaps. Case ReportA 70-year-old woman presented with acutely developed confusion, disorientations and psychosis. HE was suspected based on goiter, markedly elevated anti-thyroglobulin and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody. She was placed on high dose steroid and intravenous immunoglobulins administration, which did not ameliorate her symptoms. After the antibodies to the NMDAR were identified, weekly 500 mg of rituximab with 4 cycles were started. The current followed up indicated a complete recovery. ConclusionsThe possible associations between NMDAR antibody and autoimmune thyroid antibodies in anti-NMDAR encephalitis with positive thyroid autoantibodies remain unclear. However, a trend toward a higher incidence of NMDAR antibody in patients with autoimmune thyroid antibodies than without has been observed. Cases of encephalitis with only NMDAR antibody (pure anti-NMDAR encephalitis) also occur. Therefore, it is important for clinicians to know the clinical and pathogenic differences between anti-NMDAR encephalitis with positive thyroid autoantibody and pure anti-NMDAR encephalitis for relevant treatment, predicting prognosis, and future follow-up.
