저자들은 salmonella group D로 인한 장염 및 패혈증이 동반된 음낭내 농양을 진단하여 항생제와 절개 및 배농으로 치료한 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Acute gastroenteritis due to Salmonella species, which usually improves on conservative treatment, can progress to sepsis and extraintestinal focal infection in very young infants. Frequent sites for extraintestinal infections are meninges, bone, joints, spleen and intravascular sites but scrotal abscess due to salmonella in children has been very rare. Literature search revealed only one newborn case of scrotal abscess with bacteremia due to salmonella group D which developed after circumcision. We, herein, report a 42 day old infant who initally presented with diarrhea that progressed to sepsis and scrotal abscess. Despite the use of susceptible antibiotics, the patient improved only after surgical drainage.

주택가 길의 차량통행이 도시 주민들의 사회적 교류에 미치는 영향

주택가 길은 거주지인 주택들과 인접하여 있다는 특성으로 인해 도시 내 다른 어떤 길들보다도 주민들간의 사회적 교류가 원활히 이루어 질 수 있는 환경으로 조성되어야 한다. 활발한 사회적 교류가 이루는 서로간의 신뢰, 지역애, 연대의식의 고양은 급진적으로 진행되어온 산업화와 도시화로 인한 인간소외의 문제를 효과적으로 극복할 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있다 하지만, 주택가 길에서의 주민들간 사회적 교류는 과도한 차량통행으로 인해 적극 제한되고 있다. 경험적 연구 분석 결과, 교통량이 많은 길에 거주하는 주민일수록 담소, 놀이 등의 사회적 교류활동이 현저하게 낮게 나타난다. 뿐만 아니라, 사회적 교류활동으로 이어질 수 있는 사회적 교류의 잠재적 활동 예컨대, 휴식, 작업, 운동 등 주택가 길에서의 개인적 활동 및 어린이 놀이의 동반활동 등도 주택가 길의 차량이 많을수록 활동정도가 낮아진다. 주택가 길에서의 이러한 활동에 제약을 주는 요소로서 차량을 인식하는 정도는 교통량이 많은 길에 거주하는 주민일수록 강하게 나타난다. Residential streets play an important role not only as a Place for moving but also as a place for social interactions among urban residents. Social interactions among urban residents are critical factor to draw sense of confidence and communality, and community spirit from the residents. Social interactions among community residents, however, are getting restricted severely by automobile traffic in the residential area. This study shows that the level of social interactions among the residents decreases substantially as traffic volume increases in the area. Other daily activities such as relaxing. playing with children, exercising, and doing small works in the street which can caused social interactions among the residents are also decreased as the volume of automobile traffic increases. Residents living in the area of heavier traffic volume perceive more strongly that automobile traffic is the major reason which deters them from interacting socially each other.

This study analyzed policy implementation factors focusing on how Donuimun, a demolished cultural heritage, was digitally restored and the policy implementation process of Donuimun Gate restoration. Through this, the characteristics of the implementation process of the digital Donuimun Gate restoration policy promoted by public-private multilateral collaboration were examined and implications were sought for how institutions with different interests solved problems and collaborated in the implementation process. The research method was focused on policy implementation factors including policy executive factors, policy content factors, policy resource factors, and policy environment factors, and the process was analyzed for each detailed component. Along with literature analysis, in-depth interviews were conducted with participants in policy implementation. As a result of the study, first, it was found in the policy executive factor that the quick decision-making leadership of the policy manager and the flexible attitude of the person in charge of the government agency had a positive effect on preventing conflicts between different interest groups. Second, in terms of policy content, establishing a common goal that everyone can accept and moving forward consistently gave trust and created synergy. Third, in the policy implementation resource factor, the importance of the budget was emphasized. Finally, as an environmental factor for policy implementation, the opening of 5G mobile communication for the first time along with the emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the time of policy implementation acted as a timely factor. The digital Donuimun Gate was the first case of restoring a lost cultural heritage with AR and VR, and received attention and support from the mass media and the public. This also shows that digital restoration can be a model case that can be a solution without conflicts with local residents where cultural heritages are located or conflicts between stakeholders in the preservation and restoration of real objects.

차량통행이 어린이 놀이공간으로서의 주택가 길에 미치는 영향

Streets are not only a thoroughfare but they have also many social functions. Especially residential streets play an important role as a place for children's play. Residential streets appropriate to keep away parents' interference and also to withhold their watch. And residential streets as public places give children a lot of exploration. Children grow learning community on streets. The function of residential street as a place for children's play, however, is getting restricted severely by automobile traffic in the residential area. This study shows that the level of children's play on the residential streets decreases substantially as traffic volume increases in the area. Children lived on the heavy traffic streets not only complain about deprivation of play space but also have the difficulty of moving and the fear of car accident.

원자력의 이용 분야 확대를 위하여 선박용 소형 동력로를 설계하였다. 본 연구에서는 다음의 제한 조건 및 설계 조건을 설정하여 핵적 개념 설계를 수행하였다. 노심의 부피는 국내 제작가능한 VLCC기종 유조선 기관실내에 배치 가능하도록 제한하였고, 선박의 정기 점검 기간에 맞춘 핵연료 재장전 주기 길이, 무봉산 노심 운전, 상용 가압경수로 보다 낮은 선출력과 출력 밀도, MUTSU호와 같은 1차 계통 열수력 조건, 등의 설계 조건을 설정하였다. 울진 3&4의 핵연료 집합체의 길이만을 짧게 하여 사용하는 것에 대한 타당성 모색을 핵적 개념 설계 목표로 삼았다. 핵연료 집합체의 설계 및 반응단면적 생산은 CASMO-3 코드를, 노심 전체의 분석은 3차원 노달 코드인 KINS-3코드를 사용하였다. 개념 설계 결과, 노심 주기길이 690일을 달성할 수 있는 핵연료 집합체의 농축도와 개수는 1.88%의 17개, 3.3%의 20개로 결정하였고, F_Q는 2.833이였고, 운전 상태에서의 감속재 온도 계수는 -24.8 p㎝/℃로 나타나서 한국형 원자로용 핵연료 집합체를 그대로 선박용 원자로에 사용 가능함을 볼 수 있었다.
