Kim Kirim’s understanding of sentimentalism was inaccurate. As a result, he mistook feeling for sentiment and rejected the lyric genre, believing that it was simply an expression of emotion. Thus, this paper looked into the concepts such as feeling, emotion and sentimentality to analyze Kim Kirim’s misconception of lyrics. Perhaps, Kim failed to see the difference between the lyrics that is one of the three major genres of the Ancient Greece, and the lyrics that is its modern legacy. In short, the instability of his poetics resulted because he confused the ‘lyrics’ from the Greek genres with the modern ‘poetry’ and its subordinate genre, the ‘narrow sense of lyrics.’ Kim also believed that modernism can become one representation of a modern poetry by overcoming sentimentalism and content-focused attitude. But his definition of modernism is inconsistent and contradictory in general. Particularly, he used modernism as which includes both Britain and American(Anglo-American) modernism and European avant-garde, but sometimes he also limited it to that of Britain and American modernism only. However, these two modernisms cannot be used similarly since Britain and American modernism is based on the classicism whereas European avant-garde is based on the romanticism. Kim did not have clear and accurate understanding of western modern literary history. It can be said that Kim’s actual definition of modernism, in spite of his misusage, was that of Britain and American modernism. What Kim referred to as a ‘new poetry’ may seem like a ‘modernism’ poetry. Others who have studied him state that it is similar to imagism or neo-classicism, especially intellectualism, poetry. What they did not mention, however, is the humanism. Kim’s idea of ‘new poetry’ combines humanism to intellectualism which is based on Hulme’s anti-humanism and anti-romanticism. But as these two concepts contradict each other, his idea could not be realized in practice. In short, Kim’s ‘new poetry’ is far from the actual intention and remains only as a notional concept.

최근 들어 시민활동이 활발해지고 근대화의 물결, 복지국가 재편의 움직임 등이 서로 맞물리면서 비영리조직과 민간 활동에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 특히, 사회복지서비스를 제공하는 비영리조직들은 종교적 배경을 가지고 있는 전통적 비영리조직들이 주축을 이루고 있다. 타 종교계의 비영리조직의 사회복지활동과 더불어 원불교 비영리조직의 사회복지활동도 그 조직 면에서나 활동 면에서 매우 다양하고 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 본 연구는 원불교 비영리조직의 사회복지활동 실태를 파악하고 그 과제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저, 이론적인 배경으로서 비영리조직의 개념과 비영리조직의 존재이유 내지는 정당성에 대해서 검토하였다. 이것은 원불교 비영리조직의 사회복지활동을 행하는 당위성을 제공해 준다. 그리고 원불교 사회복지의 추진체계로서의 비영리조직의 활동과 그 과제를 검토하고 앞으로 나아가야 할 발전적인 방향을 제시하였다. Recently, the interest in the social welfare activity of the nonprofit organization is rising. As for the nonprofit organization which provides social welfare service, the traditional nonprofit organization which has a religious background becomes a center. In Korea, too, the specific gravity of the nonprofit organization which is managed from the religious association is high. Won-Buddhism, too, is not an exception. Like the other religion, the social welfare activity of the nonprofit organization of Won-Buddhism, too, is lively promoted. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the social welfare activity of the Won-Buddhism nonprofit organization. To achieve such a purpose, first, it reviewed about the concept of the nonprofit organization and the reason for its existence as the theoretical background. This provides the justice that the Won-Buddhism nonprofit organization does a social welfare activity. Then, it reviewed the social welfare activity and the problem of the Won-Buddhism nonprofit organization and it showed future direction of the development.
사회복지 환경변화에 따른 원불교사회복지 전달체계의 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지 환경 변화에 따른 원불교사회복지 전달체계의 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 길버트와 테렐(Gilbert & Terrell)의 4체계 모델을 분석틀로 활용하였다. 그리고 원불교사회복지전달체계의 문제점에 대한 자료를 수집하기 위해 원불교사회복지행정가 9명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 원불교사회복지 전달체계의 개선방안을 8가지로 제시하였다. 첫째, 정책결정의 권한 및 통제의 재구조화, 둘째, 교구의 사회복지 역량 강화, 셋째, 전달체계 조직구성의 변화, 넷째, 원불교사회복지협의회 기능과 역할 정립 및 강화, 다섯째, 종교사회복지의 선구적인 실천모델 제시, 여섯째,검증된 인사관리시스템 구축 및 재가교도 인재 육성, 일곱째, 사회복지법인의 재원 마련 방안 모색, 여덟째, 사회복지에 대한 교단적 인식 개선 등이 그것이다. 본 연구의 결과가 사회복지 환경 변화에 따른 원불교사회복지 전달체계의 변화와 혁신을가져오는 데 도움이 되길 기대해 본다. The goal of this study is to find the improvement plan of Won-Buddhism social welfare delivery system by social welfare environmental changes. In order to achieve this goal, I utilized four system model of Gilbert and Terrell as analysis framework. And Iconducted depth interview 9 Won-Buddhism social welfare administrators to collect the data about the problems of Won-Buddhism social welfare delivery system. With the basis of the elicited problems from the analysis results, Isuggested 8 plans as the improvement plan of Won-Buddhism social welfare delivery system. The first, restructuring of right and control of policy decisions. The second, empowerment of parochial social welfare. The third, changes of organization composition of delivery system. The forth, empower and establishment of roles and functions of Won-Buddhism social welfare council. The fifth, suggesting the pioneering practicing models of religious social welfare. The sixth, building qualified personnel management system and training and educating a home believer in Won-Buddhism. The seventh, a search for methods of planning of social welfare corporation financial resources. The eighth, recognition improvement of religious dimension to social welfare. They are those. I hope that the result of this study helps to bring innovation and change of Won-Buddhism social welfare delivery system by social welfare environmental changes.
