WANG Qi-ming,Liu Jian-fen,Shi He-sheng 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.3
This paper studies ε-greedy algorithm and softmax algorithm in obstacle avoidance and balance study. In the experiment, Sarsa algorithm and Q-Learning algorithm were used to appropriately simplify and build the model of obstacle avoidance; softmax algorithm was used to address how to balance exploration and utilisation; and two classical algorithms of reinforcement learning were adopted to deal with obstacle avoidance. The results generated by simulation prove that Sarsa algorithm and Q-Learning algorithm can handle obstacle avoidance and balance study in limited time step, which makes the intelligent agent improve the non-maximum estimated value of the value function of the state so as to choose the best action that has been carried out. In addition, Sarsa algorithm and Q-Learning algorithm can also enable the intelligent agent to try new actions and find out the optimal one.

Wang, Ren-Jie,Wu, Peng,Cai, Guo-Xiang,Wang, Zhi-Min,Xu, Ye,Peng, Jun-Jie,Sheng, Wei-Qi,Lu, Hong-Fen,Cai, San-Jun Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.17
The MYH11 gene may be related to cell migration and adhesion, intracellular transport, and signal transduction. However, its relationship with prognosis is still uncertain. The aim of this study was to investigate correlations between MYH11 gene expression and prognosis in 58 patients with stage II and III colorectal cancer. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed in fresh CRC tissues to examine mRNA expression, and immunohistochemistry was performed with paraffin-embedded specimens for protein expression. On univariate analysis, MYH11 expression at both mRNA and protein levels, perineural invasion and lymphovascular invasion were related to disease-free survival (p<0.05; log-rank test). Cancers with lower MYH11 expression were more likely to have a poor prognosis. Otherwise, MYH11 expression was unrelated to patient clinicopathological features. On multivariate analysis, low MYH11 expression proved to be an independent adverse prognosticator (p<0.05). These findings show that MYH11 can contribute to predicting prognosis in stage II and III colorectal cancers.

One new clerodane-type furanoditerpenoidtinosinoid A ( 1 ) and nine new nor-clerodane analogs tinosinoids B–J ( 2 − 10 ) have been isolated from the stems ofTinospora sinensis . The structures of the new compoundswith absolute confi gurations have been elucidated by spectroscopicmeans, including MS, NMR and ECD techniques,as well as chemical correlation. Compound 1 is a rare sulfurcontainingclerodane diterpenoid incorporating a 2-mercaptoethanolunit via a thioether bond, while compounds 4 / 5and 9 represent two pairs of unusual equilibrium regioisomersthrough an interesting intramolecular transesterifi cation. Our bioassays established that 1 and 8 displayed moderateantiproliferative eff ects against two human tumor celllines, and 9 and 10 showed signifi cant α -glucosidase inhibitoryactivities. A kinetics study revealed that compound 10was a noncompetitive α -glucosidase inhibitor, and its possiblebinding mode to the enzyme was further probed bymolecular docking experiments.

We reported previously that hydroxylated polymethoxyflavones (HPMFs) effectively suppressed obesity in high-fat-induced mouse. In this study, we further investigated the molecular mechanism of action of 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone (5-OH-HxMF), one of major HPMFs in orange peel. Treatment of 5-OH-HxMF effectively inhibited lipid accumulation by 55–60% in a dose-dependent manner. The 5-OH-HxMF attenuated adipogenesis through downregulating adipogenesis-related transcription factors such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) and CCAAT/enhancer-binding proteins (C/EBPs), as well as downstream target fatty acid synthase and acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC). 5-OH-HxMF activated adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase signaling and silent mating type information regulation 1 (SIRTUIN 1 or SIRT1) in 3T3-L1 adipocytes to decrease lipid accumulation. In addition, the inhibition rate of lipid accumulation was compared between 5-OH-HxMF and 3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-heptamethoxyflavone (HpMF). 5-OH-HxMF inhibited lipid accumulation 15–20% more than HpMF did, indicating that hydroxyl group at position 5 can be a key factor in the suppression of adipogenesis.

Objective: Surgical treatment of severe infectious spondylodiskitis remains challenging. Although minimally invasive percutaneous endoscopic drainage and debridement (PEDD) may yield good results in complicated cases, outcomes of patients with extensive structural damage and mechanical instability may be unsatisfactory. To address severe infectious spondylodiskitis, we have developed a surgical technique called percutaneous endoscopic interbody debridement and fusion (PEIDF), which comprises endoscopic debridement, bone-graft interbody fusion, and percutaneous posterior instrumentation. Methods: Outcomes of PEIDF in 12 patients and PEDD in 15 patients with infectious spondylodiskitis from April 2014 to July 2018 were reviewed retrospectively. Outcome were compared between 2 kinds of surgical procedures. Results: Patients in PEIDF group had significantly lower rate of revision surgery (8.3% vs. 58.3%), better kyphosis angle (-5.73°±8.74 vs. 1.07°±2.70 in postoperative; 7.09°±7.23 vs. 0.79°±4.08 in kyphosis correction at 1 year), and higher fusion rate (83.3% vs. 46.7%) than those who received PEDD. Conclusion: PEIDF is an effective approach for treating infectious spondylodiskitis, especially in patients with spinal instability and multiple medical comorbidities.

The bulk inversion asymmetry (Dresselhaus) terms (i.e., B2, B1, and B01 terms) of wurtzite materials are determined. The 2 × 2 conduction band, 2 × 2 heavy-hole band, 2 × 2 light-hole band, and 2 × 2 crystal-field split-off hole band matrices of wurtzite semiconductors are developed and decoupled by using a block diagonal technique. Importantly, those 2 × 2 block diagonal matrices incorporate not only the interband coupling effect but also the bulk inversion asymmetry effect. Analytical expressions for the conduction and the valence band spin-splitting parameters and energies of GaN wurtzite materials are formulated by solving the block diagonal matrices. The presence of these terms is shown to include the spin-splitting phenomenon. The bulk inversion asymmetry (Dresselhaus) terms (i.e., B2, B1, and B01 terms) of wurtzite materials are determined. Background: We examined changes in hepatitis B core-related antigen (HBcrAg) during the four sequential phases of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection: hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)-positive chronic infection (EPCI) and hepatitis (EPCH), followed by HBeAg-negative chronic infection (ENCI) and hepatitis (ENCH). We compared the performance of serum HBcrAg, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), and HBV DNA in predicting EPCH and ENCH.

In this study, the PDVF membranes were fabricated with a La-doped TiO₂ (La-TiO₂) photocatalytic coating in which La element was recovered from the waste fluorescent powder. The process of La element recovery was investigated under different conditions with different acid concentrations. La-TiO₂ photocatalysts were facilely synthesized by the solvothermal method at 80°C followed by thermal sintering at 400°C. The La-TiO₂ photocatalytic membrane fabrication was carried out by dip-coating the polyacrylic acid (PAA) plasma-grafted PVDF membrane into the suspension La-TiO₂. The waste fluorescent powder was characterized by X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) after dissolving in the aqua regia. The La-TiO₂ by Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The La-TiO₂ coated PVDF membrane was used to study the filtration and visible light driven photocatalytic degradation of Reactive Blue 5 solution. The experimental results showed that La-TiO₂ possesses high photocatalytic activity (efficiency of 100% after 6-h irradiation), and the best membrane (La-TiO₂/PAA/PVDF) performance (efficiency of 87%) with the water contact angle of 11.4⁰ was achieved. Thereby, it showed that the La-TiO₂ photocatalytic membranes were successfully fabricated with antifouling, self-cleaning properties.

Nowadays, photocatalysis has attracted much attention due to its ability to degrade NO at low concentrations, combined with a cheap, sustainable, and environmentally friendly process. Recent studies highlightszinc oxide nanorods (ZnO NRs) may be applied as potential photocatalysts due to their efficientcharge transport, and high performance. In this study, a high surface area of ZnO NRs was achieved viaa one-step solvothermal method with control of reaction time and temperature. Additionally, the synthesizedZnO NRs was deployed to comprehensively evaluate the photocatalytic activity of NO degradation. The results indicated that the synthesized ZnO NRs at 100 C for 6 hours exhibited the most favorableperformance in term of photocatalytic NO degradation (78.8% under solar light and 62.2 % under visiblelight), along with low toxicity (DeNOx index of 268.4). The improved photocatalytic efficiency of thesesamples can be attributed to their high aspect ratio and the presence of oxygen defects, which effectivelycapture and impede the recombination of photogenerated electrons. Furthermore, the ZnO NRs possesshigh stability under visible light irradiation, experiencing only an 8.7 % reduction after five reuses. Finally, trapping experiments and ESR analysis were used to explore the mechanism of the photocatalyticNO degradation reaction.
