        지역 그래픽을 복합적으로 활용한 중국 무한(武漢) 지하철 사인 시스템에 관한 연구

        중국은 매우 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있다. 새롭고 복잡한 환경의 출현은 대량의 안내 표지를 절실히 필요로 한다. 그러나 중국의 안내 표지 디자인의 관련 연구는 아직 시작 단계에 처해있고, 이에 대응하는 이론 연구도 상대적으로 뒤처져 있다. 중국 도시 상황으로 살펴보면, 효과적인 이론 지도가 없다는 전제하에, 많은 사인 그래픽 기호의 사용은 모두 체계적이지 않고, 사인디자인의 각도에서는 그래픽 기호를 합리적으로 조직하고 사용하지 않는다. 게다가 승객이 역명을 잘못 파악하는 등 많은 문제들이 자주 발생하기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 그래픽 기호학 이론 연구 방법을 통해서, 해외 저명 사례를 조사 분석하고, 중국 무한(武汉) 지하철 4호선에 그래픽 기호학을 적용하여, 이후 실험 모형을 통하여 그래픽 기호를 무한 지하철의 사인 시스템에 응용하면, 빠르고 효과적으로 역명을 식별할 수 있고, 무한 지역의 창의적인 도시 특색을 확연히 드러낼 수 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. China is in the process of high maturity. New and complex environment is in urgent need of sign system, while the related research of China’s sign design is still in its infancy and the corresponding theoretical research is relatively lagging. In general, foreign sign design has more images, less literal data, and is lack of interpretation and analysis of the idea and design method, from practice. The experience taken from practice is very limited. Currently, many Chinese cities do not have a theory of effective sign system on many occasions lead to the use of the sign system are more casual. It even exists many description unexplained problems and so on. Therefore, this paper through the theoretical study of semiotics and graphical, and analysis the typical cases overseas, and thus proposed a proposal which use sign system in Wuhan Metro Line. Through the model test of use graphical symbols in Wuhan Metro sign system, it is not only can fast and effectively identify the name of the station, but also to highlight the city of Wuhan personalized features.

      • Research on the Application of Building Information Model Technology in the Design of Urban Residential Buildings in Cold Region

        The design of urban residential buildings in cold region is different from that in low latitude region, or the design of general public buildings. The precise grasp of dwelling unit type and appearance style, effective control of building heating and thermal insulation efficiency and the implementation of the sustainable concept of low cost construction and environmental protection are dependent on the early scientific and rational design. And the building information model technology just acts as a platform for the optimization of the design. The study is based on the engineering projects; the planning, the design of building facade, collision detection optimization and the full participation of construction cost control in building information model provide a new train of thoughts and research reference for the residential design in cold region, in the context of the digital age, and to a certain extent, the study looks forward to the future urban residential design and construction industrialization prospect in the cold region .       • Research on the Construction Strategy of Information Model for Manchuria Style Architecture and Its Application

        “Manchuria style architecture” is an important landmark of colonial architecture in modern China. It shows the combination of western classicism and oriental national style in specific historic context. Its sturdy structure and superb technology are of great academic significance for studies of cross-regional building spectrum. Based on the building information modeling technology, the mapping analysis and three-dimensional reconstruction of Manchuria style architecture is conducive to promoting the routine administration of life cycle information management of historic buildings. Besides, the stirps models date base of the building components established in the research process will provide a multi-dimensional and more accurate database for the study of modern architecture heritage with reinforced concrete frame structure. As research continues, the real-time detection information transmission interface and the virtual historic building situation will be constructed, which will open up new opportunities for the studies of the preventive conservation, cultural value and educational value of historic buildings in China.

        Inclusion of thin target and source regions in alimentary and respiratory tract systems of mesh-type ICRP adult reference phantoms

        <P>It is not feasible to define very small or complex organs and tissues in the current voxel-type adult reference computational phantoms of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP), which limit dose coefficients for weakly penetrating radiations. To address the problem, the ICRP is converting the voxel-type reference phantoms into mesh-type phantoms. In the present study, as a part of the conversion project, the micrometer-thick target and source regions in the alimentary and respiratory tract systems as described in ICRP <I>Publications 100</I> and <I>66</I> were included in the mesh-type ICRP reference adult male and female phantoms. In addition, realistic lung airway models were simulated to represent the bronchial (BB) and bronchiolar (bb) regions. The electron specific absorbed fraction (SAF) values for the alimentary and respiratory tract systems were then calculated and compared with the values calculated with the stylized models of ICRP <I>Publications 100</I> and <I>66</I>. The comparisons show generally good agreement for the oral cavity, oesophagus, and BB, whereas for the stomach, small intestine, large intestine, extrathoracic region, and bb, there are some differences (e.g. up to ~9 times in the large intestine). The difference is mainly due to anatomical difference in these organs between the realistic mesh-type phantoms and the simplified stylized models. The new alimentary and respiratory tract models in the mesh-type ICRP reference phantoms preserve the topology and dimensions of the voxel-type ICRP phantoms and provide more reliable SAF values than the simplified models adopted in previous ICRP <I>Publications</I>.</P>

        비인 모더니즘의 미학적 지각

        오스트리아 비인 모더니즘은 베를린 자연주의와의 논쟁에서 생긴다. 비인 모더니즘은 외부에서 내부로, 객관성에서 주관성으로의 문학적인 묘사 변화를 수행한다. 그러면서 자아, 영혼, 꿈을 문제시 삼는 새로운 예술양식이 형성되며, `모던`이라는 개념은 당대의 화두가 된다. 헤르만 바의 논문 「모더니즘」(1890)은 새로운 프로그램을 예고하면서 비인 모더니즘을 감수성 이론 내에서 규정짓는 데 일조한다. 이념사적으로 볼 때, 비인 모더니즘의 전통을 뛰어넘는 미학적 의식은 자아를 인식하기 위해 새로운 길을 열었던 마흐의 감수성 철학 및 프로이트의 정신분석과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 마흐의 감수성 분석과 자아에 대한 그의 인식은 자연주의를 극복하는 비인 모더니즘을 이해하기 위한 필연적인 미적 토대이다. 프로이트는 언어로 변신한 꿈을 영혼을 규정하는 수단으로 해석한다. 그의 꿈의 언어도 비인 모더니즘의 본질적인 특징이다. 슈니츨러와 호프만스탈은 비인 모더니즘을 대표하는 작가들이다. 그들의 작품은 예를 들면 자아, 영혼, 꿈에 대한 비인식 관점을 묘사하면서 다양한 방식으로 그들만의 특수한 미적 의식을 보여준다. 이처럼 비인 모더니즘의 새로운 미학적 의식과 현대성이 더 이상 전수된 이념상에서가 아니라 참을 수 없는 감수성에서 보여진다는 것은 명백하다. 이런 의미에서 비인 모더니즘은 당대의 경험이자 동시에 당대에 대한 반응이다. 그 위기의 상황에서 비인 모더니즘은 자연주의에 길항하면서 문학적 묘사의 관점 변화를 수행한다. 그때 더 이상 외부의 현실이 아니라 자아, 영혼, 꿈이 미학적 관찰의 중심이 되는 것이다. 비인 모더니즘은 위기에 처한 현실을 필연적으로 경험한 것이며, 동시에 그 위에 바탕을 둔 필연적인 반응이다. 자아, 영혼, 꿈은 당대와 그 시절의 인간들을 인식하기 위한 대상이자 수단이며, 그럼으로써 비인 모더니즘의 미학적인 현대성을 특징짓는다.

        This Since 2014, the media convergence has become a hot topic in the society. From the question "What is media convergence?"to "How do we converge?", the entire industry of news communication has been under process from understanding to practice. However, in 2019, the problem encountered by the news communication industry is how do all media converge deeply? How can the traditional and new media complement each other in a better manner? Starting with the analysis on the strength of new and traditional media and combining the case study of the news media convergence industry in China, it’s discovered that media convergence is not a simple addition, cross-platform collaboration or asimply separation of the traditional media into two forms: paper and online media. The media convergence in a true meaning should be people-oriented with balance and convenience.

        Microstructure and depolarization behavior of ZnO-added (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 lead-free ceramics sintered at different heating rates

        The ZnO-added (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 (denoted as BNBTZ) ceramics were prepared by means of a solid-state reaction method. The ceramics were sintered at 0.5 oC/min and 9 oC/min. Their microstructure, phase structure, piezoelectric, and dielectric properties were investigated. Both the ceramics exhibit dense microstructures. Compared to the ceramics sintered at 0.5 oC/min, those sintered at 9 oC/min have smaller grains. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy-dispersive spectrum reveal that the ceramics exhibit two phases, i.e., BNBTZ phase with perovskite structure and ZnO phase. The movement of the peak position implies enlargement of the crystallite lattice due to the entrance of Zn2+ ions into the lattice. The effect of sintering rates on depolarization behavior was discussed.

      • An Epigenetic Mechanism Underlying Doxorubicin Induced EMT in the Human BGC-823 Gastric Cancer Cell

        The epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a key step during embryonic morphogenesis and plays an important role in drug resistance and metastasis in diverse solid tumors. We previously reported that 48 h treatment of anti-cancer drug doxorubicin could induce EMT in human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells. However, the long term effects of this transient drug treatment were unknown. In this study we found that after 48 h treatment with $0.1{\mu}g/ml$ doxorubicin, most cells died during next week, while a minor population of cells survived and formed colonies. We propagated the surviving cells in drug free medium and found that these long term cultured drug survival cells (abbreviated as ltDSCs) retained a mesenchymal-like cell morphology, and expressed high levels of EMT-related molecules such as vimentin, twist and ${\beta}$-catenin. The expression of chromatin reprogramming factors, Oct4 and c-myc, were also higher in ltDSCs than parental cells. We further demonstrated that the protein level of p300 was upregulated in ltDSCs, and inhibition of p300 by siRNA suppressed the expression of vimentin. Moreover, the ltDSCs had higher colony forming ability and were more drug resistant when compared to parental cells. Our results suggested that an epigenetic mechanism is involved in the EMT of ltDSCs.

        Removal of sulfur element from high-sulfur coal by superconducting HGMS technology

        Coal is the most abundant fossil fuel on Earth and is used in a wide range of applications. The direct combustion of high-sulfur coal produces a large amount of sulfur dioxide, which is a toxic and corrosive gas. A new superconducting high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) technology was studied to remove sulfur from high sulfur coal. The magnetic separation concentrate was obtained under the optimum parameters, such as a particle size of -200 mesh, a magnetic field strength of 2.0 T, a slurry concentration of 15 g/L, and a slurry flow rate of 600 ml/min. The removal rate of sulfur is up to 59.9%. The method uses a magnetic field to remove sulfur-containing magnetic material from a pulverized coal solution. It is simple process with, high efficiency, and is a new way.
