        한강둔치에서 재배된 농작물 중의 미중금속 함량에 관한 연구

        한강 고수부지 및 지천인 안양천, 탄천, 중랑천변의 경작지에서 채집된 36종 285건의 농작물에 대한 Pb, Cr, Cd, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu. Hg의 농도를 측정하고 그 결과를 채집 시기, 채집 지역 및 작물별로 비교, 분석한 결과, 작물 중의 중금속 함량은 평균치를 기준으로 볼 때 Fe(34.592 ppm)>Mn(11.071 ppm)>Zn(8.853 ppm)>Cu(1.795 ppm)>Cr(0.237 ppm)>Pb(0.100 ppm)>Cd(0.011 ppm)>Hg(0.003 ppm) 순으로 곡류 및 두류에서는 Zn의 함량이 Mn보다 높고, 채소류와 과실류에서는 Mn의 함량이 Zn보다 높은 양상을 나타냈다. 또한 각 지역에서 채취한 작물의 미량금속 함량의 경우 Fe은 0.004∼203.083 ppm, Cu은 0.017∼22.727 ppm. Mn은 0.000∼74.373 ppm. Zn은 0.080∼37.166 ppm으로 비교적 고농도로 존재하고 있는 반면 유해중금속류인 Pb은 0.000∼0.654 ppm, Cd은 0.000∼0.270 ppm, Cr은 0.000∼l.229 ppm, Hg은 0.000∼0.037 ppm으로 비교적 미량으로 존재함을 알수 있었다. 대상 농작물을 잎, 줄기, 뿌리, 열매로 분류하여 미량금속 함량을 분석한 결과, 분석 대상 금속의 농도가 잎>줄기>뿌리>열매의 순으로 나타났다. 무등의 뿌리 작물에 있어서 Pb은 잎(0.055 ppm))뿌리(0.035 ppm), Cr은 잎(0.118 ppm))뿌리(0.031 ppm), Cd은 잎(0.004 ppm)1뿌리(0.001 ppm), Hg은 잎(0.004 ppm))뿌리(0.001 ppm)으로 뿌리보다 잎에 많은 것으로 나타났는데 이러한 결과로 보아 뿌리는 금속 이온이 흡수되는 기관일 뿐 축적은 잎에 비해 상대적으로 적게 됨을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to determine the content of trace metals in crops cultivated in Han-riverside, Anyang stream, Tan stream, and Jungryang stream. Trace metals (Pb, Cr, Cd, Fe, Zn, Cu, Hg) were detected in 36 crops, 285 samples by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer and Mercury Analyzer. The average concentration of trace metals in crop samples was in the order of Fe (34.592 ppm)>Mn (11.071 ppm)$\geq$Zn(8.853 ppm)>Cu(1.795 ppm)>Cr(0.237 ppm)>Pb(0.100 ppm)>Cd(0.011 ppm)>Hg(0.003 ppm). In crop samples, the contents of Fe, Cu, Mn, and Zn, which ranges were 0.004-203.083 ppm, 0.017~22.727 ppm, 0.000~74.373 ppm, 0.080~37.166 ppm, respectively, were relatively higher than those of Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg, which ranges were 0.000~0.654 ppm, 0.000~0.270 ppm, 0.000~l.229 ppm, 0.000~0.037 ppm, respectively. The concentration of trace metals in crop samples was in the order of leafy vegetables > stem vegetables > root vegetables > fruity vegetables. In the root vegetables, such as radish, the content of Pb was leaf(0.055 ppm)>root(0.035 ppm), that of Cr, leaf (0.118 ppm)>root(0.031 ppm), that of Cd, leaf(0.004 ppm)>root(0.001 ppm), that of Hg, leaf(0.004 ppm)>root(0.001 ppm). As the results, it could be thought that root is the organ which doesn't accumulate the heavy metal ions, but absorb them.

        Process of construction project is made of plan, design, procurement, construction, and maintenance, which are closely related each other. for the success of project, each step of process should maintain the interface. The concept of constructability appeared in the practical business of an advanced country to maximize efficient integration. However, the concept of constructability in our country is not used in overall process to optimize each phase. To proceed the study, first, impact factors of constructability were identified, and had an interview with professionals. As a result, complexity of design in design phase, and responsibility of the contractors in construction phase are analyzed as the most important thing. Based on this result, I made secondary survey to identify the facts needs to be considered to applicate the analysis on the practical business. As the result of secondary survey, the ranking of considerations for application of practical business was identified. Therefore, this study suggested the basic direction to the applications of constructability.

        The purpose of this study was to explore how to access nuring information using computer and other softwares. It described the ways to reach and get the database on abstracts of masters' and doctoral dissertations in nursing and medicine in Korea. It also provided the ways to get nursing related database around the world, such as Medline, using internet search tools. Internet search tools included databases and their themes and unique characteristics. In addition, the study illustrated the ways to use netscape navigator using LAN or modem and to use CINAHL-CD-Rom title which is commonly utilized in nursing. The results of this study might help nurses and nursing scholars efficiently access the needed information and database which can be utilized in education and research areas.

      • 뇌졸중 환자와 보호자의 도수치료에 대한 시간 만족도에 대한 조사

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the satisfaction of time management regarding manual therapy such as neurodevelopmental treatment(NDT), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF), and mat exercise, etc. among hemiplegic patients and their guardians. Untill from May to June, 2001, the quantitative satisfaction of time management was investigated by regarding the consumer as the patients and guardians at four general hospitals settings and one geriatric setting. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Among the subjects, the number of guardians that answered was 59 subjects (62.77%) and the percentage was the highest. The number of the age between 50 and 59 was 52subjects(55.32%) and the number of man was 53subjects(56.38%) and the percentage was slightly high. 2. The number of the subjects whom answered that the physical therapy using thermotherapy and electrotherapy was effective was only 4subjects (4.26%) and that of the subjects whom answered that general manual therapy such as NDT, mat exercise, and PNF was effective was 74subjects(78.72%) and the percentage was the highest. 3. The time of manual therapy that the subjects thought about was less than between 15 and 20min and the number of the subjects answered so was 28subjects(29.79%) and the percentage was the highest. The number of subjects whom answered that the time was not enough was 46subjects(48.94%) and that showed the high rate. 4. The patients that was treated with manual therapy per one physical therapist during one day were 18 subjects(51.43%) and the number was slightly less. The number of subjects that physical therapist treated during one day was between 20 and 30subjects. The number of them was 28(29.79%) and the percentage showed the significant rate. Currently the time that physical therapist performed manual therapy was between 20 and 25min, but the appropriate time that the therapist thought for the patient was less than the time between 30 and 35min. The number of subjects that thought so was 17subjects(48.57%) and it slightly showed the high rate.

      • 음낭외상시 고환파열에 대한 초음파 검사의 진단적 유용성

        Purpose: We determined the use of scrotal ultrasonography in the initial diagnosis and management of testicular injuries due to blunt scrotal trauma. Mateiials and Methods: We reviewed 54 patients of scrotal trauma in the last 8 years. Forty patients were evaluated by ultrasonography preoperatively. A heterogeneous echo pattern of the testicular parenchyma with loss of oval shape, contour definition was the basis for diagnosis of testicular rupture. Among them, 33 cases underwent scrotal exploration and 7 cases were managed conservatively. The remaining 14 patients were evaluated only by physical examination, 8 patients of them were explored immediately because of suspicious testicular mpture. The accuracy of ultrasonography were determined by comparing radiographic interpretations with intraoperative findings. Results: Among the 33 patients who were evaluated by ultrasonography and explored immediately, there were 26 suspected testicular ruptures on ultrasonography. Surgical exploration revealed testicular rupture in 23 and simple hematoma in 10. The testicular rupture was correctly diagnosed by ultrasonography in the 22 cases, and there were 4 false-positive and 1 false-negative diagnoses of testicular rupture. The sensivity and specificity for the diagnosis of testicular rupture are 96% and 60%, and the positive and negative predictive values are 85% and 86%, respectively, Conclusions: Scrotal ultrasonography, with the main radiographic finding of a heterogeneous echo pattern of the testicular parenchyma with loss of oval shape, contour definition, is highly sensitive on the diagnosis of testicular rupture. And it increases the salvage rate for testicular rupture with preservation of the testicular function and prevents delayed complications of chronic pain, atrophy and orchiectomy associated with missed testicular rupture.

        Abstract-After biotransformation of myrcene with Aspergillus niger KCCM 32005, its neutral metabolites were isolated from the conversion broths and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Myrcene was converted into various terpenoids. Among them the five compounds, which were considered to be important as flavor, were identified as follows; terpinen-4-ol. α-terpineol, trans-carveol, cis-carveol, and carvone. Higher production was accomplished when the amount of myrcene was kept at lower but steady concentration by portion-wise introduction to the culture broth.

        Quantitative Analysis and Enantiomeric Separation of Ephedra Alkaloids in Ma Huang Related Products by HPLC-DAD and UPLC-MS/MS

        Ephedra is a genus of the Ephedraceae family and is found in temperate regions, such as Central Asia and Europe. Among the various ephedra species, Ma Huang (Ephedra herb) is derived from the aerial parts of Ephedra sinica Stapf, Ephedra equisetina Bunge, and Ephedra intermedia Schrenk & C.A. Mey. Ma Huang contains various ephedra alkaloids, including (-)-ephedrine, (+)-pseudoephedrine, (-)-norephedrine, (+)-norpseudoephedrine, (-)-methylephedrine, and (+)-methylpseudoephedrine, which are found naturally as single enantiomers, although they can be prepared as racemates. Although the use of Ma Huang in foods is prohibited in Korea, products containing Ma Huang can be imported, and so it is necessary to develop a suitable analytical technique for the detection of Ma Huang in foods. Herein, we report the development of analytical methods for the detection of ephedra alkaloids in products containing Ma Huang. Following sample purification by solid phase extraction, quantitative analysis was performed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Additionally, the enantiomers were successfully separated using HPLC-DAD. We successfully analyzed various food samples, where the ephedra alkaloids were qualitatively and quantitatively determined, and the enantiomers were separated. It is expected that these methods may contribute toward preventing the distribution of illegal products containing Ma Huang.
