      • 네트멜론의 착과절위 및 착과수가 네트발현, 품질 및 과중에 미치는 영향

        네트멜론에 있어서, 株當 葉數를 22枚로 제한하여 8, 10, 12, 14절의 1과착과와 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15절의 l2과 착과구를 설치하고 각각 네트 發現, 品質 및 收量에 미치는 影響이 어떠한지 알고자 '슈퍼VIP' 멜론을 이용하여 비닐하우스 내에서 春作栽培로 시험하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1) 株當 1果 着果는 着果節位 관계없이 네트발현이 양호하였으며, 着果節位가 높을수록 果 重, 果長, 果徑, 果肉두께가 증가되었고, 糖度와 貯藏性은 떨어졌다. 2) 株當 2果 着果는 着果節位가 높을수록 네트 發現이 우수하였고, 糖度, 果重, 果長, 果徑, 果肉두께가 증가하였으나, 貯藏性은 差異를 보이지 않았다. 3) 네트발현, 당도 저장성등 商品性은 株當 1果 着果가 2着 着果 보다 뛰어났으며, 12節에 서 1果 着果한 것이 가장 우수했다. 4) 收量性은 株當 2果 着果가 1果 着果보다 增加하였다. This study was carried out to determine the effect of fruit-set position and number of fruit set per plant on yield and quality including netting in "Super VIP" melon cultivated in spring season. 1) In training system of one fruit per plant, index of netting was acceptable, regardless of the node position of fruit-set. The higher node order of fruit set was, the heavier, longer, bigger in diameter the fruit set was, and the thicker the flesh was. However, soluble suger content and storability was decreased with increased node order. 2) In training system of two fruit per plant, the higher the fruit-set position in node order was, the better the netting index, fruit quality including fruit weight, length, diameter, and thickness of flesh were, but there was no difference in storability. 3) Fruits produced by one-fruit-per-plant training were superior to those produced by two-fruit-per-plant training in maker quality including netting, sugar content, storability. The fruit set on 12th node in one-fruit-plant training were the best in market quality. 4) Yield was increased by two-fruit-per-plant training.

        A. 高校 科學 (生物·地球科學) 및 數學科 探究學習의 評價模型 定立과 評價紙 開發

        Currently the evaluation of high school science and mathematics learning has been too much knowledge-centered without concerning the inquiring ability or scientific attitude. This study, therefore, was made for the purpose of establishing of evaluation model for high school science (biology and earth science) and mathematics learning and its evaluation items. In this paper, the research was done about three fields, biology, earth science and mathematics. 1. For the biology, the evaluation methods of inquiry learning were studied with the foreign references, and proper evaluation items were suggested. 2. For the earth science, after analizing 5 kinds of earth science textbook of current using in high school, essential 19 items were selected. 5 of them were tested in test group and control group, then, the results were analized. 3. For the mathematice, the teaching elements of「Set」and「Flow chart」in mathematics (Ⅰ) were selected and structured. Detailed teaching objects were established and evaluation items were introduced.

      • A2024와 SM45C 마찰용접의 열전달 해석

        The heat transfer mechanism initiating the friction welding is examined and a transient three dimensional heat conduction model for the welding of two dissimilar cylindrical metal bars is investigated. The cylindrical metal bars are made of materials made of A2024 and SM45C. Numerical simulations of heat flow are performed using the finite volume method. Respectively, Commercial FLUENT code is used in the heat flow simulation and maximum temperature and distribution of temperature are calculated. Temperature of friction welded joining face is compared with the temperature distribution measured by experiment and numerical simulation. The maximum temperature of friction welded joining face is lower than melting point of A2024-T6 aluminum alloy using insert metal. The temperature distribution of friction welded joining face with insert metal is more uniform than that of without insert metal

      • 미소원공결함을 갖는 차량 밸브용강재의 피로크랙진전거동에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 자동차 밸브에 사용되고 있는 내열강 STR3과 STR35를 마찰용접한 후 모재, 열영향부 및 접합선(bond line)에 미소 인공결함을 가공하여 피로크랙 발생 및 전파 거동, 피로수명 및 기계적성질의 상관관계를 조사하는 연구를 수행하였다. 평활재의 피로한도시험 결과 STR3의 피로한도는 429.0MPa이며, STR35는 409.4MPa로서 항복강도가 높은 STR3의 피로한도가 약 20MPa이 높게 나타났다. 미소원공결함이 접합선으로부터 1.0mm떨어진 곳에 가공된 시험편의 피로수명은 모재보다 STR3은 약99%, STR35는 약 25%씩 증가한 반면 접합선에 미소원공결함이 가공된 시험편은 모재보다 STR3은 약 20%, STR35는 약 72% 감소하였으며 파괴전 관찰된 최종크랙길이도 크게 감소하였다. 또한 피로크랙길이와 파단수명비의 관계식에 본 시험재료를 적용한 결과 마찰용접 및 미소원공결함의 위치에 관계없이 비례관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. The fatigue crack propagation characteristics were investigated for two kind of heat-resisting steel, STR3 and STR35, commonly using in valve material of vehicles, in order to evaluate the fatigue crack propagation behavior and fatigue life of dissimilar friction welding zone. The fatigue limits of the as-received specimens, STR3 and STR35, were 429MPa and 409.4MPa respectably. The fatigue life of the specimen showed about 99.1% for STR3, about 25.2% for STR35 higher than that of the base metal specimen. But the fatigue life of bond line notched specimen was shown about 20% for STR3 and about 72% for STR35 shorter than that of the base metal specimen.

      • 초음파 및 Phased Array를 이용한 터빈 블레이드 루트부 건전성 평가에 관한 연구

        Power plant is consisted of many component parts for the generation of the electricity, and occasionally, turbine equipment may be caused in break-down because of the damage of the blade root. Phased array ultrasonic testing system has become available for practical application in complicated geometry such as turbine blade root, tenon, disc in power industry, This research describes the characteristics of phased array ultrasonic testing signal for various type of blade roots in thermal Power Plant turbines. This application of Phased array ultrasonic testing system has been promoted mainly to save inspection time and labor cost of turbine inspection. The characteristic of phased array ultrasonic testing signal for power plant component in very simple to understand but to difficult for perform the inspection. This paper is focused on the safety of the turbine equipment by the ultrasonic measurement and phased array analysis. As a result of the test through ultrasonic and phased array method, we have concluded that the main damage in these turbine blade root parts could be generated by the concentrated stress and centrifugal force.

        Renal angiomyolipoma is an uncommon benign tumor of the kidney that consists of smooth muscle, blood vessels and mature adipose tissues. The most common benign renal tumor associated with spontaneous non-traumatic perirenal hemorrhage is angiomyolipoma, because of high vascularity. The ultrasonographic and computed tomographic images are sufficiently characteristic to permit accurate preoperative diagnosis. We report 2 cases of renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous perirenal hemorrhage which were managed with nephrectomy.

      • 전력용 변압기의 초음파 진단에 관한 연구(2)

        The objectives of this study is to develope a device which could diagnose periodically the degradation of power transformer using ultrasonic signal through ultrasonic transducer attached surface of power transformer. And also it makes possible to reduce power failure time due to the power transformer fault and makes power system more reliable. Ultrasonic diagnostic device for power transformer was developed through this study. The developed device will contributed to early detection of fault and its location in the power transformer while it is operated, and also to extension of transformer life cycle, localization of this device will be reduced it's cost down compared with off shore. This device consisted of a new diagnostic algorithm is well suited for the power transformer which could found out some fault during the operation of on line monitoring system. This system could be extended to the general industrial plant utilizing the accumulated diagnostic technique.

      • 일차배양된 설치류 호흡기 상피세포로부터의 점액소 분비에 대한 수종 약물의 영향

        1. PKC activator인 PMA는 일차배양 HTSE세포로부터의 뮤신분비를 0.1μM 농도에서 30%, 1μM 농도에서 80% 가량 증가시켰다. 2. 식물 유래 성분으로, flavonoid의 일종인 TFR은 일치배양 HTSE 세포로부터의 뮤신분비를 10μM 농도에서 50%, 100μM 농도에서 80% 가량 증가시켰다. 3. 양이온성 폴리펩티드인 PLL 및 PLA는 일차 배양 HTSE 세포로부터의 뮤신분비를 0.01 - 10μM 농도에서 용량의존적으로 감소시켰다. 4. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과들은 새로운 거담제 및 점액용해제나 단백분해 효소제가 아닌 호흡기 류신의 생성/분비를 조절해 줄 수 있는 신개념의 약물을 개발함에 있어 극히 일부분이나마 단서를 제공하고 있다고 하루 수 있을 것이다. In the present study, we tried to investigate whether phorbol myristate acetate(PMA), trihydroxymethoxy-flavanone rutinoside(TFR) and cationic polypeptides significantly affect mucin release(secretion) from cultured hamster tracheal surface epithelial cells. Confluent primary hamster tracheal surface epithelial (HTSE) cells were metabolically radiolabeled with 3H-glucosamine for 24 hr and chased for 30 min in the presence of each agent to assess the effect on 3H-mucin release. The results were as follows : (1) Both PMA and TFR significantly increased mucin release from cultured HTSE cells ; (2) Cationic polypeptides including po1y-L-lysine(PLL, mw 7,500) and poly-L-arginine(PLA, mw 10,800) significantly inhibited mucin release from cultured HTSE cells, in a dose-dependent manner. This finding suggests us that PMA and TFR be further studied for the possible use as mild expectorants and cationic polypeptides might function as a regulator for hyper-secretion of mucus, both by direct acting on airway mucin-secreting cells, during the treatment of chronic airway diseases.

      • 홍수재해 예방을 위한 우수저류시설 설계기법 연구

        Recent development booms in the upper and middle area of urban watersheds have changed the hydrological responses of watershed due to increase of impermeable areas. Urbanization has brought about an increase of peak flood and total discharge volumes greatly compared with pre-urbanization flood. Some of the people living in the lower area of an urban watershed, very often and seriously, have suffered from inundation. A new concept for urban storm water management is reduction of runoff from the sources in site. This concept has been applied in some countries such as Japan and it has turned out to be an effective measure for urban storm water management. The purpose of this study is to suggest the methodology for the design of storm water reduction facilities. And the design of runoff reduction facilities from source areas and guidelines for the formulation of storm water management policy were proposed. The runoff reduction facilities are including on-line type and off-line type ponds.
