        Naturally Occurring Lactic Acid Bacteria Isolated from Tomato Pomace Silage

        Silage making has become a significant method of forage conservation worldwide. To determine how tomato pomace (TP) may be used effectively as animal feed, it was ensilaged for 90 days and microbiology counts, fermentation characteristics and chemical composition of tomato pomace silage (TPS) were evaluated at the 30th, 60th, and 90th days, respectively. In addition, 103 lactic acid bacteria were isolated from TPS. Based on the phenotypic and chemotaxonomic characteristics, 16S rDNA sequence and carbohydrate fermentation tests, the isolates were identified as 17 species namely: Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens (0.97%), Lactobacillus pontis (0.97%), Lactobacillus hilgardii (0.97%), Lactobacillus pantheris (0.97%), Lactobacillus amylovorus (1.9%), Lactobacillus panis (1.9%), Lactobacillus vaginalis (1.9%), Lactobacillus rapi (1.9%), Lactobacillus buchneri (2.9%), Lactobacillus parafarraginis (2.9%), Lactobacillus helveticus (3.9%), Lactobacillus camelliae (3.9%), Lactobacillus fermentum (5.8%), Lactobacillus manihotivorans (6.8%), Lactobacillus plantarum (10.7%), Lactobacillus harbinensis (16.5%) and Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei (35.0%). This study has shown that TP can be well preserved for 90 days by ensilaging and that TPS is not only rich in essential nutrients, but that physiological and biochemical properties of the isolates could provide a platform for future design of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) inoculants aimed at improving the fermentation quality of silage.

      • Fotemustine, Teniposide and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients with CNS Lymphoma

        Purpose: We developed and evaluated a regimen including fotemustine, teniposide and dexamethasone (FTD) for treating patients with central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma based on pharmacokinetic properties of individual agents and in combination. Patients and Methods: In a comparison study, 8 patients with primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) and 8 with secondary CNS lymphoma (SCNSL) were treated with FTD (comprising fotemustine 100 mg/m2, 1h infusion, day 1; teniposide 60 mg/m2, >0.5 h infusion, on day 2, 3, 4; dexamethasone 40 mg, 1h infusion, on day 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; and methotrexate 12 mg, cytosine arabinoside 50 mg plus dexamethasone 5 mg intrathecally, on day 2 and 7). Cycles were repeated every 3 weeks. After response assessment, patients received whole brain radiotherapy. Results: Of the 8 PCNSL patients, 4 (50%) achieved CR and 3 (38%) PR, an overall response rate of 88%. Four patients (50%) were in continuing remission at the end of this study after a median follow-up of 30 months (range 10 to 56 months). Of the 8 SCNSL patients the overall response rate was 63% (CR+PR: 38%+25%). All responses were achievable with predictable toxicity mainly reflecting reversible myelosuppression. Conclusion: This study suggests that FTD could be an effective treatment for CNS lymphoma, and is worthy of further evaluation.

      • High-Speed Cam Design for Quick-Action Linkage System

        As a specially designed mechanism, cam is usually be used in many high-speed structures and mechanisms. Diverse geometric cam counters support for diverse motion applications, including the displacement, the velocity and the acceleration. This paper proposes a design of a high-speed cam which can be applied in a quick-action-based four bar linkage system. This variable high-speed cam is design by using the graphical combination of 5<SUP>th</SUP> and 7<SUP>th</SUP> polynomial cam curves. In addition, the kinematic model of a linkage system based on our proposed cam is constructed. Finally, the simulation results of the cam counter, velocity and acceleration of the designed cam are shown to validate the appropriate application of a quick-action linkage system.

        Electro-hydraulic coupling jet printing technology based on Weissenberg effect under pulse voltage

        In this paper, electro-hydraulic coupling jet printing technology based on the Weissenberg effect is put forward for the first time, and the pulse voltage is used to realize the on-demand printing. The experimental results show that the Weissenberg effect can inhibit the solution reflux and make the solution converge into a cone tip at the nozzle, which is more conducive to position printing precisely. By exploring the influence principles of process parameters on printing, it is found that droplet diameter is positively correlated with rotation speed and negatively correlated with voltage frequency. The printing frequency is negatively correlated with the rotation speed and positively correlated with the voltage frequency. However, the effect of voltage amplitude and duty ratio on the printing effect is not obvious in a certain range. It is found that the rotation speed of needle core within the range of 1800 r/min-7500 r/min can print out the ideal lattice structure, which proves the feasibility of this system to realize on-demand positioning printing. Finally, by using the printing equipment, the sacrificial layer structure of PDMS microfluidic chip was successfully made and the function of the microfluidic chip was realized, which further verified the practicability of the technical scheme proposed in this paper.

        A BP Neural Network Based on Improved PSO for Increasing Current Efficiency of Copper Electrowinning

        In this paper, to improve the current effi ciency in the copper electrowinning process is taken as the research objective. In the traditional production process, sulfate ion concentration, copper ion concentration and current density are carried out according to the empirical value, which cannot ensure the current effi ciency to reach the optimal level. Therefore, fi rstly, this paper proposes a BP neural network model to improve the current effi ciency according to the relationships between sulfate ion concentration, copper ion concentration, current density and the established BP neural network model is trained by using real data from the enterprise. The simulation results indicate that there is a defi nite error between the predicted current effi ciency and corresponding to the current effi ciency measured at the production site. It is proposed that the BP neural network improved by the improved PSO to further improve the prediction accuracy of the BP neural network. Simulation results indicate that the prediction error of the current effi ciency is greatly reduced that meets the accuracy requirements. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of copper electrowinning, the current density, sulfate ion concentration and copper ion concentration corresponding to the maximum current effi ciency accurately predicted by this method can be respectively adjusted in real-time in the copper electrowinning process, which realizes the optimization of current effi ciency in the process of copper electrowinning under the background of low carbon and environmental protection.

        중국 태권도장 마케팅 커뮤니케이션이 러브마크, 브랜드 에쿼티, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine the effect of Chinese Taekwondo gyms' marketing communication on lovemarks, brand equity and brand loyalty.To this end, it recruited parents with children enrolled in Taekwondo gyms located at Shanxi, Gansu, Guangxi and Sichuan province as the population. A total of 320 copies of questionnaires were used in the final analysis. For the data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis were conducted by using SPSS 25 Version. First, the sub-factors of marketing communication, such as advertisement, relationship marketing and personal selling were found to have significant effects on the affection level, while relationship marketing and personal selling have significant effects on the confidence level. Second, the sub-factors of marketing communication, such as advertisement, relationship marketing and personal selling were found to have significant effects on both brand awareness and image, while relationship marketing and personal selling have significant effects on brand quality. Third, the sub-factors of marketing communication, such as relationship marketing, sales promotion and personal selling were found to have significant effects on brand loyalty. Fourth, lovemarks were found to have significant effects on all factors of the brand equity. Fifth, lovemarks were found to have significant effects on brand loyalty. Sixth, all sub-factors of the brand equity were found to have significant effects on brand loyalty.

        중국 낙양 용문석굴의 관광개발 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구

        (Purpose) Historical and cultural heritage is a medium of local historical and cultural culture and an important foundation for leading the new development of the cultural and tourism industry. The purpose of this study is to establish practical guidelines for tourism development in Yongmunseokgul Cave by exploring the protection and development status of Nakyang historical and cultural heritage resources and new routes for tourism development through the analysis of empirical cases of the Yongmunseokgul Cave, a world cultural heritage (Design/methodology/approach) This study collected related literature, photos, and data through channels such as CNKI (Chinese Knowledge Net) in China and complete data such as Luoyang Tourist Site, Luoyang Statistics Bureau website, and Luoyang Culture Bureau website. Based on this, the theoretical basis for this paper was secured by accurately grasping the current status of the protection and development of Luoyang historical and cultural heritage resources and the current status of Yongmun Seokgul Cave. (Findings) In the case of Yongmun Seokgul Cave in China, problems were analyzed due to lack of publicity and marketing, low information level, lack of safety management, lack of smart project content, and omission of tourist information sites. Based on these problems, modernization and optimization of tourism were presented. (Research implications or Originality) This study aims to provide implications for the protection and development of historical and cultural heritage resources in the Nakyang Yongmun Seokgul Tourist Site by analyzing the current status of Nakyang historical and cultural heritage resources and tourism development.

        Reduced Graphene Oxide-Based Assay for Real-Time Monitoring of Cancer Cell Viability

        Viability of cancer cell is an important indicator of physiological state and function of cells, which can be effected by the change of pH in the medium solution, due to the increase of carbon oxide and lactic acid caused by respiration. Although many methods have been developed to detect the viability of cells, mostly based on cytochemical staining and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology are time consuming. In this paper, an electronic device was made by thermal reduced graphene oxide (RGO) for detection of cancer cell viability in real-time. This electronic device could be used to monitor the metabolic activity and viability of cancer cells based on the change in pH value. As the pH decreases, colon cancer cells loose viability and the current decreases. This RGO device is simple, sensitive and label-free and could serve as a platform for detection of cells and drug testing.
