이산사건시뮬레이터를 이용한 무선 LAN MAC simulator 구현

최근 무선 랜의 사용이 증가함에 따라 무선 랜의 성능을 측정할 수 있는 시뮬레이션에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 시뮬레이션의 가장 중요한 기능적인 면은 시뮬레이션의 신뢰도를 결정하는 IEEE 802.11 표준문서에 기초한 정확한 구현이다. 따라서 이 논문은 IEEE 802.11 표준문서에 기초한 무선랜 시뮬레이션, WLANSim의 구현에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 본 논문은 WLANSim의 소개, 상세한 설명과 WLANSim을 이용하여 실제로 CSMA/CA에 서 충돌발생을 측정한 결과도 실었다. 시뮬레이션의 결과는 제안된 시뮬레이션 WLANSim은 IEEE 802.11 표준문서를 따르고 그에 따라 구현되었음을 보여주고 있다. With the ever increasing use of wireless LAN, the simulator that could measure the performance of wireless LAN is getting much attention these days. The most important functional aspect of the simulator is the exact implementation of IEEE 802.11 standard which decides the reliability of the simulation results. This paper describes the implementation of the wireless LAN simulator named WLANSim based on the IEEE 802.11 standard. It contains the introduction and the detail description of WLANSim and the simulation results of the measurements of the collision occurrence. Simulation result shows that proposed WLANSim is implementing and following procedures described in IEEE 802.11 standard.

한국 언론학에서의 문화연구에 대한 메타분석과 일비판

문화연구에 대한 메타분석적 연구들은 연구대상의 규정에 않은 한계를 가지고 있다.분석의 구체적인 기준과 틀이 없이 수행된 인상주의적 비평이나 '암묵적 동의' 형태의 분석의 한계는 자명하다. 메타분석과 비판을 위해서는 분석과 비판의 대상으로 삼아야 할 문화연구논문들에 대한 명확한 설정이 필요하다. 우선 이 연구는 문화연구논문들의 경계 설정의 필요성에 기초해 분석의 기준과 틀을 마련하고자 한다. 또 문화연구의 대상, 이론, 방법론, 연구구조의 지형을 정토하고, 이들이 노출하고 있는 핵심적인 문제들에 대한 발견과 비판을 수행하고자 한다. 메타분석을 위해 우선 문화연구의 전통과 경계를 설정하려는 이론적 논의들을 정토하고 정리했으며, 이를 기초로 분석대상 논문들을 선택, 분류, 평가할 수 있는 기준과 모델을 구성했다. 분석대상 논문 중 이론적 논문의 경우, 다루고 있는 이론적 주제와 기술(description)의 심층성 정도를 분석했다. 분석적 논문의 경우, 연구대상, 이론적 배경, 방법론, 연구목적, 연구의 구조 항으로 나누어 분석했다. 이 연구는 분석결과들을 토대로 문화연구에서 나타나는 '전도'의 문제를 비판하고 있다. 또 전도적 연구과정의 결과로서 발생하는 연구의 탈맥락화, '두껍게 기술하기'의 실패, 이론의 사물화와 물신화를 과거의 다른 메타분석과 비평과는 다른 관점 속에서 비판하고 있다. Most of meta analytical criticism on Cultural Studies in mass communication study field have overlooked to define what is the Cultural Studies and what makes difference between Cultural Studies and studies on cultures. As a result, they analyze and criticize cultural studies' papers in the mode of `tolerated agreement' with the lack of certain criteria and analytical frame. This paper suggests, first of all, that there needs to make clear why we should call those papers Cultural Studies. this also tries to analyze researches' subjects or themes, theoretical background, methods, research structure or process and criticize limitations found in these papers. Especially, this paper criticizes `the inversion' dominating researchers and research process. they are criticized not only due to its negative effects but due to their attributes related with the vicious circle in researches. it leads to a decontextualized study, a failure in describing thick on subjects. in addition, a mode of the inversion is based on the reification of theories and the death of rethinking or rewriting given theories.

아세클로페낙 연질캡슬(클란자 에스 연질캡슬)의 개발

To develop and aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza S^(™), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, Airtal^(™)(Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza S^(™)(Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20-25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac, blood ws taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma wa determined with an HPLC method under UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between Airtal tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.250(e.g.log(0.81) - log(1.23) and log(0.89) - log(1.14)) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KDFA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza S^(™) soft capsule is bioequivalent to Airtal^(™) tablet.

Culturing characteristics of Hanwoo myosatellite cells and C2C12 cells incubated at 37℃ and 39℃ for cultured meat

To improve culture efficiency of Hanwoo myosatellite cells, these cells were cultured at different temperatures. Hanwoo myosatellite cells were compared with C2C12 cells to observe proliferation and differentiation at culture temperatures of 37℃ and 39℃ and determine the possibility of using them as cultured meat. Immunofluorescence staining using Pax7 and Hoechst, both cells cultured at 37℃ proliferated better than cultured at 39℃ (p < 0.05). When differentiated cells were stained with myosin and Hoechst, there was no significant difference in myotube thickness and Fusion index (p > 0.05). In Western blotting analysis, Hanwoo myosatellite cells were no significant difference in the expression of myosin between cells differentiated at the two temperatures (p > 0.05). C2C12 cells were no significant difference in the expression of myosin between cells differentiated at the two temperatures (p > 0.05). In reverse transcription and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) analysis, Hanwoo myosatellite cells cultured at 39℃ had significantly (p < 0.05) higher expression levels of MyHC, MYF6, and MB than those cultured at 37℃. C2C12 cells cultured at 39℃ showed significantly (p < 0.05) higher expression levels of MYOG and MB than those cultured at 37℃. To increase culture efficiency of Hanwoo myosatellite cells, proliferating at 37℃ and differentiating at 39℃ are appropriate. Since results of temperature differences of Hanwoo myosatellite cells were similar to those of C2C12 cells, they could be used as a reference for producing cultured meat using Hanwoo satellite cells.

IgA 신증 환자에서 신이식 후의 임상 경과 및 예후에 관한 연구

N/A Objectives : Primary IgA nephropathy is the most common type of glomerulonephritis, which may progress to end stage renal failure in about 30-35% of the cases. The incidence of recurrence of IgA nephropathy in transplanted kidney is approximately 50-60% but IgA nephropathy which is recurred in graft has relatively benign clinical course so the rate of graft loss due to recurrent IgA nephropathy is about 10%. Overall graft survival rate of IgA nephropathy is higher than other glomerular disorders which cause end stage renal disease according to recent clinical studies. However accurate causative disorders of end stage renal failure had seldom been reported by pathologic examination and accurate graft survival rate and recurrence rate of original disease after renal transplantation couldn't be investigated. We performed analysis of clinical outcome and prognosis for IgA group. Methods: 1259 cases of kidney transplantation were performed in the Severance hospital between Apr 1979 and Dec.1994. We selected 178 cases of those who got renal biopsy and excluded the cases of cadaveric transplants, hepatitis B antigen carrier, diabetes mellitus and not taking cyclosporine A. 178 cases of those were divided into two groups, IgA and nonIgA group. We performed analysis of 5 year graft and patient survival rate between two groups. The IgA group was divided into two group, recurrent and not-recurrent IgA group. We also performed analysis of recurrence rate and graft survival rate between two groups. Results: 1) 62 cases(35.2M) were IgA group and 116 cases were non-IgA group. 2) Male to female ratio of IgA group was 2.9:1, whose age averaged 35 years old. 3) Among 6 cases of the IgA group, 3 cases lost their graft due to chronic rejection, 2 cases due to recurrence and 1 case due to acute rejection. 4) The 5 year graft survival rate of IgA and nonIgA group were 85%, 90% each without statistical significance(p>0.05). The 5 year patient survival rate of IgA and nonlgA group after renal allograft were 100%, 97% each without statistical significance(p>0.05). 5) 266 cases of posttransplant kidney biopsies were performed and 10 cases were diagnosed as re- current IgA nephropathy with recurrence rate of 15%. 6) Renal insufficiency was noted in 4 cases of recurrent IgA nephropathy, 2 cases of those were chronic renal failure and the other 2 cases lost their graft. The histologic findings of these cases included mesangial widening and proliferation(4 cases), glomerulosclerosis(2 cases), crescent formation(1 cases). 7) The interval between transplantation and recurrence averaged 41 months. 24hr proteinuria and serum level of creatinine at the time of diagnosis averaged 2.6g and 2.2 mg/dl each. 8) Male to female ratio, age, HLA type and degree of HLA match showed no significant difference between nonrecurrent and recurrent IgA group in graft but 5 year graft survival rate of recurrent IgA group was lower than nonrecurrent group with statistical significance(71% vs 83%, p<0.05). Conclusion: Recurrent IgA nephropathy in transplanted kidney might be one of major cause of graft loss with chronic rejection. However precise pathologic examination of before k after transplantation on larger patient population and more long term follow-up are advised.

키토산과 알긴을 이용한 생분해성 필름의 제조와 생체분해

N/A Chitosan and Algin are known as a natural polymers. Biodegradable films were prepared by solution blend method in the weight ratio of natural polymer(low, medium, high-Chitosan, Algin) for the purpose of useful bioimplants. The possibility of bioimplants, which were prepared from natural polymers as a skin substitute and food wrapping materials were evaluated by measuring biodegradability. This biodegradable films were inserted in the back of rats and their biodegradability was investigated by hematological change evaluation as a function of time to biotransformation. It was found that these values of biodegradable films give some good results with short period test.

한국 동해 독도에서 채집된 비늘베도라치과 (Chaenopsidae) 어류 첫기록종, Neoclinus chihiroe

농어목 비늘베도라치과에 속하는 Neoclinus chihiroe 1개체 (52.5 mm SL)가 2020년 12월 9일 독도에서 잠수조사를 통해 처음 채집되었다. 이 종의 특징은 등지느러미 첫 번째 극조와 두 번째 극조 사이에 검은색 점을 가지고 있으며, 아가미 덮개 뒤편 위쪽에 검은색 점을 가지고 있었다. 이 종은 비늘베도라치과에 속하는 N. okazakii와 형태적으로 유사하였지만, 가슴지느러미 기부에 검은 점을 가지지 않는 점에서 구별된다. 이번 연구는 N. chihiroe의 국내 첫 출현을 보고하며 이 종의 새로운 국명은 ‘동해비늘베도라치’로 제안한다. A single specimen (52.5 mm SL) of Neoclinus chihiroe, belonging to the family Chaenopsidae, was firstly collected from Dokdo, East Sea of Korea on 9 December 2020. This species was characterized by a black spot between the first and the second dorsal spines, and a black spot on upper part of opercular membrane. The species was morphologically similar to N. okazakii, but distinctly distinguished by pectoral fin base without a black dot. This study documents the first record of N. chihiroe in Korean waters and suggests the new Korean name ‘Dong-hae-bi-neul-be-do-la-chi’ for the species.

First record of Brachaluteres ulvarum (Tetraodontiformes: Monacanthidae) from Jeju-do Island, southern Korea

A single specimen (39.4 mm standard length) of Brachaluteres ulvarum, belonging to the family Monacanthidae has been recorded for the first time from Supseom, Jeju-do Island of southern Korea on 6 March 2021. This species was characterized by the presence of a small second dorsal spine present, the posterior end of pelvic without encasing scales, and numerous thin dark longitudinal lines on body. It was morphologically similar to the B. taylori, but distinguished by the ratio of the caudal peduncle to the head length (B. ulvarum, 2.5 to 3.7 times; B. taylori, 3.5 to 5.2 times). In addition, the former is well distinguished from the latter through mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) sequences by genetic distances of range from 0.088 to 0.090. The new Korean name "Kko-ma-jwi-chi- sog" is proposed for the genus Brachaluteres, and "Kko-ma-jwi-chi" for the species B. ulvarum.
