      • 前腕部 經穴 取穴에서 骨度分寸法과 一夫法의 比較 硏究

        Background : The cun measurement System, an essential and convenient method in locating acupoints, has been widely used in the practice of acupuncture. However, traditional cun measurement has been criticized for its lack of reliability. Objectives : The purposes of this study are to determine if one cun measured by the directional methods have a consistency with that of proportional methods and to investigate which factors are related with these differences, especially in forearm. Methods : The distance between the elbow crease and the wrist crease of forearm was compared to a reference value of one cun obtained by the directional method. In this method, one cun is one third of the distance between index finger and Small finger of a subject, measured at proximal interphalangeal joint. In addition, to investigate the factors influencing the differences between these two methods, we measured the height and body weight and calculated body mass index (BMI). Finally we analyzed the factors correlated with these lengths by linear regression test. Results : The results showed that one cun obtained by the directional methods were significantly different from one cun by the proportional methods in forearm. It was demonstrated that the length acquired with the directional method was more correlated with body weight and body mass index, while the length obtained by the proportional method was more correlated with the height.

        The may fourth new culture movement in China was started by the awakening of the new chinese intelligentsia, who became to think that the real demoeratic republic would not be established without the ideological reform of all Chinese, Ch'en Tu-hsiu was a prominent leader of the movement. The basic ground of the early thought of Ch'en was social darwinism like that of many other thinkers of late Ch'ing period. But he was different from other thinkers, because he considred chinese traditional inheritance of the confucian orders as an inferior one to be wholly eliminated. He claimed that China must accept democracy and science that he regarded as the core of Western civilization. His excessive praise of the merits of the West delayed his understanding of imperialism. He was so deeply absorbed in the merits of the West that he could not see objectly the contradiction of Western capitalism which was invading China. The motive that he changed his attitude toward the West is the disappointment at the solution of China problem on Paris peace conference. Though he had praised the triumph of the Allied Powers as a triumph of justice over the compulsion, the conference decided that various concessions of Germany in Shantung must be trnsfered to Japan. During and after the conference he became to understand the real meaning of imperialism of the West itself. The success of Russian Revolution gave an alternative to Ch'en who had lost the plan for the construction of new China. Immediately after the October Revolution, Ch'en payed little attention to it. He seemed to understand it as an establishment of western demcoracy like Li Ta-chao(李大釗), who became to understand it as Bolshevick Revolution before long. But he could positively conceive the meaning of Russian Revolution in a year. He accepted an alternative of Marxist Revolution instead of the West after the peace conference. We can say that Ch'en had sufficient inner reasons to accept Marxism before he contacted Voitinsky who came to China at 1920 as a delegate from Comintern to build communist cell in China.

        The problem of access control in a security hierarchy must be considered mandatoryly for access control about structural document. Many schemes based on cryptography have been proposed to solve this problem. However, previous schemes need a large amount of storage for storing the secret key is required in their scheme. In this paper, We propose efficient key management method of the height to solve problem on the access control in user role hierarchy.

        In this paper, design and construction of mobile robot is conducted and the error reduction and obstacle avoidance techniques is introduced. Up to now, in the design of most mobile robots, there are emphasis on the compensation of tracking errors using the additional sensors and guidance method, rather than the reduction of the tracking errors of motor itself and wheel errors. In this purpose, high performance motor and encoder are used for the driving actuator, and the acceleration/deceleration technic is introduced to reduce the driving errors. Also ultrasonic sensor performs obstacle avoidance, which is proved using the driving test.

        배회로의 시지각적 특성에 따른 치매노인의 경로선정과 위치선정에 관한 연구

        Wandering is used to describe a common behavioral symptom of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia and is the severe problematic behavior makes family to give up caring his parents in his house. As the term is defined "the tendency to move about, either in a seemingly aimless or disoriented fashion, in pursuit of an indefinable or unobtainable goal(Snyder, 1978)", there are not any conclusion why people with dementia move around, whether care-givers have to prevent or contemplate or activate. In this condition, to achieve therapeutic goal of wandering path in nursing home it must be a appropriate and satisfied to demands of user. The purpose of this study is to analyze the common perception of the attendants to wandering and to find the visual factor that influence the selecting wandering route and position of people with dementia. The result of analysis is visual characteristic of wandering path in institution makes different type of circulation and usage of space by people with dementia, wanderer depends on his visual information that move to the point easily to be seen at his point and visual accessibility is the meaningful factor to selecting position of people with dementia.

        가속시효와 착색에 의한 복합레진의 색변화

        The colors of composite resins are changed with time due to intrinsic and extrinsic factors. This study was aimed to characterize the effect of each factor. Specimens(dia.15mm×thic.2mm) were prepared from Z-100(ZH), Aelitefil(AF), Photo Clearfil Bright(PF), Bisfil-2B(BF) and Clearfil FⅡ(CF). One group of samples was exposed to a xenon arc of 1,000W with a total dose of 410kJ/㎡ for 228hrs in a weathering chamber and then immersed in filtered coffee for 7 days. The other group of samples was immersed in coffee first and then exposed to the xenon arc. The color were measured before and after each treatment with a spectrophotometr according to the C.I.E. L*a*b* color system. Ra values of surface roughness, contact angles and SEM observations before and after accelerated aging were compared. Results were as follows : 1. In the accelerated aging and subsequent staining group, the color changes of AF and PF after aging and all materials after subsequent staining, were greater than the upper limit of acceptibility(ΔE=3.3). 2. In the staining and subsequent accelerated aging group, the color changes of BF after staining and AF and PF after subsequent aging, were greater than the upper limit of acceptibility. 3. AF and PF were sensitive to intrinsic factors, BF to extrinsic factors, and extrinsic factors were activated by accelerated aging in ZH and, CF. 4. The color changes by accelerated aging showed consistent results regardles of pre-staining while those by staining were affected by pre-aging. 5. Ra values of roughness after aging did not change significantly and had no relation to the color changes after aging and subsequent staining(P<0.05). 6. Though the contact angles of AF, BF and CF after aging were reduced significantly, they had no relation to the color changes after aging and subsequent staining(P<0.05). It was concluded that each of the discoloration features by accelerated aging and staining was detectable and could be clinically used by considering the characteristics of the materials which are sensitive to intrinsic and/or extrinsic discoloration factors.

        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.

        In this paper, stair walking of small power biped robot is implemented by load sharing method of walking gait and adding body. Generally, in one foot standing, load is burdened to especial joint. Further, robot's foot is long steps and is lifted up high to go up stairs. So, especial joint is sometimes overloaded during walking and this makes walking impossible. This problem is solved in this paper using adding body, load sharing method and kick action. By this ways, stair walking of small power biped robot can be implemented without overload to joint.

        There is RFID for auto identification of people and object in Ubiquitous surroundings. RIFD is not only the core technology of Ubiquitous society but also represent the technology of visible result. RFID is getting better now. For example miniaturiation, going down of price and high technical skill. RFID makes a matter possible to confront various utility division and use purpose from a big capacity and high speed transmission to a subminiature, low price. But ever though RFID system is really convenient, RFID is bad for private information and we will check for attack materiality security about weakness of RFID. And we search how to defend.

      • 황산염 환원균을 이용한 중금속 제거

        In this study, the possibility to remove heaby metals in various industrial wastewater using sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB). For the proper selection of heavy metal as well as COD : SO₄² : heavy metal ratio, several kinds of serum bottle test(SBT) were conducted. In addition, using a coagulated tannery wastewater(add to 500 glucose mg/ℓ) as a feed, a batch-type anaerobic reactor having a working volume of 13.7ℓ was operated for 132 days in order to culture the acclimatized SRB and to investigate the sulfate reducing potential. When the heavy metal, such as iron, copper, and zinc, was added up to 100 mg/ℓ to medium of SBT without sulfate)COD:SO₄²:heavy metal = 1:0:0.1), the prganic removal rate was seriously inhibited due probably to the toxic effect of heavy matal. But, in the case of sulfate-riching condition(COD:SO₄²:heavy metal = 1:0:0:1), the organic removal rate increased up to 95% and sulfate reducing rate was much more than the blank with no added sulfate. Among three kinds of heavy metal, iron showed the most reasonble results with respect to sulfate reduction. According to the operating results of anaerobic bach reactor, organic removal and sulfate reducing rate was maintained to 59 and 78%, respectively, when the COD loading rate was 0.11kg/㎥·d and sulfate loading rate(SLR) was 0.1kg SO₄²/㎥·d.
