본 연구에서는 최근 학교 주변에서 발생하는 어린이 범죄 사고의 관리 및 예방을 위한 무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 스쿨존 안전관리 시스템을 제안한다. 학교 주변 무선센서네트워크 망 구축과 어린이들에게 부착되는 센서들을 통해 환경 및 위치 영상 센싱 정보들을 공간 지식화하여 안전과 관련된 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 스쿨존 망을 벗어나 통신이 되지 않는 어린이의 경우 기회주의적 네트워크를 통하여 관리할 수 있는 전략적 안전관리 방안을 제안한다.

Vasa previa is said to occur when fetal vessels, unsupported by placenta or umbilical cord, transverse the menbranes over the cervix, below the presenting part. It is typically caused by velamentous insertion of the umbilical cord with fetal vessels between the cervix and presenting part. Bilobed or succenturiate placentas also can be associated with aberrant vasculature over the internal cervical os. Vasa previa has an incidence of approximately one per 2000-5000 deliveries. It has a high fetal mortality due to fetal exsanguination resulting from fetal vessels tearing when the menbranes rupture. So Prenatal detection of vasa previa is very important. We believe transvaginal ultrasound in combination with color Doppler is the most effective tool in the antenatal diagnosis of vasa previa. Recently, we experienced one case of vasa previa accompanied by succenturiate placenta diagnosed prenatally by color Doppler and transvaginal sonography. Here we report our experience with a literature review.

A ten months old, female Yorkshire terrier weighing 2.88 kg referred to veterinary teaching hospital of college of veterinary medicine, Konkuk University because of syncope, cough and dyspnea. First hematological and serum chemical test revealed thrombocytopenia, mild anemia, and increase of concentration of ALP (195 U/L). On 57 days later, second hematological and serum chemical test revealed polycythemia, increase of concentration of ALP (211 U/L), and Tchol (387 mg/dl). Right atrium enlargement, main pulmonary artery bulge and cardiomegaly (VHS = 11.5) were observed in radiographic findings. Ultrasonographic images showed both right and left ventricular dilation and turbulent flow between the descending aorta and the main pulmonary artery in color Doppler imaging. ECG showed left ventricular enlargement, SA block, and electrical alternant. Thoracotomy was performed through left fourth intercostal incision under isoflurane anesthesia. Patent ductus arteriosus was double ligated with 1-0 silk. Cough and dyspnea disappeared on 5 days after operation. Turbulent flow was not found in color doppler imaging of ultrasonography on 10 days after operation. Ten months later after the operation, syncope could not exist any more.

集團 飼育하고 있는 Babcock 産卵鷄를 대상으로 하여 白色種과 有色種에 대한 40週齡의 總血淸蛋白質과 Albumin値, Globulin値, A/G ratio의 正常値를 조사했던바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1) 總血淸蛋白質은 白色種 Babcock이 8.7gm부터 7.0gm.% ..이고 平均 7.60±0.3122gm. %였다. 有色種 Babcock은 8.2gm. %부터 7.3gm.%이고 平均 7.82±0.1623이었다. 2) Albumin値는 白色種 Babcock이 3.2gm. %부터 2.4gm. %이고 平均 2.8±0.1498gm. %였다. 有色種 Babcock은 3.4gm. %부터 2.3gm.%이고 平均 2.98±0.1856gm. %이었다. 3) Globulin値는 白色種 Babcock이 5.6gm. %부터 4.3gm. %이고 平均은 4.78±0.220gm. %였다. 有色種 Babcock은 5.7gm. %부터 4.1gm.%이고 平均은 4.84±0.3041gm. %였다. 4) A/G ratio는 白色種 Babcock이 0.7gm. %부터 0.52gm. %이고 平均 0.59±0.0353gm. %였다. 有色種 Babcock은 0.81gm. %부터 0.40gm.%이고 平均은 0.63±0.0747gm. %이었다. 5) 總血淸蛋白質과 Albumin値, Globulin値, A/G ratio에서 白色種 Babcock과 有色種 Babcock 사이의 有意差는 認定되지 않았다. For the purpose of determining the total serum protein value, albumin, globulin and A/G ration of White Babcock hens and Yellow Babcock hens aged 40 weeks, this study was made by means of Biuret method and B.C.G. method. The results were abstracted are as follows : 1). Total serum protein values ranged from 8.7 to 7.0 (7.60+0.3100)gm. %in White Babcock hens, and 8.2 to 7.3 (7.82+0.1623)gm. % in Yellow Babcock hens. 2). Serum albumin values ranged from 3.2 to 2.4 (2.8+0.1498)gm. % in White Babcock hens, and 3.4 to 2.3 (2.98±0.1856)gm. % in Yellow Babcock hens. 3). Serum globulin values ranged from 5.6 to 4.3 (4.78+0.2200)gm. % in White Babcock hens, and 5.7 to 4.1 (4.84±0.3041)gm. % in Yellow Babcock hens. 4) Serum A/G ration ranged from 0.7 to 0.52 (0.59+0.0353)gm. % in White Babcock hens, and 0.81 to 0.40 (0.63±0.0747)gm. % in Yellow Babcock hens. 5). Total serum protein values, albumin, globulin and A/G ration did not show significant difference between two groups.

The experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of temperature of scaling cutting, parts of scaling from the parent bulb and cutting media on certain growing responses of Oriental lily hybrids. The results obtained as follows : 1.Temperature of scaling was the best at 25℃ in 'Casablanca' and 'Le Reve' but 'Stargazer' was the best 20℃ 2.Number of the bulblets per scale was greater with outer and middle scales than the inner scale in the parent bulb. 3.Cutting media of the scaling was preferable with sawdust for the bulblet formation.

Background: Atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is the most common form of supraventricular tachycardia. Radiofrequency cather ablation (RFCA) of the slow pathway can treat AVNRT. Slow pathway ablation is associated with a risk of complete AV block in rare cases. In difficult cases, electrophysiologist should check degrees of artrioventriculr node(AVN) damage during and after ablation. There are several methods of identifying high risk of slow pathway ablation and identifying degree of AVN damage, but sometimes there are not perfect. Adenosine is effective in AVNRT termination by influencing AVN conduction. Use of adenosine can identify change of AVN conduction properties Methods : Adenosine tests were studied in 24 patients (10 men, 14 woman:43.5± 16.6 years) with inducible sustained AVNRT. Adenosine 6㎎ and 12㎎ were injected before and after successful ablation of slow pathway during sinus rhythm. Results : With adenosine 6㎎ injection, AVNRT occurred in 13patients and A-H jump in 15 patients before ablation, whereas AVNRT occurred in no patient and A-H jump in 5 atients after ablation. Adenosine 6㎎ induced AV block beats were significantly increased from 0.4±1.5 to 4.0±4.0 beats by ablation (p<0.05). Adenosine 6㎎ induced longest RR interval was also significantly increased from 876±319 to 1575±852 msec by ablation (p<0.05). And then adenosine 12 ㎎ were injected before and after ablation of slow pathway in 21 patients. AVNTR occurred in 13 versus 0 patient, A-H jump occurred in 16 versus 9 patients. the longest RR interval was 1590±714 versus 4245±3492 msec(p<0.05). Conclusion : After successful RFCA of AVNRT, adenosine increases the number of AV block beats and the longest RR interval significantly. Administration of adenosine during and after ablation can identify severe AV nodal damage which was induced by ablation. Administration of adenosine during and after RFCA enables us to estimate amount of AV nodal damage and it give us information about when to stop the cather ablation. Adenosine can be useful to identify patients with impending heart block during and after ablation of slow pathway.

Surveys on atmospheric phenomena, entomological investigation, antibody titers of amplifying hosts of Japanese Encephalitis Virus (JEV) have been carried out in the endemic area of Chunnam from 1981 to 1983. The results were as follows; 1. It was found that the monthly average air temperatures in January, June, July and August for the past 3 year were 0.5℃, 22.1℃, 25℃, and 26℃ respectively. 2. The Culex tritaeniorhynchus was first found at the begining of June. The density of the Culex tritaeniorhynchus was increased fast and reached the peak at the latter half of July. The status of the density was continued until the latter part of September. Comparing the density of the past 3 years, we found that of 1982 the highest. 3. Hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody titers in the sera of the swines aged older than 6 months and younger than 12 months reached higher than 50% during the days August 16 to 24 for the past 3 years. 4. H I antibody titers in the ducks tested showed 64.5% at the middle of September. 5. The time of the first occurrence was getting relaitvely earlier than usual.
