This study is to analyze architectural beauty in regard to architectural form and visual beauty, and to analyze the hypothesis that, when architectural beauty is classified into formative beauty and shape beauty, shape beauty of building mass as a cubic shape, can acquire a unique beautiful duality of the principle figure when it takes shape of the principle figure. The result of this study is as follows. When the observation of the architectural beauty is not limited to the architectural form, but extended to outward and inclusive esthetic category, it is concluded that various artistic element of architecture is not reflected by the architectural shape only, so that a new genre of architectural esthetics is essentially to be created to include various esthetic categories of architectural beauty, and that the architectural beauty focusing at visual, shape and formative theory, has to be reanalyzed as a fundamental and inclusive category. The history of the western architecture shows the meaning of building formation in decorative beauty and shape beauty. The figurative shape eliminates physical elements, and also eliminates decorativeness of painting art and carving-modeling art, so that the building mass is treated as a cubic shape, and a shape beauty of the architectural form is obtained by analyzing figurative shape. The basic figure, a geometric form containing naturalness, historical meanings, and architectural meanings, has its unique beautiful quality showing figurative and geometric shape beauty, and this beautiful quality might be called a perfection that approaches esthetic perfectness. The perfection of the basic figure supports shape beauty of the building mass as a cubic form.

In order to have a good understanding of the Yan Family precepts which is known as a representative work of Chinese family precepts, it is essential that we learn the pedigree and the tradition of the family of the author Yan Zhi-tui (顔立推) and kis own life. The historically credible origin of the Yan dates back from the Western Jin (西晋) period, and the characteristics of served through the history of this family are their insubordinate spirit formed from their family status which war not always the uppermost and the sincerity based on Confucianism, so that they were not worried about getting into service and yet learned to Zhi zu (止足) . Touching on the character of this family precepts by the way of examining the family Characteristics ar reflected in it, the family he dealt with is that which had survived a long history; the morals he mentions are from Confucian ideas but most of them are based on his real experiences through his life, and he avoids reducing everything to a simple abstract moral law.

OGlcNAc Transferase (OGT) is a complementary enzyme that regulates O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) and plays a critical role in various cancer phenotypes including invasion, migration, and metabolic reprogramming. In this study, OGT is the predicted target of miR-7-5p. To identify miR-7-5p’s role in cell growth and metabolism, we treated various lung cancer cell lines with miR-7-5ps and performed qRT- PCR and western blot to demonstrate that OGT is the target of miR-7-5p. Furthermore, relative luciferase assay was done to show that miR-7-5p directly regulates OGT. To define the role of mir-7-5p in cancer cell metabolism, we performed LDH assay, glucose uptake, and mitochondrial ATP synthase inhibitor assay. Induced overexpression of miR-7-5p in lung cancer cells decreased aerobic glycolysis as is demonstrated by reduced LDH production, glucose uptake, and glycolysis. Increased O-GlcNAcylation contributed to the augmentation of lung cancer cell metabolism. In the present study, inhibition of OGT by miR7-5p decreased the growth and metabolism of lung cancer. These findings suggest that modulating OGT activity may present a potential therapeutic strategy for cancer.

<B>Abstract</B><P>Amlodipine has a potential to reduce clopidogrel bioactivation through the cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme in vivo, but the clinical impact of this interaction remains controversial. This randomized, open-label, two-period, crossover study was performed to evaluate the influence of amlodipine on the haemostatic profiles of high-risk patients during clopidogrel treatment. We recruited 40 Asian patients (Male/Female: n = 36/4) receiving clopidogrel (75 mg/day), aspirin (100 mg/day) and rosuvastatin for at least 6 months following percutaneous coronary intervention. Patients were randomly assigned to receive either 5 mg daily amlodipine or not for 2 weeks, and then were crossed over to the other treatment for 2 weeks. Haemostatic measurements were conducted with the VerifyNow assay and thromboelastography (TEG). Primary endpoint was P2Y12 Reaction Units (PRU) during on- versus off-amlodipine treatment. The on-amlodipine strategy showed higher level of PRU compared with the off-amlodipine strategy (176.8 ± 75.4 vs. 150.7 ± 65.5 PRU; ∆mean: 26.1 PRU; ∆95% confidence interval [CI]: 4.5-47.7 PRU; p = 0.019). Platelet-fibrin clot strength measured by TEG was lower during on- versus off-amlodipine treatment (7,712 ± 1,889 vs. 8,559 ± 2,174 dyne/cm2; ∆mean: -847 dyne/cm2; ∆95% CI: -1,632 to -62 dyne/cm2; p = 0.035). After amlodipine discontinuation, 27 patients (67.5%) showed a decrease in PRU, which was associated with ‘PRU ≥ 160 on-amlodipine’ in multivariate analysis (odds ratio: 62.014; 95% CI: 2.302-1670.328; p = 0.014). In conclusion, amlodipine increases platelet reactivity and decreases platelet-fibrin clot strength during clopidogrel treatment. In addition, the effect of amlodipine discontinuation on clopidogrel responsiveness is associated with on-amlodipine platelet reactivity.</P>

<P>We fabricated hybrid poly(3-hexylthiophene) nano fibers (P3HT NFs) with rigid backbone organization through the self-assembly of P3HT tethered to gold NPs (P3HT-Au NPs) in an azeotropic mixture of tetrahydrofuran and chloroform. We found that the rigidity of the P3HT chains derives from the tethering of the P3HT chains to the Au NPs and the control of the solubility of P3HT in the solvent. This unique nanostructure of hybrid P3HT NFs self-assembled in an azeotropic mixture exhibits significantly increased delocalization of singlet (S-1) excitons compared to those of pristine and hybrid P3HT NFs self assembled in a poor solvent for P3HT. This strategy for the self-assembly of P3HT-Au NPs that generate long-lived S1 excitons can also be applied to other crystalline conjugated polymers and NPs in various solvents and thus enables improvements in the efficiency of optoelectronic devices.</P>
