      • 반응염료의 구조가 염색성에 미치는 영향

        The difference in dyeability between C. I. Reactive Orange 16(O-16) and C. I. Blue 4(B-4) was found in this experiment. Initial dyeing rates were increased and the amount of dye on the fabric at equilibrium was decreased with temperature like other ordinary dyeing processes. Activation entropy(ΔS?) was decreased because of loose bonding between dyestuffs and fiber molecules at transition state. It can be clarified that the entire reaction is exothermic and the number of molecular species at transition state becomes greater from decrease in activationenthalpy(ΔH?) and the increase in activation free energy(ΔG?) with temperature, respectively. The amount on the fabric and dyeing rate of B-4 with rigid anthraquinone and triazibyl structure are less and slower than those of O-16.

        Currently the evaluation of high school science and mathematics learning has been too much knowledge-centered without concerning the inquiring ability or scientific attitude. This study, therefore, was made for the purpose of establishing of evaluation model for high school science (biology and earth science) and mathematics learning and its evaluation items. In this paper, the research was done about three fields, biology, earth science and mathematics. 1. For the biology, the evaluation methods of inquiry learning were studied with the foreign references, and proper evaluation items were suggested. 2. For the earth science, after analizing 5 kinds of earth science textbook of current using in high school, essential 19 items were selected. 5 of them were tested in test group and control group, then, the results were analized. 3. For the mathematice, the teaching elements of「Set」and「Flow chart」in mathematics (Ⅰ) were selected and structured. Detailed teaching objects were established and evaluation items were introduced.

        Under the pressure to open the service market as proposed by World Trade Organization, we can easily expect our educational systems for allied health professions will experience a lot of changes in near future. Accordingly, we compared our current educational systems for allied health professions with the foreign ones and mapped out some strategies predicting the forthcoming enormous changes. Major investigations and analysis are summed up as follows, The educational programs for allied health professions which was started in 1963 in Korea are stilled remained as 2 to 3 school years, while the systems in advanced countries have already been changed or been changing from 2 year to 4 year college levels. We can hardly find the uniform educational system or school years for the allied health professions in the world except for Korea. Fortunately, university level four-year programs for the profession was established in 1979 in Won-joo for the first time in Korea. However, there are still only few four-year programs in this country. To meet the rapidly changing needs we have faced in the health areas we should supply appropriate health personnel through various efforts. Now we would like to suggest followings, <Educational goals for the allied health professions> 1) reconfirming characteristics for the educational goals of health professions 2) extending school years for the allied health professions 3) strengthening clinical training and internship 4) expanding opportunities for the continuing education through lifelong education 5) upgrading from old-fashioned technologies to advanced technologies 6) cultivating competencies of health professionals for the global competition <Suggestions for the Development of Allied Health Professions> 1) reforming the school years of educational programs for the allied health professions to meet the global standards 2) expanding the role of junior college programs for the allied health professions through the development of intensive courses in the professions. 3) diversifying and specializing the allied health professions mainly through 4 year B.S. degree programs.

      • 固眞飮子가 galactosamine으로 유발한 흰쥐의 간중독에 미치는 영향

        최근 간질환에 대한 진단과 기술의 비약적인 발전에도 불구하고 치료방법론에서는 그 해결이 모호한 상태에 있다. 실험적으로 간중독을 유발시킨 동물에 약물을 투여하여 그 약화를 입증하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 이에 저자는 固眞飮子가 간독성의 완화효과에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 固眞飮子추출물을 투여한 흰쥐에 galactosamine으로 간독성을 유발하고 간조직내 glutathione과 과산화지질의 함량, 혈청중의 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH의 효소활성측정 및 혈청중의 bile acid함량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 유의한 결과를 얻었다. glutathione의 함량은 固眞飮子을 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성 있게 증가하여고, 과산화지질, 혈청중 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH, bile acid는 고진음자를 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성있게 감소하였다. The purpose of this study is to observe the protective effect of Kojinyumja on serum reaction and hepatic tissue in galactosamine treated rats. In this study, the experimental rats divided four group(Normal group, Control group, Sample A group, and Sample B group): Under the same condition, normal and contro1 group were administered water, sample A, B group were administered Kojinyumja for 8days. And then, Coth control group and Sample B group were injected to abdomen with galactosamine for 1day. The rates of glutathione, lipid peroxide, GOT, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, and contents of bile acid level were measured. The results are as follows: The glutathione rate significantly increased in sample group, the others(lipid peroxide, G0T, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, bile acid) significantly decreased in sample group.

        수술로 절제한 위장관기질종양에서 Ki-67 발현의 예후적 중요성

        목적: 현재까지 위장관기질종양(GIST)을 양성과 악성으로 분류할 수 있는 명확한 조직학적 기준은 없지만, 전이나 재발을 일으킬 수 있는 위험도를 종양세포의 유사분열 수와 종양의 크기를 기준으로 나누고 있다. Ki-67은 세포 증식의 표지자로 사용되는 단백질로, GIST의 예후 인자로의 가능성이 주목되고 있다. 이에 저자들은 수술 치료를 시행한 GIST 환자 중 Ki-67 면역조직화학염색을 시행한 32예의 Ki-67 지수와 유사 분열 지수와의 관련성, GIST의 재발률 및 무병 생존율에 대하여 분석 검토하여 보았다. 대상 및 방법: 인제대학교 서울백병원에서 수술 치료를 통하여 GIST를 제거한 32명의 환자를 대상으로 연구를 시행하였고 환자들의 의무기록을 통하여 성별, 연령, 증상 등의 임상적 특징과, 종양의 크기, 위치 등의 조직학적 특징 및 재발률에 대하여 조사하였다. 결과: NIH 진단기준으로 very low risk는 4예, low risk는 9예, intermediate risk는 14예, high risk는 5예였다. Ki-67 지수는 1-18%의 범위 내에 있었고, 평균은 5.56±4.48%였다. 평균 추적관찰 기간은 35.72±29.04개월이었고 관찰 도중 6 예(18.7%)에서 재발 혹은 전이가 발견되었다. Ki-67 지수가 5% 이하인 군의 누적 무병 생존율은 12개월, 24개월, 60개월에 각각 100%, 100%, 86%였다. 반면 Ki-67 지수가 5% 초과인 군의 누적 무병 생존율은 12개월, 24개월, 60개월에 각각 82.1%, 70.3%, 46.9%로 Ki-67 지수가 5% 이하인 환자에 비하여 무병 생존율에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p=0.007) 결론: Ki-67 지수가 5% 초과할 경우 GIST 재발의 고위험성을 시사한다. 향후 Ki-67 지수의 표준화와 치료 방향의 결정에 미치는 Ki-67 지수의 역할에 대한 연구가 필요하다. Background/Aims: Assessment of malignant potential in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is still problematic. The maximum tumor diameter and the mitotic index are generally used as an index of malignancy of GISTs. The Ki-67 labeling index has recently been used as an index of cell growth. The aim of this study was to investigate the prognostic value of K -67 in GIST. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 32 patients with GIST who underwent surgical resection at Inje University Seoul Paik Hospital. We analyzed their Ki-67 expression, histologic finding, and prognosis. Results: According to the tumor size and mitotic count, 4 patients were classified as very low risk, 9 patients as low risk, 14 patients as intermediate risk and 5 patients as high risk. The average Ki-67 index was 5.56±4.48%. The median follow-up duration was 35.72±29.04 months, and local/distant recurrences were observed in 6 (18.7%) patients. The overall cumulative disease free survival rates in patients with Ki-67 index ≤5% at 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years were 100%, 100%, and 86%, respectively. The overall cumulative disease free survival rates in patients with Ki-67 index >5% were at 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years were 82.1%, 70.3%, and 46.9%, respectively. There was significant relationship between elevated Ki-67 and disease free survival rate (p=0.007). Conclusions: Our study suggests that Ki-67 index >5% confers a higher risk of relapse in patients with GIST. Future work should focus on standardization of Ki-67 assessment and specification of its role in making treatment decisions.(Korean J Gastroenterol 2014,64:87-92)

        포화지방산과 인지질(DMPC)혼합 Langmuir-Blodgett막의 전기화학적 특성에 관한 연구

        We investigated an electrochemical properties for Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of saturated fatty acid and phospholipid(L-α-dimyristoylphosphatidyl choline, DMPC) mixture. LB films of saturated fatty acid and DMPC monolayer were deposited by the LB method on the indium tin oxide(ITO) glass. The electrochemical properties measured by cyclic voltammetry with three-electrode system(an Ag/AgCl reference electrode, a platinum wire counter electrode and LB film-coated ITO working electrode) in NaClO4 solution. As a result, monolayer LB films of saturated fatty acid and phospholipid mixture was appeared on irreversible process caused by the oxidation current from the cyclic voltammogram. Diffusion coefficient (D) of saturated fatty acid and DMPC mixture(molar ratio 1:1, C12, C14, C16, C18) was calculated 1.2x10-3, 2.1x10-3, 1.4x10-4 and 1.1x10-3 cm2/s in 0.05 N NaClO4 solution, respectively. 포화지방산과 인지질(DMPC)혼합 LB막에 대한 전기화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 포화지방산과 DMPC 혼합 단분자 LB막은 ITO glass에 Langmuir-Blodgett법을 사용하여 제막하였다. 전기화학적 특성은 NaClO4 용액에서 3 전극 시스템 (Ag/AgCl 기준전극, 백금선 카운터 전극 및 LB 필름이 코팅된 ITO 작업 전극)으로 순환전압전류법을 사용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과 포화지방산과 인지질(DMPC)의 LB막은 순환전압전류도표로부터 산화전류로 인한 비가역공정으로 나타났다. 포화지방산과 인지질(DMPC)혼합(몰비 1:1) LB막(C14, C16, C18, C20)에서 확산계수(D)는 0.05 N NaClO4에서 각각 1.2x10-3, 2.1x10-3, 1.4x10-4 및 1.1x10-3 cm2/s로 산출되었다.

        본 논문은 convolutional neural network (CNN) 알고리즘을 사용하여 전문가 대신 미술 작품의 생성 시기를 사용자에게 알려주는 것을 목적으로 하는 프로그램을 제안한다. 제안한 프로그램은 사용자에게 미술작품의 생성시기를 알려줄 수 있다. 또한 현재의 미술 작품 또는 사용자가 그린 미술 작품이 어느 시대의 작품인지 확인할 수 있게 도움을 준다. 본 논문에서는 서양화를 10가지 시대별로 분류하여 정확도를 판단하고, 현재의 미술 작품 또한 10가지 시대별 특징에 맞추어 분류한다.
