        High-j Proton h11/2 and g7/2 Intruder Bands in 113In

        Excited states of 113In have been populated through the heavy-ion fusion evaporation reaction 110Pd(7Li, 4n)113In. A new band with the configuration of a proton d5/2 orbital is identified. Two ΔI = 2 intruder bands, built on the πh11/2 and the πg7/2 orbitals, have been extended to spins (63/2-)ħ and (55/2+)ħ, respectively. The negative-parity πh11/2 intruder band shows a smooth increase in aligned spin, which is attributed to a strong proton-neutron interaction. The properties of the positive-parity πg7/2 band are discussed based on tilted axis cranking model calculations, and the features of the antimagnetic rotation for this band are shown after backbend. Furthermore, the contributions of the two-shears-like mechanism, the neutron (gd)ν shell and the core rotation are investigated for the positive-parity πg7/2 band.

        On Bangu’s Comment “Many Old‐text Book of Shang Is in the Record of History”

        《漢書·儒林傳》稱:“遷書載《堯典》、《禹貢》、《洪範》、《微子》、《金縢》諸篇多古文說”。“班固所謂”“多古文說”者,言《史記》載《尙書》本伏生以來今文說,自不待言;因孔安國起其家逸書,史遷從而問故,於是《堯典》以下五篇兼采古文說。采摭數條卽可稱“多古文說”,而篇次大義、文句釋義同伏生說則不言而喩,班書擧其難明,省其易曉。段玉裁、臧庸、陳壽祺、陳喬樅、皮錫瑞皆明其意。惜孫星衍《尙書今古文注疏》出江聲、王鳴盛、段玉裁三家之後,得享盛譽,學者多從其說而不辨其失;今人承孫氏之誤,引《漢書》此句,以爲《史記》述《尙書》用孔壁古文《尙書》及孔安國說。兹歷擧《堯典》等五篇今古文《書》說之異,及馬遷“古文說”,則《史記》述《尙書》係古文說、或與今文說小異者,《堯典》一、《禹貢》二、《鴻範》三、《微子》一、《金縢》一,班書所謂”多古文說”,不過如此。 Biographies of scholars in The history of the Han Dynasty (《漢書·儒林傳》) said, Records of the Historian (Shi Ji, 《史記》) had cited five sections in The Book of Historical Documents (Shang Shu《尚書》) : Yao Dian(《堯典》), Yu Gong (《禹貢》), Hong Fan (《洪範》), Wei Zi (《微子》) and Jin Teng (《金縢》 ), which had a lot of content from “Old Text” Shang Shu. It means that the foundation of the Shi Ji citing Shang Shu is the “New Text” Shang Shu, which was inherited from FuSheng (伏生). This was a commonsense in scholars of Han Dynasty. After the discovery of “Old Text” Shang Shu from Confucius’s old house, KongAnGuo (孔安國) researched these unearthed literature, and then SiMaQian (司馬遷) had an experience of learning with KongAnGuo. So the Shi Ji citing Shang Shu had also used the literatures of “Old Text” Shang Shu. Although in fact it only used a few points of “Old Text” Shang Shu, and the orders and main ideas of it’s chapters and paragraphs and the textual's explanations were consistent with “New Text” Shang Shu, but for scholars in that time, they could also think that Shi Ji “had a lot of content from ‘Old Text’ Shang Shu”. BanGu (班固) omitted the commonsense, and recorded the fact which had been noticed by relatively few people. Qing scholars, such as DuanYuCai (段玉裁), ZangYong (臧庸), ChenShouQi (陳壽祺), ChenQiaoCong (陳喬樅), PiXiRu (皮錫瑞), understood the fact, but SunXingYan (孙星衍) misunderstood the point. SunXingYan published his book the Research on “New Text” Shang Shu and “Old Text” Shang Shu (《尚書今古文注疏》) after DuYuCai, and his book gain a great reputation in academia. After that, Scholars often refers to SunXingYan’s point without in-depth analysis. Based on SunXingYan’s point, they subjectively think that the Shi Ji citing Shang Shu used the “Old Text” Shang Shu and the KongAnGuo’s points of view. This paper analyzes the difference between “New Text” Shang Shu and “Old Text” Shang Shu in five sections(Yao Dian, Yu Gong, Hong Fan, Wei Zi and Jin Teng), and enumerate all cases that Shi Ji had really cited the “Old Text” Shang Shu: there were only one point in Yao Dian ; two point in Yu Gong; three point in Hong Fan; one point in Wei Zi ; and one point in Jin Teng, that’s the true meaning of what BanGu said Shi Ji citing Shang Shu “had a lot of content from ‘Old Text’ Shang Shu”.       • WiFi Sensor Network Management Based On Runtime Model

        The WiFi sensor network is a new technology for The Internet of Things, it main resolve the problem of informationize, it can collect thousands of sensor information by the sensors, and transform the information by WiFi sensor network. As for the function of WiFi sensor network, it must face to huge amounts of redundant data, in order to deal with the huge data, we have to code a lot of mapping code, it was a lot of time and space.In this article, we introduce a new method for WiFi sensor network management based on runtime model instead of coding. Our method have three steps: first, construct runtime model on WiFi sensor device; second, merge the distributed runtime model; last, convert the Composite Patterns Model to Application Scenario Model. The runtime composite model will help the WiFi sensor network to deal with huge amounts of redundant data. At the end of article, we apply our method on an application of enterprise management system, the results show that our method have high feasibility and effectively.

        Ginsenoside Rh2 reduces depression in offspring of mice with maternal toxoplasma infection during pregnancy by inhibiting microglial activation via the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-kB signaling pathway

        Background: Maternal Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) infection during pregnancy has been associated with various mental illnesses in the offspring. Ginsenoside Rh2 (GRh2) is a major bioactive compound obtained from ginseng that has an anti-T. gondii effect and attenuates microglial activation through toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB) signaling pathway. GRh2 also alleviated tumor-associated or lipopolysaccharide-induced depression. However, the effects and potential mechanisms of GRh2 on depression-like behavior in mouse offspring caused by maternal T. gondii infection during pregnancy have not been investigated. Methods: We examined GRh2 effects on the depression-like behavior in mouse offspring, caused by maternal T. gondii infection during pregnancy, by measuring depression-like behaviors and assaying parameters at the neuronal and molecular level. Results: We showed that GRh2 significantly improved behavioral measures: sucrose consumption, forced swim time and tail suspended immobility time of their offspring. These corresponded with increased tissue concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine and dopamine, and attenuated indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase or enhanced tyrosine hydroxylase expression in the prefrontal cortex. GRh2 ameliorated neuronal damage in the prefrontal cortex. Molecular docking results revealed that GRh2 binds strongly to both TLR4 and high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that GRh2 ameliorated the depression-like behavior in mouse offspring of maternal T. gondii infection during pregnancy by attenuating the excessive activation of microglia and neuroinflammation through the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-kB signaling pathway. It suggests that GRh2 could be considered a potential therapy in preventing and treating psychiatric disorders in the offspring mice of mothers with prenatal exposure to T. gondii infection.

        Identification and expression analysis of grape LRK10L-2 genes during grape fruit development

        LRK10L-2 is known to be related to the plant disease response, little information is available about the relationship of LRK10L-2 and fruit ripening. The protein physicochemical properties, conserved domains, gene structures, subcellular locali- zation, expression patterns during grape fruit development and promoter activity of the members of grape LRK10L-2 gene family were explored in this study. A total of 109 LRK10L-2 family gene members were identified, and mainly distributed on chromosome 16. Almost all of them were located in the plasma membrane. Most of the LRK10L-2 genes contain four or five motifs, ranging from 0 to 5 introns and have the cis-acting elements related to hormones in their promoter regions. There were 20 pairs of tandem duplicates and 293 pairs of segmental duplication in LRK10L-2 family genes. It was proved that the expression of LRK10L-2 gene varied at the different fruit development stages of 'Kyoho' and its early-ripening bud mutant, ‘Fengzao’. The subcellular localization of VIT_16s0098g00160 and VIT_16s0098g00400 were in the plasma membrane, and had a significant enrichment of the GUS signal in N.benthamiana leaves for the promoter. The results lay a solid basis for the further functional researches of the LRK10L-2 genes for grape fruit ripening.

        Protective Role of Fucoidan in Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury through Inhibition of MAPK Signaling Pathway

        Fucoidan has been reported to exhibit various beneficial activities ranging from to antivirus and anticancer properties. However, little information is available about the effects of fucoidan on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI). Our study aimed to explore the effects of fucoidan on cerebral IRI, as well as the underlying mechanisms. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly subjected to four groups: Sham, IRI+saline (IRI+S), IRI+80 mg/kg fucoidan (IRI+F80), and IRI+160 mg/kg fucoidan (IRI+F160). Fucoidan (80 mg/kg or 160 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected from 7 days before the rats were induced to cerebral IRI model with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) method. At 24 h after reperfusion, neurological deficits and the total infarct volume were determined. The levels of inflammation-associated cytokines (interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, myeloperoxidase (MPO), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α), oxidative stress-related proteins (malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)) in the ischemic brain were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Besides, the levels of apoptosis-related proteins (p-53, Bax, and B-cell lymphoma (Bcl)-2) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway (phosphorylation-extracellular signalregulated kinase (p-ERK), p-c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), and p-p38) were measured. Results showed that administration of fucoidan significantly reduced the neurological deficits and infarct volume compared to the IRI+S group in a dose-dependent manner. Also, fucoidan statistically decreased the levels of inflammation-associated cytokines, and oxidative stress-related proteins, inhibited apoptosis, and suppressed the MAPK pathway. So, Fucoidan plays a protective role in cerebral IRI might be by inhibition of MAPK pathway.
