This Paper diagnoses the Small Business Credit Guarantee(SBCG) system, which was created just after the recent Korean financial crisis. We interviewed 100 Persons in small businesses which were benefited by guarantee that the Daegu local authority offers. The SBCG system turned out to ave following problems, First, much of its process is duplicated with the Small .Business Support Center(SBSC), Second, loans are made way after financial needs. Third, it requires double surety bonds and provides less fund than claimed. Fourth, the complete guarantee induces moral hazard of lending institutions. Fifth, screening criteria are not disclosed. Sixth, small sum short-term loan is not Preferred. We thus propose following remedies. First, SBSC must provide small business management consulting services. Second, a partial guarantee system should be introduced to reduce the moral hazard. Third, SBCG Funds need to be established for better funding. Fourth, a stepwise financial support is required on the basis of periodic evaluation about borrowers.

This study approaches online games from the perspective of the hedonic information system and presents a theoretical model to explain online game acceptance by expanding the study of van der Heijden and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The important variables of this model included perceived usefulness, perceived easiness, and perceived pleasure. Also, we investigate a moderating effect of personal reference group on online game acceptance. The subjects were divided into the high reference group (196 persons) and the low reference group (138 persons) based on the median value of reference group using the SEM(Structural Equation Model) method. An empirical analysis of the subjects found that perceived easiness, perceived pleasure, and perceived usefulness of the game influenced the intent of acceptance and game loyalty in the total group, in that order. On the other hand, comparative research of the two groups based reference group found that the high reference group showed high intent of game acceptance if a game agreed with the subjects’ useful and easy values, even if it was somewhat inconvenient, whilst perceived pleasure of a game was the greatest influencing factor in the low reference group. In addition, in the relationship of intent of acceptance and loyalty, the low reference group showed high loyalty.

In this study, we fermented skimmed pumpkin seeds at 55°C for 48 hours using the Bacillus licheniformis SF5-1 strain, then enzyme-treated at 50°C with Flavourzyme and Alcalase, and then each extract was classified into a control group, microbial group, microbial with Flavourzyme group, and microbial with Alcalase group. The total polyphenol content for each experimental group was 11.64, 12.85, 14.62 and 24.41 mg GAE/g, respectively, and the microbial with Alcalase group was the highest. In DPPH Radical Scavenging, IC50 values were 9.14, 6.83, 8.52, and 8.49 mg/mL, respectively, and in ABTS Radical Scavenging, IC50 values were 10.63, 8.34, 7.86 and 0.51 mg/mL, respectively, showing higher antioxidant activity in the microbial fermentation extraction group than in the control group. In α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, 35.48%, 65.68%, 61.22% and 81.98% were active in each group, fermented extract group showed higher antidiabetic activity. As a result of the above, it was confirmed that the extract obtained by fermenting pumpkin seeds using microbial exhibited a higher physiological function.
