        In this study, We determine the optimum cutting condition of end milling operation for precision die in machining center. To obtain more complete solution of optimum design vector in end milling operation, several constraints of the actual endmill-operation are considered. As a constraints considered, surface roughness, cutting force in feeding direction, machining power and tool life are considered. As a searching method for absolute optimum, nonlinear mathematical programming(NLP:hypersphere inscribed method) is used. also to obtain required model of constraints and to simplify experiments, central composite design is used.

        隨著經濟的迅猛發展,人類活動已極大地影響著타賴以生存的環境。環境保護刻不容緩。但要從根本上解決環境問題,就必須轉變人類的生存觀念,創建生態文化,實施可持續發展。而觀念的轉變,文化的創建,必須依賴於敎育。本文通過分析環境敎育的槪念、特點以及對中韓學校基礎環境較育的比較硏究,通過借鑒國外先進的環境敎育經驗,探討進一步改善我國基礎環境敎育的對策,以促進人與自然的和諧長久發展。

        중국 안휘성의 환경오염 실태에 대한 실증적 연구

        Now China is facing environmental degeneration which has been presented generally in developing countries, such as water and air pollution, and solid waste in industry. The unsustainable development between economy and environment is an important problem, existing now in the Anhui province, China. If we want to construct the harmonious society, we must coordinate the human and the nature. Therefore, it has the vital significance for us to study on the economy and environment development of Anhui province, as well as environmental protect disparity between the regions and the cities. Through the analyses of the comparison among three main industrial waste on the present situation of industrial waste in Anhui province, this study aims at monitoring and forecasting in order to reduce three main industrial wastes in Anhui province. Moreover, the reasons for arising three main industrial wastes are also investigated. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The Environment Kuznets Curve (EKC) of Anhui province has been fitted by using the data of three main industrial wastes in Anhui province through 2000 to 2009 years. Depend on the increase of economy in Anhui province, it can be an indication for a trend that the emission of industrial water pollution, air pollution, and solid waste would be increased. In addition, the three main industrial wastes would be boundless increased if the environment improvement project were not reinforced. Therefore, we have to give a lot care on the protection of environment, especially in the three main industrial wastes in Anhui province in order to stabilize a harmonious development between society and environment.

        Emotion Recognition Method Based on Multimodal Sensor Fusion Algorithm

        Human being recognizes emotion fusing information of the other speech signal, expression, gesture and bio-signal. Computer needs technologies that being recognized as human do using combined information. In this paper, we recognized five emotions (normal, happiness, anger, surprise, sadness) through speech signal and facial image, and we propose to method that fusing into emotion for emotion recognition result is applying to multimodal method. Speech signal and facial image does emotion recognition using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. And multimodal is fusing into emotion result applying fuzzy membership function. With our experiments, our average emotion recognition rate was 63% by using speech signals, and was 53.4% by using facial images. That is, we know that speech signal offers a better emotion recognition rate than the facial image. We proposed decision fusion method using S-type membership function to heighten the emotion recognition rate. Result of emotion recognition through proposed method, average recognized rate is 70.4%. We could know that decision fusion method offers a better emotion recognition rate than the facial image or speech signal.

        Novel-1,3-Alternate Calix[4]thiacrown Ethers

        A series of novel 1,3-alternate calix[4]-mono-thiacrown and -bis-thiacrowns were synhesized within good yields. The three dimensional 1,3-alternate conformation was confimed by X-ray crystal structure. From the results of two phase extraction and NMR studies on the ligand-metal complex, one can conclude that the calix[4]thiacrown ethers showed the very high selectivity for silver ion over other metal ions by an electrostatic interaction between sulfur atom and silver ion and by a $\pi-metal$ complexation.

        Enhancing the Biological Control of Rice Seedling Disease by Adding Specific Carbon Sources into the Bacillus cereus D324 Formulation in Water-Seeded Rice

        Utilization of carbon sources by Bacillus cereus D324, a biological control agent, and Pythium species, which causes rice seedling disease, was studied with the objective of increasing the efficacy of biological control by providing the biological control agent with specific beneficial carbon sources. D-galactose, D-sorbitol, and D-mannitol were poor carbon sources for Pythium spp. growth but were good for B. cereus D324 growth. Growth in a growth chamber of rice seeds coated with B. cereus D324 amended with specific carbon sources, such as D-galactose and D-sorbitol, showed significantly enhanced seedling emergence compared to seeds coated only with B. cereus D324. Field trials showed that both seedling emergence and yield increased, when the above specific carbon sources were added to B. cereus D324 in seed coating formulations. This result indicated that amending seed coating formulations with specific carbon sources could significantly increase seedling emergence and yield in the field.

        Mesenteric venous thrombosis is an rare type of intestinal ischemia associated with significant mortality and morbidity because of its delay in diagnosis. Mesenteric vasculitis associated with allergic vasculitis can also produce an acute intestinal ischemia. We recently experienced a case of mesenteric venous thrombosis associated with allergic vasculitis, successfully treated with segmental bowel resection and anticoagulant therapy, we report this case with a brief review of the literatures. A 30-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of severe abdominal pain and hematochezia. Abdominal CT scan showed superior mesenteric venous thrombosis extending into main portal vein. There were large amounts of ascites and the wall of the jejunum was markedly thickened. On the 5th hospital day, his abdomen was tense and diffusely tender: bowel sounds were absent. Exploratory laparotomy was performed under the impression of intestinal infarction. At laparotomy thrombosis of the mesenteric vein and gangrene of the jejunum were found. A small bowel resection with an end-to-end anastomosis was done. Histopathological examination confirmed venous bowel gangrene and showed leukocytoclastic vasculitis, the hallmark of allergic vasculitis. The patient recovered fully and was discharged on anticoagulant therapy. At follow-up after 6 months, the patient was well with no gastrointestinal symptoms.

      • 국내 배전계통 고조파 측정 결과

        정보화 기술과 디지털기술의 발전으로 수용가 전기설비의 전기적인 내성은 낮아지고 있는 반면 배전계통의 외란현상은 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 고조파는 전력용 기기의 열화, 원판형계전기 오동작 및 계량기 오차발생 등의 원인이 되고 있어 배전계통의 고조파 현황파악은 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 한국전력공사에서는 연구과제의 수행을 통해 1년간 배전계통의 고조파 현황을 측정하고 이를 분석하였다. 측정개소는 부하특성에 따라 공업용, 상업용, 주거용으로 구분하여 총 34개소를 선정하였다. 1년간 측정한 고조파를 차수별로 분석한 결과 영상분에 해당하는 3차, 9차, 15차 및 21차 고조파가 IEC 61000-3-6의 중압계통 고조파 계획수준과 비교하여 높게 나타났다.

      • Accessary nipple-like ectopic salivary gland in the anterior neck

        Ectopic salivary gland is defined as the situation in which the salivary gland tissue develops at a site where it is not normally found. It occurs in various sites within the head and neck region and has even been found in other anatomical sites including anal mucosa. Though the origin of this entity still remains unclear, some reports insist about hypothesis to be a heteroplasia of the epithelium of the precervical sinus of His. A 13-year-old female presented nipple-like erythematous papule with fistula on her right anterior neck since birth. The lesion was mucoid discharge without other symptoms. Under the clinical impression of bronchogenic cyst, the lesion was totally excised. Histopathological examination revealed glandular elements and ducts in deep dermis and fat layer and the gland composed of multiple mucinous acini. Positive staining of mucinous acini with Periodic acid-Schiff(PAS). As accessary nipple-like ectopic salivary gland in the anterior neck is a rare disease with atypical clinical manifestation, it can be easily misdiagnosed as other conditions such as bronchogenic cyst. However ectopic salivary gland shows positive for PAS stain and has characteristic histopathological findings. So diagnosis of ectopic salivary gland can be easily done by histopathological and immunohistochemical examination. We report an informing case of an accessary nipple-like ectopic salivary gland which occurred on the anterior neck.
