        주택점유형태가 신혼가구의 출산에 미치는 영향 분석

        본 연구에서는 KLIPS의 2011년(14차 년도)부터 2018년(21차 년도)까지의 8개 년도 자료를 이용하여 주택점유형태가 신혼가구의 출산에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 출산 결정요인으로서 주택점유형태가 가지고 있는 내생성 문제를 해결하기 위해 축차형 이변량 프로빗모형을 추정방법으로 이용하였으며, 신혼가구의 출산을 첫째 자녀 출산과 둘째 자녀 출산으로 구분하여 분석함으로써 설명변수들이 출산에 미치는 차별적 영향을 분석하였다. 실증 분석 결과 자가점유는 신혼가구의 출산에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전체 표본을 이용한 경우 자가점유 주택에 거주하는 신혼가구는 주택을 임차하여 거주하는 신혼가구에 비해 출산 확률이 16.2%p 높았으며, 둘째 자녀 출산에 대해서는 20.7%p 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 자가점유가 추가 자녀 출산을 중심으로 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미하는데, 둘째 자녀 출산은 추가양육에 여력이 존재하는 가구에서 가능한 점을 비추어 볼 때 자가점유가 제공하는 주거안정과 미래 경제력 확보 가능성이 다자녀 출산에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 시사한다. In this study, the effects of housing tenure on the childbirth of newly-married households was analyzed using Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS) data for eight years from 2011 to 2018. The Recursive Bivariate Probit model was estimated to control for endogeneity of housing tenure in childbirth decision. By dividing the full sample into a sample with no children and a sample with one child, the effects of home owning on the first birth and on the second birth were also examined. Estimation results showed that home owning had a positive effect on the birth of children. Home owning new-married households’ probability of giving birth was a 16.2% point higher than that of tenant households in the case of the full sample and a 20.7% point higher in the sub-sample of households with one child. These results imply that homeownership contributes to the birth of additional child. Housing stability and possibility of future wealth accumulation provided by homeowership play an important role in the birth of children.

        Food & Beverage Department occupies high gravity in hotel's general revenues. Purchasing management is important in terms of cost reduction of F & B's products. Especially effective purchasing of imported food materials is very important in general purchasing management. This paper shows four suggestions in order to effective purchasing of imported food materials as follows; 1) Direct importing plan of Hotels in order to cost reduction of F & B's products. 2) Need to strengthen law about imported food materials' quality. 3) Need to offer correct purchasing quantity. 4) Need to train professional purchasing person.

        Three Temperature Model for Nonequilibrium Energy Transfer in Semiconductor Films Irradiated with Short Pulse Lasers

        <P>This article investigates numerically carrier-phonon interaction and nonequilibrium energy transfer in direct and indirect bandgap semiconductors during sub-picosecond pulse laser irradiation and also examines the recombination effects on energy transport from the microscopic viewpoint. In addition, the influence of laser fluence and pulse duration is studied by using the self-consistent three-temperature model, which involves carriers, longitudinal optical phonons, and acoustic phonons. It is found that a substantial non-equilibrium state exists between carriers and phonons during short pulse laser irradiation because of time scale difference between the relaxation time and the pulse duration. It is clear that the two-peak structure in carrier temperature exists and it depends mainly on laser pulses, fluences, and recombination processes. During laser irradiation, in particular, the Auger recombination for Si becomes dominant due to the increase in the carrier number density, whereas for GaAs, the Auger recombination process can be ignored due to an abrupt increase in SRH recombination rates at the initial stages of laser exposure.</P>

        We determined for IgE in serum based on the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in vivo after intraperitoneal injection of Solanum lyratum extract for 14 days. The experiment showed as well whole spleen cells that Solanum lyratum extract enhanced IgE production in vivo. Solanum lyratum extract significantly facilitated the production of IgE by LPS-stimulated murine spleen cells. Solanum lyratum THUNB. also enhanced IgE production from mouse whole spleen cells. Lypopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulated IgE production was enhanced 1.4-fold to 2.7-fold by the addition of Solanum lyratum extract over a period of 7 days.

        토지은행의 토지비축 효과에 대한 실증분석연구

        우리나라 토지은행 제도는 토지시장 안정을 위해 토지를 사전비축하고, 이를 적시에 공급하는 국가차원의토지수급정책 유형이다. 이 논문은 실제 비축토지를 이용한 5개 단지조성사업과 10개 도로건설사업을 대상으로나누어 공익개발사업에서 토지은행에 의한 비축토지 공급의 당위성 여부와 토지보상비 절감에 어느 정도 기여할수 있는지를 실증분석 한 것이다. 연구결과는 다음과 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 단지조성사업에서는 토지의 사전비축당위성이 불분명한데 반해, 도로건설사업에서는 토지의 사전비축 당위성이 존재하는 것으로 나타나 사업유형별차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 둘째, 도로건설사업에서는 비축토지의 일괄비축(일괄보상)을 가정할 경우, 평균 6.8% 의 토지보상비 절감이 가능한 것으로 추정되었다. 이와 같은 토지비축의 경제적 효과에 대한 실증분석결과는향후 도시재생수요 및 빈집증가 등에 대한 토지은행 대상 범위확장 시, 사업유형별 토지확보 방식의 차별화를위해 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In this study, the necessity and the cost saving effect of preemptive land stockpiling were evaluated for road construction and land development projects.. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study conducted a qualitative survey on the operation of land banks in Korea and an empirical analysis on the difference between the unit cost of land compensation and the change in land price of surrounding areas during project period. For 5 land development projects and 10 road construction projects, the actual land compensation cost expenditures were compared with the estimated costs assuming lump-sum compensation at the initial point of time. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Since the correlation between the published price of land and the unit cost of land compensation, which are changing anually, was unclear in land development projects, the expendture patterns of purchasing land hardly justify the cost-saving effect of preemptive lump-sum compensation. However, in road construction projects, the annual variations in unit cost of land compensation showed similar patterns to the increase in published land price. 2. RESULTS The land stockpiling by land bank is a policy tool to promote public projects such as road construction and industrial complex development quickly by securing land in advance and saving costs. The result showed that, in 10 road construction projects, about 6.8% of land compensation costs can be reduced by assuming lump-sum land purchase in early stages by the Land Bank, while we cannot expect these cost-saving effects in land development projects. It seems that the lump-sum compensation method for stockpiling land is relatively effective in road construction projects, rather than in land development projects, considering the land price increase invoked by development projects. In land development projects, with a proper division of sub-areas to be purchased stepwise, even sequential compensation can be appropriate.

        Improved Densification and Microwave Dielectric Properties of BaO·Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>·5TiO<sub>2</sub> Modified with an Iso-Component Borate Glass

        [ $BaO{\cdot}Nd_2O_3{\cdot}5TiO_2$ ] (BNT) ceramics modified with a borate glass containing Ba, Nd and Ti as glass constituents were investigated with regard to their sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties. An addition of iso-component glass significantly improved the sinterabilty of the BNT ceramics and lowered the sintering temperature. A maximum density of $5.29\;g/cm^3$ and an x-y shrinkage of 17% were obtained for BNT ceramics containing 10wt.% of the glass sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$. The dielectric composition without the glass additive was only slightly densified at $1100^{\circ}C$. The resulting sample exhibited two crystalline phases, $BaNd_2Ti_5O_{14}$ and $Ba_2Ti_9O_{20}$, regardless of sintering temperature and glass content. When >10wt.% glass was added, exaggerated grain growth with a less uniform microstructure was found, resulting in the subsequent reduction of the fired density and the dielectric properties. BNT ceramics containing 10wt.% of the isocomponent glass sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$ for 4 h showed promising dielectric properties of k = 71.3 and Q = 1,330.

        신혼부부 가구의 주택점유형태 결정요인 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 국토교통부의 2010년 및 2017년 주거실태조사 자료를 이용하여 두 시점에서 신혼부부 가구의 주택점유형태 결정 행태에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석과정에서 기존 연구들과 다르게 자산변수의 내생성을 고려하고 자가점유의 사용자비용 측정방법을 개선하였다. 또한 주택점유형태 결정 행태가 가구의 경제적 조건과 주택시장 여건에 따라 다를 수 있으므로 거주 지역을 수도권과 비수도권으로 구분하여 주요 변수들의 영향력에 대한 지역적 차이를 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과 항상소득, 순자산, 상대주거비용 등이신혼부부 가구의 주택점유형태를 결정하는 핵심변수로 파악되었다. 각 변수들이 주택점유형태 선택에 미치는 영향력은 시점별, 지역별로 차이가 있었다. 항상소득과 순자산의 한계효과는 2010년에 비해 2017년에 다소 증가하였으며, 순자산의 한계효과는 비수도권에서증가폭이 높았다. 상대주거비용의 한계효과는 2010년에 비해 2017년에 수도권에서는 증가한 반면, 비수도권에서는 크게 감소하였다. Contrary to previous studies which examined newly-married households’ tenure choice decisions at a particular year, this study employs the cross-sectional household survey data in 2010 and 2017 and investigates whether the impacts of economic and housing cost variables on the probability of home owning are different over time and across regions. Endogeneity of net asset variable was taken into account and the user cost of owning variable was remeasured to better capture Korean housing finance and income tax structure. Estimation results showed that permanent income, relative housing cost and net asset were key determinants of housing tenure choice decisions of newly-married households, but the impacts of these variables were found to be different depending on time and region considered. While the marginal effect of permanent income on the probability of home owning was higher in 2017 than in 2010 across regions, net asset’s marginal effect has increased only in regions outside of the Seoul metropolitan region. On the other hand, compared to its marginal effect in 2010, relative housing cost of owning had a higher marginal effect in Seoul metropolitan region in 2017, but its marginal effect in 2017 considerably decreased in regions outside of Seoul metropolitan region. Based on these results, a couple of policy implications were drawn.
