        ‘프랙탈’ 시각 디자인의 시각적 주의력에 관한 연구 -자동자 포스터 디자인을 중심으로-

        프랙탈 디자인은 프랙탈 예술적 특징을 바탕으로 시각적인 영향이 강한 시각적 표현의 일종으로 점차 자동차 포스터 디자인에 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 자동차포스터 디자인을 연구대상으로 ‘프랙탈’ 포스터 디자인의 시각적 주의력의 특징을 분석한다. 연구 목적은 ‘프랙탈’ 포스터 디자인이 소비자의 시각적 주의력에 미치는 영향을 발견하는 것이다. 이 중 시각 주의력에 관한 연구는 시각 주의력의 합리성, 시각 주의력의 일치도, 시각 주의력의 피로도를 주로 연구를 진행한다. 본 연구는 소비자를 대상으로 3가지 유형의 자동차 포스터 디자인에 대한 조사분석을 시행하고, 잠재적인 자동차 소비자 30명을 대상으로 안구 운동 측정기를 이용해 안구 운동 추적기술 실험을 분석한다. 동일한 쇼핑환경과 마케팅 장면을 통해 나타난 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각적 효과의 합리성 측면에서는 ‘프랙탈’ 유형의 자동차 포스터 디자인의 시각적 주의력의 시선 고정순서가 더 합리적이다. 둘째, 시각적 효과의 부합도에서 ‘프랙탈’ 유형의 자동차 포스터 디자인의 시각적 주의력 배분 비율이 더 잘 맞아떨어진다. 셋째, 시각 효과의 피로도는 ‘프랙탈’ 유형의 자동차 포스터의 시각적 주의 피로도가 더 낮게 디자인되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면 자동차 판매 포스터를 디자인할 때 ‘프랙탈(fractal)’ 시각 효과를 사용하면 소비자의 시각적 관심을 유도하고 소비자를 설득할 수 있는 가능성을 높일 수 있어 실제 광고 전략에 큰 도움이 된다. Fractal Design is an ingenious visual design form based on the characteristics of fractal art and has a very strong visual impact. Fractal design is increasingly being applied to car poster design as a form of new visual design. This study analyzes the characteristics of the visual attention of ‘fractal’ poster design with the automobile poster design as the research object. The purpose of this study is to discover the effect of ‘fractal’ poster design on consumers’ visual attention. Among them, research on visual attention mainly studies the rationality of visual attention, the degree of concordance of visual attention, and the degree of visual attention fatigue. This study conducted a survey analysis of three types of car poster designs targeting consumers, and analyzed eye movement tracking technology experiments using an eye movement meter for 30 potential car consumers. The research results that appeared through the same shopping environment and marketing scene are as follows. First, in terms of rationality of visual effects, the order of gaze fixation of visual attention in ‘fractal’ type car poster design is more reasonable. Second, the visual attention distribution ratio of the ‘fractal’ type car poster design fits better in the degree of visual effect conformity. Third, as for the fatigue of visual effects, the visual attention fatigue of the ‘fractal’ type car poster was designed to be lower. Research has shown that designers are encouraged to use the visual effects of ‘fractals’ when designing car posters. Such a design effect is a great help to the actual advertising strategy by inducing the consumer’s visual interest and increasing the likelihood of persuading the consumer.

        Soluble Epoxide Hydrolase Inhibitory and Anti-inflammatory Components from the Leaves of <i>Eucommia ulmoides</i> Oliver (Duzhong)

        <P><I>Eucommia ulmoides</I> leaves have been used as a functional food and drink in China. The purpose of this study was to identify the bioactive constituents with soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitory activity and anti-inflammatory properties. Twenty-seven known compounds (<B>1</B>–<B>27</B>) were isolated from the leaves of <I>E. ulmoides</I> Oliver, and their structures were identified by NMR and ESIMS analysis; three of these, 2,5-dimethoxy-3-glucopyranosyl cinnamic alcohol (<B>11</B>), foliasalacioside E<SUB>2</SUB> (<B>26</B>), and icariside F<SUB>2</SUB> (<B>27</B>), were obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds <B>1</B>–<B>7</B> exhibited soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitory activity at 100 μM; among them, quercetin (<B>1</B>) and kaempferol (<B>5</B>) displayed potential activities with IC<SUB>50</SUB> values of 22.5 ± 0.9 and 31.3 ± 2.6 μM, respectively, with noncompetitive inhibition mode. Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) inhibitory activity of the isolated compounds was evaluated by the NF-κB liciferase assay in HepG2 cells. Compounds <B>1</B>, <B>9</B>, <B>20</B>, and <B>27</B> displayed potent NF-κB inhibitory effects, with IC<SUB>50</SUB> values of 15.14 ± 2.29, 15.23 ± 2.34, 16.88 ± 2.17, and 16.25 ± 2.19 μM, respectively, whereas other compounds showed weak inhibition of NF-κB transcriptional activity ranging from 17.54 to 92.6 μM. A structure–activity relationship of flavonoids <B>1</B>–<B>9</B> was also discussed.         의료난동 사회질서문란죄 예방에 관한 연구

        With the development of society and science and technology, the level of medical care has also been continuously improved. However, the problems in the relationship between doctors and patients have not been effectively resolved. The behavior of medicine disturbance is still common, and even the professional medical disturbance group that uses medical disturbance as a means of profit has been born. Medical trouble behavior has serious social harm, not only disrupting the normal diagnosis and treatment order of hospitals and other medical institutions, but even endangering the public and private properties of medical institutions and the personal safety of medical staff. If it is not regulated, it will hinder the healthy development of the doctor-patient relationship and medical order. With the introduction of the Criminal Law Amendment (9) in 2015, medical trouble has officially become a regulatory category of the criminal law. This article aims at the punishment of the crime of medicine trouble type of gathering people to disrupt social order, and discuss the preventive countermeasures of the crime, so as to ensure the normal medical order and promote the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship. Starting from the concept of medical disturbance, this article expounds the legal background of medical disturbance into punishment, analyzes the constituent elements of the crime of medical disturbance by gathering crowds to disrupt social order, and summarizes the causes of the crime from many aspects. The imperfection of the medical institution system can easily cause dissatisfaction among patients and their families, and the lack of understanding of the way of safeguarding rights further intensifies this contradiction between doctors and patients. The difficulties and lack of rights protection methods have spawned professional medical troubles and also fueled the arrogance of bad media, which eventually led to fierce doctor-patient conflicts, which evolved into vicious medical troubles incidents. Only by clarifying the reasons and prescribing the right medicine can we fundamentally prevent the crime of medicine trouble gathering people to disrupt social order, and realize the function of criminal law to protect legal interests.

        Hierarchical polyurethane/RGO/BiOI fiber composite as flexible, selfsupporting and recyclable photocatalysts for RhB degradation under visible light

        Increasing organic pollutants have seriously affected the ecological environment and human health, photocatalytictechnology is considered as one of the most effective and environmentally friendly treatmentmethods. In this work, a novel hierarchical polyurethane (PU)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/bismuthoxyiodide (BiOI) composite fiber photocatalyst is constructed via an energy-saving route consisted ofultrasonic-assisted and co-precipitation method by utilizing PU nanofibers as substrate. The RGO are firstevenly wrapped in the PU nanofiber surface and BiOI nanosheets are then uniformly grown on the PU/RGO surface to form the hierarchical PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers with a core–shell structure. The composition,morphology and electrochemical performance of the obtained PU/RGO/BiOI were characterizedby XRD, XPS, SEM, BET, I-t and EIS. Benefited from the high specific surface area of the PU nanofiber andthe excellent electron transfer ability of the RGO, a remarkable photocatalytic activity was achieved forthe PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers and the degradation rate of RhB is 93.2% within 180 min. Notably, comparedto the traditional suspended nanoparticles, the PU/RGO/BiOI fibers exhibit excellent flexibility andself-supporting property, and can be easily separated and recovered from the contaminated water. Thus,the obtained PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers with high photocatalytic activity and easily separable propertyare expected to possess great potential in water purification.

        Bandwidth-Related Optimization in High-Speed Frequency Dividers using SiGe Technology

        In this paper, the trade-off related to bandwidth of high-speed common-mode logic frequency divider is analyzed in detail. A method to optimize the operating frequency, band-width as well as power consumption is proposed. This method is based on bipolar device characteristics, whereby a negative resistance model can be used to estimate the optimal normalized upper frequency and lower frequency of frequency dividers under different conditions, which is conventionally ignored in literatures. This method provides a simple but efficient procedure in designing high performance frequency dividers for different applications. To verify the proposed method, a static divide-by-2 at millimeter wave ranges is implemented in 180 nm SiGe technology. Measurement results of the divider demonstrate significant improvement in the figure of merit as compared with literatures.

        Development and Characterization of a Novel Anti-idiotypic Monoclonal Antibody to Growth Hormone, Which Can Mimic Physiological Functions of Growth Hormone in Primary Porcine Hepatocytes

        B-32 is one of a panel of monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies to growth hormone (GH) that we developed. To characterize and identify its potential role as a novel growth hormone receptor (GHR) agonist, we determined that B-32 behaved as a typical Ab2β based on a series of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay assays. The results of fluorescence-activated cell sorting, indirect immunofluorescence and competitive receptor binding assays demonstrated that B-32 specifically binds to the GHR expressed on target cells. Next, we examined the resulting signal transduction pathways triggered by this antibody in primary porcine hepatocytes. We found that B-32 can activate the GHR and Janus kinase (2)/signal transducers and activators of transcription (JAK2/STAT5) signalling pathways. The phosphorylation kinetics of JAK2/STAT5 induced by either GH or B-32 were analysed in dose-response and time course experiments. In addition, B32 could also stimulate porcine hepatocytes to secrete insulin-like growth factors-1. Our work indicates that a monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibody to GH (B-32) can serve as a GHR agonist or GH mimic and has application potential in domestic animal (pig) production.
