        Dissolved Oxygen Model Predictive Control for Activated Sludge Process Model Based on the Fuzzy C-means Cluster Algorithm

        In this work, the problem of predictive control of dissolved oxygen for the activated sludge process model with high nonlinearity and strong coupling is addressed. Firstly, the determination of the structure of fuzzy rules is displayed established upon Activated sludge model 1 (ASM1). Besides, the fuzzy space is divided through the clustering algorithm of fuzzy C-means. The corresponding parameters are estimated by means of the wellknown least squares method. Subsequently, a fuzzy predictive model of dissolved oxygen is established by using the historical data. The aim is to design a predictive controller that is capable of performing the online track of dissolved oxygen attributed to better dynamic response and steadier output in different weather. Ultimately, the availability and validity of the developed technique are verified by a comparison example.

        최근 정보화의 고도화로 컴퓨팅 자원관리의 필요성은 급격히 증가하고 있다. 여러 개의 분산된 자원을 한곳에서 관리하는 것이 절실히 필요하게 되었다. 그리드 컴퓨팅은 이러한 분산된 자원을 결합하는 특징을 가지고 있으며 여러 클러스터들의 클러스터들로 이루어지고 있다. 대규모 시스템에 적합한 클러스터들의 운영체제는 설치 및 원격지에 있는 클러스터 노드의 장애를 효과적으로 복구하는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 기존 아키텍처에서 방화벽과 복잡한 주소체계 등으로 클러스터 설치 및 이미지 백업 방법들은 원격지에서 접근과 관리가 어려운 실정이다. RISE(Remote system Image Support Environment)는 바로 이런 문제점을 해결함으로써 병렬 시스템의 이미지 설치를 가능하게 하고, 자가 설정, 자가 복구 등을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 RISEAI 시스템은 Python 기반으로 구현되어 있기 때문에 플랫폼의 호환성문제 등이 결여되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 부분을 해결하고 RISE의 지역 관리 노드 기능들을 토대로 하여 Java 기반으로 구축된 원격 자원 관리 환경인 REE(Remote Execution Environment) 시스템을 제안한다. 이 프로젝트의 목적으로 많은 플랫폼에서 지원하여 호환성 문제를 해결하며 대규모 분산처리에도 적용될 수 있도록 구현한다.

      • 가상 스크리닝을 위한 원격처리환경 시스템

        최근 생물 기술, 환경 기술 등 융합 기술 분야에서 지속적인 융합 연구 프로젝트가 많이 진행되고 있다. 시간과 비용을 줄이기 위하여 가상 스크리닝을 위한 전체 처리해야 할 량은 많고 매 처리시간은 짧은 short 작업에 최적화된 연구가 많이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 short 작업을 위한 가상 스크리닝을 하는 highthroughput computing 연구에 많은 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 신약 개발에 엄청난 도움을 주게 될 것이다. 하여 본 논문에서 우리는 short 작업과 신약 후보자를 추출하여 개발하는데 유용하고 생명과학연구 영역에서도 시간과 비용을 절약하는 최적화된 원격처리환경 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문은 가상 스크리닝을 위한 멀티 레벨 스케줄링을 추가하여 high-throughput computing 을 설명하고 어떻게 Falkon 이라는 스케줄링 프레임워크를 가상 스크리닝을 위한 원격처리환경 시스템과 통합할 것인가를 논의할 것이다. 가상 스크리닝에 대한 정보는 받아서 실험적으로 분석하고 실험 작업에 제출할 수 있게 한다. 결과 파일과 정보들은 포털 사이트에 제공된다. 첫 번째 단계인 원격처리환경을 위한 시스템 설계는 이미 완료하였다. 나머지 개발단계는 계속 진행되고 있다.

        Study on grinding mechanism and machining technology of Si3N4 ceramic spindle

        In order to improve the machining accuracy of the cylindrical surface of silicon nitride ceramic spindle, the machining technologyof the cylindrical surface of ceramic spindle was studied by high-speed universal cylindrical grinder in this experiment. Firstly, the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the surface roughness of ceramic spindleis determined by orthogonal experiment, then the influence law of single grinding parameter on the surface roughness ofceramic spindle is explored by single factor experiment, and the prediction model of the grinding surface roughness value ofceramic spindle is calculated by numerical analysis software, and finally the optimal processing parameters of the cylindricalsurface of ceramic spindle are obtained. The experimental results show that the grinding surface roughness of silicon nitrideceramic spindle first decreases and then increases with the increase of grinding wheel linear speed and workpiece linearspeed, and then increases with the increase of transverse feed speed and axial feed speed. The relative error between the predictedvalue of the prediction model and the actual measured value is less than 5%, which shows that the prediction modelhas a good prediction effect and provides a theoretical basis for actual machining

        Intelligent On-demand Routing Protocol for Ad Hoc Network

        Ad hoc networks play an important role in mobile communications, and the performance of nodes has asignificant impact on the choice of communication links. To ensure efficient and secure data forwarding anddelivery, an intelligent routing protocol (IAODV) based on learning method is constructed. Five attributes ofnode energy, rate, credit value, computing power and transmission distance are taken as the basis ofsegmentation. By learning the selected samples and calculating the information gain of each attribute, thedecision tree of routing node is constructed, and the rules of routing node selection are determined. IAODValgorithm realizes the adaptive evaluation and classification of network nodes, so as to determine the optimaltransmission path from the source node to the destination node. The simulation results verify the feasibility,effectiveness and security of IAODV.

        Phylogenetic Diversity of Bacteria in an Earth-Cave in Guizhou Province, Southwest of China

        The objective of this study was to analyze the phylogenetic composition of bacterial community in the soil of an earth-cave (Niu Cave) using a culture-independent molecular approach. 16S rRNA genes were amplified directly from soil DNA with universally conserved and Bacteria-specific rRNA gene primers and cloned. The clone library was screened by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), and representative rRNA gene sequences were determined. A total of 115 bacterial sequence types were found in 190 analyzed clones. Phylogenetic sequence analyses revealed novel 16S rRNA gene sequence types and a high diversity of putative bacterial community. Members of these bacteria included Proteobacteria (42.6%), Acidobacteria (18.6%), Planctomycetes (9.0%), Chloroflexi (Green nonsulfur bacteria, 7.5%), Bacteroidetes (2.1%), Gemmatimonadetes (2.7%), Nitrospirae (8.0%), Actinobacteria (High G+C Gram-positive bacteria, 6.4%) and candidate divisions (including the OP3, GN08, and SBR1093, 3.2%). Thirty-five clones were affiliated with bacteria that were related to nitrogen, sulfur, iron or manganese cycles. The comparison of the present data with the data obtained previously from caves based on 16S rRNA gene analysis revealed similarities in the bacterial community components, especially in the high abundance of Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria. Furthermore, this study provided the novel evidence for presence of Gemmatimonadetes, Nitrosomonadales, Oceanospirillales, and Rubrobacterales in a karstic hypogean environment.

        Receiver-driven Cooperation-based Concurrent Multipath Transfer over Heterogeneous Wireless Networks

        The advantages of employing SCTP-based Concurrent Multipath Transfer (CMT) have been demonstrated to be very useful for data delivery over multi-homed wireless networks. However, there is still significant ongoing work addressing some remaining limitations and challenges. The most important concern when applying CMT to data delivery is related to handling packet reordering and buffer blocking. Another concern on this topic is that current sender-based CMT solutions seldom consider balancing the overhead and sharing the load between the sender and receiver. This paper proposes a novel Receiver-driven Cooperation-based Concurrent Multipath Transfer solution (CMT-Rev) with the following aims: (i) to balance overhead and share load between the sender and receiver, by moving some functions including congestion and flow control from the sender onto receiver; (ii) to mitigate the data reordering and buffer blocking problems, by using an adaptive receiver-cooperative path aggregation model, (iii) to adaptively transmit packets over multiple paths according to their receiver-inspired sending rate values, by employing a new receiver-aware data distribution scheduler. Simulation results show that CMT-Rev outperforms the existing CMT solutions in terms of data delivery performance.

        Phylogenetic Analysis on the Bacteria Producing Non-Volatile Fungistatic Substances

        This study characterized the soil bacteria producing non-volatile fungistatic substances. Among the 2,100 colonies of soil bacteria randomly isolated from seven agricultural soil samples, 518 isolates (24.67% of total) showed fungistatic activity toward nematophagous fungi Paecilomyces lilacinus and Trichoderma viride by producing non-volatile substances. A phylogenetic analysis based on amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) and 16S rDNA sequence placed the 518 bacteria in three groups of the domain Bacteria: Actinomycetales, Bacillales, and Gammaproteobacteria. Three genera, Arthrobacter, Bacillus, and Pseudomonas, were the most frequently encountered groups.

        Effect of ZnO on the microstructures and piezoelectric properties of K0.5Na0.5NbO3 ceramics

        Lead-free ZnO added K0.5Na0.5NbO3 piezoelectric ceramics have been prepared by a conventional solid state process. The XRD results show that all the K0.5Na0.5NbO3 ceramics with various ZnO contents are single phase with an orthorhombic perovskite structure. The bulk density obtained by the Archimedes method indicates that the addition of ZnO improves the density of K0.5Na0.5NbO3 ceramics under the same sintering conditions. Especially, at a level of 1 mol% ZnO, the sample sintered at 1100 oC for 1h exhibits the highest bulk density (ρ = 4.28 g/㎤) and shows optimal piezoelectric properties, d33 = 135 pC/N and kp = 0.40.
