패류중 중금속함량에 관한 연구

본 연구는 패류중 중금속함량 측정을 위한 분석효율이 높고 간편한 분해법을 찾아내어 그 방법에 의끓 유종중인 패류중 중금속함량을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 시료를 분해시키는 Microwave와 습식, 건식회법을 비교한 결과 변형습식회화르가 가장 적합하였다. 변형습식회차딘는 려린0,3+C104+H2SOf의 혼찰산을 쪼 · j 1 (v/v)의 비율로 혼합하여 사용하였 을 때 회수을 Pb린틴. Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2, Zn 92.8%를 나타내었근 분해시간은 2~2.5시간 소요되었다. 유통중인 패류중 중금속함량 」최소~최대(평균), mgAgl 은 Pb 0.028~o.528(0.153), Cd 0.OO7~1,832(0.587), Cu 0.360~37.375(4.6691, Zn 6.317~233.2iO(38.881), Hg 0.001 ~O.151(0.012)mg/ltg으로 나타났다. 또한 유통중인 5종의 패류중 중금속평균항량이 생산지 하재지역에서 구입한 패류에 비해 모든 중금속언써 약간 높은 함량을 보였으나 오염된 수준이 아닌 자연함유량수준이었다. This study was conducted to improve the digestion method for the determination of heavy metals in shellfishes and to estimate the contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes by their digestion method. This digestion method was compared microwave with wet and dry ash digestion for shellfish samples, obtained results showed that the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion was convenient and easy to use. For the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion, The mixed acid of HNO₃+HClO₄+H₂SO₄(25:5:1, v/v) was used. Under this condition, Recoveries were Pb 94.3, Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2 and Zn 92.8% and digestion time was ∼2.5 hours. The contents of heavy metal [minimum∼maximum (mean), mg/kg in commercial shellfishes were as follows ; Pb:0.028∼0.528(0.153), Cd:0.007∼1.832(0.587), Cu:0.360∼37.375(4.669), Zn:6.317∼233.250(38.881), Hg:0.001∼0.151(0.013). The contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes of five species were slightly greater than those of shellfishes purchased at Hajae. There was no great difference between the contents of heavy metal of Hajae and those of shellfishes purchased at Whole market.

영어교육 자료로서의 영화 『위대한 개츠비』

There have made many films of Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby. The most famous one is Jack Clayton's movie that was produced in 1974. It made its great effort to contain the unforgettable beautiful expression of the original novel and the author's message. The result is that this movie is helpful not only in studying simple and practical English expression but also in understanding 'American Dream' and the typical mentality of people. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the film, The Great Gatsby as an English education material. The basic material for this analysis is the questionaries for observing students' responses and opinions of "English Reading Class Through Movies". The results are as follows; The film, Great Gatsby is an efficient English Education Material in encouraging students' motivation for English studying. However, some of them want to study the recently made films for English class. The Great Gatsby has been estimated as an suitable text for students' level. It is also considered as the efficient material for understanding American Culture totally. Today many scholars have reached to the same conclusion that cultural education is equally important as the other four English skills, such as listening, reading, speaking, and writing skill. Finally this survey shows that students want to have high TOEIC scores and more conversation classes. Consequently I would like to suggest to develop a new course, titled as "TOEIC through Movies" in a near future. As widely known, TOEIC has been an important test for measuring people's English proficiency. This research shows that our students have strong concern for this test. And also we could notice that film is the useful education material for encouraging students' interest and motivation for English studying.

소설의 역사성

This article explores the close relation between novel and history. In the later half of the 20th century many critics have declared "The Death of Novel". The result is that there arose the increasing tendency to deny the traditional assumption about literature's two purposes; pleasure and instruction. But the following literary criticisms such as New Historicism and Neo Realism have been trying to reestablish the novel's traditional function. The common characteristics of modern literature is the continuos destruction of the current values, tradition, and ideology. But their true aim rather lies in the so-called "Deconstruction". The main purpose of this paper is to put emphasis on the affirmative function of the novel. Especially realism novels have tried to reveal the hidden historical facts: the sites, historical figures and their historical experiences. More Attention is given to the human beings' effort to overcome the historical and social circumstances. For that purpose this paper tries to apply some critics' theories into Charles Dickens' typical social novels.

챨스 디킨즈의 사회소설 연구

Charles Dickens was a great social novelist in the 19th century England. In the Victorian period, England became a prosperous country, but most of the underprivileged were under the difficult situation. Dickens had a far more advanced view on the oppressed groups than any of his other contemporary writers. Among his novels, Hard Times is of the most importance, because it portrayed Dickens' sharp attitude toward Victorian society. The main theme of Hard Times is the attack on the inhuman industrial society caused by Utilitarianism. The inhuman characteristics of the Coketown world is represented by the main character, Mr. Bounderby, especially in his relation with his wife and his worker Stephen Blackpool. The gloomy and stifled society described in his social novel is similar to that of the absurd novels, especially that of Kafka's. But Dickens' greatness lies in his difference from them; the real emphasis in his novel is the importance of the human will in solving many social problems. As Raymond Williams notes, these characteristics of Dickens' are powerfully present in Hard Times. Great stress is laid on the way out of the inhuman Coketown world; the way of Sissy who is representative of Sleary's circus group. She takes the role of social criticism and represents the value system of Dickens' model society, Sleary's circus group. One important characteristics of this circus world lies in human-centeredness and rejecting the patriarchal view of the world as a battle ground. Sissy takes the public role positively. In her confrontation with Mr. Harthouse who belongs to the upper class, Sissy, the low-class clown's daughter defeats him which can be explained as a kind of attack on the social class system. The Gradgrindery family are regenerated spiritually and morally through their contact with Sissy. However, Hard Times reveals the lack of reality, because the author could not overcome the prevailing ideology. That is to say, there are limitations to this novel's 'realism'. For example at first Sissy has a sharp eye on the social structural contradictions and tries to solve them. But in the end, she is satisfied with a happy marriage of her own and never shows any concern about social problems. Dickens as a great realistic novelist, always penetrated and explored social problems. But in the process, he presents his solutions to problems without completely removing himself from prevailing ideology. His limited view is caused by his ideological uncertainty and in the end forces us to doubt his sense of reality.

Melville이 제시하는 이상적인 예술가 Ahab

This dissertation is intended to present a new perspective on Ahab, who is the main character of Moby Dick. Therefore Melvilles theme of the artist's search for the truth by means of highly aesthetic distance between the author and the narrator will be examined. In his major work, Moby Dick there appears two types of artists. One is the narrator Ishmael who clings unconsciously to the facts gleaned from the system of illusory beliefs he has been following. On the other hand Captain Ahab takes the role of the ideal artist type. He has keen insight on the dynamics of cultural forces. That is to say he can appreciate the absurd phenomenon that truth-seeking artist always plunges into the reins of the unjust social structures. In spite of that, to accomplish the truth-seeking mission of the artist, Ahab sincerely plans and practices the whale-capturing journey.

안나 울프 : 꿈의 좌절과 극복

Doris Lessing is a great novelist in the late 20th century England. Many scholars have tried to compare Lessing with the other great writer, Charles Dickens. Their differences show us the value of Lessing's point of view. Dickens as a great realistic novelist, always penetrated and explored social problems. But in the process, he presents his solutions to problems without completely removing himself from the prevailing ideology. His limited view is caused by his ideological uncertainty and in the end forces us to doubt his sense of reality. On the other hand Lessing insists that the deconstruction of the prevalent ideology is necessary for the true humanistic society. In her Golden Notebook by describing the Communist Party's collapse, Lessing reveals the falsehood of ideologies. The characteristics of the modern society's disintegration is efficiently represented by the fragmented structure of Golden Notebook. In her early realism novels Lessing put emphasis on the importance of social structure reformation for the social problems such as false conventions, racial discrimination, and etc. After confronting the reality of communism Lessing searched for the principle of unification for solving all kinds of problems. Furthermore she insists that the renewal of individual consciousness is very important as way-out from the present social dilemma. It is represented by Anna Wulf's pursuit for integration in Golden Notebook.

멜빌(Herman Melville)과 신역사주의 : 『바틀비』(Bartleby)를 중심으로

Herman Melville´s New Historicism perspective on his novel, Bartleby will be analyzed in this paper. After several years´ sailing and visiting foreign countries, he could recognize American Ideology as a kind of 'false consciousness' apart from truth as in many other countries´ ideologies. In 19th century America was eager for colonizing its neighboring countries for its own financial and political profit. But American people tried to rationalize their expansionism under the pretense of their 'Manifest Destiny' ideology. Even the most intellectual class, artists would not come out of this hard reality. Melville analyzed these typical artists´ dilemma with New Historicist viewpoint. There are two kinds of artists in Melville´s works. One is the narrator who feels the burden of revealing the truth of his society´s hard reality. But as a typical 19th century American artists he never comes out of the reins of the dominant ideology. In Bartleby, an anonymous lawyer tries to tell us about Bartleby´s meaningful rebellion against the social problems. But in the end, he insists that Bartleby´s way of life is just leading to death. The reason is that he unconsciously describes his story under the reins of dominant ideology. As a New Historicist, Melville describes it as a process of creating Pyramid text in a death-like Pyramid society. But he also manages to describe the other ideal type of artist. They dare to confront absurd reality and fight against social problems, symbolized as 'well' in Bartleby. Melville regards their ways of life as the true way-out from social dilemma. This paper shows that as a New Historicist forerunner Melville had a generalizing mind to develop the theme of literature´s political influence and behavior in his novels.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

Effects of Ankle Joint Taping on Postural Balance Control in Stroke Patients

This study aims to examine the effects of taping of the ankle joint on the static and dynamic balance and gait ability of stroke patients. Twenty-six stroke patients receiving physical therapy at a hospital located in Gyeonggi-do were divided equally into a group that had taping in physical therapy and an ordinary physical therapy group. They exercised for 30 minutes each, 3 times per week for 8 weeks from June to August 2011. Romberg's eye open and eye closed tests, limits of stability(LOS), forward and back test, timed up and go test(TUG) and 10-meter gait velocity test were performed to evaluate static balance, dynamic balance, and gait ability, respectively, prior to and 8 weeks after the intervention. Differences within each group in relation to the lapse of time were compared by a paired t-test. Differences between the two groups were compared by an independent t-test. Regarding comparison of differences within each group, all tests resulted in significant changes in both groups after the intervention (p<.05). Comparison of differences between the two groups showed that taping in the physical therapy group had significantly better test results than the ordinary physical therapy group in all measured items(p<.05). The after effects of ankle taping on stroke patients are more efficient and effective than ordinary physical therapy alone in improving balance and gait ability.

The Effect of Application Parameter of Pulsed Direct Current on Wound Healing of Patients with Pressure Ulcer

This study investigated the effects of changes to the pulsation factor of pulsed direct currents on wound healing. Patients with a pressure ulcer at a care hospital for the elderly were randomly divided into three groups: Group 1 involved the application of $100{\mu}s$ in pulse duration, 10 ms in pulse period, 100 pps in a pulsation factor, 15 mA in pulse amplitude, and polarity red+ by using pulsed direct currents; Group 2 involved a change of pulse period to 8 ms; and Group 3 received general wound management. Although there were no statistically significant differences in the changing stages of pressure ulcers among the groups, all the groups dropped in numerical stages. In the two groups to which pulsed direct currents were applied, there was a statistically significant reduction in the stages of pressure ulcers from the initial assessment to the 12-week assessment (p<.05). Even though there were no statistically significant differences in changes to the area of pressure ulcers among the groups, a statistically significant decrease was found in pulsed direct current group 2 whose pulse period was shortened (p<.05). There was no difference in the healing rate of pressure ulcers among the groups, but it made a numerical increase in pulsed direct current group 1 and group 2 and a numerical decrease in group 3. There were no significant differences in the characteristics of those who had a full recovery among the groups. Those findings indicate that pulsed direct currents have positive effects on the wound healing of patients with a pressure ulcer and that a treatment with pulsed direct currents whose pulsation factor is raised by reducing the pulse duration is especially effective.
