        A Study on Building New Crisis Management System of Flight Delay at Hefei Airport

        중국 합비공항의 빠른 성장에 따라 비행지연으로 인한 공항 위기와 효과적인 위기관리가 점차 중요해지고 있다. 이 문제는 민간항공의 조화로운 발전을 도모하기 위한 승객의 여행과 공항의 매일매일의 운영질서에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 논문은 중국에서의 국내 비행지연의 주요 원인을 분석하였다. 비행지연으로 인한 악영향을 세부적으로 검토하였고, 이런 위기에 대처하기 위한 대응책을 제시하였다. 합비공항의 제한된 자원에 기초하여 항공위기를 최소화하고 안전하고, 조화롭고 번성하는 공항이 이루어질 수 있도록 위기로 인한 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 새로운 위기관리시스템을 제안하였다.

        The Negative Influences and Solutions of Rural Surplus Labor Forces in China's New Rural Building

        The issue of Chinese rural areas and farmers is such a issue of social improvement which is considered in the background of the modernization. As the society improves, the modern industrial civilization factors such as cities, workers and industries turned out; then the problem of Farmers, Rural Areas and Agriculture Production relevant to the traditional civilization has become a social and political problem. Especially to China, as its mineralization process is activated by the crash of western industrial civilization, the problem of the rural areas and farmers became very intense. From the beginning of this century, as is greatly influenced by the western culture, this problem is becoming more and more conspicuous; it has become one of the most important problems that wait to be solved by the government. As a result, the research of the problem of the rural areas and farmers in 21th century is becoming very significant. Paying more attention to farmers, supporting the development of the agriculture production and rural areas, is not only a realistic problem but also a strategy problem; it is not only a economical problem but also a political problem. Therefore, the issue about how to solve the problem of farmers, rural areas and agriculture Production has become a hot topic of Chinese governmental academic circles. This article aims to express my opinion on the problem of the surplus labor force.

        Crosswind effects on high-sided road vehicles with and without movement

        The safety of road vehicles on the ground in crosswind has been investigated for many years. One of the most important fundamentals in the safety analysis is aerodynamic characteristics of a vehicle in crosswind. The most common way to study the aerodynamic characteristics of a vehicle in crosswind is wind tunnel tests to measure the aerodynamic coefficients and/or pressure coefficients of the vehicle. Due to the complexity of wind tunnel test equipment and procedure, the features of flow field around the vehicle are seldom explored in a wind tunnel, particularly for the vehicle moving on the ground. As a complementary to wind tunnel tests, the numerical method using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) can be employed as an effective tool to explore the aerodynamic characteristics of as well as flow features around the vehicle. This study explores crosswind effects on a high-sided lorry on the ground with and without movement through CFD simulations together with wind tunnel tests. Firstly, the aerodynamic forces on a stationary lorry model are measured in a wind tunnel, and the results are compared with the previous measurement results. The CFD with unsteady RANS method is then employed to simulate wind flow around and wind pressures on the stationary lorry. The numerical aerodynamic forces are compared with the wind tunnel test results. Furthermore, the same CFD method is extended to investigate the moving vehicle on the ground in crosswind. The results show that the CFD results match with wind tunnel test results and the current way using aerodynamic coefficients from a stationary vehicle in crosswind is acceptable. The CFD simulation can provide more insights on flow field and pressure distribution which are difficult to be obtained by wind tunnel tests.

        Procalcitonin and C-Reactive Protein in the Diagnosis and Prediction of Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis Associated With Chronic Severe Hepatitis B

        Background: Procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP), and white blood cells (WBCs) are inflammatory markers used to diagnose severe bacterial infections. We evaluated the diagnostic role of these markers and compared their accuracy for spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP) associated with chronic severe hepatitis B (CSHB). Methods: PCT and CRP concentrations, WBC count, and other hematological parameters were measured in serum from 84 well-characterized patients with CSHB, of whom 42 had SBP. Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis was performed to assess the diagnostic accuracy. Results: PCT and CRP concentrations were significantly higher in the CSHB patients with SBP (n=42) than CSHB patients without SBP (n=42). PCT and CRP concentrations were more accurate than WBC count for the diagnosis of CSHB-associated SBP. The optimal cutoff value of PCT was 0.48 ng/mL. The PCT concentration was significantly correlated with the CRP concentration and WBC count. Conclusions: Serum PCT and CRP seems to be better markers than WBC for the diagnosis of CSHB patients with SBP.

        Study on Synthesis of PAEKs Containing Triazole Units through Click Reaction and Their Properties

        A series of novel linear aromatic ether ketone polymers containing triazole units were synthesized by click chemistry and their structures and properties were characterized by FT-IR, $^1H$ NMR, GPC, TGA, DSC and WAXD. The results showed that these polymers exhibited relatively small molecular weights distributions, good thermal stability and solvent-repelling which could have potential applications as engineering thermoplastic.

        Chemical Modification of Poly(vinylacetylene) and Synthesis of Poly(1,2,3-triazole)s

        A series of new polymers containing 1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized and their structures and properties were characterized by FT-IR, $^1H$ NMR, TGA, DSC and GPC. The results showed that the polymers modified by alkyl groups had good solubility, thermal stability and reasonable molecular weights. It was also demonstrated that the properties of fluorine-containing polymers were seriously affected by fluorine atoms with hydrophobic and chemical proof properties.

        Comparative Proteomic Analysis of Changes in the Bovine Whey Proteome during the Transition from Colostrum to Milk

        Bovine whey protein expression patterns of colostrum are much different from that of milk. Moreover, bovine colostrum is an important source of protective, nutritional and developmental factors for the newborn. However, to our knowledge, no research has been performed to date using a comparative proteomic method on the changes in the bovine whey proteome during the transition from colostrum to milk. This study therefore separated whey protein of days 1, 3, 7 and 21 after calving using two dimension electrophoresis. Differentially expressed proteins at different collection times were identified using high-performance liquid chromatography in tandem with mass spectrometry (LC/MS) and validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in order to understand the developmental changes in the bovine whey proteome during the transition from colostrum to milk. The expression patterns of whey protein of days 1 and 3 post-partum were similar except that immunoglobulin G was down-regulated on day 3, and four proteins were found to be down-regulated on days 7 and 21 compared with day 1 after delivering, including immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, albumin, and lactotransferrin, which are involved in immunity and molecule transport. The results of this study confirm the comparative proteomic method has the advantage over other methods such as ELISA and immunoassays in that it can simultaneously detect more differentially expressed proteins. In addition, the difference in composition of milk indicates a need for adjustment of the colostrum feeding regimen to ensure a protective immunological status for newborn calves.
