        국제기구의 건강과 웰빙 패러다임 최근 변화의 학교건강 함의 : WHO, OECD, UNESCO를 중심으로

        -Purpose:This study seeks to investigate implications for school health of the recent international organizations’ well-being transition in health and education. -Methods:This study was conducted by reviewing literature related to health and well-being from international organizations published between 2018 and 2023. ‘WHO, OECD, UNESCO’ and ‘education, health, well-being’ were used as major search terms. -Results:A new social contract paradigm of international organizations requires education and health to play a transformative role in realizing individual and collective well-being. Transformative health and well-being education should play a role in solving numerous challenges such as inequality, mental problems, and community breakdown, and in leading changes in the whole school. -Conclusion:The implications are as the followings: 1) it is necessary to form a deep understanding and consensus on the great transition to the well-being paradigm as a new social contract; 2) the essence of education and health as the common good must be reflected in school health and a school health governance system based on cooperation and solidarity must be established; 3) along with establishing the concept and terminology of well-being appropriate for our situation, it is necessary to expand the scope of ‘school health’ to ‘school health and well-being’ and redesign the goals, main contents, and implementation strategies through the lens of well-being: 4) in order to practice regenerative and transformative roles of school health and well-being, active advocacy and participation from all members of the school community, including policy, research, and stakeholders are required.

        건강증진학교가 학교풍토에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aims to explore whether health promoting schools (HPS) affect school climate. The study is the first research that investigates the effects of Korean HPS on school climate. Methods: The study examined 2,791 students who participated in a study on HPS effectiveness conducted by MOE (The Ministry of Education) in 2014. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and ttest using SPSS/WINdow 22.0. Results: There was a significant difference between the HPS and the comparison schools in terms of three school climate criteria ' School atmosphere', 'Teacherstudent relationship', and 'Peer relationship'. Conclusion: The study's result that Korean HPS has positive effects on school climate indicates a need to expand HPS in Korea's education sector.

        2000년 이후 일본 학교안전정책의 변화에 대한 고찰

        School safety in Japan in the 21st century has been directly influenced by changes in school education policy. The purpose of Japanese school education is to nurture self-reliance, cooperation, and creative humanity by promoting ‘zest for life’. Reflecting this, the purpose of school safety is to strengthen survival capabilities that students can overcome in any disaster situation. The main features of Japanese school safety are as follows: 1) to emphasize ability to survive; 2) to focus on school safety role in home and community; 3) to balance between school safety and school education; 4) to emphasize school safety education through experiential and active learning; 5) to pursue safer school facilities; 6) to focus on continuous improvement through PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act); 7) to spread the UN safe school model. This analysis and discussion on Japanese school safety will give meaningful implications to Korea’s school safety which has recently undergone dramatic changes. 21세기 일본의 학교안전은 학교교육 정책의 변화에 따라 직접적인 영향을 받았다. 일본 학교교육의목적은 “살아가는 힘(zest for life)”을 증진시킴으로써 자립·협동·창조적인 인간으로 육성하는데 있다. 이를 반영하여 학교안전의 목적도 어떠한 재난 상황에서도 학생 스스로 극복할 수 있는 생존 역량을강화하는데 두고 있다. 일본 학교안전의 주요특징은다음과 같다: 1) 스스로 살아남을 수 있는 역량 강조 2) 가정 및 지역사회의 학교안전 역할 중시 3) 학교안전과 학교교육의 균형 4) 체험학습 및 능동적 학습(active learning)을 통한 안전교육 강조 5) 안전한 학교시설 추구 6) 학교안전 개선을 위한PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 적용 7) UN 안전학교모델 도입 및 확산. 일본 학교안전에 대한 논의는최근 제도적 변화가 급격히 이루어지고 있는 우리나라 학교안전에 의미 있는 시사를 줄 것이다.

        The Role of NGOs in the Democratization of Mexico

        NGOs(Non Governmental Organizations) have emerged as key actors in the democratization process in third world countries due to the shift in economic policies that has forced the state to withdraw from the social sector and to open the political sector. This paper reviews the theoretical debates on the role of NGOs in the democratization process as a new actor in politics. Based on distinct theoretical evaluations of the role of NGOs in the democratization process, the author examines the Mexican case to determine the boons and the banes of NGOs in the democratization process. The author argues that NGOs have played positive roles in the democratization of Mexico, such as enhancing representative democracy as well as strengthening participatory democracy. However, the author points out that the positive experiences with NGOs in Mexico could be seriously limited due to its “nonpartisan” stance toward institutional politics.

        학교건강증진의 새로운 방향 모색

        Purpose: This review aimed to provide a new perspective on School Heath Promotion(SHP) in the context of Korea's school system. Methods: Relevant literature and reports on SHP were investigated. On the basis of the analysis, this review closely examined how SHP had been developed, and what has been happening in the recent years of SHP in advanced nations. Results: Major findings from this review in terms of finding a new perspective on SHP in Korea were to : 1) share awareness of the fundamentals of SHP; 2) establish a national framework for school-based SHP; 3) build a cooperative SHP governance; 4) strengthen a SHP monitoring and evaluation system; 5) integrate health and education. Conclusion: Recently, serious student health threats have been putting pressure on schools in Korea. This review will serve as a critical implication of how to effectively implement SHP in Korea.

        새로운 물질이 개발되어 신약으로 탄생하기까지 많은 시간과 노력, 예산이 필요하다. 최근, 우리 나라에서도, 신약캐발이 어릴고 힘든 분야이지만 새로운 신약개발을 총해 얻어지는 분가가치가 막대함을 인식, 연구에 박차를 가하 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는, 의약품 개발 선진국인 미국 FDA에서 발행하는 참고자료 중 항균제 임상편가에 대한 가이드라인 및 주요 임상적응증별 항균제 기발(지역사획회득성 폐렴, 원내감염성 계렴, 급성기관지염의 2차세균감염, 만성기지염의 급성세균성 악화, 연쇄구균에 의한 인두영 및 편도염 , 단순성 요로감염증, 복합성 요로감염증 및 신우신영, 급성 세균성 부비동옆, 항 바이러스제 개발시 전임상단계에서 고려사항, 항 바이러스제 허가와 된련 잉상적 고려사항, 카레타 괸련 혈류감염)에 있어서의 파이드라인 등의 자료를 소개함으로져, 향후 제약사의 항균제 신약개발 및 허가 신청된 의악품의 전임상차료 및 잉상시험자료의 검토 평가업무에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Changing or unclear interpretations of clinical trial data needed to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of antimicrobial drug products have a times led to confusion and frustration on the part of both applicants and division of these drug products reviewers. The FDA published guidance on desing clinical protocols, implementing, and analyzing data from clinical trials for antimicrobial drug products has been presented and additional companion guidances introduced specific issues to individual infections. This document provides applicants and reviewers with minimal information appropriate for the clinical development of routine antimicrobial drug products and identifies issues common to many antimicrobial drug applications. The agency can use the kind of information to determine whether the antimicrobial drug product under study is safe and effective in the treatment of the specific infection studied.
