        고에너지 엑스선의 선속평탄여과판이 조사야의 축이탈비 선량 변화에 미치는 영향

        In order to evaluate the usefulness of whether or not to use of high energy x-rayFlattening Filter, we analyzed dose by comparing the change of irradiation surface and the off-axissize at the center. From the results of FF (Flattening filter) and FFF (Flattening filter free) of 6 MVenergy, the dose decreased as the distance of FFF from the center plane. FFF also showed low doseto protect normal tissue around the tumor. FFF was higher near the skin surface than FF, and thedose was higher when the irradiation surface was smaller. FFF can be used to treat radiation thatcan focus on optimizing tumor dose and minimizing peripheral dose when irradiated.

        고 에너지 선형가속기 Couch의 Gantry 회전조사 방향에 따른선량 변화 연구

        Couch consisting of carbon and acrylic material was irradiated with Gantry and thedose to the tumor was compared with Min, Max and Mean values. Novails Tx dedicated treatmenttable was irradiated with 6 MV and 10 MV, and the attenuation coefficient of the does accordingto the angle (0°, 140°, 180°) were compared and analyzed when transmitting the table. As a resultof comparing the dose values obtained in this paper, it was confirmed that the dose distribution tothe normal tissues in the carbon material table is narrower than the acrylic material. When theexperiment was conducted with 6 MV and 10 MV on the Novils TX, it was confirmed that the losswas the largest at 140° due to the density of the table. It is considered that the treatment effect willbe better with the correction because the treatment is performed without the correction accordingto the angle when the usual radiation treatment is performed.

        암의 고주파 온열요법과 병용치료의 유용성 평가 분석에 관한 연구

        In order to understand the usefulness to the high-frequency thermal therapy ofcancer staging according to the TNM classification treatment, was to evaluate the effect of highfrequencyhyperthermia treatment approach through other means and whether other organs,according to the combined presence of transition. Targeted to receive more than a total of 1 cyclehigh frequency heat treatment at C hospital that performed the high-frequency hyperthermiacancer patients 92 people out stage, depending on the presence or absence of metastasis, combinedhyperthermia patients for statistics before and after treatment the therapeutic effect of thetherapeutic classification. Out of a total of 92 patients decrease 11 patients, stable 71 patients, withincrease 10 patients, the rate of increase is the result of about 11% patients showed a decrease ofabout 89% is occupied by patients and a stable rate. There is strong evidence for the usefulness asa secondary therapy to maintain the quality of life, while slowing the progression of cancer by ahigh-frequency heat treatment.

        The accurate measurement for long bone have taken an important part in orthopedics surgical diseases when the length of extremities is different each other because of some disorder. The radiography of long bone measurement is widely being used in medical centers. We also can use various kinds of methods to search for the accurate measurement. In this thesis, we have measured the real length of long bone for CT Scanogram and FFD by 100㎝ and 200㎝ in the angle of inclination 0°, 3°, and 7°. The data can be used to diagnose and treat patients by the comparative analysis.

      • 안전한 장중첩증 공기압정복장치의 제작 및 임상적 이용

        This study was peformed to design a safe air-pressure reduction system which can absorb rapidly rising intraluminal pressure during intussusception, and comparison with other reduction systems to test its clinical availability. The air-pressure reduction system consisted of a pressure gauge, air insufflators a pressure controller, buffers, and rapid exhaustion devices, and to determine its absorbability, it was connected with a bowel model. By using it in 20 infants with intussusception, we compared the absorbability of our air-pressure reduction system with preexisting systems. While extraluminal pressure was applied to the bowel model in which baseline intraluminal pressure was set to 120mmHg, this rose to 176mmHg(56mmHg high to standard, 100%) in the direct infusion system, but to only 130mmHg (10mmHg high to standard, 17.9%) in a system connected to a large buffer of 10,500㎖ capacity. Immediately after the application of extraluminal pressure for less than 1 sec, this air-pressure reduction system showed better absorbability than the hydrostatic reduction system. Applying this system to 20 infants with intussusception, this was successfully Reduced in 19 cases(95%), without complications. In this experiment, it was proved that the system absorbed rapid intraluminal pressure elevation. Its use would help prevent bowel perforation during air reduction occurring during.

      • 하지정맥류 평가의 3차원 조영증강 MRV와 Venography의 유용성 비교 연구

        To assess the performance of contrast-enhanced three-dimensional(3D) magnetic resonance venography(MRV) of the pelvis and lower extremities in patients with varicose vein. Conventional and MR venography were peformed in 14 legs in 14 patients and duplex doppler sonogram and MR venography were performed in 30 legs in 24 patients referred fo revaluation of varicose vein. For analysis, the venous system was divided into 13 segment in Conventional and MR venographic images, For detection of reflux to greater saphenous vein, duplex doppler sonogram and MRV were peformed. In ascending venogram and MRV, 182 venous segments potentially could be seen. MRV depicted 156 segments. 8 segments among depicted segments at MRV were not seen at ascending venogram. Ascending venogram depicted 182 segment. 4 segments among depicted segments at ascending venogram were not seen at MRV. MRV detected 38 varices and ascending venogram detected 34 varices, When two tourniquets were placed around the ankle and knee with valsalva maneuver, MRV detected reflux in 16 legs of 22 legs. Duplex doppler sonogram detected reflux in 26 legs of 30 legs. Contrast-enhanced 3D MRV comprehensively displays the lower extremity venous system and permits assessment of varicose vein. MRV with valsalva maneuver permit assessment of reflux to greater saphenous vein.

        This study can get the result below with the embodiment of INTERNET- PACS system. 1. This study is to embody the INTERNET-PACS that can use the main functions of high-priced PACS that can be used in the general small hospitals by the embodiment on the general PC. And it made the burden about the additional expenses decreasing at maximum by the development of DICOM converter algorithm and by the interlock with the existing devices. 2. Also it could expand the PACS in stage as well as it made the information transmission in the hospitals through the network easy at the same time with the share of the client and the server on a system. 3. The embodied INTERNET-PACS system have advantages that have independent image management and operation system and that can make the system more flexible in its embodiment because the standard protocol is used in the internet recently.
