      • 女子大學生의 皮膚두겹두께 및 休脂肪量에 關한 調査

        The Girl Collegians at number of 104 persons to be divided into Age 19-20 p, 20-49 p, 21-17 p, 22-18 p, who have been in Kyung Hee university are made these things an object study to Height, Weight and 15 parts of bodys' thickness and percent of fat and research of result are as following; 1. The height is showed with growing continuously from age 19 to age 22. 2. The Weight also is showed with increasing continuously from age 19 to Age 22 along with weight. 3. 15 parts of body in average for skinfold thickness are to age 19-17.8mm, 20-18.8mm, 21-19.8mm, 22-21.0mm and total average are 19.2 mm. 4. In case of boy collegians are reported that their lateral region of abdomen, gluteal fold and side are very thick, but in case of girl collegians, the parts of gluteal fold, rear thigh and front thigh are showed with much thickness and these parts of body are storing up with fat. 5. The skinfold thickness of girl collegians more about 10mm thicker than skinfold thickness of by collegians in average. 6. Total percent of fat for girl collegians in Age are showed with as following; age 19-23.9%, 20-24.4% 21-24.9% 22-25.3%, and its average total is 24.5%. 7. Total percent of fat for girl collegians are much more 3.0% than the heavy gymnastics champion who are in college. 8. Total percent of fact for girl collegians are showed with much more 6.2% than boy collegians.

      • 陸上競技中 높이 뛰기의 指導方法에 關한 硏究 : 正面跳와 腹面跳를 中心으로

        높이뛰기의 지도방법에 대한 연구로서 A.B. Belly Roll Over를 27일간 연습시켜 단계별로 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 3차에 걸친 측정결과 Belly Roll Over가 정면뛰기에서 보다 5.2㎝의 성적이 높았다. 2. 시기별 기록의 차이는 1차 시기에 3.2㎝ 2차 시기에 5.5㎝ 3차시기에 7.4㎝로 form이 바르게 잡혀지면서부터 더욱 기록의 진도가 높게 나타나고 있다. 3. 부상자 수가 27일 동안 정면뛰기에서 6명 Belly Roll Over 에서 20명으로 나타났다. 흥미정도 조사에서 보면 정면뛰기가 A집단 44명 B집단 41명으로 전체 85명이 나타났다. 정면뛰기에서 보다 Belly Roll Over 에서 50명이 더 흥미를 갖고 있었다. 이상과 같은 결론에서 지금까지 어려웁게 생각하고 또 Belly Roll Over 가 얼마나 유리한 것인가 의아심을 가지고 실행하기를 주저했던 학교체육 지도자나 경기지도자나 경기자는 Belly Roll Over 가 똑같은 시설 및 신체적 조건에서 더 유리하다는 것을 알고 또 학생들이 기술적 지도도 더 흥미를 가지고 있다는 것을 알았으므로 하루속히 구태의연한 지도 방법을 버리고 이제부터는 부진을 대담하게 시정하고 과학적이면서도 새로운 지식에 근거한 단계적 지도방법으로 각급 학교를 비롯하여 일반 육상경기인에 이르기까지 올바른 단계적인 지도를 통하여 체육진흥책을 모색하는 현실에 부응한 육상 재건에 기여애햐 할 것을 제언한다.

        This is my research on spending leisure hous health life watching a sports game the present condition of doing an exercise for 740 members of male students and 584 female students of the liberal arts college of Kyung Hee University. 1. Spending leisure a) As to how they psend holidays, Nap reading listening to music watching T.V. badook, in order for male students listening to music watching T.V. reading taking nap song, in order for female students. b) 67.6% of male and 76.5% of female students made a pleasure·trip for vacation and male and female students alike choose. beach mountains river in order c) Only 4.3% of male and 3% of female students have been to ski links and 11.4% of male and 34.3% of female students are planning to go. d) 2% of male and 6.8% of female students went overseas. e) The country where they wish to go is U.S.A. Swiss Europe France West Germany in order for male students and for female students U.S.A. France Swiss Europe West Germany in order. f) After they take early classes, male students go to library home billiards saloon circle room in order and female students prefer home library ceffee house circle room recreation room in order 2. About being spectator a) 51.9% of male and 67.6% of female students go to stadium for a moment of thrill. b) 68.6% of male and 77.2% of female students go to stadium with their friends. 3. Health life a) 67.3% of male and 20.6% of female students smoke and 22.3% of male and 33.3% of female students smoke 10 cigarettes a day. b) 89% of male and 59.5% of female students drink. c) 34.4% of male and 22.2% of female students drink once a week and 71.8% of male and 65.8% of female students drink draft been. 4. Exercise life 10.8% of male and 1.4% of female students get an exercise everyday and most of male and female students don't get an exercise everyday.

      • 복싱 선수의 체격 및 경기내용에 관한 연구 : 한국대표선수와 경남대표 선수를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to measure the physical statue, [physical Fitness, intelligence quotient, personality traits and boxing skills from 31 amateur boxing athletes (17 players of Korean National team and 14 players of Kyung Nam team) The results of this study pointed out the following (1) The National boxing athletes showed higher scores of the body-weight ratio and Rohrer’s index than the Kyung Nam Boxing athletes. (2) The National boxing athletes showed better relative scores of agility test, speed test than the Kyung Nam boxing atletes. The Kyung Nam boxing athletes showed better relative scores of strength, power, flexibility, endurance test than the National boxing athletes. (3) The boxing athletes who higher weight showed better relative scores of strength and power test than the boxing athletes who lower weight. The bosing athletes who lower weight showed better relative scores of agility test than the bosing athletes who higher weight. (4) The result of intelligence quotient test from the boxing athletes scores on the average 91.5-96.2 (5) Average ntmber of punchy for each player from one game showed average 112 times the boxing athletes who lower weight showed higher scores of number of punchy per one game than the boxing athletes who higher weight.

        The characteristics of physical education in Athene and Sparta, which are quite different each other, can be summerized as followings. 1. The significance in regard to Greek Gymnastics history. A. Gymnastike played very important role in making human character through education and this policy is firmly carried out. B. They developed Gymnastike by means of creating "Physical Training from inner" and in consequence, made people realize themselves what they should be. 2. The characteristics of gymnastics in Athens and Sparta. A. They have comnon point in nationalistic view point on human being, but different point of view on the method of implementing the idea of human beings. Spartans demanded individuals the absolute obey to the national order, but Athenians try to achieve national prosperity through maximizing the individual's abilty and freedom. B. Two polis' physical education can be distinguished each other, one as democratic gymnastics (Athene) the other as to talitarioan national defense gymnastics (Sparta). C. Spartans' education brought up "man of action", with physical power like animals, courage, combat capability, endurance - for the militaristic purpose on the country, Athenians aimed at bringing up "man of wisdom" who have blanced physical conditions of individuals, harmonized with beauty. D. Spartan's gymnastic education has a defect in encouraging only physical courage.

      • 女子大學生의 健康生活習慣에 關한 調査硏究 : 1學年 學生을 對象으로

        This thesis was completed to research the problems of living habits, the element of health hindrance, virginity and sex education for selfrecognition and health management about good health of woman students. 420 woman students, freshman, attached to K University gave the answers from June 20th to 30th,1982 and then we have got following results based on such answers. 1. Woman students confirmly know their heights and weights. Each of their heights and weights is about 155-164cm, 45-54 kg. 2. Recently, 55.2% among 420 woman students have had changes in their weights, on the other hand,44.3% has not found any changes. 3. 25.2% of them thought themselves fatty, 62.4 %, normal,and 11.4 %, bad. 4. We have got three kinds of answer which 16.2%, 77.1%, 6.7% of them gave each analysis about the level of health, good, normal, bad. 5. We have known that 5-9 cigarettes, which were Sun, Chungja, or western ones, were consumed daily for 2.9% among 420 woman students. 6. 44.8% of them are enjoying liquor especially including beer once per month. 7. 4.3% woman students among them have been experienced in sexual intercourse. In addition to this figure, one third made love during the time of senior high school and two third, after entering the university. 8. It appeared that 14.8% of them were aware of the method of contraception and 81.9% were ignorant of it. This points out that the Problems were resulted from the ignorance of sex education at the senior high school and their homes. 9. Most of woman students spend their life concerning about good health. But 5.7% among them do not exercise inspite of the importance for health.

      • 敎養體育 實態 파악에 關한 調査硏究 : 경희대학교 一學年 男女學生中心으로

        This is the results of my research on educational physical education of recreation and health of 759 members of male freshmen and 500 female freshmen of Kyung Hee University in 1981. 1. liberal physical education Forty-five percent of male students and 86% of female students are not satisfied with the present physical education. Seventy-five percent of male students and 65% of female students want program of physical movement. The students who want to take ball game are 83% of all male students and 62% of female students prefer gymnastics and calisthenics. The most favorite exercises of male students are tennis, soccer, baseball and swimming and female students like tennis, swimming and pingpong best. Concerning the theory of physical science, male students want to know recreation, health education, current events of sports in order and female students' preference is recreation, health education and sports rule in order. 71% of the male students and 82% of female students don't know about physical education of equal numbers of student want theory of physical education once a month. 96% of the male students and 99% of the female students said that the present facilities of liberal physical education are insufficient. Equal ratio of male and female students want swimming pool, locker room, gym and muscle training room and tennis court in order. 2. education of recreation 93% of male students and 96% of female students think that education of recreation is required. They like gogo dancing, disco, amusement game, camp song and picnic in order. 97% of male students and 58% of female students know how to dance gogo and disco and 85% of male and 90% of female students wish to learn gogo and disco. 3. health 22% of male and 24% of female students get an exercise everyday and 38% of male and 24% of female students think that they are fit physically and mentally. 19% of male and 21% of female students think they are content in their health and 47% of male 29% of female students are not satisfied with their health. 34% of male and 50% of female students think that their health is so-so and we should make them assure of their health. 49% of male and 44% of female students think that their personality is sociable and 37% of male and 50% of female students regard their character as ordinary one.

      • 장애인 통합체육에 관한 생활체육지도자의 태도 연구

        Necessity of integration education is emphasized by link of disabled persons' right elevation. In the present study, physical director's attitude about integration education was investigated via questionnaire. Seoul and Kyung-gi do area's 424 physical directors participated in this study. Got following conclusion as result that analyze in physical director's individuation and effect of attitude, value, preparation, synthetic aspect. Physical director's attitude about integration education is affirmative comparatively. Distinction of sex, special physical education class taking a course, service experience, disabled student education experience, education satisfaction did not influence in physical director's behavior. This is displaying that much difficulties are in realistic aspect supporting integration education enforcement basically. Teachers who much disabled student education experiences and/or more than graduate school feel bigger burden. These results may become help to find direction to increase professionalism about disabled person integration education forward.

      • 초등학생의 과외체육활동이 학교 체육수업 선호도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the present state of elementary school students in extracurricular physical programs and its effect on their preference in school P.E and to provide research materials which can be used to increase teaching efficiency. For this purpose, a questionnaire was completed by 410 fifth and sixth grades in 4 different school districts(Kang-nam, Kang-buk, Kang-dong and Kang-seo)in Seoul. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of the study and adjusted for the purpose of this study. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS. The general characteristics of the subjects of the survey were presented through frequency analysis. The correlations between the subjects' preference in the sub-fields of P.E. and the participation in the extracurricular physical program and gender were analyzed by x² verification. In addition, the t-test was executed to see the differences of preference in the sub-fields of P.E. The results were as follows. 1) The students who were not involved in extracurricular physical activity (Non-EC Group) outnumbered the student who participated in it(EC Group), In addition more boys than girls were in the extracurricular physical programs. 2) In the EC Group, boys did Taekwondo most. And it was followed by swimming soccer, basketball and Kendo. Girls also chose Taekwondo most. It preceded swimming dance, sports dance and Kindo. Unlike boys, girls rather positively participated in expressive activities like dance and sports dance. 3) With respect to the correlations between subjects' attitudes towards P.E and the participation in the extracurricular physical programs and sex, EC Group and boys showed more preference, interest and positiveness than Non-EC Group and girls(p<.001). 4) With respect to the correlations between subjects' preferences in the sub-fields of P.E. and the participation in the extracurricular physical programs and gender, first, EC Group showed more preference for gymnastics than Non EC Group(p<.05). In addition, in the sub-fields of gymnastics, boys and girls liked mat activities (37.8%) and vaulting horse activities(22.7%) most respectively(p<.01). Secondly, in the tract, there was no significant differences in the preferences between groups. Both boys and girls chose "relay" as their favorite activity. Thirdly, in the sub-field of game, soccer-related game was followed by skating and skiing. Whereas the soccer-related game was favored by both EC Group and Non-EC Group, the participation variable was significant in skiing and Taekwondo. The former was favored by EC Group. Moreover, gender affected the preference in the events of game activity. While 57.5% of the boys favored for the soccer-related game, 27.3% of the girls said "skating" was their favorite event. Preference in physical strength events differed according to participation variable as well as gender variable. Fourthly, the sub-field of expressive activity was least favoured by every group. Fifthly, in the sub-field of physical strength, "Exciting physical activity" was most popular. It showed that the participation in the extracurricular physical program and gender were analyzed as following. 5) The correlations between the elementary school student' preferences in the sub-fields of P.E and the ① Compared to The Non-EC Group, the EC Group showed significant preference in the sub-field of gymnastics, game, tract, physical strength activity. Therefore, it is proved that extracurricular physical programs can increase students' interest in these four sub-fields. ② Based on the gender variable, it was found that both boys and girls were most interested in the game activity. In case of boys, it was followed by track activity, physical strength activity, and gymnastics. In case of girls, it was followed by track activity, physical strength activity. In conclusion elementary school students' participation in extracurricular physical program affected their attitudes towards P.E. Therefore, it is essential to proceed the further research on continuity between elementary school P.E. and community sports as well as need analysis on elementary school students' P.E.
