        소아의 상완골 원위부 과간 골절

        상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.

      • Fe-Co-Si-B계 비정질합금의 자기적성질

        In order to investigate the magnetization mechanism of a amorphous metallic materials and to develop a new soft magnetic materials, the magnetic and electrical properties of amorphous (Fe Cox) Si B alloys have been studied systematically The specimen was prepared by single-roll method. The saturation magnetization was measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer from 300°K to 810°K in vacuum of 2×10torr. The saturation magnetostriction constant was measured by small-angle magnetization rotation method. The coercive force and AC power loss were measured by a AC B-H loop tracer. The electrical resistivity was measured by four-probe technique form 300°K to 1200°K in vacuum of 2×10 torr. The magnetic domain was observed by Bitter technique. The results are as follows. 1) The possible range of amorphous forming composition is 0.2 X 0.9 for the (Fe Co) Si B alloys. 2) According to the results of investigation the composition-dependence of the saturation magnetization, coercive force, magnetic domain, electrical resistivity and crystallization temperature, amorphous (Fe Co) Si B alloys showed best soft magnetic characteristics between x=0.7 and x=0.9

      • 우리나라 상차림의 영양적 평가

        This study was carried out to investigate the current nutritional problems owing to the increased consumption of westernized food in Korea and also was conducted to compare the nutritional characteristics of Korean traditional meal with those of the Western diet in similar serving size. The results obtained from nutritional evaluation are as follows: 1. The percentage of calories represented by carbohydrate: lipid: protein was 65:15:20 respectively for Korean traditional meal (Table setting of 3 Chop) therefore these ratios meet the dietary recommended allowances for Koreans. 2. Nutrient values of Korean traditional 3-Chop were shown to be better balanced than those of Western diet when the nutrients of the two types of diet were estimated by similar serving sizes and calories. 3. Compared to the Korean traditional meal, most fast foods were nutritionally imbalanced especially in that most of them showed higher amounts of fats. These results show that Korean traditional meals supply ideal nutrient intakes in contrasts to the westernized diet, therefore much work remains in developing a variety of menus and standard recipes for Korean traditional meals according to the changes in diet trends as well as emphasing the importance of Korean traditional meals as part of an ideal, well-banlanced diet.

      • 개스크로마토그래피 패턴과 官能檢査 成績을 利用한 韓國 在來式 간장 香氣으 主成分 分析

        韓國 在來式 된장香에 對한 GC 자료와 官能檢査成績 사이의 관계를 규명하여 54개의 peak中에 含有된 香氣成分의 有 因子를 찾아내고자 重成分 分析 및 단계별 重回歸分析을 한 結果는 다음과 같다. 된장향기에 有意的으로 영향을 미치는 有 因子로써의 重要 PC들은 35,25,36,41,28,43,6 및 47번이었고 이들의 性質에 크게 관여하는 GC peak는 전부 空明이 되었으나 각 GC peak의 構成性質들의 構造가 앞으로 더 자세히 밝혀져야 PC들의 性質과 된장 香氣의 특징이 解明되리라 본다. 그러나 前報1)에서 밝혀진 주요 peak인 29번 peak는 28번 PC에서 positive로 31번 PC에서 negative로 밀접한 상관을 나타내었다. 35번 PC에서는 GC peak 40번과 31번이 각각 positive 및 negative한 方向으로 밀접한 相關을 보였으며 36번 PC에서는 peak 3번이 positive로 peak 6번이 negative로 밀접한 상관이 있었다. 그리고 官能檢査値의 總變動에 대한 17.26%에 해당하는 부분은 28번 35번 및 36번 PC에 의하여 영향을 받았다고 추정할 수 ��었다. 여기서 空明된 重要 PC들의 性質을 좌우할 중요 GC peak는 앞으로 된장 香을 생성할 微生物育種의 지표로 利用可能하리라 본다. The relationship between percent transformed GC data and sensory score of the Korean ordinary soybean paste flavor were analyzed by principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis. Peak 29 and peak 31 show the closest correlation to the 28th PC and the 35th PC in the positive and negative factor loading, respectively. And peak 3 and peak 6 show the closest correlation to the 36th PC in the positive and negative factor loading, respectively. The 28th, the 35th and the 36th PC can explain 14.39% of the variation among total variation contained in the sensory score.

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the nation's consciousness about the social physical education by regional groups(big cityes, middle cityes, farm village, fishing villge). And the researchers are to find a way to populize this movement. These subjects for this investigation were chosen at random among the citizens in four region. 4,450 sheets of questionnaire were given to the citizen. And 3,587(81%) sheets of them were received from male(2,582) and female(975) citizens. The results of this investigation are as follows: 1. The nation's consciousness has not been still modernized and the nation tend to depend on their doctors rather than on the new active leisure sports, which is a passive and conventional way, to keep their health. 2. Most people have spent their leisures on nonactive hobby such as reading, listening to music, and watching TV rather than sports. 3. Most residents pointed out lack of facilities, and needed professional directors and various programs they could participate. 4. The opening of citizen athletic field and the gymnasiums to citizens was needed to recruit the lack of facility, and the participation to commercial sport ws differed by economical status and leisure time, however, they usually participated such activities as table-tennis, swimning and tennis. 5. To activate social physical education, first of all, an expansion of the facilities such as athletic fields and gymnasium is needed under the active support of government. 6. The facilities for young men and the handicapped is insufficient, and to prevent juvenile delinquency and guide them into the right way, we should lead them out to participate sports activity. And the facility for the handicapped is needed too.

        화학기상응축 공정으로 제조한 Fe 나노입자의 TEM 미세조직 및 결정화거동

        Iron and iron nitride nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical vapor condensation (CVC) process, using a precursor of Fe(CO)_(5) and carrier gas of NH₃. Phase change and crystallization behaviors of as received particles were mainly examined by TEM technique. Only α-Fe nanoparticles were formed at the lowest decomposition temperature of 500℃. As the temperature increased, the crystallization of α-Fe nanoparticles was suppressed and Fe₃N nanoparticles were begun to be formed. Finally full crystallization of Fe₃N was observed at 1000℃. Typical size of the α-Fe and Fe₃N particles was less than 30 nm in diameter.

      • 염분이 함유된 폐수의 생물학적 처리시 염분농도가 오염물질의 제거에 미치는 영향

        Effects of salt concentration and C/N ratio on pollutants removal efficiencies were investigated in treatment of seafood wastewater by sequence batch reactor(SBR). The synthetic seafood wastewater containing salinity from 3,000 to 10,000 mg/L NaCI and C/N ratio of 2 and 4 was treated by SBR. Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn), T-N, and T-P decreased with increasing salt concentration, but eventually reached a pollutants removal a platrau. As systems adapted in salts until salts concentration of 8,000mg/L, the time required to reach the pollutants removal efficiencies at steady state was reduced. However, the removal efficiencies of pollutants sharply decreased and the time require to reach steady state was increased as salt concentration rose to 10,000mg/L, Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn) were higher for C/N ratio of 4 than for 2. Effects of salt on the nitrogen removal were not faster than the organic removal but the time required to the nitrogen removal at steady state was ncreased. The removal efficiencies of phosphorus also were redueed as salt concentration increased, which inhibited the release of phosphorus than the uptake.

      • 대칭형분포 중심의 분포무관 신뢰구간에 대한 연구

        Noether에 의하면 그가 제안한 신뢰구간(2·4)의 기대길이를 최소로 하는 g의 값이 표본크기가 충분히 클때 주어진 유의수준 α에 관계없이 크기순으로 나열된 표본의 33%에 해당되는 수가 된다. 그러나 Noether는 g의 값을 근사시켜 얻었기 때문에 소표본 일때는 적용하기가 곤란함을 모의실험을 통해 알수있다. 그리고 Noether에 의해 얻어진 g값을 사용한 신뢰구간은 주어진 유의주순 α에 관계없이 얻어지므로 얻어진 신뢰구간에 대한 신뢰계수를 다시 계산해야 하지만 주어진 유의수준 α에 의해 g의 범위를 제한해 얻은 g 값을 사용한 신뢰구간이 주어진 α에 상응함을 표(4-3)을 통해 알 수있다. 이러한 관점에서 소표본일때 주어진 α에 상응하는 Noether의 신뢰구간(2·4)을 얻고자 g의 값을 선택할 때 모의실험을 통해 얻은 g값(표4-4)이 Noether에 의해 제안된g값을 사용하는 것 보다 더 효과적으로 보인다 A non - parametric distribution-free confidence interval can be derived from the test statistic of the sign test of the wilcoxon signed rank sum test. In general, the confidence interval based on the wilcoxon signed rank sum test(W-interval). But the s-interval requires considerably less computational effort. And W-interval is much more influenced by outliers than the s-interval. Confiedence, interval based on the sign-test that is more colse to the w-interval and less affected by outliers has been studied by noether(1973). But Noether's interval is applied When sample size is lange and this interval obtained is not related to a given level of significance. So that, we consider by simulation the Noether's interval when sample size is small and level of significance is given.

      • 생물학적 폐수처리시 휴지기간이 처리특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Under recent situation of more stringent effluent regulations, small scale biological process for industrial wastewater treatment has on operational problems, such as highly variable loadings into the system. Especially, the seafood processing industry has difficulties to treat is because of its highly variable organic loading and high saline concentration (>30g/d㎥). High salt concentrations disrupt metabolic functions and cause plasmolysis and/or loss of activity of microbial flora, hence the biological treatment of the saline wastewaters could produce low COD removal efficiency. On the basis of background mentioned above, an appropriate operation of the existing treatment plant is required for stable effluent discharge at even highly influent loading. In this study, effects of long term ( days) idle periods on floc characteristics were investigated in treatment of saline wastewater by SBR. Temporal stop of feeding affects biological activity in the reactors and then floc structures such as size and fractal dimension. After a certain period of reoperation for orgnic activity, the size and fractal dimension of floc start to increase.
