      • 학생검도선수 학부모의 만족도 척도 개발

        본 연구는 학생검도선수 학부모의 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 척도 개발을 목적으로 이루어졌다. 선행 연구를 바탕으로 전문가 회의와 두 차례의 예비 조사를 통해 7개 요인의 42문항으로 구성된 설문지를 이용해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 수집대상으로는 전국학생검도대회에 참가한 학부모를 선정하였으며 대회장에서 직접 설문지를 배부하여 회수하였다. 자료 분석에 이용된 설문지는 총 368부이다. 분석 방법으로 먼저 문항분석을 거쳐 타당성 검증을 위해 실시한 탐색적 요인분석에서 Q11, Q24, Q34번 문항이 두 요인에서 .40을 나타내 일차적으로 제거되었다. 이후 신뢰도 확보를 위해 Cronbach"s ɑ값과 문항제거시 척도(Alpha if Item Deleted)를 구했으며 전 문항이 이 기준에 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 척도의 수용 가능성을 확인할 수 있는 모델의 적합도 지수가 부적합하여 SMC값이 낮은 문항부터 차례로 제거해 Q33, Q30, Q06, Q04, Q19, Q40, Q41, Q18, Q20, Q26문항을 제거한 후 적합도 지수는 수용가능한 지수를 나타내게 되었다. 이러한 과정을 통해 최종 7개 요인의 29문항으로 구성된 학생검도선수 학부모의 만족도 척도를 개발하였다. 이 척도는 집중타당성과 판별타당성을 통해 타당성 평가를 실시하였다. 논의에서는 차후의 연구에서 고려되어야 할 자료 수집 방법과 객관성을 제고할 수 있는 적합도 지수에 대한 논의가 필요함을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to development of scale of parents’ of Kumdo Student-Athletes Satisfaction Scale. The preliminary survey was completed over the course of the 16th middle and high school Kumdo Association Fall Conference parents" to attend a survey of 368 people was conducted final data analysis was used. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0. The results of this study are as follow First, through the item analysis of seven sub-factors (Guidance actions, Career guidance, Guidance of the appropriateness, motivation, Humanity Education, Leadership qualities, Training Environment) and the full 29-question questionnaire was derived. Second, exploratory factor analysis was conducted. And produce a variety of fit measure the results of applying the model in this study was appropriate. The feasibility study also confirmed the results of different evaluation methods show that the model could be applicable. Finally, 7 sub-factors and the full 29-question questionnaire was completed.

        The Grouting methods have been used for cut off ground water flow and for ground improvement. The methods are classified by injection pressure and grouting agents. High-pressure jet grouting method has been executed for the purpose of reinforcement of foundation. Drilling equipments when used for NX sampling of replaced mass by R.J.P(Rodin Jet Pile) and pile test were carried out. The strength of improved ground by jet grouting method R.J.P(Rodin Jet Pile) is increasing grain-size of soil in-site.

        단기반응성 정신병 환자와 정신분열증 환자의 임상적 비교연구

        To compare the clinical characteristics of brief reactive psychosis with those of schizophrenia, the authors selected 50 patients of brief reactive psychosis meeting with DSM-Ⅲ criteria and 50 patients of schizophrenia meeting with both DSM-Ⅲ and RDC criteria. All patients were admitted to the psychiatric ward of Pusan Paik Hospital from Apr. 1, 1984 to Mar- 31, 1987 The results obtained from this retrospective study were as fellows: 1) Brief reactive psychosis was apparently more common in women(74%) and usually appeared In early adulthood, but had more wider age distribution than schizophrenia. 2) Although their educational levels were lower than that of schizophrenics, the patients of brief reactive psychosis showed better marital and premorbid adjustment than the schizophrenics. 3) In brief reactive psychosis, the premorbid personality was more variable than in schizophrenics and the most vulnerable personality was hystrionic(22%) and dependent(18%). 4) The major psychosocial factors predisposed to the development of brief reactive psychosis were marital or financial crisis(26% ), death or separation(72% ), academic or occupational problems(16%) and health problems(12% ) in order of frequency. 5) On admission, insomnia(92%), emotional turmoil(82%) and hallucination(66%) were more frequent in the patients of brief reactive psychosis than in the patients of schizophrenia. Although the Schneider's first rank symptoms were less frequent in the former, it was surprising that they were present in 32% of them. 6) Almost all of the patients with visual hallucination were reactive psychotic patients and 64% of the hallucinatory Images of them were the deads or ghosts. 7) During the course of admission, the majority(60% ) of the patients of brief reactive psychosis were treated with daily dosage under 200mg of chlorpromazine equivalent.

        FIBRIN GLUE가 이식 피부의 접착 및 생착에 미치는 효과

        The ability of a skin graft to adhere initially to a wound a bed is dependent on the formation of a stable fibrin bond the elastin in the graft and the elastin in the bed. the Factors preventiong such adhesion most commonly include bleeding, infection, mechanical disturbances of the adhesive mechanism, i.e., motion. This study was conducted to evaluate the adhesive effect of fibrin glue in the full-thickness skin grafts at 3,5,30,120minute and 8 hours after gluing in mice and the effect of fibrin glue on the skin graft take at the 3,7,15post operative days in rabbits. The result were as follows; (1) Mechanical testing demostrated that the shear adhesive strength of non-fibrin gluing control group was found to be 2.84m²(SD=2.68) after 3minutes of fixation At, 5minutes, the adhesive strength was 9.78gm/㎠(SD=2.68) after 3minutes of fixation. At 5minutes, the adhesive strength was 9.78gm/㎠(SD=5.61);at 30minutes, 30.78gm/㎠(SD=5.42); at 2hours, 53.14gm/㎠(SD=11.50); and at 8 hours, 108.08gm/㎠(SD=15.78) and that the shear adhesive strength of fibrin glue applied group was found to be 17.50gm/㎠(SD=5.79) after 3minutes of of fixation(after gluing). AT 5minutes, the adhesive strength was 24.30gm/㎠(SD=3.57); at 30minutes, 105.48gm/㎠(SD=15.27); at 2hours, 167.54gm/㎠(SD=58.12); and at 8hours, 286.22gm/㎠(SD=28.27). These results in shear adhesive strength were a significantly different between the experimental and the control groups at early skin grafts adherence. (2) The histologic examination did not demonstrate significant difference in healing process when the fibrin glue applied group were compared with the control group. With the above results, fibrin glue improved in early graft adherence without interference of the take of graft.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze experimentally and positively engineering properties of recycled concrete using high quality recycled fine aggregate according to w/c ratio and unit water contents. And it is intend to present fundamental data for the mix design and the improvement of quality. The results are as follows; According to the increase of W/C ratio, the addition ratio of superplasticizer was reduced, the strength of compressive and tensile showed low and carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth showed high. And according to the increase of unit water contents, the addition ratio of superplasticizer was reduced, the strength of compressive and tensile showed low and carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth showed high.

      • Bioelectrocatalytic detection of glycated hemoglobin (HbA<sub>1c</sub>) based on the competitive binding of target and signaling glycoproteins to a boronate-modified surface

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We developed an electrochemical glycated hemoglobin (HbA<SUB>1c</SUB>) biosensor for diagnosing diabetes in whole human blood based on the competitive binding reaction of glycated proteins. Until now, no studies have reported a simple and accurate electrochemical biosensor for the quantification of HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> in whole blood. This is because it is very difficult to correctly distinguish HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> from large amounts of hemoglobin and other components in whole blood. To detect glycated hemoglobin, we used electrodes modified with boronic acid, which forms a covalent bond between its diol group and the cis–diol group of the carbohydrate moiety of glycated proteins. For accurate HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> biosensing, we first removed blood components (except for hemoglobin) such as glycated proteins and blood glucose as they interfere with the boronate-based HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> competition analysis by reacting with the boronate-modified surface via a cis–diol interaction. After hemoglobin separation, target HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> and GOx at a predetermined concentration were reacted through a competition onto the boronate-modified electrode, allowing HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> to be detected linearly within a range of 4.5–15% of the separated hemoglobin sample (HbA<SUB>1c</SUB>/total hemoglobin). This range covers the required clinical reference range of diabetes mellitus. Hence, the proposed method can be used for measuring %HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> in whole human blood, and can also be applied to measuring the concentration of various glycated proteins that contain peripheral sugar groups.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P>▸ We developed an accurate electrochemical HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> biosensor in whole human blood based on the competitive binding reaction of glycated proteins. ▸ Hemoglobin was separated from other blood components using a zinc ion-mediated separation method. ▸ Target HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> and signaling GOx was bound competitively onto the boronate group-modified electrode. ▸ HbA<SUB>1c</SUB> concentrations were determined linearly within a range of 4.5–15%, covering the required clinical reference range.</P>

        Reference based simulation study of detector comparison for BNCT-SPECT imaging

        To investigate the optimal detector material for prompt gamma imaging during boron neutron capture therapy, in this study, we evaluated the characteristic regarding radiation reaction of available detector materials using a Monte Carlo simulation. Sixteen detector materials used for radiation detection were investigated to assess their advantages and drawbacks. The estimations used previous experimental data to build the simulation codes. The energy resolution and detection efficiency of each material was investigated, and prompt gamma images during BNCT simulation were acquired using only the detectors that showed good performance in our preliminary data. From the simulation, we could evaluate the majority of detector materials in BNCT and also could acquire a prompt gamma image using the six high ranked-detector materials and lutetium yttrium oxyorthosilicate. We provide a strategy to select an optimal detector material for the prompt gamma imaging during BNCT with three conclusions.

        Development Treatment Planning System Based on Monte-Carlo Simulation for Boron Neutron Capture Therapy

        The purpose of this study is to develop the treatment planning system (TPS) based on Monte-Carlo simulation for BNCT. In this paper, we will propose a method for dose estimation by Monte-Carlo simulation using the CT image, and will evaluate the accuracy of dose estimation of this TPS. The complicated geometry like a human body allows defining using the lattice function in MCNPX. The results of simulation such as flux or energy deposition averaged over a cell, can be obtained using the features of the tally provided by MCNPX. To assess the dose distribution and therapeutic effect, dose distribution was displayed on the CT image, and dose volume histogram (DVH) was employed in our developed system. The therapeutic effect can be efficiently evaluated by these evaluation tool. Our developed TPS could be effectively performed creating the voxel model from CT image, the estimation of each dose component, and evaluation of the BNCT plan.
