      • 프리캐스트 아치구조물의 강성변화에 따른 지반-구조물 상호작용 특성에 관한 연구

        프리캐스트 콘크리트 복개아치구조물은 콘크리트 구조물의 프리캐스트 상점과 아치구조물의 구조역학적 장점을 효과적으로 결합한 구조물이다. 본구조물은 단면이 얇은 관계로 지반-구조물 상호작용 효과를 고려해야 한다. 그러나 상재하중의 증가시 상호작용 효과가 실질적으로 발생되지 않는 경우가 있다. 본연구에서는 상재하중에 의한 구조물의 강성변화시 수치해석 방법들의 적용기준에 대한 방법론을 제시하였다. The precast concrete arch using the open-cut method combinates two structure, that is the arch and the precast concrete. Because the precast concrete arch is slender, the soil-structure interaction has to be considered in the method of analysis. But when the loads .acting on the structure is overloaded, the soil-structure interaction analysis might be unuseful. In the study, three .numerical analyses are used and the information for determining the design load is obtained from these outputs.

      • 나선철근 이음을 위한 강관압착식 커플러에 관한 연구

        교각이나 기둥에서 횡방향 구속철근으로서의 나선철근 사용은 구조적 안전성, 내진효과, 경제성 등에서 효과가 있으나 곡률이 가능한 연결방법의 부재로 사용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 곡률이 가능한 연결방법인 강관압착식 커플러를 개발하여 나선철근에 적용하기 위한 실험을 실시하였다. 강관압착커플러에 대한 인장강도 시험 및 반복하중 시험을 실시한 결과, 나선천근 연결 공법 적용에 가능한 것으로 나타났다. The spiral provides the column with the ability to absorb considerable deformation prior to failure. Although this toughness is the principal gain that is achieved by the use of spirall reinforced columns, the its servicibility is limited by the fault of lap splices. The mechanical connection for the spiral bar placement is developmented in the study. The study contains for the experiment of the mechanical connection.

        돼지 하악 과두의 해면골에서 유한요소분석법으로 예측한 방향에 따른 탄성율과 3차원 골 미세지표 간의 상관관계

        Purpose : To investigate the relationship between 3D bone architectural parameters and direction-related elastic moduli of cancellous bone of mandibular condyle. Materials and Methods : Two micro-pigs (Micro-pig^(R), PWG Genetics Korea) were used. Each pig was about 12 months old and weighing around 44 kg. 31 cylindrical bone specimen were obtained from cancellous bone of condyles for 3D analysis and measured by micro-computed tomography. Six parameters were trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), bone specific surface (BS/BV), percent bone volume (BV/TV), structure model index (SMI), degree of anisotropy (DA) and 3-dimensional fractal dimension (3DFD). Elastic moduli of three orthogonal directions (superiorinferior (SI), medial-lateral (ML), andterior-posterior (AP) direction) were calculated through finite element analysis. Results : Elastic modulus of superior-inferior direction was higher than those of other directions. Elastic moduli of 3 orthogonal directions showed different correlation with 3D architectural parameters. Elastic moduli of SI and ML directions showed significant strong to moderate correlation with BV/TV, SMI and 3DFD. Conclusion : Elastic modulus of cancellous bone of pig mandibular condyle was highest in the SI direction and it was supposed that the change into plate-like structure of trabeculae was mainly affected by increase of trabeculae of SI and ML directions.

        Forty eight strains of yeast were cultured in potato dextorse(PD) broth at 30˚C for 24 hr and centrifuged with 12,000 rpm for 20 min. After concentrated the cultures, antihypertensive angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitory activities of its concentrates were investigated. Among them, the concentrates from Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y183-3 showed the highest ACE inhibitory activity of 71.8%. The ACE inhibitor from Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y183-3 was maximally produced when Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y183-3 cultured in PD broth at 30˚C for 36 hr.

        With the age of local autonomy, the tourism-event(festival) is actively utilized as the one of strategies to vitalize the region. So, the importance and effectiveness of the tourism-event has been revaluated, new tourism-event has been developed to maximize the effectiveness of local vitality, and the existent festival program has been reorganized for the better performance. The objective of this study were to examine the relationships of improving the image of local culture and vitalizing the local tourism business, and attracting tourist with the local development. The sample of the research was explored by local tourism-events such as "Yeongam WANG-IN Culture Festival", "Jindo Yeongdeung Festival", "Gangjin celadon Culture Festival", and "Gwangju Kimchi Festival" which were held in Gwangju·Jeonnam and were sponsored by the Korea National Tourism Organization. The results of this study may suggest useful management implications for tourism-event.

        This study was conducted to investigated the major characteristics of genetically modified rice of "Milyang 204" originated from Dongjinbyeo compared to a non-transgenic rice varieties Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. Basta resistant transgenic rice lines carrying bar gene produced by the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute were evaluated for their agronomic characters. The transgenic Japonica rice of "Milyang 204" showed inferior phenotypic traits compared to a non-transgenic rice variety Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. On the basis of UPOV (Union Internationale Pour la Protaection des Obtentions Vegetables) and NSMO(National Seed Management Office) the transgenic "Milyang 204" showed difference in some traits out of some agronomic traits, such as leaf color, angle of flag leaf, number of spikelets, culm length, white core and white belly compared to the nontransgenic varieties rice.

      • 운동수행시 혈청효소 변화 분석

        This study aim to compare the effects of acute physical exercise on the serum enzyme, Creatine phosphokinase(CPK), Lactate dehydrgenaes(LDH), glutamic axaloacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) in two groups of Body Mass Index. The subject was divided two groups of 8 normal(BMI〈23) and 8 obesity (BMI〉30). The exercise consisted of running on a mater driven-treadmill until the subject reached exhaust. Blood sample were drawn from the antecubital vein before, immediately after exercise, postexercise 30 minute and postexercise 60 minute. Serum enzyme activity increase immediately after exercise the end of the tradmill test in the both groups for CPK(24.5%), LDH(15.3%), GOT(39.0%), and GPT(20.6%), and gradually decrease postexercise 60 minute to approximately to base activity. The serum enzyme activity significantly different between normal and obesity groups in before exercise of CPK(40.8%), LDH(14.7%), GOT(27.&%), and GPT(72.4%)(p〈0.05), and the immediately after exercise activity nonsignificantly different for CPK(29.0%), LDH(2.9%), GOT(8.1%), but GPT is significantly different(p〈0.05). It is concluded from this study that serum enzyme activity rise after exercise and recover to the base activity after postexercise 30 and 60 minute. It is indicate that sarum enzyme release to blood from skeletal muscle, tissue and organ. Obesity group's serum enzyme activity more higher than normal group is important pathological examination especially GOT, GPT.

        레이저와 2차원 배열의 광전검출기를 이용한 구조물의 변위측정 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 구조물은 외부의 정적 및 동적 하중과 외부환경으로 인하여 피로균열과 부식이 발생하며, 이것은 구조물의 변형을 유발하여 결국 파단으로 이어지기 때문에 균열과 부식의 검출 및 평가와 함께 구조물의 변형에 의한 진동, 변위 기울기와 같은 거동을 감시하는 것도 매우 중요하다. 이에 레이저 센서 시스템을 이용하여 이러한 거동을 측정하여 이상 유무를 모니터링할 수 있는 구조물 안전감시 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 2차원으로 배열한 광전센서를 이용하여 구조물의 변형에 의해 유발된 광궤적의 변화를 감시하며 또한 데이터를 취득하고 신호처리 할 수 있는 운용 프로그램도 갖추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발한 안전 진단 시스템의 필드 적용에 앞서 실험실에서의 몇 가지 실험을 통하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다. A Safety Monitoring System using a laser and 2-D arrayed photo sensors is developed. To monitor of the deformation and small rotation of structure the developed optical system using 2-D photo sensor array was used to detect the variation of optical orbit of laser which was induced by deformation of the structure. Also, an operating program to manage the system and an algorithm for the data acquisition and the database are introduced. In this study, we demonstrated the capabilities of this system by laboratory experiments before applying the system to the field.

      • 수중운동이 골관절염 환자의 통증, 유연성, 관절각도, 수면에 미치는 영향

        In order to identify the effect of the aquatic exercise for a patients with osteoarthritis, the aquatic exercise included a activity of a self-help group and a self-effect enforcing program is performed for two times six weeks. After do that, the physiological index and conditions that a pain, flexibility, sleeping, a angle of knee joint is identified whether it is improved. Through this work, the study is conducted to provide the basic data related to a management of a patients with osteoarthritis and a activity of aquatic exercise program. The object of this study is old women patients with osteoarthritis who is diagnosed the osteoarthritis for six months ago that isn't have experience of a complication and a regular aquatic exercise that is submitted of request of aquatic exercise by a medical specialist. Also, they agree to the purpose of this study, and accept to participate this experiment. Number of them is totally 23 persons. The method of a data analysis is operated the t-test in order to identify a difference of a physiological index between post-aquatic exercise and pre-aquatic exercise. The result is following these. 1) After the aquatic exercise, patients, pan average makes is 3.8(±1.67) and is decreased than a pain average mark, 591(±1.73) before the aquatic exercise. Also, after the aquatic exercise, a number of a pain part is decreased significantly than before exercise(6.73→434). 2) After the aquatic exercise, flexibility of the shoulder joint is-3.83(±735), and is increased than -828(±857) before the exercise significantly. 3) After the aquatic exercise, the angle of the knee joint is 177.83°(±339), and is significantly increased than 171.83°(±466) before the aquatic exercise. The result is shown that the aquatic exercise can be increased movement of the joint, or can be decreased the obstruction of body obstruction of body functions. After the aquatic exercise, me average marks of the sleeping that in 1.76(±.44), and is increased than before the aquatic exercise significantly. In other words, a aquatic exercise influences the sleeping state and quality of patients. Consequently, a aquatic exercise which is conducted to patients with arthritis to a physiological index(pain, number of pain part, flexibility, a angle of knee, sleeping state). Namely, After a aquatic exercise, pain of patients is decreased, and flexibility, a angle of knee and sleeping quality is increased.
