      • 도시간선가로의 공사중 교통류 특성분석과 적용성에 관한 연구

        Since almost roadway improvements are for the public convenient, negative effects by them are ignored. But now due to the increase of traffics demand and limitation of road supply, the positive management scheme and treatment plan on the constructions must be considered. The links operating interrupted flow are intend to yield the traffic between the out flow and inflow part effect zone of street section, we build the delay model using the time gap between under construction and not. And in the case of besides the traffic effect zone, that is street section's occupying construction. This work purpose on only setting up the capacity, delay models, and traffic effect zones as the basic study to find methods for minimizing the traffic delay work zones, and thus it is true that it is incorrPlete of the political, administrative reviews. In future there must be advanced the incomplete in this study, and groping for the various alternatives to minimize the traffic delay by the road occupying construction, with developing the various sets of detailed analyzing models, that is analysis on the street strength, crossroads geometrical forms of crossroads, public traffics, pedestrians, occupying types.

      • GPS를 이용한 2차로 고속도로에서의 추월시거 산정방법에 관한 연구

        This study applied GPS(global positioning system) into the field of traffic and transportation, measured overtaking mechanism at two lane highway. After the analysis of the collected data from the measurement, it was constructed passing sight model which is based on AASHTO(american association of state highway and transportation officials) model and; as the result, passing sight distance was computed. To accomplish this goal, speed and position information for leading and following vehicles were recorded under actual highway conditions. Each vehicle's distance, speed, and acceleration characteristics were calcuated using the passing algorithm equations proposes. The computed value of acceleration was 1.37m/sec2. This value was twice as large as the value calculated earlier(0.6m/sec2). This study proposed 326m as passing sight distance at maximum speed(80km/hr) in 88 Olympic highway.

      • 狀態空間 模型을 利用한 道路交通量 推定에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to forecasting traffic volume of an express way and a national road through a model of state space as a time series model of multiple variables : they have a function of link with Taegu-Metropolitan as a commercial city and other cities. As a result of such study, I could construct a forecasting model about road traffic volume of the future. There is an efficient construction as a time series one in the model. I examined the significance of data for this study : the result was that the data served for a forecasting model about road traffic of the future by state space model. I also constructed a forecasting model about road traffic volume of the future by ARIMA model of single variable in order to analyze comparatively with others, and I compared the model with a model of state space. As a result of such study, I think that a forecasting model of traffic volume by state space model is able to consider social and economic alteration : the model as a forecasting model for traffic volume of the future is able to apply to a complex society.

      • 고령의 불안정성 대퇴 전자간 골절시 대퇴거 대치형 주대를 이용한 양극성 고관절 반치환술

        목 적 : 고령의 대퇴골 전자간 불안정성 분쇄골절시 대퇴거 대치형 주대를 사용하여 인공관절 치환술을 시행한 후 수술 시간, 보행 시기, 및 그 기능적 결과와 합병증을 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1991년 8월부터 2001년 1월까지 본원에서 대퇴 전자간 불안정성 분쇄골절로 수술받은 75세 이상 환자중 대퇴거 대치형 주대를 이용한 양극성 고관절 반치환술을 시행받은 후 2년 이상 추시가 가능하였던 환자 20례를 대상으로 하였다. 결 과 : 수술 시간은 평균 45분이었고, 임상적 결과 분석에서 Harris Hip Score는 평균 84.7점이었다. 사각보행의 시기는 평균 8일이었으며, 전체중 부하는 평균 6.9주였다. 합병증으로 수술부위 감염 2례, 고도의 대퇴부 동통 1례 및 탈구 1례가 발생하였다. 결 론 : 고령의 환자에서 발생한 대퇴 전자간 불안정성 분쇄 골절의 치료에 있어서 대퇴거 대치형 주대를 이용한 양극성 고관절 반치환술은 비교적 조기 체중부하와 기능적 회복이 가능하고 낮은 합병증으로 좋은 치료법의 하나로 사료된다. Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to analyze the operating time, timing of ambulation, functional results and complications using the calcar replacement stem for the severely comminuted unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the eldertly patients. Materials and Methods : From August 1991 through January 2001, 20 elderly patients over the 75 year old patients had undergone bipolar hemiarthroplasty with calcar replacement stem for the treatment of unstable intertrichanteric fractures. Results : The mean operating time was 45 minutes and mean Harris Hip Score was 84.7. Ambulation with walker was started at post-operative 8 days and full weight bearing was 6.9 weeks, each. Complications were 2 cases of wound infection, 1 case of severe thigh pain and 1 case of dislocation. Conclusion : Early ambulation, functional restoration and decrease of the complications with bipolar hemiarthroplasty using calcar replacement stem for severely comminuted unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients, therefore this methods seems to be one of the effective treatments.

      • 상호상관 함수를 이용한 지중선로 고장점 추정

        This paper is intended as an investigation of fault location for underground line. Over the past few decades a considerable number of studies have been made on protection of underground line. However, these approaches require the interruption of electric power supply from source for fault location estimation. Therefore, we proposed fault location algorithm for underground line protection without interruption of electric power supply. Cross correlation function is used in this algorithm. Also, EMTP data is used to demonstrate the capability of the proposed fault location algorithm.

        새로운 물질이 개발되어 신약으로 탄생하기까지 많은 시간과 노력, 예산이 필요하다. 최근, 우리 나라에서도, 신약캐발이 어릴고 힘든 분야이지만 새로운 신약개발을 총해 얻어지는 분가가치가 막대함을 인식, 연구에 박차를 가하 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는, 의약품 개발 선진국인 미국 FDA에서 발행하는 참고자료 중 항균제 임상편가에 대한 가이드라인 및 주요 임상적응증별 항균제 기발(지역사획회득성 폐렴, 원내감염성 계렴, 급성기관지염의 2차세균감염, 만성기지염의 급성세균성 악화, 연쇄구균에 의한 인두영 및 편도염 , 단순성 요로감염증, 복합성 요로감염증 및 신우신영, 급성 세균성 부비동옆, 항 바이러스제 개발시 전임상단계에서 고려사항, 항 바이러스제 허가와 된련 잉상적 고려사항, 카레타 괸련 혈류감염)에 있어서의 파이드라인 등의 자료를 소개함으로져, 향후 제약사의 항균제 신약개발 및 허가 신청된 의악품의 전임상차료 및 잉상시험자료의 검토 평가업무에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Changing or unclear interpretations of clinical trial data needed to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of antimicrobial drug products have a times led to confusion and frustration on the part of both applicants and division of these drug products reviewers. The FDA published guidance on desing clinical protocols, implementing, and analyzing data from clinical trials for antimicrobial drug products has been presented and additional companion guidances introduced specific issues to individual infections. This document provides applicants and reviewers with minimal information appropriate for the clinical development of routine antimicrobial drug products and identifies issues common to many antimicrobial drug applications. The agency can use the kind of information to determine whether the antimicrobial drug product under study is safe and effective in the treatment of the specific infection studied.

      • 잔류농약 분석을 위한 새로운 질량분석기의 스마트한 솔루션 소개

        안전한 먹거리를 위한 잔류농약분석은 식품산업에서 중요한 과제 중 하나입니다. 최근 식품의약품안전처 및 농산물품질관리원에서는 잔류농약분석방법에 대해 시험방법을 개정하였습니다. 또한, PLS 대응을 위해 동시다성분의 농약 성분들은 계속 증가할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 한국애질런트에서는 전처리(QuEChERS)부터 Gas Phase, Liquid Phase Chromatography & Mass System을 이용한 잔류농약 분석에 대한 실무검사자의 이해를 돕고 정확한 검사 결과를 도출하기 위해 solution을 지속적으로 개발하고 있습니다. 잔류농약 분석 과정 중 위양성(False positive)문제는 계속적으로 문제가 되고 있습니다. 이를 해결하기 위해 애질런트의 tMRM 기능을 활용하여 재분석(Re-injection) 없이 한 번의 분석결과로 이 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 또한, 동시다성분 잔류농약 분석 시 극성 농약성분의 Peak shape등 불안정으로 인하여 불확실성의 결과를 도출하게 됩니다. 이를 개선하기 위해 Auto-dilution 기능을 활용하여 Data quality를 개선시킬 수 있습니다.

        Original Article : Gastroprotective Effect of Cochinchina momordica Seed Extract in Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug-Induced Acute Gastric Damage in a Rat Model

        Background/Aims: The major compounds of Cochinchina momordica seed extract (SK-MS10) include momordica saponins. We report that the gastroprotective effect of SK-MS10 in an ethanol-induced gastric damage rat model is mediated by suppressing proinflammatory cytokines and downregulating cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2), 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), and the activation of calcitonin gene-related peptide. In this study, we evaluated the gastroprotective effects of SK-MS10 in the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-induced gastric damage rat model. Methods: The pretreatment effect of SK-MS10 was evaluated in the NSAID-induced gastric damage rat model using aspirin, indomethacin, and diclofenac in 7-week-old rats. Gastric damage was evaluated based on the gross ulcer index by gastroenterologists, and the damage area (%) was measured using the MetaMorph 7.0 video image analysis system. Myeloperoxidase (MPO) was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and Western blotting was used to analyze the levels of cyclooxygenase (COX)-1, COX-2, cPLA2, and 5-LOX. Results: All NSAIDs induced gastric damage based on the gross ulcer index and damage area (p<0.05). Gastric damage was significantly attenuated by SK-MS10 pretreatment compared with NSAID treatment alone (p<0.05). The SK-MS10 pretreatment group exhibited lower MPO levels than the diclofenac group. The expression of cPLA2 and 5-LOX was decreased by SK-MS10 pretreatment in each of the three NSAID treatment groups. Conclusions: SK-MS10 exhibited a gastroprotective effect against NSAID-induced acute gastric damage in rats. However, its protective mechanism may be different across the three types of NSAID-induced gastric damage models in rats. (Gut Liver 2014,8:49-57)

        하천공간 복원 기능의 중요요인 및 우선순위 분석 연구

        본 연구는 하천 및 홍수터 등 공간 복원 시 발생할 것으로 기대되는 하천의 기능과 각 기능의 하위요인을 도출하고, 해당 기능과 하위요인간의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 하천 유형별로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 접근방법으로 Delphi 기법과 계층적 의사결정방법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석을 위한 자료 수집을 위해 하천 전문가를 대상으로 2회의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 하천 유형별 중요기능과 요인이 다른 것으로 나타났으며, 농지 및 산지하천의 경우 생태기능이, 도심하천의 경우 수질정화 및 친수기능이 상대적으로 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 연구의 결과는 하천복원 사업을 진행함에 있어 효율적인 정책대안과 합리적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 유용한 근거자료가 되고, 하천공간 기능에 대한 후속연구의 참고자료로서 활용 가능하다. The objective of this study is to analyze priority and important factors of river functions expected to generate in terms of spatial, mainly in the river and floodplain, restoration. In order to meet the goal, this study examined factors represented in previous reference literatures. This study used Delphi technique and AHP. The expert survey was conducted twice to collect data for the analysis. The results show that important functions and factors are different with each land-use type around river. The ecological function of river is more important in rural areas. Otherwise, the water purification and waterfront function is more important in river across urban areas. The results could be a useful basis for policy alternative and direction in the river restoration and utilize reference of a follow-up study about the river spatial restoration.
