김수영 시론에 있어서 전위성의 성격과 기원

Kim Soo-young, a post-war Korean poet, has historical significance in Korean modern poetry in that he had intended to integrate Avant-garde(or modernism) and Engagement(political participation). But after that integration in his criticism, his avant-garde was still not escape the nature of aesthetic modernism. Because he had appreciated avant-garde as an aestheticist literary project, avant-guard and engagement in his criticism were always confrontational. His idea stemmed from Japanese Avant-garde of Shi to shiron by Haruyama Yukio and Nishiwaki Kitagawa. Haruyama and Nishiwaki’s avant-garde was an pure surrealist movement which was completely excluded from the possibility of political participation. In the 1960s, Kim recognized his own limitation and tried to overcome it. But because of his traffic accident, his efforts ended in an uncompleted project. By this limitation, Kim Soo-young’s try to integrate avant-garde and political participation produced enormous logical contradictions. Consequently most of his articles had tried to discuss the possibility of political participation in avant-garde poetry had ambiguities and leaps in his logic. In his criticism, many concepts such as ‘experimentation, ambiguity, chaos, freedom, resistant poems’ are often incoherent and lacking continuity.

진로장애감소 집단상담 프로그램 효과

본 논문에서는 대학생들을 대상으로 김수현(2008)의 진로장애감소 집단상담 프로그램의 효과를 검증했다. 총 8회기로 구성된 이 프로그램은 지방 소재 대학생들이 많이 느끼는 취업준비에 방해가 되는 심리적/환경적 장애감을 낮추고 효율적인 문제해결능력을 증진시킴으로써 적극적인 취업준비에 나서도록 돕는 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 프로그램의 진행에서 자기솔선적 행동의 계획과 실천, 언어적설득, 대리학습, 모델링, 구체적지도, 격려, 칭찬, 인지적왜곡이나 잘못된 신념을 바꾸는 인지행동적 기법, 실질적인 대처 및 문제해결기술 증진 방법 등을 활용한다. 4개 실험집단(36명)(비교집단 59명, 통제집단 115명)을 대상으로 프로그램 실시 전 후에 진로장애검사, 진로결정수준 검사, 자기효능감검사, 사회문제해결양식 질문지를 실시하고 사전-사후 점수에 대해 공변량분석을 실시했다. 공변량분석 결과 진로장애검사의 9개 요인 중취업기반부족 요인을 제외한 모든 요인에서 실험 후에 실험집단의 장애점수가 프로그램 실시전보다 낮아지고, 자기효능감검사의 3개 요인 모두와 사회문제해결양식 질문지의 7개 요인 전부에서 평균점수가 프로그램 실시전보다 높아짐으로써 본 프로그램의 효과가 입증되었다. 진로결정수준 검사에서도 확신수준의 점수는 실험집단에서 가장 높았으며, 진로미결정 점수는 실험집단에서 가장 낮아짐으로써 집단상담을 통해 진로미결정이 줄어들고 확신이 높아졌음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과와 프로그램 진행시 유의점이 논의되었다. The present study was conducted to verify the effects of group career counseling program, which was proposed by Soo-hyun Kim (2008) in an attempt to reduce psychological/ environmental career barriers that regional college students perceive and further to improve their problem-solving skills. The program consisted of 8 sessions in total. The participants in each of the four experimental groups (N = 36) completed a battery of paper-and-pencil measures, including the Career Barriers Scale, the Career Decision- Making Scale, the Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Social Problem Solving Inventory before and after the program. Results from analyses of covariance showed that participants` level of perceived barriers significantly decreased, whereas their self-efficacy and social problem solving significantly increased. Implications for counseling college students and some guidelines for implementing the program are discussed.

논문 : 1920년대 초기 『조선일보』 「문예란」 연구 -발굴과 위상의 구명

『조선일보』의 「문예란」은 1921년 7월 4일부터 같은 해 8월 27일까지 『조선일보』1면에 개설되었다. 이 글의 목적은 『조선일보』 「문예란」에 실린 작품들을 발굴, 소개하고, 그 위상을 구명하는 것이다. 「문예란」이 개설되었던 때는 『조선일보』가 23회에 이르는 발매반포금지와 2차례의 정간을 겪고 점차 운영에서 정상을 찾아가던 즈음이었다. 「문예란」은 총 38회 개설되었는데, 시가 21편, 평론이 3편, 기행문이 1편, 수필이 1편 등 모두 26편의 작품이 실렸다. 「문예란」에 글을 수록한 작가는 변영로, 남궁벽, 김억, 박종화, 오상순, 오천석, 김찬영, 현진건 등이다. 변영로는 「문예란」에서 가장 활발한 작품 활동을 했으며 필자들의 교류에서도 중심에 있었다. 그는 진리가 확정된 세계에서 벗어나 불확실성에 투신하는 자세를 새롭게 창출될 문학의 핵심이라고 주장했다. 이 글은 남궁벽이 스스로 ``∼다``체로 번역해 발표한 「별의압흠」, 「말」 등을 소개하는 것을 통해 정본 확정의 문제를 제기했다. 또 작가의 과작을 고려할 때 새롭게 발굴, 소개하는 남궁벽의 시 5편이 지니는 무게 역시 가볍지 않다. 박종화의 시 가운데 「廢園에누어셔」는 「黑房秘曲」에 실린 시와 달리 3장으로 되어 있다. 특히 3장이 당시 박종화의 지우였던 정백, 홍사용 등의 갈등과 관련되어 주목을 필요로 한다. 이 글에서 소개하는 오상순의 두 시 역시 처음 발굴, 소개하는 시들이다. 이들은 어린 시절의 상상력이 깃든 언어를 가장 본질적인 것으로 파악하는 당시 오상순의 문학관을 드러내고 있다. 「문예란」의 필자들은 이미 문단의 승인을 받은 존재들이었다는 점에서 작품들 역시 문학청년 시기의 습작이나 투고작과는 다르다. 또 「문예란」의 필자는 각각의 동인지에 얽매이지 않는 문인들의 네트워크와 문학 활동을 파악할 수 있는 대상이기도 하다. 「문예란」이 지닌 가장 두드러진 의미는 『조선일보』를 비롯해 『동아일보』 『매일일보』 등 당시 신문 미디어에 같은 성격의 지면이 존재하지 않았다는 점에 있다. Literary section in Chosun Ilbo was first open on July 4, 1921 and lasted until on August 27 in the same year. The section was reported on the first page of Chosun Ilbo. The purpose of this article was to discover and introduce the pieces of literary work reported in Chosun Ilbo, and to bring light on the status of its literary section. The time when literary section was established was the moment Chosun Ilbo was returning to normal condition of running business after having twenty three times of prohibition of release and two times of suspension. The number of reported literary section was thirty eight, which included twenty one pieces of poem, three pieces of critique, one piece of travel essay, and one piece of essay. Thus, the total number of reported literary work was twenty six. Writers who participated in the section were as followed : Young-Roh Byun, Byuk Namgung, Uk Kim, Jong-Hwa Park, Sang-Soon Oh, Chun-Seok Oh, Chan-Young Kim and Jin-Gun Hyun. Among them, Young-Roh Byun was the most active writer in the literary section and was in the center of mutual exchange of opinion among the writers. He sought the core of literature in the attitude that was devoted to the uncertainty, which was off the world of concrete truth. This article supposed a question on determination of the formal copies by discovering and introducing the Byul-eui-ap-hem(별의압흠), and Mal(말) which were reported by Byuk. He translated these pieces for himself using style of writing, "∼ da". Moreover, as Namgung was not a prolific writer, the importance of five pieces of poem by Byuk Namgung should not be overlooked. Park`s poem, Lying in the closed garden(廢 園에누어셔), consisted of three chapters compared to that of his, which were issued in Secret songs in a black room(黑房秘曲). Especially, the third chapter of it was related to conflict among his companions, Baek Jung and Sah-Yong Hong. Therefore, it needs to be focused on that chapter. Two pieces of poem by Sang-Soon Oh were introduced for the first time. These represented Oh`s literary view at the moment, which the writer understood the language with childhood imagination as the most essential one. Writers of the literary section had already been approve by the literary circle. For this reason, the pieces reported in the literary section had a different character from their studies or submission before starting their literature career. In addition, the writers were the subject of the network and career activities among the writers who were not bound by literary coterie magazines. The most significant meaning of literary section was that the section with the same character did not exist in Dong-A Ilbo, Maeil Shinbo, or Chosun Ilbo itself. To prove this point, relation between news media and literature in early 1920s was discussed.

잠수장비와 수중환경에서 나타난 스쿠버 다이버들의 교육불이행

This study is to follow the studies, which were conducted in Moon island between July and October in 2010. The previous studies, which were conducted by Lim, Hyun-soo and Kang Eun-suk in 2010, studied the current status of education of divers by classifying it into five subjects such as diving science, diving equipment, diving safety, underwater environment, and diving activities through FGI of expert groups. Being aware of the lack of materials about the observation of non-fulfillment of education on diving equipment and underwater environment and interviews, we made visits to the spots where the previous studies were conducted between July 28 and August 2nd to newly add up materials on interviews and questionnaires and analysed the cause and problems of the educational non-fulfillment about diving equipment and underwater environment. The educational non-fulfillment about diving equipment resulted in inappropriate management of equipment and loss of equipment, immature assembly of equipment of equipment, the loss of waist belts, and diving knife"s inappropriate use. The educational non-fulfillment about underwater environment brought about the damage of underwater environment, panic by underwater environment, conflicts with fishing villages, and the problems of trash-littering and defecation.

Alterations in DNA methylation patterns in regenerated Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis) plants derived from tissue culture

Plant tissue culture is an essential tool in biotechnology. However, tissue-cultured plants often exhibit variations that are either genetic or epigenetic in origin, termed somaclonal variations. Among these variations, DNA methylation is an important heritable epigenetic modification that plays a role in a wide variety of biological processes, including gene expression. In this study, we performed bisulfite sequencing of regenerated Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis) lines to identify DNA alterations induced by tissue culture. Sequencing data from each regenerated line were compared with reference genome sequences, and common differentially methylated regions (DMRs) were detected in the regenerants. To determine changes in expression levels of DMR-containing genes, we performed quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) of the target genes and PCR amplification with bisulfite-converted DNA. We identified DMRs between a non-regenerant line and regenerant lines and selected 10 DMR-associated genes that presented annotation information in Arabidopsis or Brassica rapa. Their expression levels were verified by qRT-PCR to determine the relation between methylation state and gene expression. We observed that genes positioned in DMRs significantly correlated with differential gene expression. We also observed similar methylation patterns in the selected DMRs by PCR-based methylation analysis. The results of this study are a valuable resource for the epigenetic analysis of regenerated lines, especially for Chinese cabbage.

筋骨格系 領域에서 Thermography의 臨床的 活用에 對한 考察

근골격계 질환은 임상에서 가장 흔하게 접할 수 있는 대상의 하나로 그 진단과 평가가 매우 중요하며 여러 가지 진단기기와 평가방법이 이용되고 있다. Thermography는 기존의 진단기기와 달리 질병의 기능적인 측면을 평가할 수 있다는 점과 통증과 같은 주관적인 표현을 어느정도 객관화할 수 있다는 점에서 임상적 가치가 고려되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 국내외의 임상 논문을 대상으로 근골격계 영역에서 Thermography의 활용 동향을 고찰하여 진단적 가치를 확인하고자 하였다. Thermography는 척추신경병증, 근막동통증후군, 말초신경병증, 반사성 교감신경 이영양증, 레이노증후군, 악관절 장애 및 일부 기타 질환에서 적용되었으며, 대부분의 질환에서 보조적인 진단기기로 활용가치가 있었다. 특히, 질병의 경과 관찰과 약물 및 기타 처치에 대한 효과 판정에 유용하였으며, 레이노 증후군 및 반사성 교감신경 이영양증과 같은 질병에서는 일차적인 진단기기로도 활용이 가능하였다. 향후 근골격계 영역에서 Thermography의 보다 폭넓은 적용을 위해서는 질환에 따른 적절한 촬영방법의 개발 및 결과 판독에 대한 객관성 확보가 있어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to assess the usefulness of thermography in patients with musculoskeletal disease. Thermography is noninvasive, easy to reading, objective and physiologic instrument by measuring and imaging infrared energy emitted from skin surface. Thermography can show the skin temperature changes in various conditions of the body with musculoskeletal disease. This literature review was done for the usefulness of thermography in diagnosing musculoskeletal disease. In conclusion, thermography was adapted in radiculopathy, MPS, peripheral neuropathy, RSD, Raynaud's phenomen, TMJ dysfunction, etc. It was useful as a secondary diagnostic method in those diseases, also possible as a primary diagnostic method in RSD, Raynaud's phenomen. And, it might be reliable tool for estimating disease procedure and consequence after treatment. But, the objectivity of the reading and the development of the operating method are required for further adaptation in musculoskeletal disease.

혼수상태의 외상환자에서 초음파를 이용한 흉부 및 복부손상의 진단

The need for rapid diagnosis and treatment of life-threatening thoracic and intra-abdominal injury result in controversy over the appropriate triage of unconscious blunt trauma patients. To aid in early decisions for these patients, a prospective analysis of 98 patients with glasgow coma scale(GCS) scores≤8 was undertaken. Although intra-thoracic and intra-abdominal injuries were frequently identified based on systolic blood ressure, the use of clinical signs alone resulted in more missed injuries than did using the emergency ultrasonography. In normotensive patients(n=34), intra-thoracic injuries was identified in one patient(2.9%), and intra-abdominal injuries were in 7 patients(20.6%). In shock(systolic blood pressure<90mmHg) Pa-tients(n=64), thoracic injuries and intra-abdominal injuries were diagnosed in 8(12.5%) and 27 patients(42.3%), thoracic and abdominal combined injuries were identified in 11 patients(17.2%). The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of emergency ultrasonography were 96.3%, 91.7%, 94.9%. This study suggests that all unconscious trauma patients undergo immediate emergency ultrasonography to prevent missing life-threatening injuries.

On the basis of a problem of church growth toward social welfare, with the consciousness of an individual self-centered life of faith reformed, this paper aims at inquiring into the correlation of Christian faith-centered Jesus Christ with the society in which the event of Jesus Christ happened in reality. In this connection, this paper makes an introductory remark in Chapter 1, arguing true knowledge of Jesus Christ in Chapter 2, the correlation of the event of Jesus Christ with society in Chapter 3, the Characteristics of society based on Jesus Christ in Chapter 4, and finally this paper reaches a conclusion in Chapter 5. In conclusion, this paper proposes that Jesus Christ is correlated with society in essence. For the society based on Christ is the domain for Christ to be realized as our Lord. It is the very social reality of the event of Jesus Christ. Therefore, in society love is the principle of our real life.(Prof. Theology, Pyong-Taek University)

청소년 비행 피해집단 간의 이질성: 순수 피해집단과 가해-피해 중첩집단을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to classify the groups according to the experiences of the offending and the victimization, and to compare the pure victim groups with the victim-offender group. For this purpose, This study used the Korean Youth Panel Survey data(KYPS) to classify developmental trajectories of offending and victim. The offending group was classified into no offending, middle level rapid-decline, high level reduction group. The victim group was classified into no victim, middle level rapid-decline, high level reduction group. This study assumed that self-control, delinquent friends, and deviant lifestyle were the factors influencing the victim experience. There was a difference in the self-control and the deviant lifestyle between the pure victim group and the victim-offender overlap group. Delinquent friends affected the difference between no offending/no victim and pure victim group. These results show that the pure victim group were victimized by other delinquent friends. In comparison, The victim-offender overlap group has low self-control and deviant lifestyle, and the group is easily exposed to other offender and is victimized.

관상동맥내 스텐트 삽입후 발생한 관상동맥류 2례

Coronary artery aneurysms are detected with increasing frequency because of the routine use of coronary angiography in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. Although some coronary artery aneurysms are congenital or inflammatory, most are atherosclerotic. The prognosis of atherosclerotic coronary artery aneurysm may depend on the morphology of the aneurysm or the presence of coexisting obstructive disease. Coronary artery aneurysms have been also reported to occur after ballon angioplasty, directional athrectomy, laser angioplasty, and stent implantation with a frequency of 2% to 4%. The long-term outcome of post-intervention coronary artery aneurysm is unknown. We report two cases of the development of a coronary aneurysm 6 months after stent implantation as a treatment of severe obsructive coronary artery disease.
