        심한 하악골 전돌증 환자의 외과적 치험례

        Obwegeser Ⅱ method and Rigid fixation conserving the condylar position has been performed on 5 patients with severe mandibular prognathism, and we obtained the result after the follow up study follows. 1. Obwegeser Ⅱ method is considered to move the distal segment passively when surgical correction of severe open bite correction and large amount of set back above 15mm is needed. 2. In one case that has more change of condylar position after operation, documented immediate post- operative relapse have been occurred 3. In the others that have adequate control of condylar position, passive set back and firm skeletal fixation, more functional and esthetic improvement and more post-operative stability has been achieved

      • 지수분포를 따르는 가속수명자료의 최우추정법에 기초한 경험적 베이즈 예측분석

        본 논문은 지수수명분포에서 제2종 중도절단된 가속수명자료를 이용하여 고장률의 사전분포의 평균을 알 때, 정상조건하에서 하나의 미래 관찰치의 예측문제를 사전분포의 모수에 대하여 최우추정량(Maximun Likelihood estimator)을 이용하는 경험적 베이즈 접근방법을 적용시켜 경험적 베이즈 예측분포와 예측구간에 대하여 연구하였다. In accelerated life tests(ALTs), the failure time of a test item is observed under high stress conditions, and based on these data, one intrests statistical inference on the parameters of lifetime distribution at the normal stress. Under the type-II censoring, we assume that the life distribution is exponential distribution. When the information on the prior is partially known, we device the empirical Bayesian analysis of ALTs data in order to obtain the empirical Bayesian predictive density and predictive intervals for a future observation under the normal stress level.

        본 논문은 지수수명분포에서 제2종 중도절단된 가속수명자료를 이용하여 고장률의 사전분포의 평균을 알 때, 정상조건하에서 하나의 미래 관찰치의 예측문제를 사전분포의 모수에 대하여 적률추정량에 기초한 불편추정량(unbaised estimator)을 이용하는 경험적 베이즈 접근방법을 적용시켜 경험적 베이즈 예측분포와 예측구간에 대하여 연구하였다.         Furan, phenolic, and heptelidic acid derivatives produced by Aspergillus oryzae

        Eleven compounds, including a new sesquiterpene, were isolated from the culture medium of Aspergillus oryzae incubated with capsaicin. The structure of the new compound was determined to be 1,3,5a,6,7,8,9,9a-octahydro-9-hydroxy-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6-isopropyl-1-oxobenzo[c]oxepine-4-carboxylic acid, a heptelidic acid derivative. In addition, 10 known compounds were identified, namely 5-(hydroxymethyl)-3-furancarboxylic acid (flufuran), 3-hydroxypropanoic acid, 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxylic acid, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 2-furanol, hydroheptelidic acid, and trichoderonic acid A, using spectroscopic data from nuclear magnetic resonance and electrospray ionization-mass spectroscopy.

        Adiramycin이 C6 glioma 세포에 미치는 영향에 대한 원지의 효과

        To elucidate the cytotoxic effect of adriamycin on C6 glioma cells, we examined the neurotoxicity induced by adriamycin by MTX assay when C6 glioma cells were cultured in the media containing various concentrations of adriamycin for 72 hours. In addition, neuroprotective effects of herb extract such Polygalae Radix(PR), on adriamycin-induced neurotoxicity in cultured C6 glioma cells were evaluated after C6 glioma cells were preincubated with various concentrations of herb extract, PR for 2 hours before 6uM adriamycin for 72 hours. Adriamycin decreased remarkably cell viability in dose-and time-dependent manner in these cultures, and also herb extract, PR increased cell viability of C6 glioma cells damaged by adriamycin. From these results, it is suggested that adriamycin was highly toxic in cultured C6 glioma cells, and PR was effective in blocking the neurotoxicity induced by adriamycin in these cultures.

        가속도계 설치 개수 및 위치에 따른 딥러닝 기반 교량 손상 추정 영향 분석

        최근 노후화 시설물의 급증과 함께 노후시설물로 인한 재난이 자주 발생하고 있다. 노후시설물로 인한 재난의 방재대책으로 모니터링 시스템을 기반한 시설물 유지관리가 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구진은 선행연구를 통해 모니터링 시스템에서 활용할 수 있는 딥러닝 기반의 교량 손상 추정 기술 기반 유지관리 기술을 제안하였다. 하지만, 선행 연구를 통해 제안된 기술은 기술의 사용에 있어 고가의 가속도계가 다수 필요하므로 높은 비용이 든다는 문제가 존재하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 손상 추정에 있어 가속도계의 위치 및 개수를 줄여 교량 손상 추정의 활용성을 높이기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 기존 교량 손상 추정의 효과적인 위한 최적의 가속도계 설치 위치를 제시할 수 있었다. In recent times, there has been an increase in the occurrence of disasters caused by a rapid increase in the aging of infrastructure. A structural health monitoring system can be utilized to detect severe damages in infrastructure and prevent accidents. In a previous study, the authors developed a method for damage detection in bridges using monitoring systems. However, the operational cost of the proposed method was high due to the requirement of multiple expensive accelerometers. The aim of this study is to reduce the number of accelerometers used in the aforementioned method by determining the optimal installation locations of the accelerometers. As a result of this study, optimal accelerometer installation locations for bridge damage detection, have been proposed.

        혈액투석 환자에서 위장관 출혈로 발현된 위결핵

        The incidence of Tuberculosis among the patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD) has increased up to 16 times of that in the general population. The impairment of the cellular immunity in the ESRD patients may have a role in the pathogenesis. Extrapulmonary tuberculous manifestations such as lymph node, peritoneum, and pleura involvement are more frequent in the ESRD patients than in the general population. However, there has been no case of upper gastrointestinal(UGI) bleeding as a result of a gastric tuberculosis in the ESRD patient on hemodialysis. Here we report an unusual case of a hemodialysis patient with UGI bleeding secondary to a tuberculous gastric ulcer. A 31-year-old female on hemodialysis was admitted with melena. Endoscopy revealed a benign gastric ulcer with a visible bleeding vessel at the base, located in the anterior wall of the antrum. An exploratory laparotomy showed multiple, round, small and yellow nodules on the visceral peritoneum as well as a 1-cm sized gastric ulcer. After gastric resection, a histological examination including peritoneal nodules demonstrated chronic granulomatous inflamation with caseous necrosis and giant cells. The patient has been on antituberculosis medication and followed up in the outpatient department without any event for 8 months.

      • 센서 기반 자율주행 자동차 구현 연구

        본 논문에서는 라이다, 카메라, 초음파 센서를 이용한 자율주행 자동차를 구현 및 성능을 검증하였다. Robot Operating System (ROS)를 활용하여 1) 카메라 및 라이다 기반 주행 방향 제어 알고리즘 2) 초음파 센서 기반 돌발상황 제어 3) YOLO 기반 교통 표지판 인지 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 구현된 자율주행 시스템을 다양한 주행환경에서 테스트하였고 관찰된 문제점을 극복하기 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.

        Quantitative Analysis of Deuterium Annealing Effect on Poly-Si TFTs by Low Frequency Noise and DC <tex> ${I}$</tex> – <tex> ${V}$</tex> Characterization

        <P>Deuterium (D<SUB>2</SUB>) annealing was applied to a poly-crystalline silicon thin-film transistor (poly-Si TFT) to improve reliability and performance. The field-effect electron mobility ( <TEX>$\mu $</TEX>) was extracted using the gate transconductance ( <TEX>${g}_{m}$</TEX>) method. It was found that <TEX>$\mu $</TEX> was improved before and after D<SUB>2</SUB> annealing. The interface trap density ( <TEX>${D}_{\text {it}}$</TEX>) as well as the oxide trap density ( <TEX>${N}_{\text {ot}}$</TEX>) in the poly-Si TFTs was quantitatively extracted using both conventional dc I–V characterization and analysis of low frequency noise (<I>LFN</I>). The profile of <TEX>${N}_{\text {ot}}$</TEX> along the depth direction was investigated before and after D<SUB>2</SUB> annealing using <I>LFN</I> characteristics. It was confirmed that <TEX>${D}_{\text {it}}$</TEX> as well as <TEX>${N}_{\text {ot}}$</TEX> was reduced by the D<SUB>2</SUB> annealing, resulting in a reduction in power spectral density and variation.</P>

        초등학생 태권도 참여동기가 학업성취 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학생 태권도 참여동기가 학업성취스트레스에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 중요성을 인식시켜 올바른 태권도활동을 할 수 있도록 제시하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2015년 3월에 전라북도에 소재한 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 편의표본추출법(Convenience Sampling Method)을 활용하여 총 250명의 표본을 추출, 이중 실제분석에 사용된 설문지는 245부이다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS win18.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 통계기법은 빈도분석(Frequencies)으로 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였고, 탐색적 요인분석(Factor Analysis)과 신뢰도(reliability)분석, t-test와 일원 분산분석(One-way ANOVA), 상관분석(Correlation Analysis), 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성의 참여동기, 학업성취스트레스에 높은 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기와 학업성취스트레스에 부분적으로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여동기는 학업성취스트레스에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is. The impact on elementary school student taekwondo participation motives and academic achievement stress of in the verify importance of aware by the correct sports activities to be able to help suggested to be the main purpose. In order to achieve the purpose of this study In 2015 March in Jeollabuk-Do municipalities elementary school student the destination as a convenience sample extraction(Convenience Sampling Method) for utilization in total 250 people sampling, double the actual analysis questionnaire 245 used parts a is. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 Program. Cross Analysis of the Frequencies of statistical techniques and mean and standard deviation were calculated, Exploratory Factor Analysis and reliability analysis, Frequency Analysis, Chi Square, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted. First, the demographic characteristics was high difference on participation motive, academic achievement stress. Second, correlations are partially has respectively on participation motive, academic achievement stress. Third, participation motive emerged on the impact on academic achievement stress.
